Katherine Jackson's sudden vanishing act while she's allegedly claiming elder abuse at the hands of nephew Trent Jackson is being masterminded by none other than Michael's brother Jermaine ... so claims Trent in new legal documents.

Katherine got a restraining order against Trent last month, claiming in a declaration he was pilfering cash and abusing her, something Trent vehemently denies.

Now Trent and his lawyer, Ron Rale, say they have serious doubts Katherine even wrote the declaration, and they're pointing the finger at Jermaine. They note Katherine says in the declaration she's been in London and therefore did not appear in court, but Trent thinks its something more sinister.

He points to a blow-up in 2012, when Katherine disappeared and went somewhere in Arizona. Trent claims Jermaine and some of M.J.'s other siblings essentially held her hostage, even taking away her iPad and cell phone and told her the TV was broken ... all in an effort to allegedly wrestle control away from Trent, who has been caring for Katherine since Michael died in 2009.

Trent and Rale believe history is now repeating itself and Katherine has again been stripped of her free will thanks to Jermaine and others, and it's all about controlling the M.J. Estate.

LeBron James is firing back at LaVar Ball -- warning the outspoken basketball dad to STOP talking about the James kids ... or else.

James is clearly furious with LaVar for recent comments he made ... in which he said LeBron's kids (LeBron Jr. is 12, Bryce is 9) are going to have a tough road ahead of them.

"It's going to be hard for [LeBron's] kids because they are going to look at them like, 'You got to be just like your dad,'" LaVar told Chris Broussard this month.

"And after a while, that pressure starts sitting on you like, 'Why do I got to be just like him? What can't I just be me?' And then they are going to be like, 'Aw, you're soft, you're not that good.' Because the expectation is very, very high."

Well, LeBron didn't take kindly to LaVar's public analysis.

"Keep my kids' name out of your mouth," LeBron told ESPN ... "Keep my family out of your mouth."

"This is dad to dad. It's a problem now."

"He can talk all about his brand, talk about his sons, talk about basketball, talk about me. But keep my family out of this."

LeBron wasn't finished ... he actually had a compliment for LaVar's son, Lonzo Ball.

Jay Mohr just filed new docs alleging his estranged wife's drug problem makes her an unfit parent, so he wants sole physical custody of their son.

Jay's docs paint a dangerous picture of estranged wife Nikki Cox. He says their 5-year-old son is regressing in ways we will not describe in this post.

Jay says Nikki has done things that have put the boy at risk, including giving him a double dose of flu medicine that caused the boy to vomit in his sleep.

He says Nikki does not set boundaries, letting the child watch cartoons and eat candy at 2 AM.

Jay says Nikki abuses drugs to the point she sometimes doesn't leave her room for days at a time, and he says she's threatened to take her life on at least 2 occasions.

And there's this ... Jay says in January, Nikki told him she thought she was pregnant, but he says it couldn't be his because he's azoospermic.

Arnold Schwarzenegger just hit Donald Trump where it hurts.

Arnold posted a video in which he calls out the prez for low performance ratings ... in the 30s.

After Arnold gets his licks in, he gives Trump some advice about protecting after-school programs ... even offering a guided tour of a school a few miles from the White House.

Tomi Lahren is either a sellout who betrayed the people with whom she works or just so successful her boss is lashing out at her in envy ... these are the 2 sides of the coin in Tomi's suspension saga.

TheBlaze honcho Glenn Beck benched Tomi for a week after she appeared on "The View" and proclaimed she was pro-choice.

Sources at TheBlaze say the staff was "on the verge of rebellion" ... incensed at Tomi's comment, claiming it was a betrayal of the core views of the network. The sources say Glenn had to suspend her or risk mutiny.

The other side ... people close to Tomi say this is about jealousy -- Glenn is threatened because she's getting the most attention of anyone on the network, including him.

The real question ... is Tomi staying at TheBlaze? It's unclear how long she's under contract. Sources connected with her say her deal's up some time later this year, but Blaze sources say she's locked in for a year and a half.

Conor McGregor must be high as a kite if he thinks he deserves equal pay to fight Floyd Mayweather ... so says "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Jason Lee ... an unofficial member of The Money Team.

We got Jason Saturday at Toast in L.A., and he made it clear Floyd's ready to fight ... but that Conor's holding things up over ridiculous money demands.

Jason also has a dismal outlook on the future of boxing.

Rick Ross made a new enemy when he took aim at Birdman ... dissing him hard over his legal war with Lil Wayne and a bunch of other stuff.

Sources close to Birdman tell TMZ ... he's pissed Rick dragged his name through the mud in his song "Idols Become Rivals." We're told Baby doesn't appreciate the disrespect, especially because he sees the track as a lame publicity stunt.

It's harsh stuff, for sure. Rozay's lyrics include, "Catholic record labels, n***** gettin' raped, boy / Birdman's a priest, moans in his synagogue." The song also touches on Birdman's dealings with Wayne, DJ Khaled and claims he doesn't pay his artists or own his cars.

As for the song being a stunt? Rick does have a new album, "Rather You Than Me" ... so he'll clearly benefit from generating beef.

Bottom line: Birdman feels Rick stepped out of line, and needs to put some respeck on it!

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" producers blindsided Fetty Wap's baby mama, Masika, by adding her number one rival to the cast behind her back.

Our 'L&HHH' sources tell us Masika went ballistic when Fetty's ex-gf, Alexis Skyy, rolled up to the set this week with Nikki Baby and Hazel-E. We're told they were shooting at a karaoke bar in Glendale, but as soon as Masika spotted Alexis, she refused to tape anymore.

Security had to remove Masika, but not before she shaded Alexis with, “I am not giving that f***ing peasant no airtime." Despite storming off, her rep denies Masika's furious ... saying she has a great story line and isn't worried about who else is on the show.

One of Bow Wow's friends is breaking ranks, speaking out against him for threatening to pimp out Melania Trump.

We got Sincere Show, a former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star, Wednesday night at Nightingale Plaza, and he summed it up this way ... "Trump trippin' but Bow Wow trippin' too."

You'll recall ... Bow Wow came out strong in support of Snoop Dogg after Trump took a shot at Snoop for his controversial "Lavender" video. But Sincere says there's a line in any beef, and Bow Wow definitely crossed it with the Melania tweet.

Charles Barkley says LaVar Ball needs to come to terms with the fact he SUCKED at basketball ... and the idea he would beat Sir Chuck in 1-on-1 is straight-up delusional.

The NBA Hall of Famer was out in NYC when he responded to LaVar's claim that Chuck is a slow, Krispy Kreme eating fat boy who'd get WRECKED if they faced off on the court.

There's more smack talk ... Chuck throws some numbers around ... funny stuff.

The good news -- Barkley still really likes LaVar's son, Lonzo Ball, and thinks he should be the #1 overall pick in the NBA Draft.

But LaVar ... these two guys hate each other.

Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes are deep in negotiations to return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Sources close to production tell us Kim and NeNe both have offers on the table from Bravo for Season 10 this Fall, and we're told the network wants them as full-fledged cast members.

We're told both women are receptive, but there's a problem. Kim's got her own show on Bravo that just started filming ... and NeNe's shooting her own stuff.

We're told Bravo's willing to bend if necessary and hire them as part-time cast members, although that's not ideal.

We know both want a lot of money, and we don't know if the 2 sides are far apart.

Kim hasn't been a regular on 'Housewives' since season 5, and NeNe bailed after season 8. Members of the existing cast are not all down with the move, but they have no choice.

Dana White says Conor vs. Floyd is still a real possibility -- telling TMZ Sports, "It doesn't make a lot of sense for my business, but I would never keep Conor from making that kind of money."

The UFC boss was out in Bev Hills when he laid out Conor's opportunities ... some real big fights. He also said Conor's waiting for his kid to be born before he fights again.

T.I. is going to war with Donald Trump over Snoop Dogg -- blasting the prez with a legendary string of insults that would crush on "Wild 'N Out."

Tip is pissed about Trump calling out Snoop for his controversial music video ... where he pulled a fake gun on clown Trump. Just a taste of his anger: "u F***ing Tangerine Tanned Muskrat scrotum skin, Lacefront Possum fur Wig wearing, Alternative fact, Atomic Dog diarrhea face ass man!!!!"

It goes on, and arguably, gets way worse.

Donald Trump just called out Snoop over his music video, saying if the person in clown face was President Obama, Mr. Dogg would be behind bars.

Trump just tweeted, "Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!"

We asked that very question to several rappers and politicians ... Ice-T, for e.g., thought doing the same thing to Obama would be worse. Senator Ted Cruz says whoever the president ... it's the same thing.

Dweezil Zappa's brother and sister are going after him, claiming he's ruining the Zappa name by spreading lies that tarnish their father's legacy.

Ahmet and Diva Zappa just filed legal docs asking a judge to let them start a website to counter Dweezil's claim they are trying to ruin his career by denying him the right to perform his Zappa Plays Zappa tour.

Dweezil has gone on a rant claiming Ahmet and Diva -- who now run Frank Zappa's estate -- have flat-out prohibited him from using ZPZ in concert.

Ahmet and Diva say in their docs ... Dweezil is full of it -- they have always given him the right to tour with Zappa Plays Zappa for the very reasonable price of $1.

They're especially upset with the mocking -- Dweezil's new tour name is "Dweezil Zappa Plays Whatever the F@%k he wants: Cease and Desist Tour 2016."

Diva and Ahmet are also pissed off that Dweezil -- who they claim received many millions though life insurance -- was soliciting money from fans to cover his legal bills, but he took heat for it and then tweaked the wording to ask instead for donations so he could continue his music.

Karen Gravano got labeled as a RAT last week -- or at least her car did -- after someone spray-painted her Mercedes Benz and slashed her tires.

The former "Mob Wives" star fell victim to the vandalism last Wednesday and the vehicle was towed away from her home Thursday morning. As you can see, someone wrote RAT in giant orange letters.

We spoke to Karen, and she tells us all signs point to Drita D'Avanzo -- whom Karen had an epic beef with in the final season of the reality show last year.

Sounds like Karen's moved on from that feud, even if Drita hasn't. A rep for Drita wouldn't comment, except to say she wishes Karen and her team a successful year.

But, as for this latest swipe ... Karen and her camp seem to have a plan of action to deal with it.
