Sources connected with the golfer tell TMZ his divorce from Elin Nordegren is a done deal, except for the official filing with the court.

We're told Elin will not get near the reported $750 million in the settlement. As one source put it, "Tiger isn't even worth that much."

The source added, however, "She'll do a lot better than she would have under the prenup."

TMZ has learned ... Kelsey Grammer's wife, Camille Grammer has filed for divorce.

The divorce petition was just filed by her lawyer, Neal Hersh. She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children.

Camille -- a member of the cast of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- is citing "irreconcilable differences" and is seeking spousal and child support.

The couple -- pictured above on June 13 at the Tony Awards -- was married in August, 1997 ... they have two kids.

TMZ broke the story .. the couple's divorce became final Monday. According to the docs, Jesse and Sandra trusted each other when it came to coming up with a value of the assets they each held and the debts they each owed. They waived their right to independently investigate the true value of the items.

They entered into a confidential property settlement agreement -- in Texas it's called a Partition Agreement. And they each waived alimony.

TMZ has obtained divorce papers filed by Angela Kinsey last week in L.A. County Superior Court, in which the actress cites irreconcilable differences with her husband of 10 years Warren Lieberstein.

In the docs, Kinsey has requested joint legal and physical custody of their two-year-old daughter.

Sources tell TMZ both Sandra and Jesse signed the final documents last week. Sealed documents have been filed with the clerk's office in Travis County, Texas -- sources tell us they are the papers making the divorce final.

Sandra filed for divorce back on April 23, saying the marriage "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

And sources say the divorce clears the way for Sandra to complete a single parent adoption.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar -- the guy who played Zack Morris on "Saved by the Bell" -- has officially filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Lisa Ann Russell.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, and obtained by TMZ, 36-year-old Gosselaar filed for dissolution of marriage on June 18.

Mark and Lisa have two children together.

But the drama ain't over yet -- because the two still have to work out several key issues including custody of the couple's two children and the division of marital assets.

As for today's developments, Wade tells us, "I’m very relieved that the judge granted my divorce today ... this has been a long process and I hope we can all move forward."

Wade adds, "The most important thing to me right now is the next phase when the judge will decide on custody of our kids. That is the big event in my life that I am focused on.”

We've learned Heidi has picked Jodeane Farrell to handle her divorce and this lawyer isn't playing games ... she's already taking steps to get the quickest divorce possible in California.

Farrell -- who has practiced as a family law specialist for 24 years and currently handles divorce mediations -- will be setting up a meeting with Heidi and Spencer in approximately two weeks. We're told both Heidi and Spencer want the divorce mediated -- meaning the two will try and hash out a property settlement privately, wait the six months required by California law, and end their marriage.

Heidi wants Farrell to be the mediator, provided Spencer is down with it. Farrell has close family ties with the Montag family, but she tells TMZ she doesn't think there will be a problem in mediating the deal.

Farrell plans to meet with Heidi and Spencer together, and if he's on board she'll schedule a meeting with their accountant to go over assets and liabilities.

And Farrell says ... so far things are "very amicable" between Heidi and Spencer.

Jeremy Aikman, who's currently married to Janine Lindemulder, wrote to the court via email, "I am sorry for saying the hurtful lies about Janine. I acted immature and very out of line."

As for what those "hurtful lies" are -- among other things, Jeremy claimed she was a major pill popper who "loves feeling the needle." The court read a letter from Jeremy that Jesse James submitted, stating that on one occasion, "She left the house so high on pills that she ran her truck in to the house."

Jesse used the letter in an attempt to block visitation, but the judge looked at subsequent emails and decided to discount everything Jeremy said. The judge read an email from Jeremy to Janine, which said he "acted very immature and told Jesse James thing about you that were not true."

We've learned Jesse's lawyer is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard-core drug addict and cannot be trusted with unmonitored visitation.

The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine to have unmonitored visitation. We're told Janine was supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.

We've learned lawyers for Victoria Hopper and Dennis' estate met last Friday to try and hash out an agreement -- to no avail. We're told the people in control of the estate -- the trustees -- want to kick Victoria and Galen off of Dennis' property immediately, but Victoria refuses to go.

As for dividing up the spoils of the estate, we've learned Dennis Hopper drafted an amendment to his estate plan back in March, in which he effectively tried to cut down Galen's share from 40% to 25%. Under California law, however, the amendment may not be valid, because changes to an estate plan are severely restricted when a divorce is pending.

And we've learned the lawyers have already drawn the battle lines over Victoria's cut in the estate -- she believes she's entitled to 25% ... the estate believes she should get zippo.

According to the docs, signed by both Charlie and Brooke, they will get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie becomes a weekend dad, getting the kids on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month from Saturday at 10 AM until Monday at 10 AM.

Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, plus various other expenses, but, according to the docs, "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

TMZ broke the story ... Denise gets $50,000 a month in child support ... although the new document suggests Denise may be getting $55k a month.

Brooke waives spousal support but still cashes in. In addition to getting a 50% cut on the baby photos the couple sold to Getty Images, Brooke gets several bank accounts and a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the house but has to buy Brooke out to the tune of around $1 million.

Charlie also gets to keep his $5.6 mil watch collection.

At the end of the document, Brooke agrees "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about Brooke's alleged drug use.

And they're not allowed to talk crap about each other in front of the kids.

TMZ also obtained divorce documents that were signed by Charlie but not filed with the court ... at least not yet. The documents cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce.

We're told no decision has been made on whether to pull the trigger on the divorce.

On her way in to an Orange County, Ca courtroom -- where she's set to fight for visitation rights -- Janine told us that she's never done "anything wrong as a mom." -- despite accusations from Jesse's sister that she once let Sunny drive a moving car while Janine was all doped up.

As we previously reported, Jesse doesn't think Sunny is safe around Janine -- and has cited her drug-riddled past to back up his claim.

Janine is currently in court waiting to argue her case in front of the judge.

People familiar with the situation tell us nothing is going to happen while Shawn recovers from what may have been a suicide attempt. But before that crisis, we're told one of Larry's lawyers presented a proposal to Shawn's lawyer to undo an agreement he signed several years ago ... in which he signed over all 3 of their houses to her.

Larry signed the document after Shawn accused him of sleeping with her sister.

And, we're told, one of Larry's lawyers -- not Dennis Wasser -- submitted a proposal for a new division of property that did not sit well with Shawn.

In the emails, Janine pleads with Julie James England to ask her husband, Sgt. Mark T. England -- a medic in the Army -- to hook her up with Vicodin so she can "dissappear [sic] from all of this for a while."

Julie shoots Janine down, writing, "mark would never jeapordize [sic] his position by doing this! I love you and know you are having a rough time, however this is really weird you'd ask this of us. sunny needs you to be 100%."

As we first reported, Jesse filed legal docs on Friday ... trying to derail Janine's attempt to regain shared custody of their daughter Sunny. He paints Janine as a drugged-out mess who poses a serious risk to their daughter.
