David Cassidy Rent My Cherish-ed Florida Home ... Just $1,500/Night!
David Cassidy might be gone, but his old mansion in Florida is very much in business.
Cassidy's former waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale is currently for rent, with prices ranging from $1,200 to almost $2,000 a night depending on the season. Right now, it's going for around $1,500/night ... winter comfort ain't cheap, ya know?
Folks wanting to crash in Cassidy's old digs have to shell out for a minimum of 3 nights, but it might be worth it considering everything there.
The 6-bed, 6-bath estate is adjacent to a private lake with a dock. It also comes with a pool and spa, an outdoor barbecue, a volleyball court and complimentary paddle boards and kayaks for the adventurous types. There's a bunch of Cassidy memorabilia on display, too. Awards, personal posters, and videos of his concerts ... like a mini Cassidy museum.
The former teen idol sold the house in 2015 for $2 million after purchasing it in 2001. Even though he died this week ... c'mon, you can get happy about this.

Taylor Swift All Walled Up Paparazzi Proofing Historic Mansion
Taylor Swift's literally putting up walls all around her, turning an historic landmark home into her own personal fortress that will be impenetrable to cameras -- if all goes according to her plan.
Taylor obtained permits to block visibility to her Beverly Hills mansion ... including putting up a 6.5 ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7 ft high retaining wall by her tennis court. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate -- emphasis on "up."
Normally, this would be no big deal, but Taylor's crib -- purchased in 2015 -- was designated a historic landmark by the city of Beverly Hills. That means she gets a HUGE tax break, but it also means she has to jump through hoops to make the slightest alteration.
Phil Saveni, president of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, tells us Tay Tay's changes are all good though because the walls won't "impact the integrity" of the home.
Translation: It's full steam ahead at Chateau Swift!

Hugh Hefner Celebration of Life Set for Mansion ... Scalpers Jack Up Prices
The final Playboy Mansion bash honoring Hugh Hefner is going down this weekend, and although it's supposed to be invitation-only -- there's a way you can get in ... but for a VERY hefty price.
The event's been labeled a celebration of life, and it's set for Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Remember, Sunday Funday was always a big tradition for Hef back in his partying days, so it's a fitting send off.
Leave it to ticket scalpers to key in on that ... because tickets have started popping up online. The highest price we found was $3500 a pop. No word on who got real deal invitations, but we're told it's supposed to be mostly close friends and family. Plus whoever throws down thousands on the black market.
As we reported, Pabst heir Daren Metropoulos bought the Mansion -- and is planning some major renovations and add-ons -- so this might be the last party there in its current configuration.
Hef was 91 when he died in September, but a Playboy party is forever.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been working on their Hidden Hills home for years, but it looks like they've kicked the hustle into high gear to get it move-in ready.
Aerial shots of the grounds show they're getting a lot greener ... with several trees, shrubs and bushes planted in the front yard recently along with the fresh cut grass. The back of the estate's another story, but the horde of trailers, trucks and porta-potties suggests the landscaping operation is in high gear.
As we reported ... Kim and Kanye sold their Bel-Air pad last week for $17.8 million and are moving into their Hidden Hills mansion.
Judging from the work being done -- and Kanye being spotted talking to his landscaping crew -- it seems they want to move in sooner than later.

Farrah Abraham It Took Years, But I Finally Sold My Austin Home!
Farrah Abraham is losing deals all over the place ... first with work, and now with her real estate.
Farrah's finally gotten rid of her Austin home, but for a third less than her original asking price.
She listed the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath in 2014 for $750k, only a year after purchasing it. No word on the exact selling price but it was in escrow for $520k.
The 3,300 square foot home has some history ... it was featured on the "Teen Mom" catch-up special "Being Farrah," but doesn't look like it helped move the sale. The stone slab work and the built-in BBQ in the backyard probably did though.
Farrah's been living in L.A. where she was delving back into porn and reality TV. Emphasis on was.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye and Kim sold their Bel-Air home late last week for $17.8 million. That's a good thing for them, but the bad part is that they now need to move into their Hidden Hills home that has been under construction for years and is still not completed.
We're told the inside is in move-in condition, but the grounds are another story. Landscaping is a big part of an estate and it's also a safety issue for their 3 kids. The landscaping is far from finished and Kanye is now leading the charge to get it done ... STAT.

Johnny Depp Could Lose Homes to Repay $5 Mil Loan
Johnny Depp could see 5 homes vanish from his portfolio as his ex-business managers try to get him to pay back a massive loan.
The Management Group filed docs Monday to force a sale of Depp's properties -- all of which are in L.A. -- in order to cover the $5 million TMG says it gave the actor in December 2012.
In the docs, TMG says it agreed to bail out Johnny when he owed that huge chunk of change to City National Bank ... thereby saving him from an embarrassing financial collapse. TMG says the 5 houses were collateral for the loan, and since he's stopped paying ... they want the properties.
Depp's beef with TMG started in June when he sued the company claiming it mishandled his money, and took out loans in his name ... to the tune of $40 mil.
As for the foreclosure -- first reported by Deadline -- a judge still has to sign off before TMG can give Johnny the boot.

The Kardashians Gotta Be On A List To Trick Or Treat With Us!
Getting to trick or treat in the Kardashian's hood is kinda like getting into the hottest club in L.A. ... you're gonna need to be on a list or know someone on the inside.
Thousand flock to their exclusive gated The Oaks community where Kris, Kourtney, Khloe, Katie Holmes and Tamar Braxton have homes, and once you see the video Kardashian pal Larsa Pippen shared from the inside, it's not hard to see why.
Residents go all out converting their garages and front yards into haunted mansions and spare no expense. This year someone even had a mock Ghostbusters car parked out front.
Oaks residents can invite any outsiders as long as they put their name on a list with security. We're told an extra 20 or so security guards and off-duty cops are hired to deal with the extra crowds and sometimes the line to get through the gates alone can take up to 2 hours for guests.
Halloween might be over, but there's still 364 days to make friends in The Oaks before next year.

Justin Bieber House Trespasser Gets Jail Time
Justin Bieber's obsessed fan has nothing but time on her hands while she sits behind bars ... the price to pay for showing up uninvited to his crib.
Mirabelli Stefania pled no contest to one count of misdemeanor aggravated trespass and the judge immediately sentenced her to jail, but not a lot. She got 8 days, but only has to serve 4. She's been in jail since her arrest earlier this week so she'll be back on the streets within a day.
Stefania will be on probation for 12 months, and she's been ordered to stay 100 yards clear of J.B.
TMZ broke the story ... Stefania was busted at Justin's Bev Hills pad after cops say she wandered onto the property for the third time in a week. Bieber was home at the time but she never made it inside the residence and he never made contact with her.
Here's the problem ... obsessed fans are the least likely to obey stay away orders because they're often not operating rationally.
The perils of Hollywood.
