The man who is the prime suspect in the disappearance of Lisa Marie Naegle, the former "Bridalplasty" contestant, has confessed to murdering her ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say Jackie Jerome Rogers has told cops he killed Naegle and her body is buried in his backyard near Inglewood, CA.

We're told Rogers will be officially booked for murder late Tuesday.

The L.A. County Coroner has sent a "sort team" to Rogers' home to recover the body.

As we reported, the case cracked wide open Monday night after Lisa Marie's family confronted Rogers and caught him in a lie. He claimed he left her at a bar early Sunday morning, but surveillance video shows she got in his SUV at 2:18 AM.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott took out a big loan from a big bank, and now Rich Uncle Pennybags has come to collect ... according to a new lawsuit.

City National just sued the couple, claiming they took out a $400k loan in 2012, only to default. The bank says they currently have an open tab of around $188K.

Another interesting tidbit ... City National wants an extra $17k that Tori allegedly overdrew from her checking account.

The family of the contestant from "Bridalplasty" cracked what looks like a murder case wide open ... after confronting the suspect with surveillance video and allegedly catching him in a lie.

Lisa Marie Naegle disappeared early Sunday morning. Her family knew she had gone out Saturday night with a friend, Jackie Jerome Rogers, and that's the last time she was ever seen.

Lisa Marie's family tells us Rogers told them they were at a bar near Alpine Village in Torrance, CA when she said she wanted to go to an after-party. He claims he was too tired and he left without her.

The family obtained this surveillance video recorded early Sunday morning, and you see Lisa Marie getting into his SUV and leaving at 2:18 AM.

The family confronted Rogers with the video Monday night, and he became flustered and could offer no plausible explanation. The family detained him, blocked his car and called the police.

TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD arrested Rogers and he's currently being held for questioning on suspicion of murder. Lisa Marie's brother, Edward, went to Rogers' home Tuesday afternoon looking for answers.

Joseline Hernandez says she has hard evidence she's clean and sober, but her soon-to-be baby daddy, Stevie J, is not buying it.

Joseline filed docs and attached 3 drug test results that show she tested negative for various drugs -- including cocaine, amphetamines and weed. She also attached a note from her care provider stating she's had a healthy pregnancy.

In the docs, Joseline says she voluntarily submitted to the drug tests, and Stevie's claim she's abused drugs throughout her pregnancy is a sick ploy to embarrass her.

Joseline clapped back with a shot of her own -- Stevie's $5,000 check for her medical costs bounced, according to docs.

A former contestant on the reality show "Bridalplasty" has been missing since early Sunday morning, and police are now holding the man who was with her that night, on suspicion of murder ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the investigation tell TMZ nursing student Jackie Jerome Rogers was with Lisa Marie Naegle at a bar in Torrance, CA. Lisa was spotted on security cameras leaving the bar, but never returned home.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Rogers is now being held on suspicion of murder after Lisa's family confronted him on Monday night. Family sources tell us Rogers told them he left Lisa at the bar -- but when they pointed out security footage showed her leaving in his vehicle ... he had no explanation. After hearing the inconsistencies, we're told police took him into custody -- and he's been arrested on suspicion of murder. He has not been booked yet.

LAPD is executing a search warrant at Rogers' home, and we're told they will be excavating his property for a possible body.

Naegle was on the E! reality show back in 2010. She's currently a nurse and Rogers is one of her students.

The San Diego Chargers security guard who was allegedly caught masturbating on video while he stood on the field could lose more than his job ... because cops are now on the case.

Law enforcement in SD tells us they've been made aware of the incident and have opened up their own criminal investigation.

The video -- posted Monday -- shows a male guard allegedly pleasuring himself in front of a group of cheerleaders. Both the team and security company were quick to action ... investigating and firing the employee in a matter of hours.

The Game won't be getting his sexual assault judgment of $7 million reduced, and he won't be getting a new trial either ... for now, at least.

A judge shot down Game's request to reduce the damages he was ordered to pay after losing his sexual assault case ... all over a technicality in how he filed the paperwork.

It looks like Game didn't "present" the motion the right way, and left out important info -- like hearing dates and times ... basic stuff the court needs to even consider the request.

The Anthony Weiner search warrant has just been released, and it details the type of info authorities were gunning to get ... and the warrant mentions Hillary Clinton by name.

Weiner is under investigation for allegedly sending sexual texts to a 15-year-old girl.

According to the warrant, law enforcement wanted to go through Weiner's laptop to see if there was classified Hillary Clinton correspondence.

As you know, Weiner is married to now-estranged wife Huma Abedin, the longtime chief deputy for Hillary Clinton.

The warrant notes authorities believe there were "thousands of emails," including many related to Clinton in Weiner's computer. The warrant notes there's probable cause to believe some of the Clinton data was classified and his laptop wasn't authorized to have national defense information.

Joe Mixon told police, "It felt like a dude hit me" when he was slapped by a female student in 2014 ... and that's why he hit back.

Prince might be dead, but that doesn't mean he's off the hook with a divorce lawyer who claims the singer signed off without paying his $600k tab.

Cousins Law Firm in West Palm Beach filed a claim with the singer's estate demanding payment of a $599,735.63 bill.

Patrick Cousins tells TMZ the bill dates all the way back to Prince's 2006 divorce from second wife Manuela Testolini.

Cousins says he and Prince were tight and had an agreement the singer didn't have to pay until all the loose ends were tied up. We asked the lawyer what would take 10 years to complete, but he wouldn't say.

Cousins claims he finished everything on April 1 ... Prince died April 21.

The lawyers representing women who claim a L'Oréal hair relaxer burned their head aren't just suing -- now they're demanding an urgent recall of the product.

TMZ broke the story ... L'Oréal was sued for selling a celebrity-backed product called SoftSheen-Carson Optimum Amla Legend No-Mix, No-Lye Relaxer -- which the plaintiffs say singed their scalp and made them go bald.

L'Oréal fired back in docs, saying its packaging warns this very danger, and clearly instructs consumers on how to use it safely.

Ben Meiselas and Mark Geragos, who rep the alleged victims, say that's a load of BS ... and add L'Oréal is admitting the product has dangerous chemicals, despite advertising it "protects the scalp and skin."

Geragos' firm says it's downright absurd to blame the women harmed by the product, and they won't relax until the relaxer is completely pulled from the shelves.

Beyonce straight-up jacked the Roc-A-Fella logo and slapped it onto one of her music videos ... so claims the guy who claims he designed the logo.

Dwayne Walker says Queen B never asked permission to prominently display the logo in B's "Drunk in Love" music video ... and now he wants the court to put a stop to it and cut him a slice of the profits.

According to the docs ... Dwayne says he owns the rights to the original Roc-A-Fella logo and it shouldn't have been used in her music vid.

It's interesting ... we took a look at the video and the only time you see anything even resembling the logo is a quick shot of Jay Z's glitzy pendant. The rapper's not named or mentioned in the suit.

It's also worth noting Dwayne sued Jay for $7 million over the logo but lost the case back in September.

New England Patriots wide receiver Michael Floyd was just hit with 4 misdemeanor criminal charges stemming from last week's DUI ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the 27-year-old was arrested in Scottsdale, AZ after cops say they witnessed him asleep at the wheel of his Cadillac Escalade ... at a traffic light.

Monday morning, prosecutors officially charged Floyd with 2 counts of DUI, 1 count of failure to obey a cop and obstructing traffic.

He was also cited for failing to obey the traffic light.

The DUI charges carry up to 6 months in jail each ... though it's unlikely he'll get the max punishment.

Floyd was cut by the Arizona Cardinals 2 days after his arrest and was picked up by the Patriots almost immediately.

The Game thinks $7 million is too much to pay for allegedly grabbing a woman's vagina ... and he wants a new trial to prove his point.

The rapper filed a motion in his sexual assault case, asking a judge to grant him a new trial with a new jury, or at least slash his $7 mil judgment from last month. Game says the evidence doesn't support such a hefty verdict.

He also thinks the jury had it out for him based on a "prejudicial" video of him and the woman after the alleged groping. Plus, he says he never got a chance to defend himself in person.

Stevie J did it without Maury Povich, unfortunately, and he's confirmed he IS the father of the baby Joseline Hernandez is squeezing out within the next month.

Stevie's DNA test result showed he indeed did the deed -- according to new docs he filed -- and now that he KNOWS, he's asking for visitation rights ... but also for primary physical custody. Doesn't make sense, but maybe he's covering all his bases.

Joseline's due Jan. 9, and in the docs he says he absolutely wants to be in the delivery room.

Stevie's repeating his request for Joseline to be drug tested because he claims she's abused drugs and alcohol throughout her pregnancy, and fears it's effected the fetus. He wants the infant drug tested within 24 hours of birth.

The docs include a text message he says came from Joseline -- "You will never see your daughter f*** n****."
