As we've reported, Ntombi is living in the U.S. under a visitor visa ... but was never legally adopted by Chris or Malaak.

James Deen I'm Not a Rapist ... I'm Only Aggressive On Camera

Published | Updated

The aggressive James Deen you see in porn is just an act ... according to his friends, but he believes that on camera image is what led to him being accused of rape.

Deen -- one of the most famous male porn stars -- has been accused of sexual assault by at least two porn stars. One of them is his ex-girlfriend, Stoya, who says it happened off camera.

Our sources say Deen finds the on set allegation very odd ... since no one, among the numerous cast and crew members, reported him for any violent behavior -- plus, people on porn sets know more about limits than the average person.

We're told Deen feels his accusers are confusing his sexually aggressive characters in porn ... with the real him, who is not at all violent.

The accusers have not gone to police yet. Deen has denied all the allegations, saying ... "I want to assure my friends, fans and colleagues that these allegations are both false and defamatory."

Kate Major Arrest Terrorized Passengers and Flight Attendant ... Cops Say

Published | Updated

A judge ordered Kate Major go straight to rehab after she was busted for threatening to slash someone's throat during a flight -- and it's pretty clear she was wasted before getting on the plane.

According to the criminal complaint, Michael Lohan's estranged wife started trouble before the flight took off ... bitching about having to put her seat forward. The situation quickly escalated in the air -- a witness told a crew member Major was harassing a passenger and was possibly drunk. Kate allegedly yelled the witness' wife was a "bitch," and then threatened to "slit her throat."

Flight attendants moved Kate to a different seat to keep an eye on her. When she asked for a glass of wine, the flight attendant refused. So, Kate whipped out her phone and started recording the flight attendant.

The last straw came when she allegedly threw the phone and then rushed at a flight attendant. A passenger had to step in to hold her back -- and that's when the pilot decided to divert the plane to New Orleans.

Kate was arrested at the airport and booked for interfering with flight crew members, a federal offense with a very stiff penalty -- up to 20 years in prison.

She was released on a $25,000 bond, ordered to surrender her passport, and sent directly to a rehab facility in Southern California.
