Bill Bellamy is laying his thoughts bare on fellow comedian Natasha Leggero flashing her boobs at her recent Improv show ... saying if men can do it, why not women?!

We got the stand-up comic in Beverly Hills Tuesday ... and he says it was pretty boss to see a lady feel free and confident enough to push the envelope in the male-dominated field by stripping down and showing off her body for all to see.

He goes on to point out this business's sexist double standards ... noting that funnyman Bert Kreischer taking his shirt off before Natasha went up was a non-issue -- but when she did the same thing, it caught everyone off guard, and stirred shock/outrage among some.

Bill wants other women to have the same exposure as Natasha in the comedy world  ... cause they give dudes a different life perspective -- and there's enough room onstage for their stories.

As for Natasha, he's giving her an extra round of applause, 'cause he says her cleavage was all-natural -- implying it was a rare feat for someone living in looks-obsessed L.A. In other words, he's complimenting her body ... as have lots of people who got an eyeful.

Anyway, Bill jokes that she should cash in on her new fame on a platform such as OnlyComedians instead of OnlyFans -- a separate haven for people wanting to be both funny and risqué ... just ask Whitney Cummings about that.

Un oficial de policía de Arkansas saltó a la acción como un superhéroe al rescatar a un niño de un estanque congelado y todo fue capturado en video.

El registro de las cámaras del sábado pasado muestra al Oficial de Policía de Jonesboro, Troy Ellison, corriendo a ayudar a un niño que se había caído a través del hielo en un complejo de apartamentos al sur de la ciudad, saltando por encima de una barrera de madera antes de arrastrarse lentamente hasta el agujero.

An Arkansas police officer jumped into action like a superhero and rescued a child from an icy pond ... and it was all caught on video.

Body cam footage from last Saturday shows Jonesboro Police Officer Troy Ellison rushing to aid a young kid who'd fallen through the ice at an apartment complex in the Southern city ... hopping over a wood barrier before crawling slowly across the fractured expanse.

The kid's body's submerged at this point -- arms barely gripping the edge of the rupture made when they fell in ... but Officer Ellison keeps a cool head and repeatedly assures the child they'll be alright while making his way toward the hysterical kiddo.

TE reaches the kid and seems to struggle pulling him up and out of the water at first. Thankfully, firefighters arrive on the scene at that point and toss him a rope from the edge of the pond -- he grabs it, and the group on the side pulls him and the child to safety.

Local outlets report the child was taken to the hospital to be checked for injuries though their identity has not been released to the public.

First-year law students at the University of Wisconsin were reportedly forced to attend a "re-orientation" that was all about race ... and, apparently, how white people are the worst.

According to the Federalist -- which cites sources who say they were in attendance, not to mention screengrabs of the alleged session/materials -- this went down last week ... and the DEI-inspired crash course on race and privilege was mandatory for a bunch of scholars.

As part of the orientation, students were reportedly asked to complete a worksheet with a number of bizarre prompts -- including one that encouraged the students to "Tell the Truth" and expand, in writing, "how deep racism goes in my life" among other confessionals.

The NY Post even claims that some of the literature they were asked to read up on before this re-orientation contained a line that said "there are no exceptional white people."

Other topics like color blindness were slammed as inherently racist -- and one of the alleged exercises students were encouraged to partake in was to share racial slurs for different minority groups ... all in an effort, it seems, to break down stereotypes and tropes.

Long story short, it sounds like this session was pretty much all about race -- and the question being asked, of course, is ... what the heck does this have to do with law???

Another day, another slew of topics on our TMZ television shows -- and this time, they ran the gamut from Taylor Swift to Kanye West ... with a little Dwayne Johnson in between.

Kicking things off with 'TMZ Live,' Harvey and Charles dove head-first into the subject of Taylor's alleged stalker -- at least that's what cops are saying this guy might be ... a dude who showed up to her NYC home twice in three days, only to be led away in handcuffs.

It's a terrifying encounter ... and we explain why this issue is only growing for stars.

Over on the 'TMZ on TV' side of things ... we talked about our good pal Kanye, who had quite a day in L.A. Monday with his wife, Bianca -- not to mention the friendly paparazzi.

Ye got a littler proactive with the photogs on hand who were snapping away ... giving them some tips on how to shoot the couple -- and from which angles. It's pretty wild, TBH.

Last but not least, we got 'TMZ Sports' ... where Babcock and Mojo talked about Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson striking this lucrative deal with the WWE -- which not only sees him as new board member, but which guarantees him exclusive rights to his legendary stage name.

Una familia de Disneyland París no estaba de humor para quedarse sentada cuando una famosa atracción acuática se averió, porque Mamá Osa agarró a sus hijos y se marchó... desafiando las órdenes de no moverse.

Échale un vistazo a estas imágenes que muestran a una mujer sentada en el barco "It's a Small World" con sus pequeños, antes de remangarse los pantalones y quitarse los zapatos para entrar al agua y ayudar a sus cuatro hijos a salir del juego luego de que este se averiara y quedara detenido.

Ella es muy práctica, toma a los niños uno por uno y los lleva a tierra firme, donde estaban todos los famosos muñecos de "Small World" haciendo canciones y el bailes.

También hay al menos un miembro del elenco de Disneyland que grita en francés por el intercomunicador, diciéndole a la madre que se detenga, pero ella hace caso omiso de las advertencias y saca a su familia.

Otras personas parecen sorprendidas e incluso se divierten al presenciar el acto poco común. Lo admitimos, es una escena chocante... una familia saliendo del barco y entrando en el plató no es exactamente la forma de conseguir que una atracción averiada vuelva a funcionar. Pero, de nuevo, cuando alguien necesita salir, ¿quién se lo va a impedir?

La buena noticia es que esta familia mantuvo la ropa puesta, a diferencia del hombre que se bajó de "Small World" en noviembre en el Disneyland de Estados Unidos. Recordemos que él también comenzó a vagar fuera de su barco, pero en ese caso, fue mucho más temerario.

De todos modos, mamá y sus hijos probablemente no se quedarán atascados en más paseos en Disneyland París hoy, pero, de nuevo, esta es una manera segura de ser expulsado del parque.

A family at Disneyland Paris was in no mood to sit tight when a famous water ride broke down -- 'cause Mama Bear took her kids and walked out ... defying orders to stay put.

Check out this footage -- it shows a woman sitting in her 'It's a Small World' boat with her little ones, before rolling up her pants and taking off her shoes to get into the water ... helping her 4 kids get off the ride, which was brought to a stop for some reason.

She's very matter-of-fact here ... taking the kids out one by one and carrying 'em to dry land ... where all the famous 'Small World' dolls and scenery do the whole song and dance.

There's also at least one Disneyland cast member who is yelling in French over the intercom, telling the mom to stop ... but she ignores the warnings and gets her family outta Dodge.

Other folks on the ride seem to be both shocked and maybe even a little amused by the rebel move here. We'll admit -- it is a shocking scene ... a family getting out of the boat and walking into the set isn't exactly a cheat code for getting a broken-down ride up and running again. But then again, when someone wants to get a move on ... we suppose they will.

The good news ... this family kept their clothes on, unlike the man who got off 'Small World' back in November at the OG Disneyland. Remember, he too started roaming around outside of his boat -- but in that case, it was a lot more risqué than what we have here.

Anyway, mama and her kids likely won't be stuck on any more rides at Disneyland Paris today ... but then again, this is a surefire way to get booted from the park.

A McDonald's customer is McHatin' after her latest trip to the fast food joint ended with her finding a gag-worthy surprise in her McFlurry!

You'll be repulsed watching the clip yourself ... the woman discovers what appears to be a trash bag or glove left behind in her Oreo-flavored frozen treat -- horror plays out on her face as she continues pulling out the seemingly never-ending item.

Laughter seems to be the best medicine in the situation ... she chuckles awkwardly with her friend in the viral TikTok clip.

"We had no idea what she just found at the bottom of her mc flurry im losing my mind,"  the user @kekebobeke adds in the text overlay.

She claims the item was folded down and left behind on purpose, and she tagged McDonald's on the post, hoping to get some answers.

The fast food chain has yet to publicly respond, but current/former employees attempt to explain what the item is in the comments -- one says it's an ice cream liquid bag -- another says it's the sleeves the cups come in.

Un camión de bomberos gira sin control por una calle cubierta de hielo en un gélido barrio de Missouri y choca contra un carro estacionado.

La gente sacó sus teléfonos para capturar el aterrador momento en que el camión perdió el control en una calle residencial que parecía más una pista de patinaje.

No está claro si el camión de bomberos estaba respondiendo a una emergencia antes de que hiciera su aparición, pero los primeros en responder estaban claramente jugando con fuego al intentar avanzar por las calles heladas.

Here's an alarming sight coming down your block -- a fire truck spinning out of control down an ice-covered street in a frigid Missouri neighborhood, and smashing into a parked car.

Helpless locals in a St. Louis suburb whipped out their phones to capture the terrifying moment the truck lost all grip on a residential road that looked more like a skating rink.

It's unclear if the fire truck was responding to an emergency before it careened down the block -- but, the first responders were clearly playing with fire as they attempted to navigated the frozen streets.

They finally came to a stop after pummeling a car parked in someone's driveway, and rolling into a yard. The truck just narrowly missed slamming into a house, too!

Así es la cosa, la semana pasada, estaba previsto que este avión saliera de Manchester a Nueva York, pero antes de que pudiera siquiera llegar a la pista, los huéspedes con ojos de águila a bordo se dieron cuenta de que algo estaba mal en una de las alas fuera y lo señalaron al personal.

Basicamente pensaron que faltaban algunos tornillos... resulta que faltaban cuatro piezas, las cuales tuvo que poner un trabajador de mantenimiento.

Ese es el video que estás viendo... el tipo está literalmente taladrando los tornillos que aparentemente se habían caído y como puedes imaginar, todo el mundo a bordo estaba conmocionado por este aparente descuido. Ahora, en términos de la seguridad de todo esto, la aerolínea insiste en que nadie estaba en riesgo.

Un representante de Virgin Atlantic le aclaró a TMZ el lunes que los pernos que faltaban eran en realidad parte de un panel en el avión que solo afectó a los niveles aerodinámicos de esa pieza específica y NO tuvo ningún impacto en la integridad de la aeronave en general.

Y añaden: "El vuelo VS127 de Manchester a Nueva York JFK del 15 de enero, que operaba con un Airbus A330, se canceló para dar tiempo a realizar comprobaciones preventivas adicionales de mantenimiento de ingeniería, lo que permitió a nuestro equipo disponer del máximo tiempo para completar sus inspecciones. La empresa Airbus nos dice que en realidad hay 119 sujetadores en esta parte del avión y los cuatro que faltaban no habría hecho el vuelo más peligroso, dicho esto, se aseguraron de que se sometiera a un mantenimiento adicional solo para estar seguros, además, señalan que los sujetadores fueron reemplazados.

A Virgin Atlantic flight that was supposed to leave the UK never took off after passengers spotted a potential safety hazard ... which makes up the nuts and bolts of this story.

Here's the deal ... last week, this VA plane that was due to depart from Manchester to New York -- but before it could even get on the runway, eagle-eyed guests onboard noticed something was amiss on one of the wings outside, and they flagged it to the staff.

Basically, they thought they saw some screws missing -- and as it turns out, there were, in fact, four missing fasteners that needed to be attended to by a maintenance worker.

That's the video you're seeing here ... the guy is literally drilling in the fasteners/bolts that had apparently fallen off -- and as you can imagine, everyone onboard was shocked by this apparent oversight. Now, in terms of the safety of all this ... VA insists nobody was at risk.

An Airbus rep clarified to TMZ Monday that the missing fasteners/bolts were actually part of a panel on the plane that only affected the aerodynamic levels of that specific piece -- and did NOT have any impact on the integrity of the aircraft at large.

Virgin Atlantic tells us, "The VS127 from Manchester to New York JFK on 15 January, operating on an Airbus A330, was canceled to provide time for precautionary additional engineering maintenance checks, which allowed our team the maximum time to complete their inspections. The safety of our customers and crew is always our top priority and this was not compromised at any point."

The Airbus company that actually handles the plane itself tells us there are actually 119 fasteners on this part of the plane -- and notes the 4 missing ones wouldn't have made the flight any more dangerous ... with that said, they made sure it underwent additional maintenance just to be safe -- and they also note the fasteners were replaced.

EDM artists at a concert in Los Angeles blew the roof off the place Saturday night ... and we mean that kinda literally -- 'cause part of the ceiling collapsed mid-show.

Here's the deal ... Brennan Heart headlined a show at Exchange LA -- a popular local nightclub/music venue. Lucky Rabbit, TYEGUYS and JayR were also slated to take the stage.

But, it seems they weren't all able to -- 'cause part of the ceiling came down right in the middle of the crowd during the show, halting it in its tracks.

Clips of the venue after the crash are all over social media with some users claiming they were there and were either hit or nearly hit by the falling debris ... not exactly the most fun concert experience.

The aftermath's a bit chaotic, with the music cut and show shut down almost immediately while security escorted people out of the building ... check out the message on the all-red screen too -- the venue wasn't messin' around.

It's not clear if anyone was hurt or why exactly the ceiling collapsed ... it's an older building and the rain's been beating up on SoCal for a few days now -- but, quite frankly we don't know.

We have reached out to Exchange LA ... no word back yet.

Luke Bryan's rip-roaring ditties can capture any crowd's attention ... unless the Green Bay Packers are on apparently.

TMZ's obtained video from LB's concert at "Crash My Playa" -- a four-night concert event in Cancún hosted by Luke himself -- from Saturday night and everyone seemed super into the music ... except one dedicated GB fan that is.

Instead of taking in the performance, this fan's face was buried in his phone ... watching the Pack take on the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the playoffs -- you can't make this kinda stuff up.

He wasn't in nosebleed seats either -- check out the view! Just feet away from Luke Bryan blasting his hits and getting the crowd fired up. Yep, the concert looked freakin' lit.

Now, we gotta be fair here ... doesn't seem like Mr. Green Bay was blaring the NFL audio, and it was a pretty damn important game -- but, still seems strange to go to the concert if the game's that much on your mind.

Maybe he bought tickets months ago when Green Bay didn't have a snowball's chance in heck to make the playoffs ... before winning their last three games and barely edging out the Seattle Seahawks for the final spot.

Unfortunately for this diehard fan, the Packers game didn't end well for his guys ... with 'Frisco pulling off the late 24-21 victory. Insult to injury alert ... they'll play the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship game next weekend -- a major rival of GB.
