Hulk Hogan is vowing to drop the legal hammer on a "nephew" who's pushing a reality show about finding the perfect 3-some ... telling TMZ Sports he's a DISGRACE to the Hogan name.

The man behind the reality show is David Bollea -- who calls himself King David Hogan ... a pro-MMA fighter who last stepped in the ring back in 2012 and claims to be Hogan's "nephew."

King David is trying to shop a reality show called, "My Girlfriend Wants a Girlfriend" ... in which he sorts through 16 different ladies to find the perfect addition to their freaky sexual lifestyle.

But Hulk is PISSED -- telling TMZ Sports he barely knows the guy and can't believe he would try to cash in on the Hogan name without permission.

"I've only met him twice in my entire life ... he knows nothing about the Hogan family, the Hogan name and has no right to use it," Hulk says.

And now for the threat ... "I will pursue legal action against him for diminishing the Hogan brand."

Selena Gomez takes one trip to Paris and suddenly she's a changed woman ... who's apparently settled her blood feud with the Kardashians -- and proved it by giving Kris Jenner a ride home.

Selena was swarmed by photogs late Wednesday afternoon as she came home from Paris Fashion Week -- and just as her SUV was pulling away the big shocker happened ... Mama Kardashian jumped in the backseat with her.

As we told you ... Selena had a major falling out with the Ks after Coachella ... blaming them for her out-of-control partying.

Remember, while she was in Paris she also posed for pics with Miranda Kerr -- who allegedly hooked up with Justin a few years back.

Move over Tupac and Biggie ... sit down Tara Reid and Paris Hilton ... a new celebrity beef has kicked off between "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Jeff Garlin and NFL Hall-of-Famer Warren Sapp and it's well, really, really, weird.

Garlin, who currently stars in "The Goldbergs" on ABC, appeared on "Sway In The Morning" and trashed Sapp saying Warren PHYSICALLY THREATENED and "bullied" him when they met in an airport some time ago.

Here's the twist ... Sapp was the next scheduled guest on Sway's radio show -- and when Sway asked him about the beef, Warren told a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT version of the airport story!

Warren told Sway he also remembers the encounter ... but he makes Garlin out to be an obsessed fanboy and called upon Jeff to "stop the lying."

Jordin Sparks is throwing shade on Jason Derulo for saying he ended their 3-year relationship because she was pressuring him to marry her.

Jordan made it clear to our photog Wednesday ... words come cheap.

Meanwhile ... back at the ranch in L.A. -- our photog got Orlando Bloom out, who famously took a swing at the Biebs in Ibiza, and asked about Justin possibly stepping out on Selena for Kendall Jenner.

So complicated.

The cooking couple that starred in "Down Home With The Neelys" hated each other FOR YEARS ... enduring 11 seasons of mutual contempt before calling it quits.

Sources close to both Pat and Gina Neely tell TMZ ... the marriage was doomed even before the show fired up in 2009 ... and the pressures of TV made things a lot worse.

We're told the Neelys had no idea the show would endure but they rode the fame train when it became a hit ... with each accusing the other of having an unquenchable thirst for the spotlight.

Now that they've thrown in the towel ... he's splintered off by himself and believes Gina will fail without him. The reason ... his family owns the famous recipes and he's the master chef. As for her ... she thinks she can trump him because she's a bigger TV personality.

They will still be tied at the hip in NYC ... where they co-own Neely's Barbecue Parlor. They have no plans to sell it.

Gina filed the divorce papers earlier this month.

Justin Bieber just left a big fashion party in Paris that was filled with celebs ... and we're told the Biebs made sure he didn't cross paths with the modern version of Helen of Troy -- Miranda Kerr!

Justin hit up the CR Fashion Book Party and mingled with Kim Kardashian, Kendall, Kris, Paris Hilton and Selena Gomez. Our spies say Justin was gushing about Selena, telling people how beautiful she is and how they're really tight now. So the whole champagne dinner with Kendall was innocent.

Justin is in Paree with Selena Gomez. In fact, they were spotted eating breakfast earlier in the day.

Here's why it's especially interesting ... Selena doesn't like the Jenner girls. You'll recall .. after Coachella Selena cut off all ties, calling the Jenner girls toxic.

As for Justin and Kendall ... her people say they're just long-time friends. So, do you believe them?

Mega-popular EDM group Krewella has no place for people who don't party ... because a former member claims he was kicked out for being too clean.

Kristopher Trindl says he formed Krewella back in 2010 with former girlfriend Jahan Yousaf and her sister, Yasmine ... but now says the women want to morph the group into a duo. In a new lawsuit, Trindl says the girls came up with a lame reason for kicking him out ... that he acts too depressed.

Trindl partied plenty before he went to rehab last year. After rehab, he says the women started treating him differently ... and he believes it's because he became a teetotaler.

He does admit relapsing twice and missing a major event -- the Electric Daisy Carnival. Hmmm.

Trindl says to add insult to injury, the girls put up a billboard of themselves on the Sunset Strip.

Trindl says when he came back from rehab, the sisters didn't like the new, sober Kris ... because he no longer drank and partied. He claims they even staged an intervention -- to try to force him into rehab again -- because they thought he was depressed and needed treatment.

He says it's clear ... they just want him gone so they can take his one-third share of Krewella's earnings. He is suing the sisters for more than $7M in damages.

Jermaine Dupri lavished his friend with a free place to live, a free car, free studio time and several other gifts ... and the guy repaid him by trashing his hummer and then having the audacity to sue him.

Dupri says Taddrick Mingo is a leach who did nothing but take, take take:

-- free recording studio time
-- 4 years free rent in a 2 bedroom condo
-- use of Dupri's Hummer
-- free computer
-- referrals so Mingo could get studio work

Jermaine says Mingo then turned around and sued him ... claiming he worked as Dupri's assistant but never got paid.

So now Dupri has fired back with his own lawsuit, claiming Mingo was NEVER his assistant. And Jermaine wants money for the financial beating he took when he sold the whip at a loss.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree ... when we asked Keyshia Cole's mother what she thinks of Birdman ... she was ready to go to blows.

As TMZ first reported, Cole was arrested last week for allegedly attacking a woman partying in Birdman's condo. Cole and Birdman are reportedly dating ... so you get why she was upset -- though the alleged victim claims nothing happened with her and Birdman.

At Cole's album release party Sunday night, Keyshia's mom clicked into Protective Mother mode.

Wiz Khalifa left Amber Rose weeks before she filed for divorce ... and the trigger that sent Amber's lawyer running to the courthouse was an uninvited 2 AM house call by Amber ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Wiz tell TMZ ... the rapper is telling friends there's a simple reason why he left ... "I just didn't want to be married to her anymore."

We're told Wiz moved out and got his own place, and the day before Amber filed, she went to his house at 2 AM and found him with another woman ... and went nuts.

As far as Wiz is concerned ... he wasn't cheating. He told friends he made it clear weeks earlier the marriage was over.

It's interesting ... even though Wiz moved out weeks before ... he listed the legal date of separation on his divorce response as Sept. 22 -- last Monday.

The girl Keyshia Cole allegedly assaulted for spending the night at her rumored BF's house says she's not Birdman's side piece ... and she has no idea why Keyshia would think they're banging.

Sources privy to the case tell us ... the alleged victim is Sabrina Mercadel -- a Cash Money employee for more than a decade -- and she's known Birdman since they were young.

We're told Sabrina was not alone with Birdman at his West L.A. condo ... 4 others were present when Keyshia came storming in at around 5 AM.

Our sources say Sabrina was walking out of the bathroom when Cole spotted her in the apartment ... and the singer instantly went on the attack, yelling, "What are you doing with my man?!"

TMZ broke the story ... Keyshia was arrested for allegedly attacking Sabrina ... who went to the ER and is now on pain meds.

Keyshia is now out on bail.

Fat Joe is an immoral cheat who betrayed his protege, Big Pun ... so claims Big Pun's widow who claims Joe has left her out in the cold since her husband's death.

Liza Rios is beside herself ... she says in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- hubby Big Pun had a deal with Fat Joe to split the fortune Pun made from songs like "I'm Not A Player."

Liza says a few years after her 700-pound husband died from a heart attack in 2000 ... Joe turned off the spigot and she hasn't gotten a penny since 2005 ... even though the records continued to sell.

It's especially maddening for Liza, because Fat Joe released posthumous albums years after Big Pun died.

She wants more than a million bucks.

BTW ... Fat Joe is skinny now.

Trina has some nerve hating on Khloe Kardashian for stealing French Montana away from her ... because Trina did the exact same thing to French's wife ... so claim friends of French (FOF).

Trina's blasting French and Khloe in a new song "F*** Love" ... "You can keep that purse, you can keep that whip, you can have that bitch."

But FOF say the song should have been called "Karma" ... because she started banging French while he was still married.

We're told French had feelings for Trina ... but she was never "his main girl" ... so it's a case of no harm, no foul.

Final shot ...FOF say Trina's new song is a lame attempt to jump start her career off French and Khloe.
