WWE Diva Emma is a real life heel ... arrested for stealing an iPad case from a Walmart.

Emma was busted in Hartford Monday night after Walmart security spotted her swiping a red iHome 'Slim Swivel' iPad Mini case ... on sale for $21.14.

Cops tell TMZ ... Emma was charged with misdemeanor larceny in the 6th degree ... who knew there were that many degrees?

The legal system in Hartford is lightning quick -- she's already been to court and was sentenced to one day of community service.

WWE RAW was at the XL Center in Hartford as the crime went down.

Emma's lawyer chalks it up to an innocent mistake, saying she just forgot to pay while trying to navigate the self-checkout machine.

Joann Wells -- one of the stars of TLC's, "Gypsy Sisters," -- was busted in North Carolina after she allegedly stole thousands of dollars from a Target.

Officials from the Cary PD in North Carolina tell TMZ ... Wells befriended two cashiers at a Target last December to aid in her fraud. We're told the cashiers ran fake bar codes on merchandise, forced expired coupons, and cashed gift cards -- and Wells would share the profits.

We're told the scheme took place over a 10 day period ... and racked up a total of $14,700.

A warrant was issued for her arrest, but Wells turned herself in last week and was charged with obtaining property under false pretense, and felony conspiracy.

She was later released after posting bail. Both cashiers were also arrested.

TLC had no comment.

Another Disney Star ... another substance abuse arrest .... "Lab Rats" star Billy Unger has been arrested for DUI.

The 18-year-old was driving on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Saturday just after midnight when Sheriff's deputies pulled him over for speeding.

Deputies suspected Unger was under the influence. He blew a .08 -- barely the legal limit, but there's a special California law for drivers under the age of 21. If they have ANY alcohol in their system it's considered driving under the influence.

Unger was arrested, taken to jail and released.

Unger is now on a fairly long list of Disney stars with drug and alcohol problems. Others include Zac Efron, Mitchel Musso, Jake T. Austin, Orlando Brown, Kirsten Storms, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Shia LaBeouf, and of course ... Lindsay Lohan.

8:00 AM PDT: Robert Downey Jr. just released the following statement to TMZ: “Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it. Also, there is a lot of family support and understanding, and we’re all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he's capable of being."

Downey adds ... "We’re grateful to the Sheriff’s department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale.”

Robert Downey Jr.'s son was arrested for cocaine possession in West Hollywood Sunday afternoon ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Indio Downey was a passenger in a car at around 2 PM PT when cops drove up along side the vehicle and noticed the passenger was smoking something out of a pipe.

An L.A. County Sheriff's deputy pulled the car over, did a search and allegedly found cocaine in Indio's possession. He was arrested and taken to jail for possession of cocaine.

20-year-old Indio -- who appeared in "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang -- posted his $10K bail and was released just after midnight Sunday.

Robert Downey Jr. famously struggled with drug addiction and ended up in prison. The drugs that got him in so much trouble -- cocaine and heroin.

Shia LaBeouf would not talk about his recent NYC arrest Sunday afternoon at LAX ... or maybe the actor was just confused by our photog's mumbled line of questioning.

Shia was making his way through the airport with a friend when our photog tried to ask about the arrest.

Our photog did have an interesting concept ... with all of Shia's hijinx over the last year, is he going through a Britney-like meltdown -- or is this just Joaquin Phoenix-esque performance art?

Rick Ross was arrested in North Carolina last night ... all because cops say he BLEW OFF a court date stemming from a weed arrest in town last year.

The Boss was taken into custody by the Greensboro Police Department late Friday night ... right after his performance at SuperJam 2014 at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Officials say there had been a warrant out for Ross -- because he never showed up to court to deal with a marijuana arrest in Greensboro back in 2013 ... so, when he came back to N.C., cops pounced.

We're told Ross was cooperative with police -- and has since been released from custody after posting bail.

Elyjah Marrow -- grandson of rapper Ice-T -- was arrested after he accidentally shot and killed his roommate ... TMZ has learned.

Cops tell us ... 19-year-old Marrow was fiddling with a handgun in his Georgia apartment Tuesday when it accidentally went off, fatally wounding roommate Daryus Johnson, who was also 19.

Marrow was charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony, and reckless conduct. He was also hit with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of a stolen firearm.

He is currently in custody.

Marrow appeared on his grandfather's reality show, "Ice Loves Coco."

So far ... no comment from Ice-T.

Before Shia LaBeouf got arrested and thrown out of a Broadway show ... he argued with a homeless guy on the streets of New York ... over a hat.

According to an eyewitness, a few hours before his arrest ... Shia confronted a homeless guy on the street. It appeared to the witness as if Shia thought the hat was his and Shia was trying to get it back.

You can see in the photos ... Shia is chasing after the homeless guy as he runs around holding the hat.

Shia LaBeouf was drinking and watching the World Cup early Thursday afternoon ... and he was acting just fine.

According to the folks at Iguana NYC ... Shia showed up around 1:00 PM to watch Belgium's World Cup soccer match against South Korea. A bartender there tells us Shia said he wasn't much of a soccer fan, but felt the need to be patriotic because his family was from Belgium.

Shia ordered 2-3 margaritas,pacing himself, and didn't ordered any food. The staff says he was quiet, polite, and nice to everyone. He even posed for a few pics (above) and tipped well.

All in all, he was there for about two hours without incident.

The restaurant is right next door to the theater where Shia went off the hinges.

Multiple witnesses tell TMZ ... Shia showed up outside another bar, Three Monkeys, at around 5:00 PM. They say Shia seemed really angry and drunk and began yelling at a random woman on the street ... who had no idea why Shia was so worked up.

Shia LaBeouf went ballistic when confronted by security of a Broadway show Thursday night, hurling expletives and screaming everyone's favorite Hollywood phrase, "Do you know who the f*** I am?"

According to the criminal complaint, LaBeouf stood up in the middle of "Cabaret" and was yelling loudly at the actors on stage, disrupting the performance.

When security confronted LaBeouf in an effort to remove him from the theater, he screamed, "F*** you. This is f***ing bullshit. Do you know my life? Do you know who the f*** I am? Do you know who I am?"

According to the complaint, once he was brought into the station for processing, LaBeouf spit at a police officer ... landing at the officer's feet.

Shia LaBeouf was ARRESTED after acting crazy in a New York City club, then threatening cops and club security.

Shia was at a showing of "Cabaret" at the legendary Studio 54 Thursday night ... when he was smoking inside -- which is against the law -- and "alarming people" by his conduct by being extremely loud and obscene.

Witnesses say Shia appeared extremely drunk, reportedly played grab ass with some of the actors on stage and then flew into a rage, spitting on people.

As for the threats to law enforcement ... Shia reportedly told police, "I'll f*** you up."

Police came and arrested the actor and took him to the cop shop. Shia was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Shia pled not guilty Friday morning and left the courthouse a free man.

Shia LaBeouf looked like crap as he left the courthouse Friday ... after being arrested for essentially going insane inside Studio 54 in NYC.

Shia had remorse and hangover written all over his face as he walked away, just having pled not guilty to criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Shia allegedly threatened cops, yelled obscenities at patrons inside the club and disrupted the performance. He also gabbed an ass or 2 during his drunken tirade.

The delusional man who broke into the home of "Love & Basketball" star Sanaa Lathan and was found sleeping in her home just pled guilty to criminal trespassing, and he'll be undergoing some serious head shrinking for the next year.

Shawn Caples pled guilty Thursday to the crime and was ordered to stay away from Sanaa and her home for 3 years. He's also on 3 years probation.

Caples -- who told cops he was Sanaa's husband -- was shooed away from the house earlier this month but then reappeared later that day. Lathan told him to "get the f*** out of here" but he refused to leave so the cops came and arrested him.

The former deputy who arrested Mel Gibson is indignant that Gary Oldman accused him of making disparaging comments about Jews and African-Americans.

Oldman did an interview with Playboy, defending Mel Gibson and Alec Baldwin, saying, "I know [Mel] got drunk and said a few things, but we've all said those things." Oldman then goes on to attack former L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy James Mee, saying "We're all f**king hypocrites. That's what I think about it. The policeman who arrested him has never used the word n****r or that f**king Jew?"

Mee tells TMZ, "I'm Jewish and why would I say that to discredit my own religious makeup?"

Mee goes on, "The N-word is a scary word. I would never even dream of using it. It sickens me that anyone would use that word."

Mee says, "Jews have been persecuted and put down over the years. Why would I, as a Jew, do that to other races?"

Mee doesn't think kindly of Oldman, saying, "I feel sorry for people that need to say things about other people in order to justify themselves."

Mel Gibson walked into an Albuquerque jail this morning for a booking ... which turned out to be fake, because he's doing it for a flick.

Mel is in New Mexico, shooting "Blood Father." Mel, who plays an ex-con, went to the courthouse in a suit and tie after shooting the jail scene ... presumably for a hearing in his fake criminal case.

We're guessing Mel didn't have to method act this scene.

A paparazzo was arrested for allegedly threatening the life of a huge celebrity trainer ... and then ominously reaching for what the trainer believed was a deadly weapon.

Harley Pasternak -- who trains Kanye West, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Usher, Rihanna and a slew of other celebs -- told cops paparazzi showed up at his home Sunday because they got a tip he was about to train Robert Pattinson.

Harley says he told the paps Pattinson wasn't coming to his house but they didn't believe him. The paps got more aggressive and came onto his property. Harley told police he then walked out and ordered the photogs to leave, and that's when the photog in question threatened, "I'm gonna kill you and your family."

Harley says the photog reached for something in his car ... fearing it was a weapon, the trainer subdued the guy.

The photog denied making any death threats and insists Harley was the aggressor ... attempting to pull off his hubcaps with his bare hands. But a neighbor told cops she heard the death threat loud and clear. That was enough for police to hook the guy up and haul him to jail.

By the way ... the photog admits he was reaching for a weapon of sorts ... pepper spray.
