6:30 AM -- We've just obtained video of the incident ... shot by the neighbor, who says Justin was definitely trespassing on his property during the attack. The video is dark, but you can hear the neighbor yelling, "I see you. I f**king see you!"

Then Justin yells back, "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!"

They keep yelling back and forth for about 30 seconds, until the neighbor tells his 13-year-old daughter -- who sounds terrified -- to call the cops.

By the way ... we're told Justin is now a suspect in a vandalism investigation. The police report calls it a misdemeanor, but the victim tells us the damage to his property far exceeds $400, which means this could easily become a FELONY.

Justin Bieber launched an all out egg assault on his neighbor's home Thursday night -- and the L.A. County Sheriff was called to the scene while the eggs were still flying ... this according to the alleged victim.

TMZ spoke to the neighbor who says he heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 PM Thursday, and when he stepped on to a 2nd floor balcony ... he says he saw Justin down below hurling eggs at his front door.

According to the neighbor ... Bieber started aiming for him once he stepped onto the balcony and yelled, "What the Hell are you doing?"

Justin and the neighbor -- who've had previous run-ins -- also got into a verbal dispute while JB allegedly continued tossing a few more eggs at the house ... and then retreated back to his home.

The neighbor immediately called the Sheriff's Department -- and believes his house was pelted with no less than 20 eggs.

Law enforcement sources confirm deputies responded, and took an incident report from the neighbor. It's unclear, at this point, if they were able to speak to Justin.

Calls to Bieber's reps were not immediately returned.

And, in a shamefully obvious ploy to make himself look good, he posted these pictures of himself with his little brother and sister.

Michelle Obama's visit to Oprah's Hawaii compound has crippled the neighborhood around O's home ... and some neighbors are pissed.

Some of the residents and business people around Oprah's palatial 12-bedroom Maui estate -- where Michelle recently retreated to spend the last few days of her 40s -- are all telling the same story ... Michelle's visit is making day-to-day life almost impossible.

The owner of nearby Goble's Flower Farm tells us ... security checkpoints have been set up on the roads ... blocking customers from shopping there.

Other business owners complain they can't stock their shelves because road closures have screwed up their deliveries.

A worker at Grandma's Maui Coffee tells us, employees are arriving VERY late to work.

And fun is also affected. Recreational areas (like hiking trails) have also been shut down.

Not good for Oprah's relations with her neighbors, which have already been strained from her generally imposing presence. But it's nothing that a good cocktail party can't solve.

Michelle Obama is spending the last, fleeting days of her 40s at Oprah's palatial Maui estate ... law enforcement sources on the island tell TMZ.

The First Lady -- who turns 50 next Friday -- stayed behind when her hubby went back to the Oval Office. She island hopped from Oahu to Maui ... and went directly to Oprah's 12-bedroom spread.

Surfers in the area tell TMZ ... the wall under construction around Taylor's 11,000 square foot mansion is messing with the wave break in Westerly.

And some residents are grousing ... the wall she's building is taking away public access that they have enjoyed for years.

We're getting multiple, conflicting stories from government workers and residents ... but from Taylor's point of view ... her people say government officials actually asked her to move some of the rocks that had drifted into the ocean back to her property line and that's what residents are seeing. They also claim the wall she's building is in the same spot as the original wall that was constructed decades ago but eroded over time.

It appears the prior owners built a wall closer to the mansion, but it was destroyed last year during Hurricane Sandy and now Taylor is building where the original wall had been. Problem is -- the residents are used to having the beach they will no longer enjoy.

Also ... officials say Taylor obtained all necessary permits.

Whoever made off with the $100,000 worth of jewelry and purses from Miley Cyrus' house last month did it from the inside ... at least that's what law enforcement believes.

Our cop sources tell us ... they've looked at various surveillance videos from Miley's home and the homes of neighbors ... and there's no sign of anyone suspicious entering or leaving her house.

What's more ... there's no sign of forced entry.

We're told multiple people had access to Miley's home ... especially since there were a number of workers at the house and cops are now scrutinizing them.

Beck is in the middle of a war with a very rich, very powerful German ... a German who claims Beck DESTROYED his Malibu rental property ... and now, they're suing the crap out of each other, TMZ has learned.

The German is Til Schweiger -- who besides playing Sgt. Hugo Stiglitz in "Inglourious Basterds," is one of the top filmmakers in Germany (we'd put a clip in the post, but they're all too violent).

Here's what we know ... Til owns a huge mansion in Malibu and was renting it out to Beck for $11,000-per month from 2010 until Feb. 2013.

Both sides agree the mansion was a HELLHOLE when Beck left, but each man is holding the other responsible for the damage.

Beck says ... when he moved in, the home already had HUGE problems -- including mold, plumbing and electrical issues which caused further damage to everything from the fridge to the washing machine ... and even laptops.

Til says ... Beck had all sorts of unauthorized work done to the home while he lived there, causing "substantial physical damage" that required $40,571.00 in repairs.

Now, Beck's suing Til claiming the German won't return his $11,000 security deposit ... and Til's counter-suing Beck for the damage PLUS unpaid back rent, totaling $56,704.24.

Adrienne Maloof is too popular for her own good -- she invited WAY too many people to her XMAS party last night and the cops put the kibosh on the shindig.

The line for the party inside Mulholland Estates -- an uber-exclusive gated community near Bev Hills -- snaked from one side of her block to the other. Among those stranded outside -- Seth MacFarlane and cast members from "Entourage."

Neighbors got really pissed off and at around 10 PM the cops knocked at Adrienne's imposing front door and schooled her on excessive noise and the out-of-control lines.

It took a while, but eventually the party abruptly ended.

Among the guests -- Vanna White, The Game, Fergie (the Dutchess) and Heather McDonald.

Terrence Howard -- who was evicted from Broadway -- has now been nailed with a huge amount of back rent.

Allow us to explain ... Howard lived in a fancy apartment building on Broadway in NYC. He fell WAY behind in rent and his landlord evicted him in May.

But there was some unfinished business. The landlord claimed Howard owed a whopping $51,907.85 in unpaid rent, so he sued for that amount.

Howard didn't show up for the court date, so the judge entered a default judgment in the landlord's favor.

Now here's the weird part. The judge didn't automatically accept the landlord's figure for back rent. Hizzoner has scheduled yet another hearing to determine exactly how much Howard owes.

Jack Osbourne just sold his condo in L.A. and he didn't have to work very hard at it ... 'cause the picture postcard views of Hollywood pretty much did all the work.

Ozzy and Sharon's kid sold his 2 bedroom crib in a 9-story Hollywood building for $1.12 mil. He bought it for 960K in 2008 ... so he pocketed a little change in the deal.

Ambulances raced to Justin Bieber's Calabasas home early this morning after they received a 911 call saying a woman passed out inside ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned paramedics were dispatched to Bieber's crib this morning around 3 a.m. after someone at Bieber's reported there was a 20-year old unconscious female at the house ... but 15 minutes later the ambulances were called off.

Bieber was home at the time 911 was called. The person who called off the fire department told dispatch the woman would be transported privately to the hospital. But sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the woman regained consciousness and when she was told 911 had been called she insisted they be called off.

We're told the woman did not go to the hospital. She went home instead. We know alcohol was involved. We don't know what, if anything else, was involved.

We're also told the woman was attending a party thrown by Bieber.

12:45 P.M. PT -- We just heard from Reinhardt's attorney who told us, "Doug Reinhardt was surprised and very disappointed that one of his neighbors took a complaint about alleged noise at a party that could have been handled in a conversation over the backyard fence to the courts." He says Reinhardt is looking forward to telling his side of the story in court.

Doug Reinhardt -- former Paris Hilton BF who appeared on "The Hills" -- has been hit with a temporary restraining order after allegedly threatening to "beat the f**k" out of his neighbor, TMZ has learned.

The 29-year-old -- who's also the heir to a frozen burrito fortune -- has been living in a $15k-per-month home above the Sunset Strip, according to legal docs ... and his next-door neighbor says he's been a total nightmare.

The main issue ... the neighbor, a bigtime real estate agent, claims Doug's been throwing crazy parties that don't START until 2:30 AM.

And when the neighbor complained, he says Doug called him a "pain in the butt" and said, "I'm going to beat the f**k out of you."

The neighbor says he fears for his life ... and begged the courts for protection.

We've learned ... the judge issued a temporary restraining order against Doug, requiring him to keep his distance from the guy -- a whole 5 yards (since they're neighbors, any other distance would essentially require one of the parties to move).

Cameron's relatively modest new digs comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a Crestron home automation system complete with iPad dock.

Barron Hilton's bloody beatdown led to Lindsay Lohan getting kicked out of the South Florida mansion where they were partying ... according to a witness -- and TMZ has video of LiLo trying to re-enter the property.

In the video ... Lindsay's at the driveway gate of the home trying to get back inside, but the guard doesn't budge. Lohan's bodyguard then says, "Your brother's still there" ... referring to Michael Lohan Jr., who was also raging that night/morning.

One of the people renting the Star Island pad tells us Linds got booted because she freaked out and begged her pal Ray LeMoine to throw Barron out of the party. We're told her demand is what led to Ray punching Paris' kid bro.

The renter says it was unclear what sparked Lohan's grudge -- but Barron has said Lindsay accused him of talking trash.

Lindsay is adamant she wasn't kicked out, and only left because of rampant drug and alcohol use.

A few hours after Lindsay left, Barron was still chilling at the mansion ... face battered, and waiting to talk to police.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are HAULING ASS on their massive new construction in Brookline, MA -- TMZ has learned, they're employing roughly 100 workers per day to get the job done by this summer ... and we've got pics of the site.

Sources close to the job tell TMZ, Tom and Gisele want the whole project completed by July ... which is a tall order, considering the 5-bedroom 4-bathroom house is ENORMOUS ... 14,317 sq. ft. to be exact ... spread out over 5.2 acres.

We're told the plans for the mega-mansion include a basement spa, a motor court, a pool with a "Baja shelf" (perfect for tanning in the water), a library with a balcony, a wine cellar, and even its own yoga studio.
