UFC star Paige VanZant says a super fight between her and Ronda Rousey is DEFINITELY a possibility ... as long as Rousey is willing to shed some serious pounds to make it happen.

The two ladies haven't exactly been cool with each other ... being locked in a yearlong feud that started when Ronda got pissed that Paige congratulated Holly Holm on kicking Rousey's ass.

Seems like that beef has cooled off lately ... but when we got Paige out in L.A. Monday she said she's definitely down to feud with Ronda in the Octagon ... as long as it's at a fair weight.

FYI -- Paige fights at 115, Ronda fights at 135 ... according to VanZant, the magic number here is in the middle ... at 125.

It's not an impossible scenario. Rousey has a massive fight coming up against Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 ... but if she gets past that test, a fight with Paige -- one of the biggest names in the sport -- could be huge.

Our sources close to Kris say the conversation those close to Chyna alleged the two had to smooth things over never even took place.

On a personal level, we're told everyone in the fam is getting along well with Chyna since the birth of Dream. Still, business is business and our sources say the sisters' lawyers have made several attempts to negotiate ... but Chyna's team's gone radio silent.

Fetty Wap and baby mama Masika put all their drama on hold Friday for a low key date night.

The maybe-couple hit up Craig's in West Hollywood in Fetty's lambo and they were all smiles. Fetty even got fatherly with our photog, sharing what he's learned about parenthood ... especially as it applies to a having a daughter.

Of course, Masika and Fetty have a rocky record -- even before baby Khari was born this year.

But it looks like they're on common ground ... for now.

Shia LaBeouf knows Soulja Boy doesn't mean it when he says don't come to Atlanta, 'cause Soulja's a sweet kid at heart -- or at least that's what he's assuming.

Paps got the actor-turned-MC out Thursday in Studio City, where they asked what he had to say to Soulja ... who issued an ultimatum in rap's biggest -- meaning, silliest -- beef since Drake vs. Meek Mill.

The rapper tells TMZ he's willing to give Shia a hall pass to return to the ATL if the actor can help him cross over into movies -- and a particular big budget one too.

Soulja's response to Shia's third diss track, which dropped Monday ... isn't all olive branches though.

Joseline Hernandez went BALLISTIC when she found out some chick was hanging at Stevie J's pad and that's why she went on the attack ... at least that's what Stevie told cops.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star called Atlanta PD Sunday and told them Joseline became real violent and attempted to punch and scratch him ... this according to the police report.

Stevie claimed Joseline busted his face and injured his eyes ... but cops said they saw no visible injuries. They also advised him to get a restraining order, but he hasn't. Joseline -- who should pop out a baby girl in a matter of weeks -- wasn't there when cops showed up.

Sources tell TMZ ... Joseline had been under the impression Tommie Lee was the chick at Stevie's crib but we're told it was actually someone else. Tommie and Joseline, of course, have a nasty history.

The next day ... Sandy Springs PD were called after Stevie said she assaulted him again. According to the police report ... Stevie says Joseline used her hands, feet and teeth to attack him.

We got them leaving court Tuesday -- Stevie's sticking to his story while Joseline appears unfazed.

Angelina Jolie has an endgame in her claims Brad Pitt abused one or more of their children -- she wants to move to London with the kids and score a top position in the United Nations ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Several well-placed sources say Brad and Angelina have not gotten along for more than a year, and she's been looking for an opportunity to end the marriage and bolt for her dream job ... with all 6 children in tow. We're told she knew that would be nearly impossible unless Brad's right to joint custody was in jeopardy.

As we reported ... Angelina told L.A. County Dept of Child and Family Services officials Brad brutalized Maddox on a private jet and engaged in other conduct that endangered the children. We know Brad strongly denied intentionally striking Maddox or engaging in any abuse, and DCFS clearly saw it his way ... closing out the investigation without taking any action.

Our sources say Angelina's move to involve DCFS was orchestrated by 2 women she's been relying on for advice for more than a year. One is a member of England's House of Lords, and the other also holds a U.K. government position. We're told they've been in Angelina's ear, convincing her she could become Secretary General of the U.N. if she plays her cards right.

Angelina, who has been paying both women handsomely for their consulting services, is all in and taking their cue that a move to London would help get her closer to the U.N. gig.

The rub, of course, is in order to take her kids out of the country ... she'd have to prove some sort of parental unfitness on Brad's part. So far she's struck out.

Jolie's rep denies there's a move planned and says Angelina is focused on the health and well being of her children. The rep adds, Angelina wants to continue therapy with the kids and Brad.

Our sources are clear and insist Europe and the U.N. post is the ultimate goal.

The custody war is now in family court -- she wants sole physical custody and he wants joint. We're told Angelina has a slim to none chance of taking the kids 6,000 miles away from Brad.

Shia LaBeouf's got a funny way of ending his rap beef with Lil Yachty and Soulja Boy -- he just dropped his final diss track, but he's going out with a bang.

TMZ got a copy of Shia's latest verse, which will air Monday afternoon on Power 106 in L.A.

On this one Shia compares himself to Marlon Brando (bad timing, maybe) ... and really gets out on a limb, by claiming he spits better than Eminem.

He saved his best for last, calling out Yachty one more time -- and Soulja Boy, who banned Shia from Atlanta after his last verse -- saying they're "just pop and MMMbop, and obscure fruit like kumquat." He also goes after Peter Rosenberg again.

Kumquat, y'all. He rhymed kumquat.

Conor McGregor believes he's got all the advantages in a fight with Floyd Mayweather -- power, reach and youth ... saying, "Age waits for no man!"

McGregor talked about his possible boxing career during an event in Northern Ireland on Friday -- when, of course, the topic of Mayweather came up.

"If I focus with the work ethic I have solely on the sport of boxing, there’s no telling what I could do,” McGregor said.

"I would not go in there just to show up, I’d go in there to knock [Floyd] out. That’s it. He can be hit, he’s been hit before. Age waits for no man."

"I know the size is on my side, I know the reach is on my side, I know the youth is on my side."

He continued, "There’s a lot to lose for them, so that’s why they're scrambling ... but that’s okay, I’ll leave them scrambling. I’ve got some other boxing opportunities and potential opponents in mind. Some previous Floyd opponents. They can bring in anyone in the game. We’ll see what happens."

Someone brought up boxing champ Paul Malignaggi -- who called McGregor out on social media.

If Lil Yachty's got something for him -- it's sound advice.

We got the Atlanta MC leaving LAX Friday, and had to ask if he had a response to Shia's new diss track, "Zapruder." One highlight -- Shia referring to Yachty as "Lil Romeo meets Raggedy Ann."

Yachty's not impressed ... in fact, his assessment of Shia's MC skills is pretty simple: get back to doing what you know how to do. Even Steven?

'Daily Show' host Trevor Noah and conservative firebrand Tomi Lahren held a peace summit over drinks Thursday night, and Tomi's declaring herself the big winner after their on-air feud.

We spotted Tomi and Trevor having a very peaceful conversation in The Bowery Hotel lobby -- the total opposite of the battle they had on his show. Afterward, TheBlaze host told us she and Trevor still don't see eye-to-eye, but that doesn't mean they can't be friends.

She also doesn't give a crap about new haters attacking her. As she put it, "You're gonna watch me either way." No such thing as bad publicity?

Rosie O'Donnell clearly did not want to talk about her comments about Barron Trump or her apology to the 10-year-old and his mom, Melania ... but boy did she have questions for the photog.

Rosie arrived at LAX Thursday and shut down when the photog asked about her walk back over her tweet that Barron might be autistic. He's not, and Melania was pissed.

You gotta hand it to her ... Rosie used her interviewing skills -- clearly from her talk show -- to adroitly deflect questions from the terminal to her waiting SUV.

Shia LaBeouf is so serious about his MC skillz, he's now ripping a DJ who put him on blast, and actual pro rapper Lil Yachty.

Shia turned in a new 3-minute freestyle Friday for Charlamagne Tha God to air on "The Breakfast Club" -- and it's straight fire ... for a guy who doesn't do this for a living.

The actor-by-trade was responding to a diss from Hot 97's Rosenberg ... who mocked Shia for freestyling on "Sway in the Morning" last month.

Take a listen, there's even a shot at Drake. Shia might want to consult with Meek Mill.

Despite his new California boxing license, Floyd Mayweather still doesn't believe Conor McGregor is serious about getting in the ring.

We spoke with Floyd this week ... who says he thinks McGregor is all talk when it comes down to it.

Mayweather has previously told us he thinks Conor is piggybacking off his name to try and get even more famous ... and it's clear he still feels that way.

Conor was issued a boxing license in California, as first reported by Ariel Helwani, and commission officials say they're excited to see the UFC star try his hand at the sweet science.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard finally hammered out their divorce settlement, and the charities she promised to fund will get their cash ... with a slight delay.

Sources connected to the exes tell us Johnny will pay Amber $6.8 million -- that's the $7 mil originally agreed upon, minus the $200k he already donated to the ACLU and Children's Hospital L.A. in her name. We're told she'll get all the money within about 12 months.

Amber will then follow through on her vow to donate ALL of her settlement dough. We're told she'll make multiple payments to CHLA and the ACLU ... with the plan being to pay the full amount by the end of 2018.

Sources not connected with Amber are scoffing, saying they don't think the charities will ever get the money.

Bottom line -- Johnny will get a charitable tax write-off for $200k, Amber will write-off her $6.8 mil worth of donations ... and they can both put the nightmare marriage and divorce behind them.
