His blood might smell like cologne and he might be able to increase a new car's value when he drives it off a lot, but according to his former manager ... "The Most Interesting Man In The World" is a deadbeat.

TMIMITW, aka Jonathan Goldsmith is being sued by a former manager who says he helped Goldsmith land the Dos Equis job. The manager says he was supposed to get 10% of Goldsmith's earnings.

However, he claims Goldsmith stopped paying him in 2014. The manager says TMIMITW told him he was done paying him simply because he had given him, "enough."

This is a choice passage from the lawsuit, "...had Goldsmith landed a role that more accurately portrayed his true character, he would have landed the role of 'The Least Honorable Man in the Entertainment Business.'"

According to the lawsuit, Goldsmith is set to rake in roughly $2 million by the end of 2016 -- he wants his 10%.

She thought she was off the hook ... but Hope Solo's domestic violence case (which was previously dismissed) is now BACK ON ... which means she WILL face charges in municipal court.

As we previously reported, Solo was accused of beating up her 17-year-old nephew and half-sister in a drunken rage at a house party in the Seattle area ... allegations Solo adamantly denies.

The case was previously dismissed on procedural grounds ... but city prosecutors appealed and now the decision has been reversed.

A document filed to the state court's website on Friday states: "The court reverses the decision of the lower court and remands the case to the Kirkland Municipal Court."

David Cassidy was busted again ... this time for allegedly causing a car accident in Florida, and fleeing the the scene.

According to police docs, Cassidy was driving on a highway last month when he side-swiped a big rig truck. A witness told police, Cassidy initially stopped -- but only to try to hide his license plate -- and then drove away.

However, cops say they found Cassidy and his beat-up Kia at a hospital later that afternoon. When police questioned him, he claimed he had exchanged info with the truck driver and that he was at the hospital for an unrelated appointment.

David was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, expired tags, improper lane change and driving on a suspended license.

We reached out to a rep for David ... so far, no word back.

Tennis superstar James Blake is calling for the NYPD to terminate the officer who viciously tackled him to the ground last month ... claiming people like him should NOT be empowered to police the streets, EVER.

Blake appeared on Cari Champion's podcast "Be Honest" yesterday and blasted Officer James Frascatore --- who body slammed Blake in NYC last month after mistakenly identifying him as a criminal suspect.

The NYPD has since apologized -- but Blake essentially says talk is cheap ... he wants to see the cops TAKE ACTION by firing Frascatore's ass ... and anyone else who acts like he did.

"We need to make sure officers like [Frascatore] don't get their gun and badge back and have that feeling of invincibility just because they have a badge."

FYI -- Frascatore's police record has been under attack since the incident ... with reports that he's been the subject of 5 civilian complaints in 7 months and 2 excessive-force lawsuits.

Photos from the DUI wreck Brandon Davis had Thursday night show just how horrific the accident was -- and TMZ has learned he was hanging with former NHL star Mike Comrie beforehand.

We broke the story, Brandon -- heir to the Davis oil fortune -- had a single car wreck in L.A. and absolutely destroyed his Mercedes Benz sedan. Davis was transported to a hospital, where police arrested him for an alleged DUI.

Earlier in the evening, Brandon was seen drinking wine with Comrie -- Hilary Duff's estranged husband -- at L.A. sushi joint Matsuhisa. It doesn't appear Comrie was in the car with Brandon at the time of the accident ... as the ambulance only transported one patient.

Davis, aka Greasy Bear ... has been released from the hospital, and is getting transported to jail.

Here's how Keira Knightley's Broadway debut went -- the curtain came up, and then the cops came down on a fan who lost it ... screaming at her and throwing stuff onto the stage.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops detained the man outside Studio 54, where Keira is starring in "Therese Raquin." The man was seated in the mezzanine of the theater and just a few minutes into the play, he started shouting at Keira.

He demanded she reply to him, yelling ... "Five seconds is too long to wait for a response!" When ushers ran to remove him, the man threw a bouquet of flowers down onto the stage.

Knightley and her co-stars ignored his shouts, and even kicked the flowers off the stage.

1:15 PM PST: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Davis suffered a cracked vertebrae in the accident.

Hollywood heir Brandon Davis destroyed his Mercedes Benz in a nasty single car accident in Los Angeles early Friday morning ... and then got busted for DUI.

Davis, ex BFF of Paris Hilton, was driving through one of LA's canyons when he smashed into something so hard ... it tore off the front, right side of his Mercedes sedan. Davis was injured in the wreck and had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital.

Police arrested him for DUI while he was still getting treated at the hospital.

Brandon, the grandson of oil and Hollywood tycoon Marvin Davis, was booked for battery and cocaine possession back in 2011. He pled guilty and was ordered to enter a drug diversion program.

Davis is probably most famous for his "firecrotch" rant about Lindsay Lohan.

The LAPD has just turned over the results of their investigation to the L.A. County D.A.'s office about an alleged assault by Bill Cosby at the Playboy Mansion -- and it could result in serious charges.

As we reported -- Chloe Goins says in 2008 when she was 18-years-old, Cosby gave her a drink at a Playboy party that caused her to black out. She says she woke up half naked with Cosby licking her toes with his pants around his ankles.

LAPD detectives investigated the incident after she came forward and now it's in the hands of the D.A.

Cosby's attorneys have denied the allegation in the past ... saying he wasn't even there.

As for the case hitting the D.A.'s office, we've reached out to a rep for Cosby ... so far, no word back.

The Kardashian family did everything right during the midnight fireworks show in August that pissed off tons of LA locals ... and according to the D.A., the people to blame are in law enforcement.

The D.A. says the family will not be prosecuted for disturbing the peace, they had been given permission to do it from the Coast Guard and cops. There was even an LA fire captain there that night to make sure everything went according to plan.

While the D.A. does say the fireworks caused a "community inconvenience," they say all the right parties in law enforcement were notified before the event and still chose to do nothing.

Chris Brown will not be charged in connection with an assault on his tour bus earlier this month -- the investigation turned up goose eggs.

Federal Heights PD in Colorado tells us the woman who initially filed the assault claim hired an attorney, and said she no longer wanted to pursue the case.

We're told cops interviewed other witnesses who were at the Denver strip club while Brown filmed a music video with Fetty Wap and French Montana -- and concluded they didn't have the goods to present the case for charges.

For now it's been ruled 'inactive,' ... which typically means put a fork in it.

Brown said from the beginning the whole claim was bogus ... looks like he was right.

Warren Sapp has just pled guilty to domestic violence in Las Vegas -- stemming from an April incident in which he allegedly bit his girlfriend and stomped on her head.

Bust out the M80s -- Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian can celebrate dodging criminal charges for that massive fireworks display they set off in the middle of the night ... terrifying beach residents.

Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County Sheriff's Department wrapped its investigation into the explosive yacht party Khloe threw for James Harden's birthday early in the morning of August 26th.

We're told the Sheriff's Dept. presented its findings to the LA. County District Attorney, and recommended a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace -- but the D.A. rejected it because the Kardashians had "passive permission."

We broke the story ... the Coast Guard gave the Sheriff a heads up that Kris' production co. would be lighting up the sky that night, and didn't need a permit since the boat was outside the marina. Still, angry residents wanted the Sheriff to bust them for violating noise ordinances.

Had they prosecuted, it's unclear who would take the fall -- Kris, Khloe, or the fireworks vendor -- but it's a moot point now ... criminally, anyway.

We're told a group of residents is still pushing forward with a small claims lawsuit.

Brandi Glanville has another trick up her sleeve to get the smelly vagina lawsuit thrown out ... she claims Joanna Krupa signed away her right to go after Brandi in court.

In documents obtained by TMZ ... Brandi says Joanna's defamation suit should be tossed, because Joanna's 'Real Housewives' contract forbids her from suing her fellow 'Housewives' cast members.

It would make sense since the heat on those shows comes from the women sniping at each other.

Joanna was on "The Real Housewives of Miami" back in 2013 -- and, in fact, Brandi's vagina comment came on the heels of the 'Miami' reunion show.

Brandi admits she doesn't have a copy of Joanna's contract ... but considering Brandi was on the Bev Hills edition, it's a good bet she knows what's in the fine print.

Krupa's lawyer thinks Brandi's reaching -- trying everything she can and "hope something sticks."

An ASPCA rep tells us the true reason for Li'Gon's firing will be clear when they respond to the lawsuit. The rep says the ASPCA denies the allegations and maintains a diverse and respectful workplace.

An ASPCA employee in NYC says he was treated like a piece of meat, or rather -- a giant piece of chocolate candy by female co-workers who groped him and discriminated against him.

Benjamin Li'Gon is suing the animal rights group where he was the hiring manager up until August ... and in the docs he says he is a gay black man, which is significant since most of his co-workers were white heterosexual women.

Li'Gon describes a sorority girls gone wild atmosphere where one colleague groped him and called him "sexual chocolate" while others watched. It might have been a reference to a hysterical "Coming to America" scene, but Li'Gon wasn't laughing.

He also says another woman called him "sexy Benny boo boo bear" in an elevator. None of those people were disciplined, according to his lawsuit.

Li'Gon says he thinks the head of HR hates gay black men, since his frequent complaints to her fell on deaf ears. He was fired in August, after he says he was accused of "inappropriate horseplay" with his male assistant ... which he denies.

Li'Gon is suing for wrongful termination and discrimination, seeking at least $2 million.

The L.A. County D.A. will NOT charge Caitlyn Jenner with vehicular manslaughter or any other crime in connection with the fatal car crash on PCH.

The D.A. has rejected the case, saying she was not speeding, she hit the brakes though belatedly, and her conduct was not "unreasonable" based on all the facts.

Jenner was driving inattentively when she slammed into a Lexus, sending the car into oncoming traffic where it struck a Hummer. The Lexus driver died at the scene.

The accident was put under a microscope ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. investigated the accident for almost 6 months before submitting a 161-page report to the D.A. The case was reviewed not by the D.A.'s Van Nuys satellite office -- which would normally handle such cases -- but by the Major Crimes Unit at D.A. headquarters in downtown L.A.

Jenner's lawyer, Blair Berk, tells TMZ, 'We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing." Berk adds, "We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate."

Berk goes on, "A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter."

Gilbert Arenas caught Laura Govan red-handed leaking their email exchange to a blogger -- and now he's calling her out in front of a judge ... according to court docs.
