Paramount Pictures Parking PAs Sue ... You Grossed Billions But We Had To Crap In Our Cars!!!
A group of production assistants are going after behemoth Paramount, claiming they were forced to take dumps in their cars while working on some of the studio's highest-grossing blockbusters.
The class action lawsuit was filed by 4 NYC based P.A.s, who say they began working for the studio in 2010 and put in mega hours for films like 'TMNT,' 'Wolf of Wall Street,' "Noah," and "Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon," which grossed more than $1 billion.
The group -- assigned to keep location shoots clear of pedestrians and cars -- claims they regularly put in 60-100 hours a week but never got overtime pay.
It gets worse ... they say they weren't allowed to leave their posts to get food or use the restrooms. Some say it was so bad they had to urinate and defecate into bottles and buckets in their cars.
We reached out to Paramount, so far no word back.

Chris Brown Cops Close Criminal Investigation On Female Accuser's Flimsy Claim
Chris Brown is in the clear ... he won't face criminal charges for allegedly punching a woman at a Vegas after-party.
We broke the story, Liziane Gutierrez filed a police report claiming Chris went off on her earlier this month at a Vegas hotel, punching her in the face.
But cops weren't convinced, not by a long shot. They shelved the case because her claim wasn't supported by enough evidence. Chris said from the get-go he never touched her and she's just pissed because his boys wouldn't let her into the after-party.
There was another sticking point. Liziane went off on Jason Derulo in August after she didn't make the cut at his after-party. She later claimed he tried to get the women who did attend do some nasty stuff ... again, all unsupported claims.
We've reached out to Gutierrez for comment ... so far, no word back.
'SpongeBob SquarePants' DUI Bust Won't Cost Squidward His Job
Rodger Bumpass -- aka Squidward Tentacles on "SpongeBob SquarePants" -- can rest easy ... he won't get sacked from the show for his DUI arrest.
Sources close to production tell us, execs don't view a DUI bust as a deal breaker, and good thing, because half of Hollywood would lose their jobs.
We're told the only basis for firing him would be the "morals clause," and the show takes the position getting a DUI is not an immoral act. Legally speaking, that's exactly right.
Bumpass told us he was worried sick he'd be fired.
TMZ broke the story ... Bumpass was busted January 15 after cops noticed his blue PT Cruiser in the middle of the road. They say he was propped on the hood, admitted drinking and driving and flunked a field sobriety test. Cops say his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.

LisaRaye McCoy I Said White-a-licious, Not White-n-icious
LisaRaye McCoy is calling BS on a singer who's threatening to sue her after LisaRaye claimed the singer's skin-whitening product causes cancer ... in fact she says she's owed a big, fat 'thank you.'
As we previously reported, pop singer Dencia threatened to sue the "Single Ladies" actress if she didn't retract her statements trashing Dencia's product, Whitenicious.
LisaRaye's lawyer, C. Anthony Mulrain, just fired back, making several points:
-- LisaRaye never called out Whitenicious, she referenced "Whitealicious" on the radio.
-- Even if a jury felt she was really going after Whitenicious, by Dencia's own admission, it's a God send. Dencia tweeted, "Everytime a celeb or blog mentions Whitenicious, saying anything good or bad, the sales go up 1000%, so hey keep talking."
-- Dencia can pound sand if she's expecting a retraction. But in the spirit of sisterhood, LisaRaye will post a statement on Facebook and Twitter saying she was not referring to Dencia's product.
Sounds black and white to us.
Vanilla Ice Dodges Felony With Hardcore Housework
Vanilla Ice won't face any jail time for stealing from an abandoned house because he put in a ton of time building new houses, and more importantly ... he listened to the judge.
Ice's top-notch attorney, Bradford Cohen, struck a deal with the State of Florida back in April -- if Ice completed 100 hours of community service and kept his nose clean for 9 months -- the whole case would be wiped from his record.
Ice stuck to the plan and put in all his required hours while working with Habitat for Humanity.
TMZ broke the story ... Ice was arrested for stealing a bike, pool heater, furniture and other stuff from inside a house last February near another property he was renovating.
To sum up -- there WAS a problem but, yo ... he solved it.

J.R. Smith No Charges In Alleged Pizza Shop Attack
Cleveland Cavs star J.R. Smith is officially off the hook in an alleged pizza joint attack -- with prosecutors saying he will NOT be charged with a crime for allegedly attacking a heckler.
J.R. was named in a police report filed by a 19-year-old man back in Nov. -- in which he claimed Smith choked him outside of a NYC pizza joint after he heckled the guy about being traded from the Knicks.
Smith had denied any wrongdoing from the very beginning -- and now it seems he's in the clear, with the District Attorney reportedly refusing to move forward with a case against the NBA star.
A spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office tells TMZ Sports, "After a thorough investigation of the circumstances surrounding this case, we have concluded that the evidence does not support criminal charges against Mr. Smith."
Smith's attorney Alex Spiro told Cleveland.com's Chris Haynes, "We are thankful there was not a rush to judgment and the truth came out."

Ghostface Killah Martin Shkreli Is a S***head! Release 'Shaolin' to the People
Martin Shkreli can take his $2 million and shove it ... at least according to Ghostface Killah who says Shkreli doesn't deserve to be the sole owner of Wu-Tang Clan's album.
Ghostface and Wu affiliated rapper Killah Priest were in downtown L..A. when we asked about Shkreli's FBI arrest, and what should happen to the "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album he secretly purchased.
You gotta see Ghost unload ... we haven't heard anyone from the Wu this pissed about Shkreli. In a nutshell, he thinks the guy is a "sh**head" for infamously jacking up the price of cancer/AIDS meds.
As for the album ... he clearly was NOT down with selling it to one person in the first place.
'Little Women: LA' Star Christy McGinity Sued in Small Claims Over Crash
This is the defendant, "Little Women: LA" star Christy McGinity ... she claims she's being hauled into small claims court by a woman who has big dreams but no case, because she had every right to make that right ... turn.
It's the case of Small Woman, Big Problem.
Short story ... a driver claims Christy was stopped at a red light in the San Fernando Valley just before Xmas when she jumped the gun and tried to make a right, smashing into a Mercedes that had the right of way. The driver of the Benz says Christy packed a mean punch, almost ripping her bumper off and causing damage to the tune of $3,575.
Christy claims the accident was the other chick's fault. She was just all "I gotta finish my Christmas shopping" and zoomed into the mall with a wonky left turn.
No one was hurt ... not even a little.

Suge Knight Another Lawyer Bites the Dust
Suge Knight said goodbye to lawyer #4 Thursday morning, when Tom Mesereau left the case.
Our sources say Suge and Mesereau had a bitter disagreement over confidential information. We're told Suge claims the info made its way to authorities and he became enraged.
Here's what's odd ... the judge allowed our camera in the courtroom but then pulled the plug a minute after Suge's case was called and then cleared the entire courtroom so no member of the media or public could hear the reason for the laywer/client split.
We called Mesereau -- one of the top criminal defense lawyers in L.A. who won acquittals for Michael Jackson and Robert Blake -- but he was not reachable.
Aroldis Chapman Off the Hook In Dom. Violence Case Injured Hand Punching Door
10:42 AM PT -- The State Attorney released a memo explaining its decision to not file charges -- and in the note, revealed several details from the investigation.
One of the interesting notes ... investigators say Chapman admitted to injuring his hand (didn't say which hand) when he punched a car window following an argument with his GF that night.
The document does not explain the extent of the injury.
Chapman also told investigators he did NOT punch his GF during the argument -- but rather "poked her on the left shoulder and told her not to talk to him like that."
As for the gun, prosecutors say no one ever actually saw Chapman fire the gun -- but even if he did, it was on his private property and didn't violate any Florida laws.
NY Yankees pitcher Aroldis Chapman will NOT be prosecuted for an alleged domestic violence incident involving his girlfriend back in October ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
As we previously reported, Chapman's girlfriend told police he attacked her on Oct. 30th -- choking and pushing her -- after she got suspicious about something on his cell phone. Chapman allegedly went to his garage and fired off several rounds by himself, but no one was hit.
We're told the case was kicked over to the Florida State Attorney's office for review -- but officials tell TMZ Sports ... prosecutors ultimately decided not to move forward with criminal charges against 27-year-old Chapman because there was not enough evidence to get a conviction.
After the allegations went public, the NY Yankees signed Chapman -- with owner Hal Steinbrenner saying he believes the pitcher is "innocent until proven otherwise."

Bill Cosby Accuser Defamation Case Dismissed
Strike up another legal victory for Bill Cosby ... one of his accusers just had her defamation lawsuit tossed.
Renita Hill went public in 2014, claiming Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in the '80s, some of which occurred when she was a teenager working with him on the kids show, "Picture Pages."
She filed a lawsuit against him in Pennsylvania ... saying Cosby and his attorneys made her look like a "liar" when they responded to her accusations.
The judge in the case decided the statements made by Cosby and his team were opinions and generalizations about all the accusers ... and therefore, not defamatory.
Earlier this month, 2 criminal cases in L.A. against Cosby were rejected by the D.A.

Dr. Phil Sued Ex-Employee Claims False Imprisonment ...In Staff Meeting
Dr. Phil should just book his accuser for the show ... an ex-staffer claims the doc held his entire staff hostage in a room with the help of security guards to figure out who was leaking stories to the media.
Leah Rothman claims in her lawsuit she was ordered in on her day off, along with 300 other employees, where she says everyone gathered in a room and then Phil ordered the doors locked. She claims he said someone had leaked internal info to the media, and he had contacted the "Feds" because the info was transmitted "over state lines."
Rothman claims Phil said, "If you f*** with me, I'll f*** with you" and used other profanities in the meeting.
The employee says she began "experiencing emotional distress from the verbal assault of Dr. Phil which was magnified by the confined space ..." She says it amounted to false imprisonment.
And Rothman says, she "saw cue cards in Dr. Phil's hands" from which he read.
She says Phil and the other brass already knew the source of the leak, but they wanted to make a point.
And she claims, the Executive in Charge of Production told her Phil "got joy out of the process and in scaring his employees."
Rothman goes on to say the whole thing made her a nervous wreck and she had to quit ... and now claims it was "constructive termination."
We reached out to Dr. Phil's spokesperson, who declined comment.
