Angie Stone Arrested For Assaulting Daughter Allegedly Knocked Out Teeth
R&B singer Angie Stone was arrested Monday in Georgia for domestic aggravated assault ... and the victim is her 30-year-old daughter.
Police in Dekalb County tell TMZ ... 53-year-old Angie told police her daughter Diamond punched her in the face. Angie then told police she defended herself with a metal stand, but accidentally hit Diamond in the face ... knocking out her front teeth.
Angie told police once she realized the mistake she put down the stand and tried to flee ... but claims Diamond came after her again. A family friend eventually broke up the fight.
Diamond told police the argument started when Angie complained Diamond didn't clean up after her children. Diamond was also taken into custody, but eventually released without being charged.
Angie -- a 3-time Grammy nominee -- was booked for aggravated assault.
Suge Knight I Had a Legal Right To KILL Terry Carter
Suge Knight was legally justified in pointing his truck at Terry Carter, running him over and killing him ... so claims Suge's lawyer.
Attorney Matt Fletcher tells TMZ ... he'll present a George Zimmerman-type defense in Suge's murder trial, claiming his client had a legal right to stand his ground and ultimately do in Mr. Carter.
Fletcher points to a California jury instruction which says, "[Suge] is entitled to stand his ground and defend himself if reasonably necessary, to pursue an assailant until the danger of death or bodily injury has passed."
Suge claims Carter was in cahoots with Cle "Bone" Sloan in attacking him as he drove his truck into the Tam's parking lot. Suge says he heard Carter say something to the effect of, "Should I shoot him?" Suge believed Bone and Carter were both known gang members who would make good on the threat.
Fletcher believes Carter's alleged threat is enough to justify Suge intentionally running him over. The lawyer adds, Suge hit Carter accidentally in an effort to escape, but he had the right to kill.

NFL's D.J. Swearinger Out of the Dog House ... In Alleged Truck Theft
The case of "D.J. Swearinger Steals His Own Truck" is officially closed ... after the NFL star forked over a HUGE check to the people who pimped it out ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We broke the story ... cops launched an investigation into the Houston Texans safety after he allegedly ordered $20k worth of upgrades to his 2013 F250 from a customizer in Texas ... and then drove it off the lot without paying.
The upgrades were pretty awesome -- matte black paint with a Batman logo, speakers, new wheels, custom grill, train horn, etc.
Now, the Harris County Sheriff's Office tells us .... they've been in touch with the customizers who say the debt has since been paid off in full.
Translation -- case closed.
It's been a bad month for Swearinger -- his pit bull dog also bit his Texans teammate Jadeveon Clowney. Fortunately, Clowney only suffered minor injuries in the attack.

Suge Knight Not the First Time He Plowed Through Crowd in SUV
Suge Knight got into a fight with a guy and then roared out of a parking lot, striking a man ... and this ISN'T the Tam's parking lot fatal hit and run -- it's ANOTHER incident that could have prosecutors in his murder case licking their chops.
We shot the video in December 2012, when Suge and Katt Williams were leaving a Hollywood nightclub. Katt got into it with another clubgoer and Suge came over to give Katt some backup, throwing punches ... one of which connected in a big way.
Suge then gets in the driver's seat of his SUV with Katt riding in the back. A large crowd gathers around the SUV and a frustrated/angry Suge then punches it, striking at least one person before screeching away.
Prosecutors could try to use this video in the murder case, to show an MO -- when Suge gets mad behind the wheel, he turns his car into a weapon. And, if he strikes someone, he simply hits and runs.

APB Australia -- be on the lookout for a pirate with a knife and a grudge and a parrot.
The pirate in question apparently is interested in breaking into showbiz, because he snuck on the set of the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie and allegedly pulled a knife on security.
The pirate sure looked authentic ... down to a parrot on his shoulder. He fled into the bushland before cops arrived.
The pirate somehow made his way to a Kmart. There's surveillance video of him hiding in one of the changing rooms while cops were trying to hunt him down.
The pirate and the bird are still on the loose.

Nick Cannon Mariah Sold Our House & I Had ... No Say In the Deal!
Nick Cannon got run over by the Mariah Carey express, because their business manager let her drive the train on the sale of their mansion ... while he was kept 100% in the dark ... according to Nick.
According to a new lawsuit ... Cannon says he never authorized the $9 million sale of the Bel-Air home he and Carey used to share, and believes biz manager Michael Kane was dealing exclusively with her people on the deal. He says he didn't find out about this until after the fact.
But the house isn't the issue -- Nick's cool with the sale -- he says the problem is Kane failed to keep him in the loop from start to finish. He's most concerned about how funds from the sale will be divvied up.
Nick wants the bulk of the $9 mil frozen until he gets a detailed accounting to determine how much cheese he's getting.
Kane calls the lawsuit "frivolous" ... and says it's "clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man."

Sean Kingston Jewelry Suit Judgment Diamond Guy Cuts Him Down to Size In Court
Sean Kingston just bought some expensive jewelry ... against his will. Let's just say it's a court-ordered purchase.
Sean skated off with $226k worth of jewelry from 2008-2013 but never paid a dime ... this according to Avi Da Jeweler who filed a lawsuit against Sean.
The singer's rep told us last August ... Sean coughed up more than $300k and had the cashed checks to prove it.
If that were so, it should have been easy to win the lawsuit, but Sean never filed an answer so the judge just issued a default judgment, to the tune of $356k.
As puzzling as it is that Sean never produced the checks, it's just as puzzling why Avi kept giving the dude jewelry when he wasn't paying jack.
We've reached out to his rep but so far no comment.

Suge Knight Hit and Run Victim There Was No Gun
Suge Knight is lying when he says one of the people he mowed down was armed and dangerous ... this according to the guy who was hit.
The manager for Cle "Bone" Sloan tells TMZ, his client did not have a gun. The manager says Bone did not threaten Suge's life and there was no reason why Suge couldn't have just made a clean exit down the street rather than roaring back into the Tam's parking lot.
As for the video we posted -- showing an injured Bone handing something to a man who then tucked it in his waistband ... the manager says it was a walkie-talkie.
Here's what doesn't make sense. Why would a man laying on the pavement with multiple broken bones make the effort to hand off a walkie-talkie before authorities raced to the scene?
The cops are on Bone's side. They still insist the video shows there was NO gun. But our law enforcement sources refuse to explain why they're so sure Bone didn't hand off a weapon.

The man gets results ... can't argue with that.
Suge Knight's Lawyer Both Victims Had Guns
Terry Carter -- whom Suge Knight ran over and killed -- was packing heat, according to his own family.
Suge's new lawyer, Matthew Fletcher, told TMZ, after Carter died, his relatives called the L.A. County Sheriff and asked detectives if they had Carter's gun.
Our Suge sources say after Carter was pronounced dead, his daughter showed up to retrieve his car and noticed his gun wasn't inside a bag in which it was routinely stored.
Fletcher plans to use the gun reference to prove Suge was ambushed by armed men ... both of whom Suge struck in the Tam's parking lot.
As we showed you earlier Monday, after the other victim -- Cle "Bone" Sloan -- was hit by the vehicle someone took an object from Bone and placed it in his waistband.

Suge Knight Video of Fatal Crash Proves I'm Innocent!!!
Suge Knight is elated ... video of his fatal hit and run proves he's an innocent man.
Suge called a family member after we posted the video, and he says it's his ticket out of jail. Suge acknowledges if it were just his word against the word of others, "I'd be so far up under the jail," because everyone assumes he's always the bad guy.
Suge says the video answers critical questions:
-- He was attacked by Bone the second he arrived at Tam's
-- Bone had a gun, which he claims you can see in the video when Bone hands it off to someone
-- There was a crowd out for blood, making it impossible for him to escape past them down the street
We're told Suge and his team are planning to use the video in a bail hearing so he can get out pending trial.

Suge Knight Victim's Family Says The Murder Was Retaliation
The family of the man Suge Knight ran over and killed says Suge was not engaged in self defense ... it was pure vengeance.
Terry Carter's family lawyer tells TMZ, the video we posted graphically showing Suge's truck striking and killing Carter, has no scent of self defense. The attorney claims Suge was gunning for Bone and Carter ended up as collateral damage.
The attorney says, "The death was caused by unnecessary acts of violence initiated by Cle [Bone] Sloan attacking Mr. Knight and Mr. Knight choosing to retaliate by using his motor vehicle as a deadly weapon."
The lawyer says Suge had an easy means of escape but was so enraged by Bone's aggressiveness he targeted Bone and Carter was simply in the path.
The attorney adds Carter did nothing to provoke the situation, and Suge is lying when he says Carter set him up.

Suge Knight FULL VIDEO of Fatal Hit and Run
TMZ has obtained the video of Suge Knight running over 2 men, killing one. It is gruesome, revealing and it will absolutely become the centerpiece of his murder trial.
TMZ broke the story ... Suge drove to a Tam's Burgers in Compton where Dr. Dre was filming footage connected with the NWA biopic, "Straight Outta Compton." Suge had been kicked out of another location shoot 20 minutes earlier, and he claims he went to the burger joint to make peace with Dre.
Watch the video carefully. You see Suge pull up and he is almost instantly confronted by Cle "Bone" Sloan, who did security for the film. You clearly see Bone attacking Suge through the driver's window, when Suge suddenly throws the truck in reverse, clipping Bone with the side view mirror and knocking him down.
You also see Terry Carter -- the man who ended up run over and dead -- standing near Bone. Terry moves into the parking lot when Suge guns it again, hitting Bone a second time and mowing Terry down, mortally wounding him.
Suge claims he was not trying to run either man over but instead was trying to escape out of fear he would be killed. Suge's lawyer claims Bone and Terry both had guns. Check out the video. As Bone lays on the ground you clearly see another man walk up, remove something from Bone and put it in his waistband.
Law enforcement tells TMZ ... they believe the video shows that Suge could have escaped after hitting Bone the first time by simply driving down the road. But Suge's people say the group assembled near the truck was ominous and he feared if he drove past them he'd be shot.
We know Suge claims that multiple people in the crowd -- including Terry Carter -- were threatening to shoot him.
Suge believes the video exonerates him. Prosecutors feel the opposite.
Terry Carter's family asked that TMZ post the video to show what happened. The family's lawyer, Gary Dordick, tells TMZ, "The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video."
We blurred the portion where Terry is run over ... it's just too gruesome.
Suge Knight Fiancee Says Video Shows Suge Did the Right Thing
Suge Knight did the right thing by roaring back into a parking lot where he ran over 2 men, and even if one died, it was understandable ... this according to Suge's fiancee.
The woman -- who asked us not to use her name -- tells us, "It's clear as day from the video Suge was in harm's way and I am thankful he was able to get out of the way."
She says Suge is adamant ... he was ambushed when he entered the Tam's Burgers parking lot. His fiancee says the "aggressors" were waiting for 12 minutes prior to Suge's arrival.
As for the critical part of the video -- after Suge hit Bone with the side view mirror -- the fiancee says the reason Suge didn't just proceed forward down the street was because he couldn't back up far enough. A group of guys were blocking his path and they were trying to get him.
Suge's people believe Terry Carter -- the man who died -- was in on the ambush. They say as Bone was attacking Suge, Terry was screaming that he could shoot Suge.

The attorney, Matthew P. Fletcher checked in with the judge, and Suge's next court date was set.
There was no discussion of the video that shows Suge getting attacked by Cle "Bone" Sloan ... and then speeding away -- first in reverse and then forward -- hitting both Sloan and Terry Carter.
Also interesting ... it was the first time in a while that Suge made it into a court hearing without any medical emergency.
