Kylie Jenner's finally the hottest chick of the entire Jenner/Kardashian brood ... and now also worth the most coin.

We spoke to multiple photo agencies that tell us for the next 2 months ... pregnant Kylie will command a HUGE price tag ... exponentially more than a hot Kim Kardashian in a revealing bikini. The price, of course, could be affected if Kylie blasts her own baby bump pics on social media.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie's pregnant with Travis Scott's kid, both of whom have been telling friends on the DL. And we gotta ask ...

Kylie Jenner is pregnant and Travis Scott is about to become a dad.

We're told 20-year-old Kylie began telling friends earlier this month at the Day N Night Fest in Anaheim, CA.

Sources also say 25-year-old Travis Scott, Kylie's boyfriend, has also been telling his friends. We're even told -- although we cannot verify -- that he's told friends they're having a girl.

One source says Travis was at a recent event telling people about the pregnancy and how his life was going to change.

If they are punking their friends with repeated pregnancy proclamations, it's super weird ... especially in light of the photo (above) which Kylie herself just posted on Snapchat.

It's also interesting ... Kylie's been posting old pics of herself on Instagram and current shots from the chest up.

Kylie and Travis have been together since April.

If you're wondering what Kylie's ex, Tyga, thinks about the fetus news, he posted this on Snapchat and quickly deleted it. What do ya think -- is he bitter or relieved?

Tyga's either A) Over Kylie B) Jealous another dude knocked her up or C) In massive denial.

We got Kylie's ex Friday on Rodeo Drive when our photog fired a slew of questions in his direction, all about the story TMZ broke earlier in the day ... Kylie and Travis are havin' a baby!!!

Tyga's clearly underwhelmed, or at least that's the way he's presenting himself.

Janet Jackson gave her baby a taste of Hollywood Wednesday as mother and son lunched at The Ivy.

Eissa was chill as he was cradled in Ms. Jackson's arms on their way out. As for reports her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, verbally abused her ... radio silence.

We're told it's a difficult, nasty divorce, but Janet had her game face on and showed no sign of distress.

Eniko Parrish isn't shying away from cameras in the wake of Kevin Hart apologizing to her for getting into a bad "situation" -- but she's also not throwing him under the bus.

Eniko, who's in her third trimester, was out running errands Monday in Beverly Hills ... just as we imagine she would on any other day. Photogs fired off a series of questions about Kevin getting extorted -- as TMZ first reported someone demanded 8 figures to keep a sexually explicit video under wraps.

Eniko was also asked if she's even spoken to Kevin yet.

No reply from Mrs. Hart, but for what it's worth ... she was still wearing her ring.

Serena Williams's baby is just weeks old, but she's already making a name for herself.

Serena posted this pic of Alexis with a onesie that is more like a mantra for what is going to be her life.

The baby's dad, Alexis Ohanian, is pictured with his daughter ... or at least his arm is.

We've been on the hunt trying to figure out if a famous kid of one sex has ever been named after his or her parent of the other sex, but so far we've come up dry.

Here she is ... the first kid to ever win a major tennis tournament from inside the womb!!!!

Serena Williams and baby daddy Alexis Ohanian just revealed the first pic of their brand new daughter -- Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr.

That's right ... she's got the same name as her daddy -- and she's a junior!

Serena says Alexis Jr. weighed 6 lbs 14 ounces when she was born on Sept. 1.

And she's already crediting the kid with winning a Grand Slam title, since Serena won the Australian Open while she was pregnant with A2.

But the delivery wasn't exactly smooth sailing -- 35-year-old Serena says there were "a lot of complications" at the hospital that required them to stay there for 6 or 7 days.

The good news ... everything seems fine now and Serena says, "Look what we got! A baby girl!"

The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is concerned about the well-being of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's baby ... so much so they've gone to court to make sure she's protected.

TMZ has learned the Dept. has gone to L.A. County Dependency Court so a judge can determine if Dream is safe.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, DCFS opened an investigation involving Chyna's alleged drug use, and this was before Rob and Chyna split up.

As we reported, Chyna has obtained a restraining order against Rob after claiming he beat her.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sure know how to pick 'em -- surrogates that is -- because the woman they found to carry their third child sounds like the perfect choice.

Sources familiar with the pregnancy tell us ... the couple's surrogate is an African-American woman in her 20s -- same with her husband. We're told she and her hubby have been married for 5 years, and their marriage is solid.

She's also had experience in the labor department. She's the mother of 2 small boys, so she knows the drill.

The surrogate's a college grad, so maybe the kid will pick up some of that through osmosis.

She's also in great physical shape, which helps with a smooth pregnancy. As we reported, she's halfway along and the baby girl is due in late January.

One more thing ... she's a registered Democrat, so it looks like the names Ivanka and Melania aren't in the cards.

Bust out the pink balloons -- 'cause Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are having a baby girl ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the stories ... the baby's due in late January by a surrogate Kim and Kanye hired for medical reasons. Kim's placenta accreta condition could kill her if she carries another baby to term.

This will be girl #9 in the Kardashian clan -- not including Kris herself -- and we've learned it bodes well for one of those ladies in particular.

We spoke with a notable child psychologist, who tells us North West and baby #3 will probably form a closer bond than Saint might with his new sis. And the reason's simple: sisters gravitate to their sisters. You don't gotta tell us ... or the Kardashians, either.

Kind of a bummer for Saint, though -- especially since Kim recently said North "does not like" him ... and doesn't seem to be getting past the meanie phase.

Oh well, girl power!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will expand their brood by 1 come Winter.

We're told baby #3 is due at the end of January.

TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kanye hired a surrogate because she has a medical condition -- placenta accreta -- that became extremely serious during her second pregnancy and we're told it could become life-threatening if she tried to carry another baby to term.

They paid $45k for the surrogate, who is prohibited from smoking, drinking or doing drugs during the pregnancy. Also, no hot tubs, hair dye and raw fish.

We're told so far, so good.

Prince William did it again ... the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with their third child, and she's really sick about it.

The royal family announced the pregnancy Monday morning, and it sounds like their hand was forced due to the fact Kate is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. Yeah, we had to Google it too -- it's basically severe morning sickness, but it's bad enough that the Duchess had to cancel a public appearance Monday.

Michael Phelps took his wife and his fetus out on the town on Tuesday -- treating the gang to a OneRepublic show!

Earlier that day, Nicole Phelps announced she was preggo with baby #2 -- but it wasn't until she hit the concert that she decided to show off her baby bump.

The Phelps' got to hang backstage with the band before the Phoenix show -- and tweeted about it, "These guys were amazing to see live the other night!! So talented!!!"

He's right. Counting Stars is a good song.

Michael Phelps just announced his wife, Nicole, is pregnant with baby #2 -- a little over a year after she gave birth to their first kid.

"Number 2 on the way," the Olympic legend said ... "So excited! Wonder if it's a boy or a girl."

Michael and Nicole got married in a secret ceremony back in June, right after their 1st son Boomer was born.

Now, they're adding to their brood ... and once again, doing it faster than Ryan Lochte.

Serena Williams is getting hilariously loopy in her pregnancy ... like, laugh out loud funny.

With the baby due in roughly 2 weeks (or less) ... a very pregnant Serena used a Sharpie pen to draw on her stomach for a sports-style breakdown of how the birth is gonna go.

It's almost like if John Madden had to draw up and break down the delivery.

After that, Serena honed in on her baby daddy, Alexis Ohanian -- and pointed out the gray hairs on his beard.

Don't worry ... she's got a solution for how to make the gray go away -- and it's really funny!

Scott Stapp's proof even rock stars are softies ... just look at his awesome gender reveal.

The ex-Creed frontman was performing at the 13th annual Bat Fest in Austin where he decided it was the best place to reveal what his pregnant wife's poppin' next.
