Future is fighting his ex, Layla, in court after she brought a paternity suit seeking child support against the rapper, claiming he's the father of her 9-year-old son.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Layla filed the action against Future in a Florida court seeking to establish paternity and an order requiring him to pay child support.

Layla said she was in a romantic relationship with Future and claims they had a son -- identified by his initials K.W. -- born in 2017.

Shannon Elizabeth's putting her finger in the OnlyFans pie ... launching her own profile to take full ownership of her sexiness, she tells TMZ.

The actress -- who starred as Nadia in "American Pie" way back in 1999 -- tells us she's starting an OnlyFans account, set to go up Thursday, because she's tired of a career spent in Hollywood ... where other people have controlled the narrative and the outcome of her career.

The Magnum Ice Cream Company may start melting under the heated words of Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Ben Cohen, who continues to call for the company he founded to be set free from Magnum ... their parent company. 

Check out the video ... Cohen says he continues to try and get The Magnum Ice Cream Company to sell off Ben & Jerry’s because they just don’t align on social policy issues. He says the Magnum corporation is “destroying the heart and the soul of Ben & Jerry’s and have neutered the social mission.” 

Cohen -- who founded the iconic pint ice cream brand with his business partner, Jerry Greenfield, 47 years ago -- has been an outspoken critic of the Magnum brand since they took over his company back in 2025. Now he is milking inspiration from the classic “Free Cone Day,” a holiday where Ben & Jerry’s gives out free ice cream to customers, dubbing it “Free the Cone.”

Caroline Schwitzky of "90 Day Fiancé" is still trying to wrap her head around the acquittal of her ex, Cole Goldberg, who had been accused of trying to kill her ... and she feels betrayed by the system.

As you know ... Cole was acquitted of attempted murder last month. Schwitzky accused  Goldberg of attempted murder back in 2022 -- she claimed the two got into a heated argument at the Boca Bash that year after she dumped Goldberg, and accused him of holding her head underwater.

Caroline tells TMZ ... she was so floored Cole was acquitted ... she needed several weeks to gather herself to speak out -- and says she still can't process that he won't be held accountable.

Trecina “Tina” Campbell -- one half of the gospel powerhouse duo Mary Mary -- is facing a major shakeup at home … because her husband has officially filed to end their marriage.

Tina’s husband, Glendon Campbell, filed for divorce in Los Angeles County on Monday … citing the standard irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Glendon says the couple tied the knot back in August 2000 and separated in June 2024 -- marking more than two decades of marriage before things fell apart.

Rapper Ice Spice is fighting a wig company that claims she owes $20,000 for a series of customs wigs, plus much more for trashing the company ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Ice Spice is calling out the wig company Thee Bella Brand for dragging her to court over the contractual dispute. Ice Spice says the company has been “overly dramatic” and claims they are attempting to put “public pressure” on her.

In 2025, the company Thee Bella Brand sued Ice Spice over 25 custom-made wigs, claiming she agreed to purchase them for around $20K but never paid up for the goods. The company said the rapper also trashed them on social media and was seeking more than $400K in lost business opportunities and punitive damages.

Lindsay Lohan's stepmom, Kate Lohan, has been arrested in Texas for allegedly attacking her ex -- Lindsay's dad -- Michael Lohan ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kate's been accused of intentionally and recklessly causing bodily injury to Michael on April 14.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kate was at the house when she and Michael were supposed to exchange their kids. We're told things escalated quickly because she was irate about being woken up.

Meghan Trainor is clearing the air on that so-called “toxic mom group” drama ... and it turns out, there’s no bad blood with Ashley Tisdale.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, on March 23 Ethan allegedly assaulted 3 men -- listed as E.F., J.M., and K.W. in the docs -- in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

This isn't Ethan's first run-in with the law ... in 2025, he was arrested and charged with resisting arrest.

Kendra Duggar’s family is speaking out about the arrest of her husband Joseph Duggar for allegedly molesting a child.

In a statement shared with TMZ, the Caldwells stated they're "troubled and heartbroken" over his alleged actions and "devastated" for his victim, who they described as "courageous in every way" to share her experience.

Live Nation -- which owns Ticketmaster -- was dealt a massive blow Wednesday when a federal jury found the concert company operated an illegal monopoly over ticketing for live entertainment.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta applauded the verdict in a statement ... calling it "a historic and resounding victory for artists, fans, and the venues that support them," according to NBC News.

Remember ... Taylor Swift slammed Ticketmaster back in 2022, when fans were furious over issues getting tickets for her shows. There were difficulties and delays during the presale, leading TM to cancel the public sale.
