Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have finally come to an agreement on who gets what in their three-and-a-half year marriage.

TMZ has obtained documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, revealing that Simpson and Lachey both signed a "written stipulation" on their financial dispute.

The couple was officially divorced last June, however, they were unable at the time to reach an agreement on dividing assets. TMZ first reported that Jessica and Nick earned a total of $36 million during their marriage. Since there was no prenup, under California's community property laws, each should have walked away with $18 million. Sources told TMZ that Jessica offered Nick a scant $1.5 million, which he rejected.

Sources say under the terms of the settlement, Nick will get "significantly" more than $1.5, but far less than $18 million. Nick agreed to the settlement in order to avoid an ugly court battle.

According to legal papers, Simpson and Lachey each filed financial declarations but agreed never to disclose the financial assets of the other.

At 5:30 Thursday afternoon, Sussex police "attended" the lodge formerly shared by Sir Paul and Heather after an alarm was activated at the house. Police spokesman Chris Oswick tells TMZ that officers spoke to Mills, who said that several pricey pieces of art -- reportedly including a Picasso and a Renoir -- were removed from her home. Mills was advised that the incident was a civil matter between her and Sir Paul, and that there were no criminal offenses. Oswick adds that Sir Paul was not at the house when the police arrived.

According to the Sun newspaper, the paintings taken were valued at an estimated $19.5 million, and that Paul also retrieved family pictures. McCartney reportedly reprogrammed the estate's alarm codes and informed Mills by text message that he'd taken the paintings.

The art seizure is just the latest salvo in a toxic feud between the two, who separated in May and began divorce proceedings in July.

Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman may not have had a catchy one-name moniker like Brangelina, Bennifer or TomKat, but the ex-supercouple still felt the pressures of being in a high profile marriage.

Hawke tells Parade magazine, "...to be married to another famous person was a huge pressure -- one I didn't enjoy. And it had nothing to do with her." Ethan and Uma divorced in 2004 and have two children together, 8-year-old Maya and 4-year-old Levon. Regarding fatherhood, Ethan says, "It's the only role that, if I fail, I will consider my life a failure." What about "The Newton Boys?"

While messy divorces aren't uncommon in Hollywood, Hawke never makes disparaging remarks about his gorgeous ex. "She's my children's mother. You have to keep that above anything else." Spoken like a true gentleman. You hear that, Alec Baldwin?!

Luckily, the teenage pop singer won't be alone forever. Last week he met 18-year-old singer Kaci Brown, and now he's in love ... again. Carter told People magazine, "Now I'm in a great relationship. I've only known her for, like, seven days, but I have a connection with her that's like nothing else I've ever experienced." Like, wow!

To top off his lovestruck interview, Carter was asked what Kaci's friend had given him for his birthday, and the Carter bro responded, "She got me love." (Insert retching sound here.)

Porn queen Jenna Jameson has filed for legal separation from her husband of three and a half years.

TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Jameson, whose legal last name is Massoli, has been estranged from husband Jay Grdina. Grdina, also a porn star, performs under the name Justin Sterling.

The couple has no children, however, we're told the divorce could get nasty. Sources tell TMZ the couple has no prenup, but Jameson is rolling in dough after selling her lucrative business to Playboy. Jameson is repped by mega-celebrity lawyer Neal Hersh.

Jameson, once linked to rocker Dave Navarro, has been keeping company with Ultimate Fighting champion Tito Ortiz. The couple has been spotted partying it up in Vegas and Los Angeles, and was most recently spotted in the green room at VH1's Big in '06 awards.

So it's a little bittersweet -- yes, Jenna's available, but you'll have to go through Tito Ortiz to get to her. Good luck, boys!

John Densmore, the drummer for rock legends The Doors, has filed for divorce from his wife of 16 years, documentary filmmaker Leslie Neale.

Densmore filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Dec. 8, citing "irreconcilable differences." The couple has one child, a 14-year-old daughter, Luka.

Since the Doors dissolved in 1973, Densmore has been involved in various projects, including dance, stage, and acting gigs. He wrote an autobiography about The Doors, "Riders on the Storm," and has famously rejected the overtures of several companies looking to license Doors songs for advertising, including Cadillac.

Densmore and Neale jointly produced the 2004 documentary "Juvies," which Neale also directed.

With news that Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are nothing more than friends, the world is picking up the pieces and trying to figure out just went wrong.

Just a day after Bass' rep told TMZ that the couple had broken up, Lance took to his MySpace page to set the record, er, straight; "Reichen and I have gone through a few rough days ... I have no doubt things will work out. We are very mature and deal with things the right way."

Responding to rumors that the couple has an "open relationship," Bass writes, "What the hell does that mean anyway? I mean I think I know what that means ... and if it is .. then the answer is def NO!"

On Monday, Melanie and Murphy kept themselves on opposite sides of the country. Scary Spice was seen at LAX with her daughter, while Eddie arrived at the NYC premiere of "Dreamgirls" with Babyface's ex-wife, Tracey Edmonds. No word if Eddie's reps will deny this too.

Eddie Murphy reportedly revealed that he's split with former Spice Girl Melanie B., and he's questioning the paternity of her unborn child.

Sources say Murphy was asked on a Dutch TV show this weekend if he was happy with the pregnant Melanie, to which he reportedly responded, "You're being presumptuous, because we're not together anymore. And I don't know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir." Okay then!

The couple started dating in June, just two months after the "Daddy Day Care" star's divorce became final. Murphy already has six children, while Melanie, aka Scary Spice, has a daughter from a previous relationship. Now who's your daddy?

Eddie's rep told TMZ, "Mr. Murphy does not discuss his personal life publicly, so whatever is being reported is a fabrication and did not occur."

Pamela Anderson's passion for animals might be one of the reasons she filed for divorce from Kid Rock. In an ironic case of bad timing, December's GQ Magazine crowned Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock their "Newlyweds of the Year." Sorry TomKat.

In the article, the trashtastic two were asked if Pam's work with animal rights had gotten Rock to abandon his love for hunting. Kid replied, "Now I shoot the deer and she saves it." A shocked Pam responded, "What did you say? That's divorce right there. You shoot anything, it's over."

They say meat is murder, and perhaps in Pam's case, also grounds for divorce.
