There might be a 'Wolf of Wall Street' sequel after all because the real life guy is still heavily in debt to the United States, and the government is digging into his pockets to get the dough.

According to new legal docs ... Jordan Belfort still owes the victims a whopping $97,538,621.34 in restitution to satisfy a $110 million judgment against him. Prosecutors for the Eastern District of New York are done waiting for him to make good, too ... so they're going after his paychecks.

According to the docs, a company called Delos Living owes Belfort some cash, and the federal government wants to redirect the Delos money to pay down his massive debt.

5:40 AM PT -- Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, fired back at Koehler, "I would suggest rereading the [intimidating a witness] statute. I would further suggest talking to some of the unbiased witnesses."

Further, Rosenblum tells TMZ ... "Nelly will continue to respond to her client's baseless allegations."

Nelly's rape accuser is calling him out for bullying her so harshly in the media, her attorney believes it rises to the level of a crime and is demanding justice ... TMZ has learned.

The alleged victim's attorney, Karen Koehler, says Nelly fired off a letter to prosecutors laying out what she views as verbal attacks made by Nelly's team since TMZ broke the story of Nelly's arrest. In her response letter she says, "It is morally reprehensible for an accused person and his bully lawyer to issue derogatory and defamatory statements against a young alleged rape victim."

She adds, "It is also criminal -- in the State of Washington -- when those vicious attacks are issued in the form of threats."

Koehler singles out Nelly's attorney for saying the accuser is "a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety."

Judge Judy is big into karma, and thinks Harvey Weinstein got what he deserved for years of alleged sexual harassment.

We got the most famous judge in America leaving Craig's in WeHo Monday night, and she had no sympathy for the fired movie titan. She thinks Weinstein was off base to beg his powerful friends to go to bat for him to prevent his firing.

2 Chainz has a lotta nerve skipping out on his Rolls-Royce tab ... according to a high-end auto broker who's suing to get the dough.

Highline Holdings Group says 2 Chainz hired them to lock down a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead, but when it came time to pay, the rapper was a little absent-minded. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Highline negotiated a $262,212 price, to which Chainz agreed and paid most of that sum.

He had an outstanding balance of $18,317, and when Highline contacted him he refused to fork over one more penny ... according to the suit. Even though the exotic ride was delivered to his home in Georgia, the broker insists 2 Chainz won't pay.

Highline's suing to get the balance plus interest. So far, no word from 2 Chainz.

Kodak Black is facing new criminal charges for sexual misconduct with a teenager.

Kodak's accused of sexually assaulting the girl in February 2016 at a hotel in South Carolina. He allegedly pushed her into a wall, onto a bed and proceeded to assault her -- biting her neck and breast before forcibly having sex with her.

He was actually indicted in April, but news of the charges just broke Monday. As we reported, the Florida rapper was arrested last year, and got out of a South Carolina jail on a $100k bond.

Usher has just doubled down on his defense in the Georgia herpes lawsuit ... when you have sex, you assume the risk of STDs.

The singer just filed legal docs disputing the claims of Laura Helm, in which she scoffs at the notion she assumed the risk of contracting genital herpes by having sex with him. She says in her lawsuit she contracted the STD from Usher.

He says, "With a one in six chance that any given partner could have genital herpes, [she] assumed the risk of contracting an STD each and every time she chose to have unprotected sex with a casual, consensual partner."

As we reported, Helm told a friend 2 days before filing the lawsuit each time she had sex with Usher he used a condom, but the lawsuit claims on one occasion the sex was unprotected.

Rachel Bilson's in the market for some new shoes, and handbags ... and jewelry -- after burglars hit her L.A. home ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement Rachel left her L.A. home at around 10 AM Friday, and returned about 4 hours later to find the place had been ransacked. It appears the thieves entered through a sliding glass door ... which might have been unlocked.

We're told Rachel's still tallying up the damage, but so far it looks like they made off with somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000 in property.

Rachel joins the long list of burglary victims this year -- including Alanis Morissette, Michael B. Jordan, Kendall Jenner, Jason Derulo, David Spade and Scott Disick.

Tough couple weeks for Rachel, who just split from longtime bf Hayden Christensen.

Usher's herpes accuser in Georgia, Laura Helm, insisted she ONLY had protected sex with him -- even though she claimed otherwise in her $20 million lawsuit ... but she had a good reason for lying, according to her attorney.

TMZ obtained a recording of Helm on the phone telling a male friend she had no plans to sue Usher after finding out he allegedly has herpes. She said Usher had always worn a condom when they had sex ... so she wasn't concerned about being exposed to the virus. As she put it ... "That's why they make protection, for people who have STDs."

The conversation went down July 19 ... just 2 days before Helm filed the lawsuit and changed her story. In the docs she said Usher did NOT use a condom when they had sex in New Orleans. The two different stories seem to create a huge credibility problem for Helm.

Her attorney, Lisa West, says Helm only lied because she thought her publicist, Dennis Byron -- the guy on the phone -- was trying to shop a story to the media about Usher having an affair.

West says Helm "didn't want to be exploited and, in her attempt to deter Byron from doing so, she told him (inaccurately) that she never had unprotected sex with Usher and that she did not have herpes." West adds she's gone to law enforcement because Helm thinks Byron was extorting her.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King isn't quite breathing a sigh of relief after her identity theft case was dismissed ... it's more like she's holding her breath.

Karen was busted for racking up a $5k tab at Saks Fifth Avenue, and allegedly using someone else's name and credit card. The Fulton County D.A. slapped her with 3 felony charges -- but prosecutors couldn't get the 70-year-old victim to testify on time.

No witness, no case. The judge dismissed the matter, but prosecutors ain't giving up just yet. The D.A.'s Office tells TMZ it intends to refile. They've got 6 months to do so.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is out one set of expensive golf clubs ... after someone drove by and jacked his gear straight out of his trunk.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 'DWTS' dancer was parked outside a Hollywood Hills home Wednesday night, when someone rolled up in an SUV next to his whip.

Someone inside the house with Maks saw a man hop out, pop open Maks' trunk somehow and steal his golf club set, which our sources say is worth about $10,000.

The guy threw the clubs in his SUV and took off before anyone could stop him.

Lisa Bloom is no longer representing Harvey Weinstein as a legal advisor amid the explosive sexual harassment allegations against the powerful Hollywood producer.

Bloom made the announcement Saturday morning, saying she has learned Weinstein and his board are moving toward an agreement. Bloom has been under heavy scrutiny since deciding to represent a man accused of sexual harassment ... when she almost always represents victims.

Even her mother, Gloria Allred, said she would not have worked with Weinstein if asked.

We saw Lisa Friday and asked her if she felt working with Weinstein was a conflict of interest, and she said no ... because of the way he has responded to his allegations.

Harvey Weinstein's attorney, Lisa Bloom, says there's nothing strange about her representing a man accused of years of sexual harassment ... because he's handling it way better than most.

Bloom famously ripped into late FOX honcho Roger Ailes and host Bill O'Reilly when they were accused of some of the same things Weinstein allegedly did to employees. She even repped one of O'Reilly's accusers.

So, a photog asked her Friday in Manhattan if working with Weinstein was a conflict of interest.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna tortured an ex of hers to the point they drove him to nearly kill himself after outing him ... so claims Pilot Jones in a new lawsuit.

Jones is suing Rob and BC for defamation and cyberbullying after he says they blamed him for selling the pic that showed him making out with BC, exposed him as gay and released his contact info to the public that invited terrorist threats.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Pilot says he flatly denied he was BC's baby daddy when contacted by an outlet about the make out photo, which he says he never released. Pilot also mentions the threats were reported back in October 2016.

BC's ex says things got even worse when Rob & BC released his cell number and email address. He says he started getting threatening messages from strangers like, "You're a f****** snake for doing that to Rob & Chyna" and "Today will be the last day of you walking bitch."

Pilot says the threats destroyed his self-esteem and he lost all hope of restoring his respect with his children, adding he attempted suicide.

Pilot's suing for damages. We've reached out to Rob & Blac, so far no word back.

Kathy Griffin's neighbor says the comedian is more than a snoop ... she's a spy.

Jeffrey Mezger just filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, that say he and his wife were told by LAPD Kathy and her boyfriend have been using both video and audio electronic devices to eavesdrop on conversations in his backyard, including his patio and Jacuzzi area.

Various conversations were captured, including talks between him and his grandchildren.

Mezger says it's an invasion of privacy.

Mezger and Kathy are locked in a Hatfield/McCoy type neighborhood war. They've filed mutual restraining orders against each other.

The feud erupted when Kathy and her boyfriend began complaining about noise coming from Mezger's property. He says he's been in the neighborhood since 1999 and no other neighbor has griped.

PARTYNEXTDOOR was one of two men arrested for carrying drugs at the U.S.-Canada border ... TMZ has confirmed.

A spokesman for the New York State Troopers tells us ... the rapper and a 24-year-old man from Ontario were on a bus Thursday morning heading back to the U.S. when it was stopped for secondary inspection. NY State Troopers were then called to assist U.S. Customs and Border personnel.

We're told PARTYNEXTDOOR allegedly had Xanax and Oxycodone on him. The rapper and the other man were charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as first reported by WIVB-4 in Buffalo.

They were arrested, cited and released. We've reached out to PARTYNEXTDOOR, so far no word back.

11:15 AM PT -- As part of their agreement, Bohan will move out of the family home ... but Audrina's shelling out $35,000 in moving costs.

Audrina Patridge has struck a deal -- for now -- with Corey Bohan ..... in terms of how they will be interacting between themselves and with their 1-year-old daughter.

The estranged couple was in an Orange County courthouse Friday ... and they announced they settled their beef that caused Audrina to run to court last month and get a temporary restraining order that prohibited Corey from contacting her or her parents.

We broke the story ... Audrina filed for divorce and got a restraining order against Corey, claiming he harassed and shoved her while she was holding Kirra. The D.A.'s office chose not to prosecute Bohan for domestic battery.
