Miss Israel and Miss Lebanon are dropping bombs on one another, but it has nothing to do with the Holy Land ... it's about a selfie.

The two women are competing in the upcoming Miss Universe Pageant and posed for a photo together, which Miss Israel Doron Matalon posted online last week.

But the pic put Miss Lebanon Saly Greige in a hot water in her homeland -- ya know, the whole Israel and Lebanon thing -- so she posted her own version ... with Matalon cropped out.

Greige said she was very cautious to avoid being photographed with Miss Israel and claims that Matalon in essence photobombed her.

She wrote, "I was having a photo with Miss Japan, Miss Slovenia, suddenly Miss Israel jumped in and took a selfie, and uploaded it on her social media."

Mike Huckabee is walking back from his Beyonce comments, but just a little bit ... calling Bey a "mega-talent," but wishing out loud she'd be a little more conservative.

In his new book, Huckabee called out President Barack Obama for letting his kids listen to Beyonce's music, saying her lyrics are "obnoxious and toxic mental poison."

But Sunday night at LaGuardia, Huckabee proclaimed his love for all things Bey ... but says she shouldn't feel the need to be so risqué to be popular.

We're gonna need a bigger room ... is what Critics' Choice Awards planners must have been saying with Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie showing up at the same event for the first time in years.

The ex and current Mrs. Pitt were actually photographed together -- several dozens of feet apart -- in a wide shot of the room ... making it clear someone (who wants to remain employed) was careful to seat them as far away as possible from each other.

We're told there were no chance run-ins between them during the show -- their first close encounter since the 2009 Oscars. For the record ... both women lost last night.

Although Justin Theroux was with Jennifer ... Angie was riding solo. Brad's no dummy.

Manny Pacquiao has a message for Floyd Mayweather ... FIGHT ME ALREADY!

The PacMan was out in NYC with his crew this morning when we asked if there was anything he could say to Floyd ... what would it be?

His answer -- "Sign the contract."

Pacquiao and his team have already agreed to terms for a May 2nd fight with Mayweather at the MGM Grand in Vegas ... though Floyd has yet to sign off on his end of the deal.

Mayweather has not issued an official comment on where they stand -- but his lawyers have indicated there are still issues with the deal.

FYI -- if the two do strike a deal ... it's expected to be the highest grossing fight in the history of the sport ... with experts saying it could make more than $150 MILLION in pay-per-view revenue alone.

Tyga has just landed a new reality show on MTV ... but the rapper won't be putting his love life on display -- it's all about playtime with the boys.

Sources close to the deal tell us Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna will NOT appear on the show ... and that's the way he wants it. Tyga's opulent life with his buds will be the focal point -- think "Fantasy Factory" with a rapper.

We're told Chris Brown already filmed a segment with Tyga. The rapper says the show is set to start airing in the spring.

George Lopez unloaded on ex-"CHiPs" star Erik Estrada with a barrage of four-letter words ... reigniting a long running feud that dates back to George's teen years.

We'd say it's time they bury the hatchet for the sake of La Raza -- but these guys both sound more interested in fighting to La Muerte!

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster has a short memory ... she's so happy for Usher and Grace Miguel she'd not only love for her kids to be at his wedding ... they can be in it.

"Nasty" is a gross understatement in characterizing the war between Usher and Tameka over their two boys. Yet now we're told she's more than fine if their kids see him swap vows with the woman she claims hooked up with him while their youngest was only 3-months.

Usher popped the question earlier this week to his manager/girlfriend and Tameka wishes them nothing but the best.

Tameka must be over getting booted by Usher from his $3M Georgia mansion in 2012 ... and forgot claiming he cheated on her with one of her bridesmaids from their wedding.

The demise of the hit Nickelodeon show "Victorious" has been the subject of lots of rumors and innuendos in the years since it ended ... and Victoria Justice says the rumors are BS.

If you're not a 14-year-old girl ... "Victorious" was a show that aired on Nickelodeon from March 2010 until February 2013 and starred Justice and Ariana Grande ... before she struck it big on her own.

VJ was the star of the show and when it got the ax, the prevailing rumor was that Victoria chose to do a solo tour INSTEAD of a cast tour ... sealing the show's fate.

Joanna Krupa's lady parts have finally had enough of Brandi Glanville alleging there is a major funk down there ... so Joanna's gearing up to take Brandi to court.

According to a legal letter sent from Krupa's lawyer to Glanville -- and obtained by TMZ -- JK is warning the 'RHBH' star ... her ass is about to get hit with a defamation lawsuit.

Brandi and Joanna have been feuding since November 2013 when Glanville went on "Watch What Happens Live" and claimed she'd heard from a friend ... Krupa's nether region "smelled."

She re-iterated that again just last month ... which made Krupa go ballistic about Glanville to a TMZ photog -- and most likely led to lawyers drafting this letter.

Stephen Collins claims his bitter ex-wife was out for blood and caused the now-famous audio recording to be leaked ... the audio in which Collins confesses to child molestation.

Collins -- who was in court Wednesday along with estranged wife Faye Grant -- says in new legal docs Grant put his stuff in trash bags and put them in the driveway of their Brentwood home for pickup by the V.A. He says the audiotape was inside one of the bags and labeled, "Stephen Collins/predator."

Collins claims it was all part of her "devious design" to get the tape out without directly releasing it. He says he foiled her plot by getting a P.I. to retrieve the bags before they were picked up.

The actor says he believes TMZ got the audio via Grant, either directly or indirectly. She denies it.

The judge in the divorce case has ordered them to meet next week to try and settle the case, but hizzoner made it clear he fully expects a full trial next month.

Stephen Collins' divorce trial is set to begin next month ... but first the judge wants to hash out as many details as possible -- and you can be sure his child molestation admissions will be one of them.

Collins and his estranged wife Faye Grant were in a L.A. court Wednesday for the start of divorce proceedings. The judge set Feb. 9 for a trial date.

Next week, both sides will meet for a settlement conference -- basically, one last chance for them to reach agreement on issues in their divorce before the trial begins.

One of those hot topics -- Collins' claim the molestation controversy has cost him work, so he's making less money ... and can't afford to pay Grant. She wants her share of their assets protected in case he gets sued by one of the victims.

Jimmy Carter slammed Mike Huckabee Tuesday for criticizing the Obamas' parenting skills.

We got the ex-prez at LaGuardia Airport and asked about Huckabee's barb that good parents don't let their kids listen to Beyonce.

Carter, who was flanked by Secret Service, didn't contain his disdain for the would-be presidential candidate.

Claudia Jordan wants to make two things clear: Her dislike of Nene Leakes is LEGIT ... and her pleasure point is doing just fine.

You remember the incident ... Smith tossed Shaq into a tree on the set of "Inside the NBA" ... leaving the Big Fella flat on his ass covered in broken branches.

"I thought it would be funny ... but I didn't know it was gonna be THAT funny," Smith said.

As for Shaq's revenge, Kenny says he knows it's coming -- it's just a matter of time.

Now we know what Nick Cannon was saying about in his new song referencing Mariah Carey ... He's actually talking about a text ... and not what it sounded like.

It sounded like he said "I got a check," referring to his soon-to-be ex-wife. But someone involved in the production tells us he says "text" and not "check."

Nick does brag he gets an A in the bedroom ... rapping he makes Mariah hit the high notes.

Nick, producer Mally Mall and rapper's French Montana and Too Short were at a Hollywood strip club Sunday shooting the video for the song, and we got Nick's verse on cam. So it's a little hard to make out, but here's what we think he says:

Boxing superstar Adrien Broner says he deeply regrets dissing Jay Z and Rihanna -- and has just issued an apology asking for their forgiveness.

As we previously reported, Broner BLASTED Jay earlier this week -- claiming he was incredibly insulted by the 5-year, $40 million offer he recently received from Roc Nation Sports.

In fact, he appeared on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" and reaffirmed his directive that Jay could "s***" his "d" ... and also said that Rihanna was only good for "p****."

But now, Broner says he spoke with someone he refers to as "The Big Homie" -- who explained why he was wrong to go after Jay and RiRi ... and now he wants to make things right.

"I'm a man at the end of the day," Broner says ... "I'm wrong and i can admit when I'm wrong."

As for his explanation, Broner says ... "You never invite another man to another man's private part. That's just ridiculous."

Broner says if Jay wants to talk, he's open to having a conversation.

We're guessing Broner probably shouldn't wait by the phone ...
