Rapper Troy Ave Accused Concert Shooter Wheeled into Court, Enters Plea
Rapper Troy Ave's nursing a gunshot wound to his right leg and facing an attempted murder charge ... both from behind bars.
The accused shooter from T.I.'s NYC concert last week was wheeled into a court Monday ... where he entered a not guilty plea. Troy was arrested -- from his hospital bed -- last week after NYPD released surveillance video of him opening fire inside the venue.
Troy's attorney, Scott Leemon, says that video doesn't show the full story of what happened before and after Troy opened fire. He could still be charged with murder if ballistics testing connect him to the death of his bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter.
The NY Daily News got pics of police wheeling him into court. The judge ordered him to be held without bail.

'Growing Up Hip Hop' Star Arrested for DUI
Damon "Boogie" Dash -- the son of rap mogul Damon Dash -- was busted for DUI after cops say they saw him straddling lanes ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the "Growing Up Hip Hop" star was pulled over for weaving earlier this month ... and when cops spoke to him they thought he might be under the influence. We're told field sobriety testing did not go well for Dash, and he was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.

Bikram Yoga Guru Divorce Wife Gets Ferrari, He Keeps The Lawsuits
The wife of hot yoga mogul Bikram Choudhury didn't just score fancy whips in their divorce ... she also made sure she was off the hook in all his pending lawsuits.
According to legal docs ... Bikram is facing at least 10 lawsuits. As we previously reported ... at least 6 of those allege rape and sexual assault.
His divorce from his wife of 31 years, Rajashree, was finalized earlier this month, and a key provision in their settlement was she will not pay for any of his misdeeds. In case she gets sued over his hijinks and loses, he has to pay what she owes.
As for the rest of their property, it looks like Rajashree got most of what she wanted ... including their Bev Hills and L.A. pads, the Ferrari, Mercedes 550 and a Bentley.
Bikram got to keep their home in Hawaii.

Chris Brown Sued For Busting a Cap at Concert
Chris Brown jacked a fan's hat during a concert ... at least according to the fan who now wants more than $2,000 for his troubles.
According to the lawsuit filed by Marq Stevenson ... he went to CB's Dallas concert last year, and passed his cap to one of Brown's lackeys to get the singer to autograph it.
Stevenson says he did NOT get Brown's John Hancock, and did NOT even get his cap back. In the suit, he says he DID get bullied by Brown's crew.
He now says the hat was stolen, and wants compensation for the $25 lid. But that's not all -- he also wants $225 for his floor seat ticket, plus $2,500 for the bullying. Yes, that's $2,750 ... for a hat.
Stevenson is no longer demanding an autograph.

"Everybody Loves Raymond" star Madylin Sweeten dragged a soap opera creator's name through the mud ... according to him, and now he wants her to cough up $1.5 million.
In the suit, Bryan James says Sweeten smeared his name and business when she sued him ... claiming he duped her into investing in "Youthful Daze" ... an Internet soap.
James is asking the court to dismiss Madylin's lawsuit, and he wants the $1.5 mil for damages to his business and reputation.
He tells us Sweeten only sued him in the first place because she didn't like working with him.

Lori's saying Johnny never got physical with her during their relationship ... he never even screamed.

Lori and Johnny are still friends and spoke as recently as last week when she called to offer her condolences over his mother's death.

Amber claims Johnny was "barely ever sober" during the 15 months they were married. She says he was perpetually high, except when he was shooting a movie, when he hired a chef and a trainer and got sober. Once the movie wrapped, it was back to drugs and alcohol.
Amber claimed in her legal docs he is "often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me." She goes on ... "Johnny's paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout our relationship. So has my awareness of his continued substance abuse."
She claims on both occasions where she has accused him of domestic violence, he was "inebriated and high."
Amber got a temporary restraining order Friday ... requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards clear of her. Johnny denies her claim that he inflicted any violence upon her. The order was precautionary, and the judge will conduct a full hearing next month to determine who is telling the truth and who is lying.

Justin Bieber's camp thinks they have sufficient evidence to throw out indie pop star White Hinterland's lawsuit claiming he stole her vocal loop for "Sorry."
TMZ obtained a 25 second snippet that lays out how Blood, one of JB's co-producers on the song, manipulated a different female voice for the now famous loop that opens "Sorry."
In the breakdown you hear the unidentified woman sing that "oohooh oohooh" at a regular tempo. It's then taken up a few octaves and repeated for the end result that went into the song. The important thing is ... Justin's camp denies using White Hinterland's voice at all.
Listen to the clip ... it still sounds very similar to WH's original loop, but in her suit she says JB and co. used her actual voice and effects.
We're told they believe this clip proves that just ain't the case.

Johnny Depp, Amber Heard A Dog House Divided
We've solved the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard dog mystery.
We now know each owned one dog, which is why the judge only referenced Amber's dog in Friday's court order.
You'll recall the pooches made headlines a year ago when they smuggled the two Yorkies into Australia. Amber could have gone to prison, but ended up doing a PSA on why smuggling is a bad idea and they got off scot-free.
Turns out it was a blended family. Amber owns Pistol and Johnny owns Boo. When Amber went to court asking for her domestic violence restraining order -- which she got -- she also asked for an order requiring Johnny to stay clear of Pistol. The judge declined, saying Pistol was in no real danger.
We're told Amber is in possession of both dogs because Johnny's out of town, but she'll happily give him Boo when he returns.

Amber Heard broke down in tears moments after leaving the courthouse ... where she was granted a temporary restraining order against Johnny Depp.
Amber maintained a stone-faced demeanor as she walked out, but was visibly distraught and in tears once she got inside her waiting vehicle.
As we've reported ... Johnny now has to stay 100 yards away from Amber, at least until a hearing in June. Johnny's side says the domestic violence allegations are completely fabricated.
Mark Salling Indicted for Child Porn
Mark Salling has been indicted for possessing child pornography.
A federal grand jury indicted the "Glee" star on 2 counts of child porn. Salling's laptop was seized last year, and allegedly contained thousands of images and videos of child porn. One count involves a flash drive which allegedly contained images involving a prepubescent minor and a minor under 12.
U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker says, "Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed."
If convicted of receiving child porn, Salling faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison. On the charge of possessing child porn, he could receive 20 years.
Crime Watch Daily first reported the indictment was being prepared.

Amber Heard claims in legal docs ... during their entire relationship Johnny Depp was verbally and physically abusive, and she lays part of the blame on drug and alcohol abuse.
TMZ has obtained the legal docs Amber filed to support her claim that Johnny smashed an iPhone against her face Saturday night, which she claims triggered her move to file for divorce. As we reported, cops came but she declined to file a report.
Amber claims, before the alleged incident over the weekend -- during her birthday party at home last month ... Johnny showed up "inebriated and high." She says after the guests left, they argued and he threw a magnum-sized bottle of champagne at the wall and a wine glass at her. She says he grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her onto the bed. She also says he grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor.
Amber says she didn't see Johnny again for a month, until Saturday night. She says he was drunk and high again and they were talking about his mom's passing the day before. She says he "suddenly began obsessing" about something, got mad, grabbed the phone, "wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye."
She claims he also pulled her hair and struck her, then she says he grabbed a magnum-sized bottle of wine, chugged some and then used the bottle to break objects around the house.

Amber Heard Cops Say No Evidence of Injuries
Amber Heard had no evidence of any injuries when cops came to her home Saturday night after getting a 911 call ... this according to LAPD law enforcement sources.
As we reported, when cops arrived Amber refused to file a police report. She now claims Johnny hurled a cell phone at her face, badly bruising her eye, but our law enforcement sources say they saw no injury at all. In fact, we're told she never alleged any brutality ... just that they had an argument.
Our sources say she refused to offer any more information, so they left.
As we reported, sources connected with Johnny say Amber is lying ... making up the domestic violence story. One of the things Johnny points to is Instagram ... Amber was tagged in a pic showing she was partying with friends Sunday, the day after the alleged attack. The photo was deleted on Friday after the news media spotted it.
The LAPD says they had no reason to believe Johnny Depp struck Amber Heard with his phone when they were called to the couple's apartment.

Amber Heard Claims Domestic Violence Gets Restraining Order Against Johnny Depp
Amber Heard showed up in court with a bruise on her face claiming Johnny Depp physically assaulted her and she's the victim of repeated domestic violence ... and the judge issued a restraining order requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from her.
Sources connected to Johnny are calling BS, saying Amber "is an affront to real victims of domestic violence."
The judge also gave Amber the right to live in the family home, but rejected a request to protect at least one of their dogs from Johnny. Amber asked for $50k a month in spousal support, but the judge rejected that request. And the judge declined to order Johnny into anger management.
Heard showed up with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, armed with photos showing various bruises ... she claims Depp inflicted various times during their marriage.
We obtained this pic ... showing Amber with a bruise around her eye, which she says Depp inflicted Saturday night. Heard claims the pic was taken shortly after she was allegedly struck.
She claims Depp smashed his iPhone on her face.
Amber claims during the alleged attack, Johnny shattered various objects in the apartment. She says she was on the phone with a friend during the fight, and when Johnny grabbed her phone she screamed to her friend, "Call the cops!" The friend called 911 and cops came to the residence.
Amber says when cops arrived Johnny had already fled, so they took a report.
We're told cops told Amber they would find Johnny and arrest him if she gave a statement about the alleged violence, but she refused. Officers told her if she changed her mind she could call them.
Cops gave Amber this business card and told her to call if she wants to press charges. As far as we know, she has not gone back to the cops.
Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning.
Amber says she has video of one of the beatings.
It's interesting ... she's asking for a temporary restraining order claiming there's an immediate threat of harm, but Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie. Depp's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared on his behalf.
TMZ broke the story ... 3 days after Depp's mom died, Amber filed for divorce. And one week after his mom died, she's claiming domestic violence.
As for why Depp and his people are calling BS ... first she never filed a police report, and she posted Instagram pics after the alleged beating and never showed any injury.
