Charlie to Brooke Pack Your Bags Now AND GET OUT

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen is done playing games with Brooke Mueller -- TMZ has learned, his attorney has sent her a letter demanding she move out of the home he bought for her ... RIGHT NOW.

Sources tell TMZ, the letter explains that Charlie is aggressively trying to sell the home -- which he purchased for Brooke so she and their twins could live close to him -- and she needs to pack her bags, stat.

But he doesn't just want her out of the house ... we're told Charlie wants her to move far, far away ... away from him and his other family with Denise Richards.

As we reported, Charlie is putting the home up for sale -- after purchasing it for around $4.8 million -- and is making the new price very attractive in order to sell it fast.

In fact, Charlie is so determined to get Brooke out of his life ... he's telling friends he'd gladly sell the house for a dollar just to get her out of his neighborhood.

Our sources say Brooke's brother Scott -- who's living with her in the gated community as the twins' temporary guardian -- hasn't been notified about any kind of move-out order.

Sources close to Sheen tell us, Charlie believes the letter was the motivating factor behind Brooke's allegations that Denise abused the twins ... Brooke was angry, and that's how she retaliated.

The break-in occurred Friday afternoon in Studio City - one day before her b-day - when the thief somehow gained access to Miley's pad ... and made off with some jewelry.

It's unclear how the crook (or crooks) got inside the house ... but cops say they're currently investigating how it all went down.

Thankfully Miley wasn't home when the break-in happened -- and neither was anybody else.

Rodney King Death Home SOLD!

Published | Updated

Rodney King's family just proved ... death is not a buzzkill in the real estate market ... 'cause they sold the house Rodney died in for a fat profit.

As you may recall ... King was found dead in the home's backyard pool last year in Rialto, California -- and now ... just a year later, his fam unloaded the house for over $100k more than he paid.

Our real estate sources say the realtor who sold the house did what the law requires ... disclose the death, but it had no negative impact on the sale.

Rodney bought the 2,084 square foot home in '01 for $156k ... and it was sold last month for $260k.

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well ... a swimming pool.

Hopefully they used a lot of chlorine.

Ashley Greene Sued Over Fatal Fire

Published | Updated

Ashley Greene is being sued over the fire she started in her West Hollywood apartment that killed her dog and injured the man who helped rescue fleeing residents.

Adrian Mayorga just filed a lawsuit against the "Twilight" star -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he claims he was hurt while running through the smoke-filled hallways, while yelling and screaming for residents to flee.

The doorman claims he suffered exhaustion, dehydration and smoke inhalation and ended up in the hospital.

Four residents in neighboring units have also sued, claiming the fire wreaked havoc on them with soot and water damage.

The fire started when a candle in Ashley's unit set the sofa ablaze, killing her Fox Terrier, Marlo. A second dog survived.

Charlie and Brooke Twins May Move to Another Strange House

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen's vagabond twins may be moving yet again, because sources tell us their new guardian -- Brooke Mueller's brother Scott -- may be uprooting them to a fancy beach community.
We broke the story ... Scott Mueller intended to move into Brooke's home in the same gated community where Charlie lives, so the kids could stay in familiar surroundings and attend the same school.

Here's the problem. Charlie is so fed up with Brooke, he wants her out of his neighborhood. Charlie has the power to make her move, because he owns the house and he told TMZ he plans to put it on the market as early as today -- for $4.8 mil, which is what he paid for it.

Sources close to Scott tell TMZ ... if it looks like Charlie is serious, Scott will take the twins to his home in ritzy Manhattan Beach, approximately 20 miles from where they live now. Scott has a daughter the same age as the twins, and he'd enroll them in her school in the beachside community.

As for Brooke ... it doesn't matter where Scott lands -- his home or the one she's in now -- the judge has clarified that she can't live under the same roof until she gets custody back. So, as we reported, she's looking for a condo.

Brooke is currently allowed to see the kids for 3 days a week, with 2 overnight visits.

Kim & Kanye We Want Dr. Dre's Land For Our Mega-Mansion

Published | Updated

As if Beats by Dr. Dre didn't earn him enough money last year ... Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are gearing up to line Dre's pockets even more, because Dre owns the Calabasas mega-property the couple is seriously thinking about buying.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye have got their eyes on a massive plot of land tucked away in a secluded section of Calabasas, and are considering buying it and then building an enormous, super-private mansion.

The couple already owns an $11 million mansion nearby in Bel Air -- still under construction -- but now they're concerned it's too exposed ... so they're thinking about selling it and buying the lot.

And now for the crazy coincidence -- we've learned the 6-acre plot is owned by hip hop mega-producer Dr. Dre, which he purchased last year for roughly $10.5 million. We're told the land is now worth between $11-12 million.

FYI, Dre is worth a reported $360 million. Kim and Kanye's reported net worth combined isn't even half that. Dre reportedly raked in $110 million last year alone ... largely from Beats by Dre.

Colin Farrell Crazed Fan Busted For Creeping Around Actor's House

Published | Updated

Colin Farrell got an unexpected, and unwanted, visitor at his home in Los Angeles this weekend -- and now the guy's been arrested and placed on a psychiatric hold.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man showed up to Colin's home Saturday afternoon hoping to catch a glimpse of the actor ... but things got weird when he walked right up to the front door.

We're told Colin was home at the time and got freaked out ... so he called his assistant who called cops.

The fan was quickly taken into custody and after cops spoke with him -- they decided to put the suspect on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Police haven't released the suspect's name -- but our sources say he is not a U.S. citizen, and one of the reasons he came to L.A. was specifically to see Colin.

Justin Bieber My Noisy Party Was Gatsby-Esque

Published | Updated

Look out Jay Gatsby ... 'cause Justin Bieber says the loud party at his Calabasas home that pissed off his neighbors this weekend was straight out of "The Great Gatsby."

Biebs was strolling Fairfax in Hollywood Saturday when we asked about the noisy rager he threw Friday night -- the one that caused his angry neighbor to freak out and call cops ... 3 TIMES!

J.B. wouldn't discuss the pissy neighbor situation or any of the police visits ... but was stoked to brag about the actual party ... that ended up with a police report with his name on it.

So East Egg vs. West Egg.

Justin Bieber Cops Called For Disturbing the Peace

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber threw a rager last night and the neighbor with whom he has been at war called the police 3 times ... TMZ has learned.

Justin hosted a wild shindig at his Calabasas home for approximately 100 people including Snoop Lion. Apparently the noise was too much for some of the residents and cops were called at around 1 am.

We're told the L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies spoke to someone inside, told them to keep the noise down and left.

The noise didn't stop. At around 3 am Justin's next door neighbor -- the guy who Justin allegedly spit on during a prior altercation -- called again and deputies came out a second time. The neighbor tells TMZ cops told him they smelled marijuana inside but left without arresting anyone.

At 5:30 am the neighbor couldn't take it anymore ... deputies came out a third time and he filed a police report against Justin for disturbing the peace.

The cops will write a full report and then decide whether to send it on the L.A. County DA for possible prosecution.

Chris Brown 'I've Always Had God'

Published | Updated

Chris Brown hit up a fancy restaurant Thursday night to celebrate his exit from anger management rehab ... and he made it clear -- he was not in search of God.

Brown was leaving Aventine in Hollywood at around midnight when a guy with an awesome beard ran interference for him.

Chris was mum on selling his house and moving West to the 'Bu.

He was more expressive when it came to GF Karrueche, who got a little something on the cheek courtesy of Chris.

Chris Brown Good Riddance Hollywood Hills I'm Going to the Bu!

Published | Updated

Chris Brown has had enough of grumpy neighbors who don't appreciate him or his spray-painted exterior ... so he's selling his $1.5 million Hollywood Hills home and heading for the beach .... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us .... Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high profile celebrities live.

Our sources say ... the last straw for Chris was when he got cited by the City of L.A. for tagging his crib.

So here's the irony. If Chris thinks he's having problems with the neighbors in the Hollywood Hills, wait till he sees what happens in Malibu, where houses are worth between $3 million and $30 million. The city of Malibu comes down hard on anyone who violates the building codes -- which cover graffiti.

And the Malibu neighbors don't like people racing their cars up and down the streets in the middle of the night. And they don't like all-night ragers either.

As for Chris' Hollywood Hills neighbors ... when they heard the news they decided to throw their own celebratory rager.

Baldwin's Alleged Stalker SHE CAME TO MY HOME ... Actor Says [Video]

Published | Updated

The woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin found out where the actor lived and took her obsession for him directly to his home ... according to surveillance video presented as evidence in her trial.

The D.A. in NYC just released the video ... showing Genevieve Sabourin walking around inside the lobby of Baldwin's Manhattan apartment building in April 2012. She was arrested outside the building shortly after this video was recorded. Sabourin is also accused of showing up at Baldwin's home in the Hamptons a few days earlier.

Baldwin claims Sabourin was an acquaintance who became obsessed with him ... inundating him for years with phone calls, text messages and emails and professing her undying love for him.

Sabourin claims she and Baldwin had a sexual relationship -- which Baldwin denies -- and her repeated messages to him were merely an attempt to give closure to their romance.

Charlie Sheen Selling Brooke's House I Want That Bitch Out of My Neighborhood!

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen may be banking on absence making the heart grow fonder, because he's putting the house Brooke Mueller is living in up for sale, and he wants her out so badly he's making the price VERY attractive.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Charlie thinks Brooke is poison and does not want her living in his gated community any longer. Charlie owns the house, which he bought for Brooke to live in.

This explains why Brooke was out condo shopping in Bev Hills Monday.

As for the price ... we're told he paid $4.8 million and is willing to sell it for the same amount just to unload it quickly. Sources tell us ... under the terms of their divorce settlement, Brooke will get half of any profit.

We've done the math ... half of zero is zero.

Kim & Kanye Hunting for Real Estate ... AGAIN Bigger, Better, More Private

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West haven't even moved into their $11 million Bel Air mansion, and they're already on the lookout for an upgrade -- scoping out sprawling properties to build a secluded MEGA-MANSION ... far away from worldly distractions.

Kim and Kanye checked out the 10-acre plot of land over the weekend -- way in the back of Bel Air, not far from the $11 million house they bought in January -- and sources tell us, they're interested in purchasing it in order to build a newer, bigger house.

We're told the couple likes the plot of land particularly because it's more sequestered than the other place -- which is still under construction -- and now that they have a baby, privacy is more important than ever.

They're not decided just yet -- but we're told if they choose to purchase the new property, they'll sell the one they just bought.

According to sources, the plot of land alone is going for $10 million -- and building on top of it will cost a fortune more.

Not like they can't afford it.

Brooke Mueller On the House Hunt, Leaving Charlie's Orbit

Published | Updated

8:50 AM PT -- Sources close to Brooke tell us, Brooke is looking to move because she believes that's what the court wants. We're told Brooke is under the impression she can't live under the same roof as her children -- and when her brother Scott moves in today with the twins, she feels she's required to find another place to live full-time until her custody rights are fully restored.

Brooke Mueller seems to be subscribing to the adage, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder," because she's got her sights set on moving out of Charlie Sheen's neighborhood.

Brooke was shopping for condos in Bev Hills Monday ... just a day before twins Bob and Max will be living with her full-time, under the watchful eye of Brooke's brother Scott.

Here's what's interesting. Brooke has been living in a house Charlie bought just blocks from where he lives. Things have gotten so bad between the 2, Charlie has been making noises that she's becoming persona non grata, so condo shopping is not surprising.

As for who will end up paying for the condo ... it's likely good ol' Charlie will end up footing the bill. Brooke's child support was sliced in half after losing custody, but now that the kids will be living with her full-time, it's a safe bet Charlie will have to ante up $55k a month, just like in the good ol' days.
