It's not looking good for Kash Patel -- because a federal judge just tossed out his defamation lawsuit against former FBI official Frank Figliuzzi.

Figliuzzi -- the former assistant director for Counterintelligence at the FBI -- had quipped on the MS NOW show "Morning Joe" last year that the FBI director had been "visible at nightclubs far more than he has been on the seventh floor" of FBI HQ in D.C. ... but U.S. District Court Judge George Hanks Jr. wasn’t buying it as fact.

Instead, he ruled Tuesday the remark was "rhetorical hyperbole" ... meaning no reasonable person would take it literally.

Puka Nacua was officially served with a lawsuit from his bite accuser right in the middle of his rehab stint, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to docs we obtained, three different process servers showed up at the L.A. Rams superstar's holistic care facility in Malibu earlier this month.

It seems as if the servers were tipped off on his whereabouts from news coverage ... as the attempts started just days after we reported Nacua was focused on "personal growth" amid treatment.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Paul Staehle and his now former wife Karine are dunzo ... the two are officially divorced, TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the judge in their case signed off on their divorce on April 13 after Karine filed a petition to dissolve the marriage back in February 2026.

The docs say the two separated more than a year ago and have been living apart for more than 60 days.

A young PBS employee’s life was cut short in a brutal shooting -- and cops say the man behind it was someone she once loved and trusted.

Ivy Unruh -- a 25-year-old engineer for PBS Kansas and a U.S. Marine veteran -- was gunned down outside her Wichita apartment early Friday morning ... allegedly by her estranged husband.

Police say Unruh was shot in the upper body around 8 AM and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She fought for days, but ultimately died Monday from her injuries.

29-year-old Joshua Orlando -- identified as her estranged husband -- called 911 to report the shooting himself, according to the Wichita Police Department. When officers arrived, they arrested him at the scene and recovered a firearm.

Kyle Cooke was "angry and upset" that West Wilson and Amanda Batula made out at a Yankees game last weekend for all to see ... this according to their "Summer House" costar Jesse Solomon.

Jesse appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" Tuesday evening and filled host Andy Cohen in ... saying Kyle is holding up better than one would think -- though he was not happy at all Amanda and West were all over each other at the Yankees game last Friday.

Dave Mason, the co-founder of rock band Traffic, has died at age 79.

He passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, his family announced on his official Facebook page. They say he died "after cooking an amazing dinner with his beloved wife Winifred," while he was taking a nap with their Maltese dog, Star, at his feet.

They went on ... "He passed away peacefully, in his favorite chair, surrounded by the beautiful Carson Valley that he loved so much. A storybook ending. On his own terms. Which is how he lived his life right up until the end."

Dakota Mortensen is not returning to "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" when cameras pick back up following the show's unexpected pause last month over serious physical altercations that occured between him and Taylor Frankie Paul.

According to a report, Dakota -- who shares a 2-year-old son, Ever, with Taylor -- will not be filming after TMZ revealed Hulu plans to start up production again following the month-long break. We also told you Taylor plans to return to the show when she is ready.

We were all over Hulu's pause on production -- we learned Dakota and Taylor got into back-to-back physical blow-ups during a weekend in February, during which Taylor allegedly choked him and scratched his neck. The Draper Police Department in Utah confirmed they were investigating a domestic assault resulting from the incident.

We then learned Dakota also went to the West Jordan Police Department in Utah in February accusing Taylor of abusing him during a 2024 dispute.

Smart posted an Instagram message Tuesday with a photo of herself wearing a bikini while showing off her perfectly sculpted body during a bodybuilding competition last weekend.

In her message, Smart said it would shock many of us to learn that she has now competed in a total of 4 bodybuilding competitions. She said she was frightened at first to post her muscle pics, thinking she would not be taken seriously or perceived as someone unworthy to continue helping survivors like herself. 

Blake Lively is fighting Justin Baldoni's effort to ban certain evidence from being presented to the jury at their upcoming trial ... including his alleged comments about her weight.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Blake told a judge the alleged remarks about her weight are completely relevant to the case.

In her lawsuit, the "Gossip Girl" alum alleged that Justin -- ahead of a scene in "It Ends With Us" where he had to lift her -- called her personal trainer to inquire about her weight. Justin said he had back problems and needed to be careful. Blake took issue with his call.

Blake argued her claims about the weight-related comments should be heard by the jury when the trial starts in May. She said the information "provides necessary context for evaluating" her claim that he retaliated against her.

The director said the allegations are "irrelevant" and would prejudice a jury ... insisting any comments he made to Blake's trainer have no connection to the alleged smear campaign his team ran against the actress in response to her complaints about on-set behavior by Justin.

Xzibit says he is drowning in tax debt and fighting to have his estranged wife, Krista, make an effort to get a hefty spousal support check to continue their lavish lifestyle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the rapper revealed the State of California said he owes more than $400K in back taxes, and the IRS said he owes around $900K to Uncle Sam. The total of the debt comes to around $1.3 million.

In the docs, the rapper said that his monthly income is $66,547 per month, while he estimates his estranged wife Krista Joiner pulls in around $12,843.
