"Without a Trace" star Anthony LaPaglia will have LOTS of toys to occupy his time now that he's officially single.

Anthony will get to keep a bunch of cars and all his sports memorabilia now that the ink is dry on his divorce from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" star, Gia Carides ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

There was no prenup, so Anthony and Gia will pretty much split everything down the middle ... including royalties for their big hits while they were married ... standard stuff in CA.

Anthony keeps 2 Mercedes-Benz cars, a 2012 Ford truck and 7 motorcycles, including 3 Ducatis. Plus ... a Steinway baby grand piano.

Gia gets a one-time $12k check, plus $2,234 a month in spousal support. As for child support, she gets $870 a month, which is dirt cheap for Hollywood folks. But there's a kicker ... Anthony's gotta tack on another 10% of any money he brings in over $182k.

Sacramento Kings player Darren Collison just pled GUILTY in his domestic violence case -- but won't spend a minute behind bars ... if he plays his cards right.

As we previously reported, the 29-year-old point guard was arrested on May 30th after his wife said she had been assaulted at their home in Placer County. When cops arrived, they saw visible injuries on her.

Now, the 29-year-old point guard has pled guilty to 1 count of misdemeanor domestic violence, according to CSN Bay Area.

As part of the plea deal, Collison was sentenced to 20 days in jail -- but will most likely NOT actually spend time behind bars.

Instead, he will be in an "alternative sentencing program" -- which requires him to complete a certain amount of community service (pending approval from the probation dept.). If he does NOT complete the required amount, the judge could order him to serve out the 20 days in jail.

Katt Williams is the victim of a serious double-dipper -- that's his reaction to a comedian suing him over an alleged beatdown, because he says he's already forked over a settlement.

TMZ broke the story ... Ashima Franklin filed a lawsuit, saying Katt attacked and kidnapped her, but sources close to Katt say her suit is just a repeat of claims she made months ago.

We're told Ashima accepted a "small amount" of cash to squash the drama, and even signed a settlement agreement. Apparently, her lawyer didn't get that memo ... and went ahead and filed a $3 million lawsuit for her.

Obviously, Katt’s attorneys sent Ashima's lawyer the previous agreement, so she's dismissed the suit.

Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez doesn't care the judge in the Brock Turner sexual assault case followed the probation department's sentencing recommendation ... she's going for the jugular.

The California congresswoman -- who is running for U.S. Senate -- appeared on "TMZ Live" Friday and got into it with Harvey, who wanted to know if her plan was to scare judges into imposing sentences to appease the masses.

Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, says a woman's claim Chris pointed a gun at her is nothing more than a false accusation made in hopes of becoming famous.

Geragos addressed the media Friday -- and made it clear -- he says no guns or drugs were found by cops in the singer's home. He also stated reports Brown's 2-year-old daughter, Royalty, was home during the alleged incident are total BS.

It's interesting ... Mark said his office is still investigating the validity of text messages Baylee Curran allegedly sent which show she was trying to set Chris up. Geragos said if it's found Curran did lie, he'll call for a criminal investigation against her.

Geragos was on "TMZ Live" Friday to discuss the case ... and has his own theory on Baylee's motives.

Brock Turner's gonna have a hard time finding a pool where he can swim when he gets back home ... at least that's what a local club is saying.

The president of Brookview Swim and Tennis Club -- just 5 miles from Brock's house in Bellbrook, OH -- tells TMZ if Brock were to apply for a membership there ... he'd more than likely get denied.

Scott Dunham says normally a simple application would be enough, but the ex-Stanford swimmer is a special case. Dunham says he'd have to take Turner's application before the club's board of trustees and stockholders.

They'd get final say, and Dunham believes they would not hesitate to shoot down the convicted sex offender. He adds ... nobody in the community is happy about Turner's homecoming.

"Lost" and "Once Upon A Time" star Emilie de Ravin says an American Airlines gate agent attacked her because she was trying to fly with her breast pump bag, but the airline is calling it a big misunderstanding.

American Airlines tells TMZ it's still investigating Emilie's claim she had one of her 3 carry-on bags forcibly ripped from her while boarding a flight Thursday at LAX. The extra bag was for the pump, which she's allowed to bring since it's considered a medical device.

Sources tell us the flight was at capacity and the gate agent wanted to have one of the bags tagged, but Emilie wasn't having it. She was eventually allowed on with her pump and the other two bags, but still went off on Twitter.

AA says it's apologized for the inconvenience.

Brock Turner, the ex-Stanford swimmer convicted of sexual assault, walked out of his Santa Clara County jail cell early Friday morning after completing the shortened sentence that outraged the nation.

Turner served just 3 months of his 6-month sentence, due to good behavior. He could have been sentenced to 14 years after he was found guilty earlier this year on 3 felony charges -- including intent to commit rape of an intoxicated person -- but instead Judge Aaron Persky gave him the 6 months.

Two men stopped Turner as he was committing the January 2015 assault on an unconscious woman.

21-year-old Turner will now be on probation for 3 years and must register as a sex offender. He's reportedly returning to his hometown in Ohio to live with his parents.

Chris Brown was arrested this week because the woman who prosecuted him in the Rihanna case still has a score to settle ... so claims Chris and his team.

Deputy D.A. Mary Murray was a key player in the decision to have Brown arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon ... this according to law enforcement sources. Murray has a long and contentious history with Chris. She not only prosecuted Brown in the Rihanna case, she was involved in the various probation violation hearings in which she asked for jail time, and often lost.

Our sources say the day Chris allegedly pulled a gun on a woman at his home, the cops had decided NOT to arrest him, but rather take the case under investigation. In fact, at one point Chris actually came out of the house and was yukking it up with the cops.

We're told it was Murray who pushed a change of plans ... to arrest Chris on the spot.

Brown believes the decision to arrest him was purely punitive ... that the only witness who made the gun claim was a woman with big credibility problems, and he had many witnesses who disputed her story.

Chris has lashed out at Murray in the past. When she got a judge to toss out his community service hours, claiming they were bogus, he left the courtroom and took to Twitter, calling her a racist.

We reached out to the D.A.'s office, but they had no comment.

TMZ Sports obtained police footage from the night NFL cornerback Damian Swann was arrested in Georgia in which he throws a serious Hail Mary ... asking the cop to give him a break because he plays for the New Orleans Saints!

The USC linebacker accused of raping a woman twice back in July allegedly recorded one of the incidents on his phone ... an incident that may have involved ANOTHER USC football player.

TMZ Sports has obtained the search warrant from the investigation into Osa Chad Masina -- a 19-year-old linebacker -- who is being investigated for allegedly drugging and raping a woman on two separate occasions in July.

According to the warrant, issued in Los Angeles, the woman claims she was first raped by Masina on July 15th, 2016 at the apartment of Masina's teammate, Don Hill -- a sophomore linebacker.

The woman told police Masina gave her a couple Xanax pills throughout the day. The woman says she had also been drinking alcohol, including wine by the pool and chugging Captain Morgan at a frat party.

After the frat party, the woman claims she was taken to Hill's apartment -- but insists she was "out of it" due to the Xanax and the booze. However, she remembers smoking weed.

"The next thing the victim recalls is having sex with Osa Chad Masina," the search warrant says.

The woman claims she remembers Masina "holding her head and putting her mouth on his penis" while Hill had vaginal sex with her.

The woman says she later learned Masina had taken videos and pictures of them having sex without her knowledge and/or consent ... and Snapchatted them to her ex-boyfriend. FYI -- the woman's ex-boyfriend is a football player at the University of Arizona.

The next incident allegedly occurred on July 26th in Utah ... after another day of boozing and marijuana use with Masina.

The woman claims she passed out and awoke to see him on top of her, engaging in anal sex with her. She also says he forced oral sex.

The woman says she woke up the next morning in pain and went to police, and a rape kit was administered.

Neither Masina nor Hill has been arrested or charged with any crime -- however, USC has suspended Masina indefinitely.

Cops got a warrant to search Masina's phone and obtain a DNA sample from him.

Lil Twist -- Justin Bieber's ex-pal -- got locked up after failing to show his face for a hearing in his assault case ... TMZ has learned.

Twist's lawyer showed up in a downtown L.A. courthouse Thursday morning, but that wasn't good enough for the judge who immediately issued a bench warrant. Twist got wind of the warrant and headed to court in the afternoon.

When he arrived he was taken into custody, and booked for failure to appear.

Beyonce just scored a huge legal victory -- the judge in that "Lemonade" lawsuit sided with her and tossed the case ... TMZ has learned.

The judge said he considered filmmaker Matthew Fulks' argument that "Lemonade" ripped off his work, and decided to toss the case ... according to docs obtained by TMZ. It's unclear why the judge rejected Fulks' suit ... he says he'll dish details later.

TMZ broke the story ... Bey was sued by Fulks back in June alleging she jacked several parts of his 2014 movie, "Palinoia" -- using similar images from his short film for the "Lemonade" visual album.

Beyonce argued her work depicted a "proud black woman" ... a stark contrast to Fulks' film about a depressed white guy.

Make that ... TWO depressed white guys now.

The woman who accused Chris Brown of pointing a gun at her allegedly wrote a text message shortly after the incident saying she was going to frame Chris with the gun allegation out of revenge ... but she denies sending any such message.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the text, sent to an acquaintance named Safari -- no relation to Nicki Minaj's ex. The text was purportedly sent Tuesday at 2:57 AM, shortly after Baylee Curran was kicked out of Chris' house. It reads:

"Hey safari don't you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson I'm going to set his ass up. Lol come get me."

He responded, "Really that's f*** up you ain't going to do that your wrong if you do."

An emotional Ray Rice spoke to the Florida State football team -- and begged the players to learn from his mistake ... DON'T HIT WOMEN!!!!

Rice was invited to speak to the team on August 14th ... and it was all caught on camera as part of Showtime's "A Season with Florida State Football."

"I made the worst decision of my life," Rice said ... "And the reality of it is I'm not playing football right now not because I'm not good enough, because I made the worst decision of my life."

We're told Rice spent the entire day with the team -- attended team meetings, practice and spoke with some players individually.

It's especially relevant considering just last year, FSU's backup quarterback was captured on video punching a woman HARD in the face at a bar.
