Kate Middleton and Prince William's freshly named little Prince Louis Arthur Charles may be fifth in line to the throne, but he's already ruling when it comes to raking in gifts from celebs and dignitaries.

We're told James Corden, Diane von Furstenberg and the First Family of Gabon -- the African nation whose prez is tight with the Duke and Duchess -- all threw down at least $1k on gift baskets for Prince Louis. The top spender was the First Fam, who we're told dropped $5k at Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor. Here are just a few of the gifts:

-- James Corden: limited edition, 23-book Beatrix Potter collection and plush characters toy set ($750).

-- Diane von Furstenberg: 2 complete lines of organic cotton bodysuits, onesies, and other first year clothing items ($500), and wooden learning blocks in English, Hebrew, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, and Persian ($500).

-- First Family of Gabon: Petit Tresor Silver Treasures gift basket with silver sippy cup, rattle, keepsake box, comb/brush set, cutlery/bowl set, and cake candleholders ($3,500).

We're told they had to drop another $200 to ship the gifts from Cali to the UK.

We think Gabon's First Fam can swing the expense. Ditto for James and Diane.

While it's unclear if Jay-Z asked to touch Cardi B's baby bump at Coachella this past weekend, it's also likely she doesn't mind -- 'cause she didn't seem to object then ... or now.

We got Cardi and her fiance, Offset, Monday leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills, where our photog asked when her baby was due -- but, more importantly, whether she signed off on Jay reaching down to quickly cup her belly in the front row of Beyonce's concert Saturday.

Cardi stays mum on that detail. But what is clear here is that she's fully baring her pregnant body in public now, and looking fantastic while doing it.

9:57 AM PT -- Kate and the new bouncing royal have made their first public appearance together!

Will was also there by her side for the big reveal on the steps of the hospital. Both mom and baby have been reported to be in perfect health.

Kate Middleton has just given birth to her third child ... and it's a BOY!!!

The Duchess of Cambridge popped Monday at St. Mary's Hospital in London. The new royal was announced to weigh in at 8 lbs. 7 oz. by Kensington Palace. Prince William was at Kate's side for the birth.

As is tradition, the Town Crier announced the birth from the steps of the Lindo Wing of the hospital. The customary announcement -- complete with bell ringing and feathered cap -- was also made for Kate's other two births.

Kate and Prince William announced last September baby No. 3 was on the way but the announcement came only after the cat had been outta the bag. The royal family was seemingly forced to announce she was pregnant after canceling a public appearance due to extreme morning sickness.

She also suffered from morning sickness before giving birth to Prince George in 2013 and Princess Charlotte in 2015. Btw ... baby No. 3 will be fifth in line to the throne -- after Prince Charles, Prince William and his 2 siblings.

Jay-Z appeared to give Cardi B and her forthcoming baby his blessing this weekend during round 2 of Beyonce's Coachella set ... a belly rub and prayer hands says as much, anyway.

Jay was spotted getting up close and personal with Cardi in the artist section early Sunday morning around 12:45 AM, after he'd performed a duet with his wife on stage.

He affectionately grabs her arms and then places his hands on top of her ever-growing baby bump. Cardi was seated during the interaction -- ya know, 'cause she super pregnant ... AND about to perform for the second weekend in a row BTW. Girl needs her rest.

Gretchen Rossi shot down rumors she surgically enhanced her boobs by stripping down, and opening up ... about her struggle to get pregnant.

We spoke to the former 'RHOC' star Thursday about the flood of haters on social media claiming she'd either gained a bunch of weight and/or had a boob job. They were reacting to her appearance last week on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live."

Gretchen made it clear she has nothing to hide, and revealed what she calls her $50 boob job. Watch the video ... you'll get it. She also admits she has put on a few pounds, because she's getting hormone shots for IVF.

Gretchen and her fiance, Slade Smiley, are going through a second round of IVF, and she told us they're right in the middle of a critical stage.

Sen. Tammy Duckworth just made history, baby ... by bringing her newborn daughter to Capitol Hill to vote on something, thanks to a new rule she helped push through the Senate.

Duckworth -- who just gave birth earlier this month -- wheeled herself onto the Senate floor Thursday in D.C., where she cast a vote on the confirmation of a new NASA administrator, Jim Bridenstine. She ended up voting nay ... but the guy got cleared with 50 GOP yeas.

Still, her presence was felt ... considering up until Wednesday, children of any age were not allowed to be on the Senate floor during votes. However, all 100 senators unanimously passed a resolution this week allowing an exception for newborns.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's baby girl is officially registered in the system in Ohio ... and she's without a middle name.

The birth certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- mostly confirms what we already knew thanks to Khloe ... True weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was 21 inches long. It also confirms True was born without a middle name, much like her cousins North, Saint, Stormi and Chicago.

We broke the story ... Tristan was there for True's birth despite the tumultuous time for the couple, and Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe's BFF Malika were also by her side. This is Khloe and the Cavs star's first child together.

As we reported ... True is a family name -- it was the name of Kris' grandfather -- but it's interesting Khloe chose to use Thompson as the baby's last name in wake of his cheating scandal when she didn't have to ... and their relationship is in ruins.

Khloe Kardashian was horribly conflicted on what last name to give her baby girl in the wake of Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal ... before finally deciding to go with Thompson.

Our Kardashians sources tell us ... Khloe chose the name True about a month ago, and up until the cheating scandal broke -- it was a lock that True's last name would be her father's.

We're told that quickly faded after video from October surfaced -- days before Khloe went into labor -- of Tristan cheating on her ... and she was beyond conflicted on whether to go with Kardashian or Thompson when it was time to fill out True's birth certificate.

Our Kardashian sources say it took Khloe a couple days after True was born before she finally decided the right thing to do was give the baby Tristan's surname.

Khloe and True are on their own now with Tristan Thompson, because her fam just hopped on a private jet out of Cleveland.

Kris Jenner and her daughters -- Kim, Kourtney and Kendall -- were wheels up and bound for L.A. Tuesday afternoon. Kris has stayed in Cleveland since last week when Khloe gave birth, but the sisters flew back into Ohio yesterday.

As we reported, Khloe and Tristan's relationship is in ruins right now, and her plan is to bounce out of Cleveland as soon as she and True are medically cleared to make the flight back to Cali.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's relationship is in shambles ... despite an appearance Khloe created that her union is still tight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Khloe has not spoken to Tristan for several days because she's still furious after finding out he repeatedly cheated on her, and embarrassed her in the process.

We're told while Khloe's recent post made it appear as if she and Tristan were solid -- unveiling the baby's name as "our little girl," True Thompson -- sources tell us it's just a facade and their relationship is hanging by a thread.

We're told Khloe is nowhere near forgiving Tristan ... and the same goes for the rest of the Klan, including Rob, who is raging at Tristan. For now ... Khloe's putting on a brave face for the sake of their daughter. Khloe's sisters are also livid.

Khloe and the baby are staying at Tristan's house in Cleveland for the time being, largely because all of the baby gear is in the nursery there. But, they haven't been alone since Khloe was released from the hospital. There is definitely a chill in the air.

Kris has been by Khloe's side since the birth, and Kim, Kourtney and Kendall flew to Cleveland on Monday to support their sister after she had an emotional breakdown. But things will soon change. We're told once Khloe's medically cleared to fly, she's getting the hell outta Dodge and bringing True back with her to L.A.

Aside from being the baby daddy, Tristan's status with Khloe is tenuous at best.

Khloe Kardashian just got some major family reinforcements on the ground again in Cleveland, 'cause her sisters just touched down to be by her side after a rough week.

Kim, Kendall and Kourtney were spotted stepping off their private jet in The Land Monday after a long Coachella weekend -- the same day Khloe announced the name of her and Tristan Thompson's newborn baby girl ... one True Thompson.

As you'll recall, Kim and Kourtney flew into Cleveland last Wednesday ahead of the birth ... but jetted back to L.A. a day later. Kris stuck around, though ... and now the whole fam (sans Kylie) seems to be reunited yet again amid a tumultuous time for the new parents.

Cardi B just did what Beyonce refused to last year -- making her debut at Coachella while SUPER pregnant ... but her ever-growing baby bump didn't slow her down one bit.

Cardi hit the stage Sunday night for Day 3 of the festival, where she performed hit songs from her album "Invasion of Privacy." She was rockin' an all white mesh top and high-waisted pants that kept her baby bump from being too visible.

But still, there was no hiding that bump, and Cardi wasn't slowing down one bit just because she was preggo -- she twerked all over the stage and hyped up the crowd. She even brought out 21 Savage, YG, G-Eazy, Chance the Rapper, and Kehlani for surprise cameos. Safe to say, pregnancy ain't no thang for Cardi when it comes to getting that Coachella $$$$.

Khloe Kardashian leads a busy lifestyle, so she's making sure her first child is equipped to be a baby-on-the-go as well ... TMZ has learned.

We're told in the week leading up to Khloe giving birth, she was stocking up on items for the baby, but panicked when she realized she was low on luggage and other travel items for her daughter.

Our sources say she loaded up with about 20 items from Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor -- it's a fave stop for the Kardashians. We're told Khloe dropped just under $4,000 to get a BabyZen Yoyo Travel Stroller, a Medela Pump On-The-Go Station, and a Storksak Travel Diaper Bag ... to name a few gems off her list.

It's interesting -- at the time of her purchase, we're told Khloe was anticipating a lot of back and forth trips from L.A. to Cleveland to be with her boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.

Khloe Kardashian has a care package on the way that's perfect for a new mother ... especially one dealing with a cheating baby daddy.

TMZ has learned that Kim and Kourtney dropped thousands to rush a gift basket to Khloe after news broke Tristan Thompson cheated on her ... and shortly before she gave birth. We're told they ordered it Wednesday night and it's been sent to Cleveland to provide Khloe some added comfort.

Our sources say the gifts are being placed in a $5,000 Noitte Fatata custom bassinet from Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor ... which the family loved when they previously visited.

We're told the care package includes a full arrangement of Erbaviva's organic Awaken, Embrace, Breathe and Relax bath and body products to pamper both mom and baby ... which cost about $1,000.

It also includes Little Giraffe Snow Leopard Print blankets, pillows, and a robe for Khloe and her new child ... for about $1,500 more.

Part of Khloe Kardashian's backup team is pulling outta town, now that she's successfully birthed her baby girl.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian boarded their private jet Thursday afternoon in Cleveland, heading back to Los Angeles. The sisters, along with Kris Jenner and Khloe's pal, Malika Haqq all jetted to the expectant mom's side on Wednesday.

They weren't there just for the birth, but to support her through Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal. Despite the videos of him making out, motorboating and hanging at his hotel with multiple other women -- Tristan was in the delivery room.

Tristan Thompson's getting away from what's gotta be a very tense spot for him -- Khloe Kardashian's hospital room, hours after she gave birth to their baby girl.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star slipped out of the hospital a little less than 12 hours after the arrival of his and Khloe's first child together. Hard to miss 6'9" Tristan ... who, as TMZ reported, was in the delivery room early Thursday morning.

As we told you, Tristan was surrounded by Khloe's sisters -- Kim and Kourtney -- as well as Kris Jenner and Malika Haqq during the birth. We know the family's pissed about those videos of him with other women -- last weekend in NYC, and also 6 months ago in Washington, DC -- so y'know Tristan was feeling the heat.

Kinda the ultimate good news/bad news situation.
