T.I. Tiny Files for Divorce

Published | Updated

T.I.'s wife, Tiny, wants out -- she filed for divorce.

Tiny filed legal docs earlier this month in Georgia's Henry County. They got married back in 2010 and have 3 kids together -- 2 sons and 1 daughter.

We're told the rapper and Tiny had been going through a rough patch that started several months before an awkward photo surfaced showing Tiny pictured with the rapper's nemesis, Floyd Mayweather, and Mariah Carey at her Halloween party.

At the time, Tiny chalked to pressure into taking the photo next to the guy T.I.'s had beef with in the past. You'll recall the rapper and Floyd were involved in a crazy brawl on the Vegas strip back in 2014.

The divorce was first posted on TheDirty.com.

Brad Pitt Angelina's Hurt Our Kids Just to Grab a Headline

Published | Updated

Brad Pitt has fired back at Angelina Jolie ... essentially claiming she's a bad parent for putting their family drama on blast for public consumption.

Brad just filed legal docs asking for an order to seal their file. Angelina had previously filed unsealed documents alleging Brad had parenting issues that made it too risky for him to have unmonitored visits with their 6 kids. She also alleged Brad had a lot to hide about his conduct.

In Brad's new legal docs, he says Angelina knows better ... they are famous people and the kids are damaged when she airs their dirty laundry in public. He suggests Angelina going public has humiliated and embarrassed their kids and could even endanger them.

And there's this ... in the docs Brad's lawyer says, "[Angelina] apparently has no self-regulating mechanism to preclude sensitive information from being placed in the public record, or she has other motives."

Brad asked for an emergency order sealing the case but was shut down, so now he's filed a formal motion to seal the case ... something the judge indicated he would grant.

Prince Died Without Paying Divorce Lawyer

Published | Updated

Prince might be dead, but that doesn't mean he's off the hook with a divorce lawyer who claims the singer signed off without paying his $600k tab.

Cousins Law Firm in West Palm Beach filed a claim with the singer's estate demanding payment of a $599,735.63 bill.

Patrick Cousins tells TMZ the bill dates all the way back to Prince's 2006 divorce from second wife Manuela Testolini.

Cousins says he and Prince were tight and had an agreement the singer didn't have to pay until all the loose ends were tied up. We asked the lawyer what would take 10 years to complete, but he wouldn't say.

Cousins claims he finished everything on April 1 ... Prince died April 21.

'Gotham' Star Morena Baccarin Defeats Ex in Court ... Cleared for Brazil Takeoff with Son

Published | Updated

Morena Baccarin says her ex-husband's fear of their kid catching Zika in Brazil is a bogus claim made simply to spite her ... and she just won a court battle over the trip.

In a hearing Thursday, the court found Morena's ex, Austin Chick, waited too long to object to their 3-year-old son flying south of the border to visit his dying great grandmother.

His lawyers were demanding the "Gotham" star get their custody agreement authorized in Brazil to make sure he'd get custody if something happened to Morena during the trip. Morena's team, led by lawyer Samantha Spector, says they tried to resolve that issue, but Austin's camp went radio silent for weeks.

The judge ruled there was no reason to block Morena's trip. She told the court she'd hire top-notch security in Brazil and hunker down in her hotel for extra safety.

Only silver lining for Austin -- he's getting their son on Christmas Eve and Day, right before his flight to Brazil.

Steve Francis Divorce Settlement Reached ... Ex Claims He Has Drug Problems

Published | Updated

Steve Francis and his estranged wife are hammering out a divorce settlement ... even though she's calling him out with allegations of drug abuse.

In divorce docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Shelby Francis claimed Steve has "severe substance issues" ... and asked a judge to order him to undergo random drug and alcohol testing. She also claims Steve's been to rehab "prior to and during the divorce" ... which was filed in June 2015.

The ex-NBA great has dealt with rampant speculation about possible drug use -- and, in fact, vehemently denied there was an issue when he talked to us last year.

Shelby's lawyer, Chad Pinkerton, tells us the exes reached an agreement through mediation last week. He says final docs haven't been filed, but they're close.

We reached out to Steve's camp, but haven't heard back.

Jay Mohr Files for Divorce ... Again

Published | Updated

Jay Mohr and wife Nikki Cox are off again, because he's filed for divorce for the second time.

Mohr had filed to end his 10 year marriage in July but withdrew the petition 6 days later, telling TMZ, he and Nikki were "Very in love. Very happy and that's really all there is."

Things apparently took a turn for the worse, because he filed Tuesday citing irreconcilable differences. This time around Jay wants joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son. He also says they have a prenup that spells out all the financials.

After filing the first time Jay asked for an emergency order for full custody, claiming their child was at risk because of Nikki's alleged drug and depression problem.

NFL's Emmanuel Sanders Pregnant Wife Files For Divorce ... Judge Orders NFLer To Stay Away

Published | Updated

The wife of Broncos star Emmanuel Sanders is pulling the plug on their brief marriage, despite the fact she's about to give birth to their 2nd child any day ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Gabriella Sanders -- who is due this month -- filed divorce docs in Texas at the end of October, a few days before the couple's 3 year wedding anniversary.

According to the court docs, GS says "the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities," but doesn't say exactly what caused the split.

It doesn't seem pretty, cause the judge gave Gabriella a temporary restraining order to keep the wide receiver away from her and their Texas home until further notice.

The judge did give the NFLer "limited access" to their 2-year-old son and future daughter.

In the docs, Gabriella's also asking for child support and a "disproportionate share" of their assets, because she says the divorce is Emmanuel's fault.

We reached out to his camp, but they had no comment at this time.

1:50 PM PT -- Gabriella had their baby girl Tuesday afternoon, and Emmanuel was there in the delivery room. He posted a pic which makes it seem like they buried their differences, at least for today.

Mary J. Blige Ex Is Holding My Grammy and 2 Cars!

Published | Updated

Mary J. Blige's nasty divorce just got uglier because she says her estranged husband's got a tight grip on her prized possessions -- including a Grammy.

Mary filed new docs, calling out Martin Isaacs for refusing to return a Grammy, other "achievement awards" (she's not specific) and a few luxury whips leased under her company's name.

According to the docs, Martin has 3 cars, including a Range Rover he was supposed to return in February. There are also 2 Mercedes: a C300 and an SL550. Mary wants the C class back, but says he can keep the SL ... which sounds like a good deal for him.

And there's this final blow -- Mary claims Martin, who was also her manager, fleeced her out of $420k in supposed business expenses that had squat to do with her biz.

Amber Heard Domestic Abuse Letter Is Risky Biz for Depp Agreement

Published | Updated

Amber Heard is speaking out about domestic violence in a letter describing the pain victims go through, and in the process ... she might be walking a thin line with Johnny Depp's lawyers.

Amber wrote a letter for the December issue of the fashion magazine Porter. She never mentions Johnny Depp, but it's not hard to connect the dots when she writes, "I never felt anyone would or could rescue me, so naturally I resented the label of victim."

Amber did a similar thing last month when she sat down for a PSA on domestic abuse. The issue is her divorce settlement includes a confidentiality clause prohibiting her from talking about Johnny.

As we reported, he's agreed to pay her $6.8 mil, and Amber says she'll donate the money to charities. The deal could be off if Depp's team thinks she's in violation.

Apollo Nida Not So Fast, Phaedra ... Your Divorce Docs Are Wack!

Published | Updated

Apollo Nida refuses to accept his divorce from Phaedra Parks is a done deal, and his reason -- spelling counts.

Apollo points out his ex's legal name is Phaedra Parks Nida, but in her divorce docs it's spelled "Nita" -- ditto for the spelling of his name in those docs.

He's now filed a motion to vacate her divorce, but not only due to the typos. In the motion, obtained by TMZ, Apollo says the 'RHOA' star took advantage of the fact he's in prison. He says there was a final hearing in July, but he was never notified of it ... and therefore, the divorce should be thrown out.

TMZ broke the story ... Phaedra's unsealed docs appear to back her claim she's been single since July, but if a judge buys Apollo's side of the story ... they could be back to square one.

Let's not forget ... Apollo filed his own divorce docs.

Khloe and Lamar Legally Single Life Right Around the Corner

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian's free to start planning a Christmas wedding to Tristan Thompson, now that she and Lamar Odom are finally single in the eyes of the law ... or they will be very shortly.

According to their final divorce docs, stamped by the judge ... their split will be legal on December 17. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the exes both waived spousal support. As for their assets ... Khloe and Lamar are splitting their production company, Khlomar, and a checking account right down the middle.

She's keeping her interest in DASH Boutique and he's keeping his NBA 401(k) plan. They'd already sold their marital home, and Khloe's keeping the Calabasas home where she currently lives.

This brings their glacial-paced divorce proceedings to a close. Khloe first filed divorce docs in December 2013, withdrew it after his near-fatal OD ... and then refiled in May 2016.

The end.

Angelina Jolie Tries to Go Low Pro During Custody War

Published | Updated

Angelina Jolie went underground while her custody battle with Brad Pitt was raging on -- and she finally surfaced once the storm passed ... for now.

Angelina was seen leaving a Los Angeles area hotel on Thursday with her kids. Our sources say she'd checked in there before the emergency hearing Wednesday morning, when Brad was trying to get their custody case sealed.

As we reported, the judge denied Brad. The exes are still operating under their temporary custody deal -- she has primary physical custody of all 6 kids, while he gets weekly visitation.

Angelina Jolie Our Kids Are Still Traumatized ... We Need a Specialist

Published | Updated

Angelina Jolie is imploring Brad Pitt to help find a new professional to help them and their children deal with the "trauma" of what happened on their private jet 3 months ago.

Angelina's attorney fired off an email to Brad's legal team on December 1, proposing they "participate in joint sessions with a trauma specialist so that they may learn how to best support and interact with their children."

The request makes it clear -- Jolie thinks the kids are so bad off because of what they witnessed on the plane, and the therapy process they've been going through isn't getting the job done. As we've reported, both sides agreed in September to attend family therapy sessions as part of their temporary custody agreement.

Another sign the situation is still dire -- in docs, Brad's attorney suggested their 2 eldest boys, Maddox and Pax, might not want to visit with their dad.

One source tells us the boys walked out of one session in the past, and have refused to attend others.

It's important to note ... DCFS closed out its investigation after concluding Brad did nothing that warranted official action. DCFS could have referred the case to dependency court if it felt the kids were in danger, or recommended criminal prosecution ... it did neither.

It's unclear if he's responded to Angelina's request.

Brad Pitt Therapists Won't Listen ... Threatens to Go Around Deal with Angelina

Published | Updated

Brad Pitt thinks he's getting the short end of the stick when it comes to his visitation time with his kids, and has a plan to change that -- but unfortunately for him, their child therapists don't agree.

Brad and Angelina Jolie's lawyers filed a series of emails for Wednesday morning's hearing. In one of them his attorney, Lance Spiegel, says despite Brad complying with every aspect of the child therapy process ... "the therapy team has ignored or disregarded issues that [Brad] has raised." He's not specific about the issues.

It's clear from the docs Brad is frustrated by the limited amount of time he gets with his 6 kids ... 1 visit per week. The issue is, Brad signed a temporary custody deal months ago in which he agreed -- along with Angelina -- they would both let the therapists call the shots.

The emails from Brad's attorney suggest he's trying to circumvent that deal. In fact, Spiegel says "Regardless of [the therapists'] views, there is no reason for Brad not to request court orders" for more access to the kids.

In late November, Brad's lawyer asked if Angelina would agree to the following schedule in December:

- one session with the twins (Knox and Vivienne)
- one session with the middle kids (Zahara and Shiloh)
- one session with the twins AND the middle kids
- one session with the older kids (Maddox and Pax)

The sessions would be monitored and 30-60 minutes long. Spiegel adds, if Maddox and Pax don't want to see him ... Brad wants an extra session with the other 4 kids.

Angelina's team turned down the offer. Her attorney, Laura Wasser, fired off a very firm response saying Brad's team is ignoring what therapists feel is best for the kids. She implores them to give the therapists a chance to "tell us how the kids are feeling."

As we reported, Brad was shut down in his effort to keep the case sealed ... but it's now clear from these emails he's determined to spend more time with his brood, ASAP.
