The actor's on a press tour in support of the new movie "Freakier Friday" ... and, he got real about his near-death experience when he was just 15 years old.

Murray got real on the "Great Company" podcast ... telling host and reality star Jamie Laing -- explaining his intestines got all twisted up and he was bleeding internally.

It looks like it's gonna be a freaky weekend ... and it'll be even freakier if you can't guess who this celeb is!

We caught this actress -- who made her bones in flicks like "Halloween" and "True Lies," in case you need a hint -- while she signed posters for her adoring fans ahead of the wide release of a much-awaited sequel she stars in!

On second thought, maybe it'd be easier to guess who this celeb is if she was standing next to a costar ... maybe someone like Lindsay Lohan would work?

Chad Michael Murray's looks over the years are 'FREAKY'-HOT!

Here is a 21-year-old version of the blonde hair hottie in a shot from "Freaky Friday" back in 2003 (left). This was the same year he played Lucas Scott on "One Tree Hill" and of course, went on to play Austin Aimes alongside Hilary Duff in the 2004 film "A Cinderella Story."

And, more than two decades later, the sizllin' zaddy of three brought his long hair back to life for the sequel film, "Freakier Friday" (right) -- which premiered earlier this weekend, starring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Mr. Murray has put up some macho, masculine looks on the red carpet over the years, but the imperative question here is: Good Genes or Good Docs?!

Jeffrey Louis Starr -- a former child actor -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed with multiple family members.

Starr passed away last month ... with a family source telling us he took his last breath in a hospital in Carbondale, Illinois surrounded by loved ones. We're told he dealing with an illness before he died.

Jeffrey's brother, Kevin, and sister-in-law, Michele, posted on social media after he passed ... remembering Jeffrey as someone who gave great hugs, had a big heart and seemed to make and have friends at just about every place he walked into.

People grow up, and things change over the years ... but fans of "Freaky Friday" evidently didn't go away, because Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis are reprising their old roles as Anna and Tess Coleman in "Freakier Friday!"

We know it's been 22 years since the mother-daughter duo switched bodies and had to fill each other's lives while working out their personal differences -- but the fandom for the movie stayed strong, and their patience is being rewarded with a sequel to the 2003 flick!

Horror auteur Eli Roth's latest project will strike a chord with fans of murder, because it's a trailer for a movie about a killer who uses pianos to make people B-flat.

Okay, "The Piano Killer" isn't a real movie (yet), but the trailer will play in theaters exclusively before screenings of "Jimmy and Stiggs," the first movie from Roth's media company The Horror Section, that opens in theaters Friday, August 15.

"J&S" is an insane, over-the-top alien invasion splatter flick, which Roth describes as "'Evil Dead' if it starred Cheech and Chong." And it's the only place you can see "The Piano Killer" trailer theatrically (along with another mystery fake trailer), which by our account, contains the most realistic depiction of piano murder ever committed to film.

Members of the Proud Boys are all in on Sydney Sweeney's controversial American Eagle ad, at least according to a vandalized billboard near the City of Angels ... and it's not because of her jeans -- it's about her genes.

A billboard along an L.A.-area freeway was spotted this week with a banner that reads ... "Proud Boys love Sydney Sweeney. She has the best blue genes."

It's unclear when the banner was put up in Corona, about 40 miles east of L.A., or who exactly is behind it ...  but one local resident tells KABC-TV it makes them feel "angry, scared, disappointed."

Fleiss also tells TMZ ... she's not involved in the yet-to-be-named biopic, which just cast Aubrey as Heidi, who became famous back in the 1990's under the nickname the "Hollywood Madam."

But she was eventually arrested and convicted in state court for pandering and handed a 3-year sentence that was overturned on appeal. She was also convicted of money laundering and tax evasion in federal court and served a few years in prison before getting released in 1999.

Heidi tells us she's seen Aubrey's work in HBO's "White Lotus" franchise and feels she's a great choice to play her on the big screen and will do a spectacular job ... but she won't see what Aubrey does here, because "the past is dead" to her and she's not trying to relive her life.

Sad news from Brad Pitt’s family ... TMZ has learned his mom, Jane Etta Pitt, has died at the age of 84.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Jane passed in the last day or two, and a member of the family shared a touching IG post confirming the news.

Brad was incredibly close to his mom -- she was the glue of the extended Pitt clan, famously pulling the whole family together for a huge blowout just 5 years ago.

Jane, a former family counselor, mostly kept out of the spotlight ... but she did make a few red carpet cameos by Brad’s side with her husband, William.
