Our photog practically tripped over his tongue when he spotted the 36-year-old leaving The Sayers Club in Hollywood. He mentions Nicole's former BF, Formula 1 champ Lewis Hamilton, but mum's the word.

As we reported, all signs point to Lewis hooking up with 19-year-old Kendall, but at nearly twice Kendall's age ... Nicole's gotta still make Lewis think about his choices.

Bobby Flay's estranged wife says Bobby is so gross he gave her a racehorse as an anniversary gift and pocketed more than a hundred thousand dollars in purses.

Stephanie March claims in her divorce case Bobby bought her "Dad's Crazy" back in 2009 for their 4th wedding anniversary. Turns out the equine was a champ, raking in $130k in winnings.

Stephanie claims when it came to the horse Bobby was a hog, not only keeping the purse money but selling the horse for $60k and pilfering every penny.

As we previously reported, March and Flay have been at each other's throats in an ugly divorce battle that just gets uglier. She wants the prenup set aside, claiming it's grossly unfair.

As for the horse scratch, Flay admits he registered it in her name, but denies lining his own pockets with the winnings.

Chris Brown had a meltdown Sunday after Tyson Beckford dared to post a pic of himself with Karrueche Tran, but Tyson made it clear, he's not scared one bit.

It started Sunday when Chris saw the pic, then posted a flurry of tweets, saying among other things, "U wanna keep walking them runways. I need ta legs for that. Keep playing like I ain't wit the bulls***."

Chris deleted the tweets, but Tyson fired back, seemingly impervious to the threats, saying, "It's all about fun in Vegas, come thru papa."

Tyson then posted video of himself shooting at a gun range, saying, "Just in case your forgot!"

But Chris wasn't done. Late Sunday night, Chris posted a pic of Vegas cops behind a building, saying, "This n**** Tyson got the whole Vegas PD out here. Suckah! This fruitz!"

Chris has been making a play to get Karrueche ever since she found out he had a child by another woman.

Don't know whether this helps or hurts Chris' chances.

Rosie O’Donnell's divorce has gotten so bitter it's gone from fighting in divorce court to battling over the rights to Instagram.

Michelle Rounds is on the attack, claiming she took a picture of their daughter, Dakota, and Rosie had the nerve to post it on Instagram.

Michelle says the law is crystal clear -- she took the pic so she owns the rights to it, and therefore Rosie has no right to post the pic anywhere.

Michelle has contacted Instagram, demanding that the pic be scrubbed from the site. So far the company has taken no action.

Rosie and Michelle are both under a gag order, prohibited from disparaging each other in the media ... social or otherwise.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone did what people who aren't together rarely do ... grocery shop.

Andrew and Emma were at Ralphs in Malibu Saturday lookin' all domestic. It's the first time they've been seen together since their heavily-rumored breakup back in March.

Andrew and Emma were together for 3 years. They hooked up on the set of "Spiderman."

Chris Brown will be allowed back in the Vegas hotel where he brawled during a basketball game ... but there are serious strings attached.

Brown wants to spend part of the Memorial Day weekend at The Palms, but the hotel has reservations.

You'll recall during the Mayweather/Pacquaio fight weekend Chris had a ridiculous suite at The Palms, which had its own basketball court and at around 3 AM he allegedly attacked an opponent. Police investigated but no charges were filed.

The Palms management is agreeable to allowing Chris back, but now there are rules. For starters, he is not allowed to throw parties in the suite without pre-approval from hotel honchos. The rule doesn't apply if he has fewer than 15 guests.

But there's more. No outside food or alcohol, which sounds more than a money-maker for the hotel than a real rule.

Chris will be tested, because Karrueche is booked at the same hotel Saturday night, and this will be the first time they've seen each other since their breakup.

Bobby Flay has taken an incredibly cheap shot at his estranged wife, telling the judge in their divorce case that any medical problems she has are the result of vanity ... specifically a boob job.

We're told as part of her argument to invalidate their prenup, Stephanie March says she's been plagued by well-publicized medical problems, including a burst appendix and 3 deep infections. As a result, she says she's unable to work as an actress and the prenup would create an undo financial hardship.

Bobby has responded to Stephanie's argument, but he got surprisingly detailed, saying the infections were the result of breast enhancement surgery. It's pretty clear the point he's making is that Stephanie's problems are her own doing ... choosing to go under the knife for the sake of vanity.

Stephanie also took a shot at Bobby, saying revelations of his alleged infidelity have compromised her health and mental state.

Joe Jonas knows when you’re as hot as Gigi Hadid you’re not single for long ... which would be a great reason for him to be so damn close to her in this pic -- but it might not be what it seems.

Newly single Gigi -- who just broke up with Cody Simpson -- was spotted hanging out with Joe in L.A. on Wednesday ... and cruising puppies in the window of Bark N' Bitches.

Normally, shopping for a joint pet is a sure sign of coupledom -- but a source close to Joe and Gigi tells us they're just longtime friends.

Dallas Cowboys stud Orlando Scandrick is back on the market ... 'cause his relationship with "Basketball Wives" star Draya Michele is officially OVER!!!!

Draya broke the news on social media ... saying, "After more than two years together Orlando and I have mutually decided to end our relationship."

"Unfortunately, we both live very hectic lives making it difficult to spend the deserved time together. He is a great father and athlete and I will cherish the memories that we created."

Tyga is sure Blac Chyna's custody play has nothing to do with parenting and everything to do with the fact he is with Kylie Jenner, and not her.

Sources close to Tyga tell TMZ, he doesn't think his relationship with Kylie is any reflection on his ability to be a good dad ... and no one -- not even BC -- can legitimately question his parenting skills.

We're told Tyga believes any attempt to wrestle custody away from him is simply because he chose KJ over BC.

Our sources say Tyga thinks if anyone is questionable it's Blac Chyna, whom he claims cares more about twerking than raising their son.

The couple does not have a formal custody arrangement, but it seems they are headed for an all-out custody war.

Unfortunately for Mr. Brainwash life is not imitating art these days -- the eccentric graffiti artist famous for his “Life Is Beautiful” tag ... is in the middle of a divorce.

Mrs. Brainwash ... who actually goes by Debora Guetta ... cut bait on their almost 19 year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences in divorce docs filed last month. She says they separated on April 20.

Debora is requesting spousal support from Brainwash -- who starred in the 2010 Banksy doc, "Exit Through the Gift Shop." She also wants sole physical and joint legal custody of their 13-year-old son. She's cool with Brainwash having visitation.

As far as assets go -- no details in the docs, but keep in mind some of Brainwash's pieces sell for well over $100k ... so chances are there's some cash to split up.

The biggest tragedy here ... we still don't know who the hell Banksy is!

Tyga is about to do battle with his baby mama because we've learned Blac Chyna is now gunning for full custody of their son.

Sources connected with Blac Chyna tell us she hired a top divorce lawyer last week and will file legal docs asking for primary physical custody. She does not want 2-year-old King Cairo bouncing from home to home during the week because he's going to start preschool soon.

But Chyna's issues run deeper. She has a problem with Tyga because he's dating a minor, and she believes that shows bad judgment that translates into his parenting skills. Chyna also doesn't want Kylie Jenner to have substantial time around the kid because she believes Kylie lacks maturity.

She's willing to give Tyga weekend visitation, but that's it.

We've learned when Tyga and Blac Chyna separated, he initially wanted full custody but backed off and said he would share joint custody, but now the tables have turned.

And we're told Blac Chyna wants child support to cover housing expenses, food, clothing, nannies and school.

But Blac Chyna played a different tune Monday night when our photog asked about her relationship with Tyga ... downplaying any beef between them.

Gilbert Arenas has told the judge ... he DEFINITELY took back the $1 MILLION engagement ring he gave to his estranged wife Laura Govan in 2008 ... but he sure as hell didn't sell it behind her back.

The NBA star just filed new court docs in his legal war with Govan (the mother of his 4 kids) ... admitting they're on terrible terms ever since they broke up in 2014.

In fact, Arenas ADMITS he kicked her ass out of their L.A. mansion following the split ... and says he doesn't think he could EVER live with her again.

As for the ring, which Govan claimed he "forcefully" took from her and sold for cash in previous legal docs -- Arenas says it's only partly true.

In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Gilbert admits he took the ring and refused to give it back ... but says he NEVER tried to sell it. Instead, he says it's still in his possession.

Gilbert doesn't say much more about the split ... however, he does cop to treating Laura like a queen when they were together.

For example, Arenas says he once threw Laura a lavish and expensive 3 day birthday bash ... and on another occasion, rented a chopper to fly Laura and her mom to Santa Barbara for lunch at a winery.

Drake and Rihanna ended up at the same club Friday night, and it's apparent from the video there are no hard feelings between the two.

They each came separately to the VIP Room in NYC, saw each other and greeted each other warmly.

It's a brief encounter, but it's easy to see there's no bitterness. You'll recall the 2 had hooked up and it triggered a massive brawl between Drake's people and Chris' posse at W.i.P nightclub in the Big Apple.

Selena Gomez and Miranda Kerr came face-to-face and cheek-to-cheek ... and given their history, it could have been a tad AWWK-WARD.

Quick check of the scorecard -- Gomez and Kerr allegedly hooked up with each other's exes ... Justin Bieber and Orlando Bloom ... which allegedly led to Orlando taking a swing at Justin in Ibiza last summer. They all deny the allegations.

Now cut to Wednesday in Palm Springs where Miranda and Selena seemed totally cool with each other at a Louis Vuitton event. Sure, they could be faking it ... but we've seen them hang before -- at another LV gathering.
