Kelly Ripa is livid over Michael Strahan's departure from her show, largely because she was shockingly disrespected by Disney honchos.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly was blindsided by Tuesday's announcement. She found out at 10:30 in the morning ... the same time Disney made the announcement. She never got a call from Disney CEO Bob Iger or anyone else at the Mouse House.

Our ABC sources say Kelly -- and virtually everyone on her show -- feels Disney has screamed to the world they don't care about 'Live' ... their singular focus is breathing life into 'GMA,' which has lost a big chunk of its audience over the last year.

We're told there's serious talk about giving 'Live' the boot at 9 AM and adding a third hour to 'GMA.' It's unclear if Disney is eyeing a time slot later in the morning for Kelly's show. It's pretty incredible, since 'Live' has been super successful on Kelly's watch.

Adding a 3rd hour to 'GMA' is the logical next move, since Strahan has established himself in the 9 AM time slot.

As for Kelly, it's unclear if Disney can ever win her back. It's not difficult to understand how pissed she is ... it's like the Ann Curry/NBC mess, but more outrageous.

The Hardy Brothers are in a nasty family feud -- with Jeff not only trashing his brother Matt ... but also going after his wife, calling her a "witch bitch" who's tearing the family apart.

It all went down on the "TMZ Sports" TV show -- when the wrestling superstars were talking some serious smack to each other leading up to their "I Quit" match on TNA Impact Wrestling Tuesday on Pop TV.

It started off with the usual threats ... but got crazy personal when Jeff brought up Matt's wife ... calling her a "witch bitch that's casting spells" who's turning the brothers against each other.

Matt fired back -- warning him about going after his wife ... and promising to "make [Jeff] suffer" when they face off tomorrow on Pop TV.

Cheryl Burke's got a deep-seated hatred for her former "Dancing With the Stars" partner Ian Ziering.

Burke revealed being around Ziering 24/7 drove her so nuts it made her "want to slit [her] wrists." The grizzly confession went down on Matt Weiss and Theo Von's "Allegedly" podcast.

Burke and Ziering were eliminated in the semi-finals back in season 4 -- but according to Burke, she practically begged producers to give her the axe way before then.

You know when people in the South say, "Bless her heart" ... but they really mean it in a condescending, insulting way???

Yeah, that's kinda how Lakers player Lou Williams sounded when we asked him about his Twitter beef with LeSean McCoy.

FYI, the beef started after Kobe's finale ... when the NFL running back referred to Williams as "Soft ass Lou."

Lou replied by essentially telling LeSean, "Say it to my face." McCoy responded by accusing him of beating up women.

So, when we saw Williams at LAX -- we had to ask him about the issue.

"We don't do beef," Williams said ... adding, "God bless that young man."

Yeah, somehow that didn't feel genuine ...

Lisa Vanderpump's calling BS on Mohamed Hadid's kids suffering from Lyme disease, and her accusation is having major repercussions for the 'Real Housewives' shoots.

Sources tell TMZ Lisa and Mohamed's 20 year friendship came to an abrupt end when Vanderpump, for the umpteenth time, asked about his kids, Bella and Anwar, and their Lyme disease. We're told Hadid was embarrassed because Lisa asked while taping at dinner with friends.

Sources close to the situation tell us Hadid will be cordial during shoots, but ANY attempt to renew the friendship -- even for the show -- is out of the question, as far as he's concerned.

We're told Lisa's husband, Ken, even tried to patch things up, but Hadid's not budging ... and hasn't even been to any of Lisa's 3 restaurants since the drama.

Lucky for him it's a big city.

Kobe Bryant IS NOT under attack from Smush Parker ... it's an IMPOSTOR posing as the former Laker who's VERBALLY DESTROYING Mamba on Twitter ... Smush tells TMZ Sports.

Social media went crazy after @SmushParker -- an account thought to be SP's -- attacked KB hours before his final game ... saying, among other things, "F*** OUTTA HERE KOBE"

FYI -- Bryant and Parker have beefed for years ... with Kobe famously saying, "Smush Parker was the worst. He shouldn't have been in the NBA."

In other words, people weren't shocked -- just really entertained -- when Parker dissed Kobe.

Here's the twist ... we reached out to Smush, and he's adamant the account is NOT his ... telling us, "Its definitely not mines. I would love to have that account deactivated.”

Nunez was convicted for manslaughter, but his father is Fabian Nunez ... who was the CA State Assembly speaker, and a close friend to Arnold. On the last day he was in office, Arnold shortened Esteban's sentence from 16 years to 7.

Snoop is pissed about what he sees as cronyism ... and because his friend Stanley "Tookie" Williams -- a famous leader of the Crips -- died by lethal injection in San Quentin Prison in 2005. Arnold refused to stay his execution.

Sarah Palin just gave Azealia Banks a verbal undressing -- sans crude and humiliating suggestions.

The former Alaska gov responded to the rapper's since-deleted Twitter rant in which Banks calls for Palin to be gang raped by black men because Palin said black people willingly accepted slavery.

Thing is -- Palin NEVER said such a thing. Banks mistook a satirical article for a legitimate news report, and Palin had to remind Banks she was DUPED, saying, "You're obviously not exercising enough intelligence to acknowledge you've been sucked into believing some fake interview."

Palin went on to extend the olive branch ... telling Banks -- "Why don't we strengthen both our platforms and work together on something worthwhile -- like condemning racism."
