Former NHL star Mike Comrie had a family meal with his estranged wife and their son last night -- just a few months after Hilary Duff said there was a chance the couple could get back together.

Mike, Hilary and 2-year-old son Luca were all together at E. Baldi in Beverly Hills -- looking as friendly as ever.

Of course, the couple separated back in January after nearly 4 years of marriage -- but back in May, Hilary hinted that the relationship isn't completely dead.

"We make plans and we hang out," Hilary told Giuliana Rancic a few months ago. "And we don't know what our future looks like right now, but we're both doing really good and just figuring out what makes us happy."

The guy who founded Joe's Jeans is un-Lucky in love ... he's getting divorced.

Joe Dahan's wife, Ambre, filed to end their marriage, citing the usual irreconcilable differences.

Joe -- who turned the company into a juggernaut -- is worth an estimated $15 million in stock alone.

Ambre wants a piece of the action ... she's gunning for spousal support and wants joint custody of their 2 kids -- ages 5 and 3.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife threatened to blackmail him to get a RIDICULOUS amount of spousal support -- or so he claims -- leaving him with a scant $6K a month ... and now he's gunning to undo the injustice.

Terrence filed new court docs ... asking a judge to throw out his divorce settlement with Michelle Howard. He says they were only married a year and he was extorted and blackmailed into signing the settlement.

Michelle's not backing down, claiming he owes her $325K in spousal support.

Terrence claims he could never pay her that money ... because he only takes home $5,878 a month.

Howard claims the balance of his earnings are earmarked for another ex-wife, Lori McMasters, to pay spousal and child support.

Howard says he's actually an employee on Lori's payroll -- his Hollywood movie money goes directly to her ... and she cuts him his monthly check.

Kendra Wilkinson's marriage to Hank Baskett is officially on the rocks ... as were all the drinks last night at Warwick, where Kendra was partying until early this morning -- minus Hank.

Kendra spent the evening/morning drinking and dancing with a large group of friends at the owner's table ... sources tell TMZ.

The photo clearly shows her behind the velvet ropes in the middle of a rocking dance floor.

Reports of the couple's impending demise have been well documented after Hank's alleged affair with transsexual model Ava London.

Kendra hasn't worn her wedding ring in public for weeks ... and Hank continues to beg for forgiveness on a daily basis.

The chances of them getting back together keep looking worse and worse ... despite the two giving birth to their second child just two months ago.

Liberty Ross just scored big ... we've learned her divorce from Rupert Sanders is now final.

As you know ... Liberty filed for divorce after Rupert was caught on camera making out with Kristen Stewart, who starred in his movie, "Snow White and the Huntsman."

According to the settlement agreement ... obtained by TMZ, Liberty gets:

-- the family house
-- 2 other London houses
-- $25,000 a month in spousal support for the next 4 years
-- $14,000 a month in child support for their 2 children
-- 15% of profits Rupert gets from movies, with the exception of "Snow White"
-- half of bank accounts, retirement, etc

Ross, who was repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, gets joint custody with Rupert.

Rupert gets to keep the Malibu beach house and a 1970 VW van.

Oh, one more thing she got ... Jimmy Iovine.

Keyshia Cole's estranged husband shocked her by filing divorce papers before she could, or so it seemed ... but Daniel "Boobie" Gibson says it was actually an impostor -- with a thing for El Pollo Loco -- who did the deed.

TMZ broke the story ... the singer was on the verge of filing for divorce last month, but still hadn't pulled the trigger when Gibson supposedly filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court.

We got a copy of the docs which looked pretty standard ... citing irreconcilable differences. However, it seemed odd an ex-NBA player like Gibson would list himself as his attorney.

We called the phone # listed for him in the papers -- and the person who answered claimed he was Gibson, but sounded suspect. So, we checked the address listed ... and it turned out to be an El Pollo Loco restaurant. Crazy, right?

The real Boobie assured us he never once considered filing, telling us ... "She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in 'til death do us part.'"

Gibson says he's going to press charges against the impostor.

For her part, Keyshia tells us nothing's changed -- she still plans to go forward with the divorce. Sorry Boobie ... and fake Boobie.

"Crocodile Dundee" Paul Hogan's now ex-wife Linda Kozlowski took a bike ride with a friend today.

Robin Thicke is waving the white flag ... telling people in his camp his marriage to Paula Patton has collapsed.

Thicke certainly gave a strong sign the union is over by listing his L.A. home Monday. Paula has not lived in the house since their separation in February, after that grab-ass pic became public.

Sources connected with Robin tell TMZ ... an attorney is already working on a financial settlement -- separating assets.

Our sources say, however, neither side has hired a divorce lawyer.

Thicke is saying he will NOT be the one who files for divorce ... she'll have to do it. But he says he's done begging and is moving on.

Paul Hogan has cut bait with his estranged wife, Linda -- their divorce just became final -- but he's hanging on to the true love of his life ... "Crocodile Dundee."

Hogan is keeping the rights to the "Crocodile Dundee" character and the film company that produced the movies ... according to the divorce docs obtained by TMZ. He also keeps ownership of their house in Venice, CA.

For her part ... Linda gets a lump sum of $5.775 million from Paul -- and gets to keep living in the Venice house until 2018 or until she remarries ...whichever happens first. She also has the option to buy the pad outright for $1.59 mil -- the original purchase price.

In the kid department ... they'll share legal custody of their 15-year-old son, Chance and neither will pay child support. Ditto for spousal support.

The ex Mrs. Hogan ditched one other thing -- she's officially Linda Kozlowski again.

If Robin Thicke's begging ever works, and he actually gets back together with Paula Patton -- they'll be living somewhere new -- their Bel Air home is officially on the market.

TMZ has confirmed the 3,158 square foot home was listed Monday with an asking price of $2,985,000.

It was originally purchased by Robin's dad, Alan Thicke back in 1990 for a paltry $910,000 -- though we're told Robin's name is now on the deed.

We're told neither Paula or Robin has officially moved out of the 2-story crib -- with awesome views over Sunset Blvd -- though we know they haven't slept under the same roof since separating in February.

The pad includes a recording studio where Robin may have worked on songs like "Blurred Lines," "Lost Without You," and "Get Her Back" -- which he obviously hasn't.

Sherri Shepherd is scoffing at Lamar Sally calling her a hypocrite in their custody war ... telling us anyone who knows her, knows Lamar is full of BS.

Shepherd was judged today but not by Lamar ... by a real judge in a different custody fight she's having with ex-husband Jeff Tarpley over their nine-year-old son. He now wants full custody.

Sherri Shepherd will be sued if she doesn't embrace the child she's having this month via surrogate ... so promises her very angry and determined estranged husband.

We've learned Lamar Sally is already drafting legal docs to prevent Sherri from backing out of the surrogate contract she signed while they were still a couple.

As TMZ first reported ... Sherri claims Lamar defrauded her into signing the contract ... claiming he knew he wanted out of the marriage but wanted to hook her into paying child support. She wants the contract voided on grounds of fraud ... and wash her hands of any parental obligations.

Lamar is calling BS and says he'll fight to put Sherri's John Hancock on the birth certificate ... and if that takes a judge's order, so be it.

We're told Lamar may weave what he believes is Sherri's hypocrisy into the contract, saying on the one hand she professes to be a good Christian and on the other abandoning an innocent child.

Burt Reynolds has been divorced from Loni Anderson for 20 years ... but it's still not over, and we've learned Loni is still dogging him for nearly a quarter of a million bucks to make things right.

It was one of the most bitter divorces in the history of Hollywood. He accused her of sleeping around. She accused him of physical brutality. And there were drug allegations and lots of other things. The 5-year marriage officially ended in 1993, when Burt agreed to pay Loni $234,794.13.

Loni -- who starred in "WKRP in Cincinnati" -- says Burt paid some but still owed her $97K. He didn't pay, went into bankruptcy in the late '90s, continued to ignore the debt, and went into foreclosure, etc.

Loni went back to court and 2 months ago the judge ordered Burt to pay up once and for all. But with interest, the tab has now swelled to $154,520.98.

We contacted Burt's rep ... so far no comment.

Apollo Nida may be going into prison a married man -- but it's doubtful he'll come out that way … because his wife, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member Phaedra Parks "didn't even f***ing show up" for his sentencing.

Nida -- who just got 8 years for check fraud and money laundering -- went off about Phaedra with Atlanta's B-100, admitting he's still "salty" about how she's treated him since he got charged.

Pam Anderson clearly had a change of heart after filing for divorce earlier this month.

Pam and hubby Rick Salomon were making out in Malibu Wednesday, showing no sign of ending their 6-month marriage. It's their second try at marriage. They married in 2007 ... it lasted 2 months.

As we reported ... Pam listed the date of separation as July 3 ... 2 days after Rick won $.2.8 million in a poker tournament -- which means it would be community property -- split 50/50 (we're told there's no prenup).

Michael Vartan -- who famously dated Jennifer Garner during the production of "Alias" before she left him for Ben Affleck -- is getting the boot again ... his wife has filed for divorce.

Lauren Skaar filed legal docs citing irreconcilable differences.

The two met at a Whole Foods in L.A. She says Michael had engaged in some "calculated stalking," with the help of her email address.

The two married 3 years ago. They have no kids.

She's asking for spousal support. She works as a real estate agent and filed for divorce herself ... without a lawyer.

Michael has appeared most recently as a recurring character on "Bates Motel" -- which by the way is awesome.
