Lil Wayne to Birdman You Gotta Pay Me Before 'Carter V' Plays

Published | Updated

Birdman was "full of s***" when he declared Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" was coming out soon, and that's according to Lil Wayne himself.

Our Weezy sources tell us the rapper thinks Birdman needs to stop crowing about the now-mythical album, and start paying about it because there's been zero movement in their legal/financial war.

We're told Wayne heard Birdman saying he's putting the beef behind him, but believes the Cash Money honcho's just trying to "look like the nice guy." Weezy's yet to hear a peep about settling his $51 million lawsuit, and until he does ... nothing changes. As we first reported, Wayne's holding the master recording.

All hope isn't dead. Our Cash Money sources say -- as recently as last week -- Birdman met with Universal Music Group trying to hammer out a payment that will make Wayne happy.

And if there's any doubt he's not happy -- on NYE in Miami, Weezy told his fans ... "If you see Stunna, tell him I said, 'F*** him!'"

Sooo ... don't count your Carter 5s before they hatch.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Fires Back at Trump Give a S*** about Your New Job

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger just fired back at Donald Trump, calling out his priorities and commitment to making America great again.

Arnold is clearly reacting to Trump's blustery tweet, in which he says Schwarzenegger got creamed in 'Celebrity Apprentice' ratings when you compare them to what the Prez-elect got in his debut.

Schwarzenegger just responded, by tweeting, "I wish you the best of luck and I hope you'll work for ALL of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings."

As we reported, the reality is Trump got huge ratings for his debut, but by his last season his rating for 'Celeb Apprentice' was roughly the same as Arnold's debut.

Arnold followed up with, "There's nothing more important than the people's work." Translation -- you shouldn't be involved in a ratings war.

YOU WORRY ABOUT THE WRONG THINGS

After the election, Arnold posted a video quoting Abraham Lincoln calling for unity. Apparently, message not received well.

A CHANGE OF HEART

Birdman is doing a complete 180 over Lil Wayne's long-awaited 'Carter V' album ... because he's now vowing it WILL see the light of day.

Baby went on Travis Scott's Beats 1 radio show this week to talk details about the album, and he made one thing clear ... "it's definitely coming out."

Sounds like he's ready to put the legal war with Weezy behind him -- possibly because someone already got their paws on it. It remains to be seen if Wayne wants to squash the beef, and Birdman still didn't mention a release date. So ...

Donald Trump Trashes Arnold Over 'Celebrity Apprentice'

Published | Updated

Donald Trump trashed Arnold Schwarzenegger over the debut of the new 'Celebrity Apprentice' ... and it appears to have more to do with the presidential election than the show.

Trump just tweeted Arnold got "swamped (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT." He goes on, "So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary."

But here's the thing. True enough, Trump scored a rating of around 18 in season 1 of the show, and Arnold's show came in at a 4.9. But what Trump didn't say ... the ratings on his show took a nosedive and in his last season, 2 years ago, he scored right around a 6 rating.

Trump clearly has bad blood ... according to his deal, he actually profits if Arnold's show does well.

Soulja Boy Exploits Chris Brown's Daughter And Baby Mama in Feud

Published | Updated

Well, it just got real ... Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, is now smack in the middle of his beef with Soulja Boy -- and Soulja's the one who put her there.

SB just posted a pic of 2-year-old Royalty with Floyd Mayweather and TheMoneyTeam tags on it -- making it seem like Chris' little girl wants to see Daddy get his ass whooped. To say, "low blow" ... would be an understatement.

Here's the thing -- Soulja didn't put the Floyd tags on the pic. Chris' baby mama, Nia Guzman, did ... Soulja just reposted it. So, does Nia want Chris to get his ass kicked?

Probably. But we spoke to her, and she says her Royalty pic had nothing to do with Chris and Soulja's celeb boxing match. Nia says she and the kid have been hanging out with Floyd recently ... and "Floyd is investing in Royalty's future."

Hmmm ...

As you can imagine, Chris is PISSED off and making it very clear to Soulja ... leave my daughter out of this -- but with much more colorful language.

WORKING THINGS OUT

The greatest miracle of Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez having a baby girl last week could be a full peace treaty between them ... and he says they're both committed to making it happen.

We got Stevie out in Atlanta talking about how the newborn, Bonnie Bella, is changing his life, and the BIG shocker -- he shouts out Joseline for being a "great mom."

This from the guy who was demanding drug and psychological testing for Joseline just a few weeks ago. If this holds up, Baby Bonnie should be up for the Nobel Peace Prize.

But, we'll see.

Amanda Nunes can't understand why so many people LOST to Ronda Rousey -- telling TMZ Sports the UFC star is incredibly overrated and the fight was WAY EASIER than she thought it was gonna be.

Nunes joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs tonight on FS1) -- and said she's always thought Ronda was overhyped -- "I knew I could beat Ronda Rousey since I saw her first fight."

In fact, Nunes says she trained way harder to fight Miesha Tate ... who she also demolished.

There's A LOT more in the full interview which airs Wednesday on FS1.

Doc Rivers George Karl's Wrong Again ... No Doping Problem in NBA

THERE'S NO PROBLEM

Another NBA star shooting down ANOTHER claim from George Karl's book -- this time it's Doc Rivers who says George is wrong ... the league does NOT have a doping problem.

Karl wrote in his book, 'Furious George,' that it's "obvious" players in the league are doping ... saying:

"How are some guys getting older—yet thinner and fitter? How are they recovering from injuries so fast? Why the hell are they going to Germany in the off-season? I doubt it’s for the sauerkraut."

So, we asked Rivers what he thought about the very serious allegation ... and the Clippers honcho was quick to shoot it down.

But the question remains, why is Karl going H.A.M. on the league?

Rivers thinks the guy may have just been in a bad mood when he wrote the book.

Soulja Boy Sorry for Chris Brown Beef ... I'm Upset About My Mom

Published | Updated

Soulja Boy is sorry ... to Chris Brown ... to Lil Yachty ... and to everyone else he's beefing with, because he has something more important to focus on -- his mother's illness.

Soulja posted a video Wednesday morning apologizing for his erratic behavior -- calling out Chris for street fights and such. He says he just got news about his mom being hospitalized and it's the wake-up call he needed.

As we've reported ... Soulja has feuded with A LOT of people in the last year, and even threatened violence. Now he says that's all over.

Good timing. Chris's attorney, Mark Geragos, is now involved, saying he's going to file a lawsuit against Soulja ... most likely for some of the crap he talked about Chris and his daughter, Royalty.

O.T. Genasis This Soulja & Chris Beef Is Some Real 'Street S***' Now!

Published | Updated

Soulja Boy and Chris Brown's feud is going beyond fake-ass Twitter beef and hittin' the streets ... according to O.T. Genasis, and it sounds like that could mean real violence.

We got the "CoCo" rapper out Tuesday night at 1 OAK in L.A., and he says the hate between Breezy and Soulja is very real. He never uses the word "gang," but the insinuation is clear.

You can tell O.T. was pretty turnt -- even before he admitted it -- but his insight seems on point, based on what went down with Soulja in Compton Tuesday evening.

Angelina Jolie Yeah, We'll Seal Custody Case But Brad's the Bad Guy

Published | Updated

Angelina Jolie is down with sealing documents in her divorce and custody case, but she's going after Brad in a big way, saying if the kids have been damaged it's all his doing.

Angelina just filed legal docs saying she agrees with Brad, their business should be kept private, but says it's audacious of him to accuse her of airing their dirty laundry in public. According to legal docs, filed by Laura Wasser, Brad is lashing out because he's "terrified that the public will learn the truth."

Brad went ham on Angelina after she filed unsealed documents trying to prevent him from altering their custody arrangement, but in the new docs she says all he's doing is trying to "deflect from [his] own role in the media storm which has engulfed the parties' children."

She goes on ... "There is little doubt that [Brad] would prefer to keep the entire case private, particularly given the detailed investigations by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Dept. of Children and Family Services into allegation of abuse."

The FBI and DCFS both closed out their investigations, determining no action was warranted.

Short story ... they've both agreed to seal the file, and they pretty much hate each other.

WHERE YOU AT, CHRIS?!

Soulja Boy is taking his beef with Chris Brown to the next level ... hanging out in Compton -- as promised -- and trying to draw Chris into a street fight.

Soulja was hanging with a bunch of street dudes Tuesday afternoon ... who he claims have his back. In the least gangsta move possible ... he went live on Instagram as he walked around challenging Breezy to come get some.

Chris says he's still down to fight, even though he never showed. Soulja almost got an ass whooping, anyway. Watch what happened when he put his arm around the wrong guy -- and check out this second angle to see how it ended.

Chris Brown I'll Box Soulja Boy But First I Gotta Hook Up

Published | Updated

Chris Brown wants to go toe-to-toe with Soulja Boy in a boxing ring, and it's all over a photo of Karrueche Tran.

Soulja says the beef all started when he liked a pic of Chris' ex, Karrueche, in a bikini. He says Chris hit him up, and threatened to whoop his ass.

It all sounds like some high school crap, but Chris is actually doubling down now, and reaching out to Adrien Broner to set up a charity boxing match.

His rant is awesome because as pissed off as Chris is, his priority at the moment was hooking up ... but he was way more blunt about it.

For what it's worth -- Soulja's been liking KT's pics for a while now, but she told us ... it ain't happening. Feel better, Chris?

Mariah Carey's Team Dick Clark's People Admitted Earpiece Crapped Out ... & Times Square Sucked!!!

Published | Updated

Mariah Carey's people are incensed Dick Clark Productions is trying to lay the blame on her for the New Year's Eve fiasco on live TV, and they say DCP's own people copped to the problem right after it went down.

As we reported, Mariah's team believes DCP "sabotaged" her performance in order to score big ratings. She claims she and her team repeatedly told production people the earpiece was not working but they assured her it would be fine when she got onstage and performed. It did not.

Our Mariah sources insist after the performance, people from Dick Clark Productions were "screaming' about the malfunction, with one production person saying, "I don't care that her ears didn't work. She could've just winged it."

Dick Clark says Mariah's claim of sabotage is defamatory. But she's incredulous, saying she did Dick Clark Productions a favor after they begged for her to sing, and she did it for free.

One Mariah source tells TMZ, "We could be in Aspen right now having the best time instead of being in dog s*** Times Square that smelled like a f****** sewer."

Dick Clark Productions to Mariah You Defamed Us!!!

Published | Updated

Dick Clark Productions is outraged by the claims Mariah Carey's people made to TMZ, and the company is suggesting the singer has opened herself up to a lawsuit.

Dick Clark's people say Mariah's claim the production company sabotaged her New Year's Eve performance is "defamatory," adding it's also "outrageous and frankly absurd."

As we reported, Mariah's people say they repeatedly told production people her earpiece was not functioning but they ignored the warnings and even falsely led the singer to believe everything would work fine when she hit the stage. Suffice it to say ... the performance was a disaster.

Dick Clark Productions says, "In very rare instances there are of course technical errors that can occur with live television, however, our initial investigation has indicated that DCP had no involvement in the challenges associated with Ms. Carey's New Year's Eve performance."

Our Dick Clark sources blame the problems on Mariah, saying she refused to personally do a sound check and there was ample sound on stage for her to hear the music.

Dick Clark Productions adds, "We want to be clear that we have the utmost respect for Ms. Carey as an artist and acknowledge her tremendous accomplishments in the industry."

Mariah Carey Team Claims 'Sabotage' for Ratings

Published | Updated

Mariah Carey believes her New Year's Eve performance -- which turned out to be a trainwreck -- was sabotaged so TV execs could score bigger ratings than usual.

Sources connected with Mariah tell TMZ they repeatedly complained to execs at Dick Clark Productions that her "inner ears" -- aka earpieces -- were NOT working.

Mariah did an interview with Ryan Seacrest an hour before she took the stage in Times Square and she was having trouble. You can hear her say to Ryan, "It's hard for me to hear you."

THEY DID ME DIRTY

We're told after the interview Mariah and her team went to the production trailer and complained to Dick Clark execs her inner ears weren't working. Mariah sources say they were told her inner ears would be on a different frequency when she hit the stage and there would be no problem.

Fast forward to 6 minutes before her performance. Mariah was in the holding tent for last minute makeup, and she was alarmed, telling the production team she could barely hear anything. Mariah sources say they were assured the tent muffled the sound, and it would be fine on stage.

At that point someone said her mic pack wasn't working because the battery was dead, so they changed packs.

Mariah was suspicious and got on stage 4 minutes early to test things out, and she couldn't hear anything in her inner ear. She and her team say they complained repeatedly, but nothing was done.

To make matters worse and even more suspicious, Mariah's people say when she got on stage the prompter wasn't working. The prompter has the lyrics when they appear in the song as well as stage cues.

Mariah ripped the inner earpiece out -- out of frustration -- and thought she had a fighting chance just listening to the music, but the crowd was so loud in Times Square she could hear nothing.

Short story -- Mariah's team believe there are too many coincidences and too many warnings ... they say it was sabotage "so they could get Mariah drama." We know Mariah's people fired off an email to an Exec at Dick Clark Productions, saying, "This is sabotage."

We've reached out to Dick Clark Productions ... so far, no word back.

11:36 AM PT -- Dick Clark Production sources tell TMZ ... Mariah's "sabotage" claim is "silly," seeing how she's the one who decided not to do a sound check, and had a stand-in do it instead. They also say there were 8 monitors on stage amplifying sound, so even without an inner ear, Mariah should have been able to hear just fine. They add Mariah changed her story ... initially saying the track was wrong. Our Dick Clark sources insist her camp provided the track list.
