Cory Mills Barred From Contacting Beauty Queen Ex-Girlfriend
Florida Congressman Cory Mills has been hit with a restraining order after his ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Langston, claimed he'd threatened to release her sex tapes.
A judge said evidence of the Republican representative's activities supported Langston's claims about Mills' actions causing her "emotional distress," according to Politico.
The judge's restraining order expires in January 2026. Mills represents a district northeast of Orlando, according to The New York Times.
Mills and Langston, who was crowned Miss United States in 2024, reportedly started seeing each other in 2021, and he claimed she'd later sent him explicit videos of herself.
The pair's relationship apparently ended in February this year, after police responded to a report of an alleged assault against an unnamed woman in Washington -- Politico reports Mills and the woman both denied an assault took place. He was not charged.
Langston filed a police report in July claiming Mills had repeatedly contacted her after their split. He'd allegedly threatened to release explicit content she'd made, and ignored her requests to cease contact, according to the New York Post.
The pair subsequently sat down for two court hearings, where they each testified about their relationship and their shared communications. The judge in the case eventually stated Mills hadn't provided any "credible rebuttal" to Langston's testimony.

LAPD's sitting on a potential goldmine in the D4vd investigation ... surveillance videos from the singer's Hollywood Hills rental home that could reveal whether Celeste Rivas was there prior to her mysterious death.
TMZ has learned cops seized all the footage from multiple security cameras at the house last month while executing a search warrant. The owner of the house, Malden Trifunovic, tells us the external cameras would show anyone who went in or out of the house ... so, the footage could help cops track Celeste's movements leading up to her demise.
Malden says he hasn't seen any of the footage himself, because he intentionally did not have access to the cameras, to allow his renters privacy -- so, he has no idea if Celeste was ever in the house. He says he's asked LAPD for a copy of the warrant and an itemized list of what was seized from the house, but has not gotten a response.

Kim Zolciak Subpoenaed in Other Couple's $100M Divorce Case
Kim Zolciak's fighting to avoid sitting for a deposition in another couple's divorce proceedings -- nothing to do with her own split from Kroy Biermann -- and there's a whole lotta money on the line.
The reality TV star has filed a motion to squash a subpoena in Jillian Green and Kyle Mowitz's divorce ... arguing the document she was served with in a parking lot recently is “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her” ... and her lawyers don't think the court should make her comply with it, according to Us Weekly.

Alex Jones Supreme Court Tosses His Appeal To Reject $1.4 Billion Judgment
Alex Jones' control over InfoWars might end up becoming a thing of the past ... because the U.S. Supreme Court just rejected his appeal to avoid paying more than $1.4 billion in damages to the families affected by the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
The court did not issue any comment about the decision, according to NBC News.
Here's what went down ... Jones has made many comments about the Sandy Hook shooting -- in which 20 children and six adults were killed in a mass shooting at a Connecticut school -- and court papers show he's declared the tragic incident was a "staged event" more than once.
The right-wing media figure was subsequently sued by the victims' families in Connecticut state court for defamation and other violations.
Jones -- who owns InfoWars through his company Free Speech Systems -- was found liable for damages in 2021, and he was ordered to pay more than $1.4 billion the following year, according to CBS News. He's currently looking for bankruptcy protection.
One more thing ... the higher-ups at the satirical news site The Onion won the bid to acquire InfoWars in a bankruptcy auction, but a federal judge in Texas blocked the sale last year. A bankruptcy court rejected a second attempt in February this year.
Jones' lawyer has claimed the site's team has launched a new bid to take control of InfoWars ... which is unlikely now with the latest Supreme Court decision.
