THE KING IS HERE

Sorry, Laker Nation -- Robert Horry says LeBron swoopin' up another castle in L.A. does NOT mean King James is joining Lonzo and friends next year.

We got the Lakers playoffs legend leaving Blake Griffin's comedy show in Hollywood ... and Horry broke it down for us, plain and simple.

"You got money like that, you can have two big cribs anywhere you wanna have 'em!!" Big Shot Bob told TMZ Sports.

Horry says it's clear that Bron loves L.A. livin' ... after droppin' a combined $44 MIL on his mansions in Tinsel Town.

Just don't roll out the welcome mat for him. Yet.

'Biggest Loser' Trainer Why Run Outside During Wildfires? Just Smoke 5 Packs o' Cigs

Published | Updated

'Biggest Loser' trainer Dolvett Quince is trying to scare every L.A. runner straight ... off the street or trail during the intense wildfires.

We got the super toned trainer at LAX, and asked if it's still safe to run, or exercise at all, with the fires smoking up much of the L.A. basin. Remember ... some of the hard hit areas -- in Bel-Air, Malibu and the San Fernando Valley -- are home to tons of celebs who enjoy training outdoors.

Dolvett's recommending everyone in health-conscious L.A. to adjust their fitness goals -- unless filling your lungs with smoke is your thing.

LeBron James Goes 2-for-2 in L.A. Drops $23M for 2nd Crib!!!

Published | Updated

LeBron James is making himself right at home in L.A. ... buying his second crib in the area. Hear that, Lakers?

The King has chosen yet again the ritzy area of Brentwood for his second crib in as many years. This time he dropped $23 million for a brand spankin' new 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom crib that features an elevator and sweeping views of DTLA.

The 15,846 square foot house was built in 2017 and it's truly fit for a king -- it's got a theater room, wine cellar, cigar room with air purifying technology and an onyx bar. The rooftop terrace also has elevator access.

This crib's considerably bigger than the other Brentwood pad he bought 2 years ago ... dropping nearly 21 million bucks for that traditional-style home.

Again, Lakers ... hint, hint.

SURVIVAL KIT ESSENTIALS

Cynthia Bailey and Chrissy Teigen are alike in a lot of ways -- 'cause they'd both be super moms in an emergency fire situation.

We got the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star at LAX and briefed her on the latest news about the L.A. fires and people evacuating -- like Chrissy, for example.

We asked Cynthia what she would take in a hot second, were she in that same crisis. Turns out her priorities line up pretty closely with her pal Chrissy -- with a few exceptions.

Cynthia has 2 items on her list Chrissy left behind. Not that there's anything wrong with Oreos.

'Duck Dynasty' Star Jep Robertson Duck, Duck, Goose! Letting Louisiana Crib Loose

Published | Updated

Looks like "Duck Dynasty" star Jep Robertson is gonna be crashing with family if he ever returns to Louisiana for the holidays because he's getting rid of his huge crib on famed Robertson Row.

Jep's listed his 6 bedroom, 6 bath home in West Monroe for $1.4 million. Most of the cul-de-sac is occupied by his famous family.

Jep recently relocated with his wife, Jessica, and kids to Austin, Texas to start his food truck business, which landed him the spin-off show, "Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty."

As for the 6,457 square foot pad he's leaving behind in West Monroe ... it's on a lake and comes with a fruit orchard and chicken coop, which we're guessing is duck friendly, too. The home's also got a 100-year-old fireplace, but that's not as cool as the copper tub in the master bedroom. You'll know it when you see it.

Joanna Krupa & Ex We Agree On This ... Our Miami Condo's Gotta Go!!!

Published | Updated

Joanna Krupa isn't the only thing back on the market after finalizing her divorce -- so is the Miami condo she shared with now ex-husband, Romain Zago.

The couple's 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit inside the Four Seasons is for sale for $2 million. The 2,100 square foot pad originally went on the market for $2.2 mill, but the price was recently slashed.

It's a corner unit on the 42nd floor, so it's got killer views, plus marble floors and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel.

Krupa's been living in L.A. since officially calling it quits with Zago in August.

Published | Updated

Anna Faris is not just moving on ... she's moving.

Check out these pics of Anna looking at houses in Venice, CA with serious boyfriend Michael Barrett. They checked out 2 homes ... super modern cribs, though not directly on the ocean.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris Pratt filed for divorce Friday and Anna filed her response at the exact same time. It's unclear who's living in the family home, but we're guessing it will be sold as part of the property settlement.

Unclear if Michael's moving in with Anna or whether he's just tagging along.

A fire ignited at Pierce's Malibu home in 2015 and spread to his neighbor Alexander Haagen's house, which would not have been damaged but for the fact that Pierce failed to properly dispose of rags that were susceptible to spontaneous combustion.

Haagen got paid for the damage by his insurance company and now the insurance company has turned around and sued the former Bond star.

Published | Updated

So this is what a billion burgers will get ya.

In-N-Out owner Lynsi Snyder is selling her 19,000 square foot mansion in the San Gabriel Valley for nearly $19,799,000.

The house is ridiculous ... 10 bedroom, 18 bathrooms, a batting cage, bowling alley, etc. etc. etc.

35-year-old Lynsi is one of the youngest billionaires in the U.S. ... after inheriting 50% of the company's stock on her 30th birthday after her father passed when she was young. She became President of the food chain in 2012.

Lynsi's been married 4 times and loves drag racing.

You'd think she'd be living closer to Hollywood, but there's burger history in the San Gabriel Valley. The very first In-N-Out was opened in the Valley by her grandparents and still operates today. Also In-N-Out University operates in the Valley.

Her next move is unclear.

Edmonton Oilers Owner Buys Most Expensive House in L.A. History ... Ever!

Published | Updated

Super realtor Kurt Rappaport is selling the most expensive house ever in L.A. ... and it's his!

Real estate sources tell us ... Rappaport is in escrow to sell his incredible 20,000 sq. ft, six-acre Malibu estate for $120 million. We're told it's broken down so that $85 mil is for the home, and $35 mil for the contents of the house. That would make it the most expensive home sold in Malibu or L.A. ... ever.

We've learned the buyer is Daryl Katz -- the billionaire owner of the Edmonton Oilers hockey team. We're told Katz has been leasing the house for an astounding $750k/MONTH.

One of the most amazing features of the house is the 168 foot swimming pool ... the longest one in California. The house was also featured in Tom Ford's movie "Nocturnal Animals." The house and lush gardens were designed by Scott Mitchell.

Needless to say .... Rappaport is the listing agent. In fact, we've learned the house was never put on the market.

Charlie Puth I'm a 90210 Kinda Guy!!!

Published | Updated

Charlie Puth is on the move ... to Bev Hills.

Our real estate sources say he's now the owner of a super cool pad in the Trousdale part of Beverly Hills.

We're told he paid $9 million for the mid-century architectural home designed by Rex Lotery. It's got redwood everywhere you look and plenty of windows, which open to canyon views.

The house has landscaped motor court and an interior courtyard with a fountain. And he'll be able to rest easy because the house is securely gated ... important given what's been going on with celeb break-ins.

Charlie closes escrow today. He was repped by super realtor Kurt Rappaport.

'RHOBH' Star Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky Goodbye, Bel-Air Hello, San Fernando Valley!!!

Published | Updated

Kyle Richards and super real estate agent Mauricio Umansky want to get the heck outta Bel-Air -- makes sense because she's a Bev Hills housewife after all -- so she's giving folks a couple options to take over her pad.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star has put her North Bel-Air mansion up for sale OR lease -- creating options for prospective buyers or renters. If you're in it for the long haul, the price is $6.995 mil ... tenants gotta pay $50k/month.

The 7 bed, 8 bath mammoth home is pretty much the definition of luxury, if that's your thing. It's got a private home theater, a pool and spa, a lighted multi-purpose sports court, a chef-style kitchen, marble fireplace, a wet bar and on and on. In other words, it's nice.

BTW, Kyle and Mauricio just bought a new house in Encino ... so she's still not technically a Bev Hills housewife.

They kept it in the family, because their daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is the listing agent.

Ellen DeGeneres Slashes Price Of Santa Barbara Compound By More Than $5 Mil!

Published | Updated

Ellen DeGeneres' 17-acre Santa Barbara compound is definitely stunning, and definitely not priced to move ... until now.

Ellen took $5.5 million off the original $45 mil asking price this week. It's now listed for the low, low price of $39.5 million. Quite a deal for a home with 9 fireplaces, ocean views and 800 sq. ft. ... in the living room alone!

The 6-bedroom home's been on the market since March, but real estate tycoons like Ellen don't have to wait to buy new property. She scooped up a waterfront crib last month in nearby Carpinteria.

That one was only $18.6 mil ... aka weekend crash pad.

Jane Fonda Sells Bev Hills Home for $10 Mil

Published | Updated

Jane Fonda's finally handing over the keys to her ultra modern mansion -- it's been sold after almost a year on the market.

Fonda's 4 bed, 6.5 bath Bev Hills pad is described as eco-minded and contemporary. It features bamboo floors, floor-to-ceiling glass, vaulted ceilings, a gym and solar-heated pool.

The 7,102 sq. ft home also comes with a meditation garden overlooking the canyons.

Jane owned it with her ex, Richard Perry, and originally listed it for $12.995 million in January -- but the lucky buyer's getting it for the low low of $9.995 mil.

The deal's currently in escrow.

Rihanna Shut Up And ... RIHANNA DRIVE!

Published | Updated

Rihanna's getting honored with her own street in Barbados and it's the very same one she grew up on.

The Government of Barbados will officially change Westbury New Road to Rihanna Drive Thursday in honor of RiRi. The sign's already up, but Thursday there's going to be an official name changing ceremony and the "Kiss it Better" singer is expected to show face.

Rihanna lived at the home until the age of 16 when she left to pursue her music career. Her family doesn't live there anymore but it remains a major tourist attraction, and with that paint job it's kinda hard to miss.

Big Sean Buys Slash's Pad at Slashed Price

Published | Updated

Big Sean just became the new owner of Slash's former mansion ... and it looks like he got a rock star discount.

The rapper made moves this week to buy the 7 bed, 8 bath, 11,000 sq. ft. Beverly Hills palace previously owned by the GNR guitarist. The pad's been on the market since Perla, Slash's ex, filed for divorce in 2014.

Big Sean's dropping $8.7 mil for the crib -- a steal considering Slash originally listed it for around $11 mil and dropped it to $9.5 mil last year.

It's unclear what the key selling points were ... but you have to think the home theater, backyard pool/volleyball court and in-house stripper pole didn't hurt.

Josh and Matt Altman co-listed with Jordan Cohen to represent Slash, and Kevin Crane and Kofi Nartey repped Sean.
