Luigi is the star of the musical -- which makes sense, 'cause the satirical comedy discusses the theme of violence and how it's sensationalized by the media. Not pointing any fingers, of course!

The dispatch audio from just after the shooting of Democratic lawmakers Melissa Hortman and John Hoffman has been released.

TMZ has obtained the audio from minutes after Hortman -- the former Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives -- and Hoffman were shot ... and, in the case of Hoffman, first responders detail the extent of his and his wife injuries.

Listen to the audio for yourself ... Hoffman's wife was shot twice in the abdomen and once in the arm, paramedics say.

12:14 AM PT -- Gov. Tim Walz and U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar were also reportedly on the target list.

10:55 AM PT -- The hit list found in the Minnesota suspect’s car contained nearly 70 names. A law enforcement official told CNN the names included abortion providers, pro-abortion rights advocates and lawmakers in Minnesota and other states.

The official added law enforcement also found a Father's Day card addressed to the suspect in a bag full of ammunition.

The suspect on the run for the shooting death of Minnesota's Democrat State Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband reportedly wanted to slaughter even more lawmakers.

The gunman's manifesto was found in the SUV he drove to the Hortman residence before their murders, according to NewsNation's Brian Entin -- and the suspect had written down "names of many lawmakers and other officials."

Police also found flyers for planned "No Kings" demonstrations across Minnesota in the suspect's car ... and are now urging the public to avoid such gatherings "out of an abundance of caution."

11:07 AM PT -- Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, are both out of surgery and in stable condition. CNN reports a bullet narrowly missed the senator's heart while his wife had no organs pierced.

A family member says Yvette saved her daughter's life and threw herself on top of her. Their daughter Hope is in her mid-20s and was home with her parents during the shooting.

Two Democratic Minnesota state lawmakers were shot in what law enforcement say were "targeted" attacks early Saturday -- with one being killed in the politically charged attack.

State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, were shot and killed in their Brooklyn Park home, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced during a press conference.

Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, were shot multiple times at their Champlin residence, but survived. They were rushed into emergency surgery, and are now recovering.

Iran fired retaliatory strikes against Israel Friday night … sending a barrage of missiles into the Jewish state that were met by Israeli air defense systems, which caused massive explosions in the sky and on the ground.
