Kanye West Fires Back At Swifties ... I Help Taylor More Than I Hurt Her!!!
Kanye West is firing back at Taylor Swift fans who are trying to block him from a top spot on the music charts ... telling them he's not an enemy, though not exactly a friend either.
Here's the deal ... Swifties are calling on other Swifties to buy and stream Beyoncé's new country music to block Kanye's new music from getting the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Kanye's seen the "SWIFTIE EMERGENCY" on social media and now he's firing back ... and making some interesting counterpoints.
Ye says Swifties shouldn't be coming after him because, in his mind, he's been far more helpful than harmful to Taylor's career. Kanye's views in Wednesday's post jibe with what he's rapped about before ... namely, "I made that b**** famous."
Of course, T-Swift and Kanye have beefed ever since he crashed her 2009 VMA win to say Beyoncé had a better music video ... although, Ye is of the belief the longstanding drama has actually elevated Taylor's profile.
Here, Kanye also points out he was on Taylor's side when Scooter Braun bought her master recordings of which her dad reportedly made $15 million from ... and he says TayTay and Beyoncé are actually big inspirations to all musicians, including himself.
Kanye name-dropping Taylor on his new "Vultures" album seems to have opened up some wounds ... but he says the album is actually super positive and fun.
Bottom line from Kanye to the Swifties ... "I AM NOT YOUR ENEMY UUUM IM NOT YOUR FRIEND EITHER THOUGH LOL."

Rachel Dolezal Fired from Teaching Job in AZ After People Found Her OF
Rachel Dolezal is without a job after she reportedly got canned from her teaching job in Arizona -- this after people learned she had an OnlyFans account ... which sparked outrage.
The ex-NAACP Washington chapter prez -- who was accused of pretending to be Black nearly a decade ago -- was let go from a gig she had with Catalina Foothills School District in Tucson ... where she was recently working as an after-school instructor.
According to News4 Tucson ... Dolezal now goes by a different name, Nkechi Diallo, and it sounds like the people there in Arizona didn't realize who she was.
More importantly -- the folks there didn't know she had run an OF ... something the rest of us were aware of dating back to 2022, when her racy pics got plastered online.
Anyway ... somebody blabbed to the media, and they went running to the school district -- and now, they're saying Rachel's no longer employed by them.
They told N4T, "We only learned of Ms. Nkechi Diallo's Only Fans social media posts yesterday afternoon. Her posts are contrary to our district's "Use of Social Media by District Employees" policy (attached) and our staff ethics policy. She is no longer employed by the Catalina Foothills School District."
Remember, Dolezal had been embroiled in a major controversy back in 2014/2015 ... when people realized she was a white woman and not Black -- which she'd posed as for years.
That whole thing has come and gone -- but it seems that, lately, more people are up in arms about the fact she's posting skimpy pics online -- which seems to have bitten her here.
Back to the drawing board, we suppose.

Travis Kelce Yelling, Bumping Coach Reid Was 'Unacceptable' ... I Crossed The Line
Travis Kelce is addressing one of the Super Bowl's most viral moments -- when the superstar TE nearly knocked head coach Andy Reid flat on his ass -- publicly beating himself up for his actions, admitting it NEVER should've happened.
"It’s definitely unacceptable and I immediately wish I would have took it back," Trav told brother Jason on the newly released episode of their "New Heights" podcast.

— NFL on CBS 🏈 (@NFLonCBS) February 12, 2024 @NFLonCBS
Thankfully, there doesn't appear to be any hard feelings between coach and player ... T.K. says he had a conversation with Reid on the field soon after the incident, and they're cool. Winning the Super Bowl also doesn't hurt.
“I just love playing for the guy and unfortunately, sometimes my passion comes out where it looks like it’s negativity but I’m grateful that [Andy] knows that it’s all because I want to win [the Super Bowl] with him more than anything,” Travis added.
Jason, who used to play for Reid in Philadelphia, was also critical of his brother's actions.
"You crossed the line, I think we can both agree on it," JK said, with Travis ... "I did."
Jason added ... "Let's be honest, the yelling in his face too is over the top. I think there's better ways to handle this, retrospectively."
Of course, Travis and Andy go back to 2013 when both men arrived in Kansas City.
Not everyone seems willing to just brush off the exchange and move on ... including some fellow NFL stars like A.J. Brown, who claimed he "would've been kicked out of the league" if he pulled a Kelce.
Travis seems unbothered by the outside criticism.
"I don't give a s*** what anybody else says."
Inside the org, everything appears to be great ... in fact, Reid and Kelce are together at the parade as we type.
See, all's good in Chiefs' Kingdom!

— NFL on CBS 🏈 (@NFLonCBS) February 12, 2024 @NFLonCBS
Russell Brand Denies Actress' Sexual Assault Claim ... I Wasn't Drunk Either!!!
Russell Brand is vehemently denying accusations he got drunk on a movie set and sexually assaulted an actress ... he says there's no way her claims are true, because he was sober.
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Russell pushes back on a lawsuit alleging he exposed his penis to a woman on the set of the movie "Arthur," and then sexually assaulted her in a bathroom.
Russell claims he doesn't recall the actress who is suing him over the alleged 2010 incident, and he says her entire suit rests on the false claim he was intoxicated on set.
RB says he was just playing a drunk in the movie ... and he hasn't done drugs or had a sip of alcohol since Dec. 13, 2002 ... claiming he was 8 years sober at the time of the alleged assault.
In the docs, filed by his attorney Andrew Brettler, Russell says the woman "is unable to distinguish acting from reality." He says his job was to "act drunk and portray a drunk," but "he did not drink a sip of alcohol or consume any drugs at any time during production."
As we reported ... Russell's accuser, who is suing as a Jane Doe, claims prior to the alleged assault he "appeared intoxicated, smelled of alcohol, and was carrying a bottle of vodka on set."
Russell says the vodka bottle was just a prop for the film ... and contained no real booze.
The woman claims Russell followed her into a bathroom where he sexually assaulted her ... but he says that's not true either, claiming her memory is "faulty."
The accuser claimed she was hired to work the movie for 3 days, but wasn't brought back after the alleged assault happened on her first day. Russell says he doesn't recognize her by her name or photograph and doesn't recall any interaction with her whatsoever.

Selma Blair Sorry For My Islamophobic Comment ... I'll Do Better Next Time!!!
Selma Blair is apologizing for an Islamophobic comment she made on social media ... and she's promising to do better.
Here's the deal ... Selma went viral last week and started catching tons of flak after commenting on an Instagram post about Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush voting against a measure banning Hamas terrorists from immigrating to the U.S.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
In her since-deleted comment, Selma wrote ... "Deport all these terrorist supporting goons. Islam has destroyed Muslim countries and then they come here and destroy minds. They know they are liars. Twisted justifications. May they meet their fate."
Selma took a ton of heat from folks who said she was a raging, Islamophobic bigot.
In an apology shared Tuesday on IG, Selma says ... "I mistakenly and inadvertently conflated Muslims with Radical Islamists and fundamentalists, a terrible err in my words, and resulted in hurting countless people I never meant to, and I deeply regret this."
Selma says she deleted her comment after she realized she was amplifying hate and misinformation ... and says she now understands why she upset the Muslim community.
Despite the poor choice of words, Selma says she's "dedicated to tolerance and peace for all who want it -- not hate."

Miami Grade School Clarifies Permission Slip Re: 'African American' Book Assembly

A Miami elementary school parent is outraged about a permission slip his daughter's school sent seeking his sign-off on a book listening event featuring a Black author -- something the school is now clarifying by blaming FL state law.
Chuck Walters -- who has a kid at the Coral Way K-8 Bilingual Center -- posted a photo of the school form referring to the school-related activity going down Tuesday where a book would be read aloud to students.
The document describes the nature and activity of the event -- "Students will participate & listen to a book written by an African American." It goes on to note the types of guests for this activity would include a fireman, doctor and artist.
If that language sounds problematic to you, Chuck definitely felt the same way. He wrote on X ... "I had to give permission for this or else my child would not participate???" He tagged the superintendent of Miami-Dade Schools and included the hashtag #BlackHistoryMonth.
During National Black History Month, we honor the rich legacy, contributions, and achievements of African Americans.

Let's continue fostering a culture of unity, as together, we all build a brighter future. #BlackHistoryMonth #YourBestChoiceMDCPS pic.twitter.com/XEhe9ZUzkW
We contacted Miami-Dade County Public Schools -- which oversees Coral Way K-8 -- and they told TMZ ... "We realize that the description of the event may have caused confusion, and we are working with our schools to reemphasize the importance of clarity for parents in describing activities/events that would require parental permission."
MDCPS adds, "However, in compliance with State Law, permission slips were sent home because guest speakers would participate during a school-authorized education-related activity."
2/7/24
Now, on the question of whether this activity where an "African American" would be reading a book to kids was tied to Black History Month -- the answer is yes. Concerns over these permission slips relating to BHM have recently been raised by other parents and educators.
In fact, last week ... a school board member said he didn't understand why permission slips to basically sign off on Black History Month lessons needed to be sent out to parents in the first place -- but he was told this is something FL legislators and Gov. Ron DeSantis passed as law back in November.
As a result, anything outside the immediate curriculum needs parental permission.
Some have expressed outrage over this nonetheless, and have suggested Gov. DeSantis' railing against CRT in public schools might be to blame.
BTW ... Walters tells us he signed this form for his daughter and submitted it to the school.

.@1001KYKC This is absolutely ridiculous and racist. You guys should be ashamed. I grew up listening to your station.
— JUSTIN 🫧 (@jussatto) February 13, 2024 @jussatto
Beyoncé OK Radio Station Not Snubbing Her Country Music

A small-town Oklahoma radio station is under fire after a listener accused it of purposely barring Beyoncé's new country songs -- but the whole thing has been totally warped, and in fact, it's now resolved.
Here's the deal ... someone on X hopped online Tuesday, claiming KYKC -- a local country station in Ada, OK -- had told him they refused to play Bey's 2 new country singles when he requested them, because they "do not play Beyoncé."
There was a lot of context missing here, obviously, but the user ran with this as what he characterized as blatant racism ... suggesting the station was purposely trying to box her out.
He wrote, "I requested Texas Hold ‘Em at my local country radio station (KYKC) and after requesting, i received an email from the radio station." He posted a screenshot of the KYKC response, which notes they're a country music station, and that's why they wouldn't play Beyoncé.
.@1001KYKC This is absolutely ridiculous and racist. You guys should be ashamed. I grew up listening to your station.
— JUSTIN 🫧 (@jussatto) February 13, 2024 @jussatto
Again, on X, the user didn't explain (or show proof of) the exact wording of his original request to KYKC, but he was calling for people to boycott the station -- and, as you might expect, lots of Bey's fans have their pitchforks out.
Welp, TMZ got to the bottom of this, and the station might be off the hook.
We contacted the X user, who told us his original request to KYKC was ... "Please play the new song, 'Texas Hold 'Em' by Beyoncé." In his eyes, he says it should've been obvious to the station he was requesting a country song, as it's already been labeled as such on major streaming platforms.
We also reached out to KYKC, and a staffer told us the station hasn't received Beyoncé's new songs -- "Texas Hold 'Em" and "16 Carriages" -- yet, and that's why it's not playing them. Another Oklahoma country station -- KECO in Elk City -- told us the same ... they don't have the tracks yet.
In terms of whether KYKC was even aware Beyoncé had dropped 2 country songs -- with a country album on the way -- the answer seems to be no.
We obtained further correspondence between the X user and KYKC that strongly suggests the station just was not aware of Bey's new drops. Fact is, if its programmers weren't on social media Sunday night, or watching the Super Bowl when Beyonce's Verizon commercial aired ... it makes sense they'd have no clue.
But, the Beyhive can fall back. Due in no small part to all the attention the X user's post got today ... KYKC tells TMZ it played "Texas Hold 'Em" for the first time Tuesday afternoon. Problem solved.
As of right now, Bey's new songs are not charting on Billboard -- they were just released 2 days ago, so they won't appear on Billboard's charts until next week, at the earliest. However, "Texas Hold 'Em" is doing very well on streaming charts, and we suspect KYKC listeners will be hearing it plenty in coming days.
There's been a lot of discussion -- online and IRL -- about Beyoncé breaking into country, and, on its face, it feels like some have preconceived notions about the country music scene.
But, in this case, the outrage just wasn't justified.

Jackie Robinson 45-Year-Old Arrested For Stealing Statue ... Hit W/ 4 Criminal Charges

A 45-year-old man is now in police custody after cops claim he stole and destroyed a beloved Jackie Robinson statue in Kansas ... but authorities say they believe his actions were NOT motivated by hate.
According to the Wichita Police Department, Ricky Alderete has been hit with four criminal charges -- including felony theft and aggravated criminal damage to property -- after authorities say he nabbed the famed JR monument from outside a youth baseball facility late last month and then burnt it down to a pile of rubble.
Cops say their investigation revealed Alderete committed the act in order to cash in on the figurine's metal scraps.
Officials added they believe there might be more individuals involved in the crime.
"Our detectives remain committed to gathering information to identify and charge all individuals involved in the theft and destruction of the Jackie Robinson statue," cops said in a statement Tuesday. "The WPD extends its gratitude to the community for their support, patience, and information related to this case."
City officials, meanwhile, have already said they plan to replace the Robinson sculpture with another one in the near future.
A GoFundMe put in place to raise money for the eventual replacement statue has garnered more than $194,000.

DOLLY PARTON GIVE ELLE KING A BREAK!!! Drunken Tribute Forgiven
Dolly Parton says she feels no ill will toward fellow country singer Elle King for butchering a birthday tribute song for her -- despite fans being adamant Dolly would be mortified.
It was all captured on camera ... country singer Elle forgot a bunch of lyrics to Dolly's "Marry Me" while onstage in Nashville, with the performance quickly descending into a drunken, expletives-ridden mess. But the icon says it's no biggie ... putting Elle's behavior down to her navigating some hard things lately.
1/19/24
Dolly actually had nothing but gushing words for Elle ... telling "Extra" Elle's a great artist and a great girl who had just a little bit too much to drink.
She's also urging us all to "forgive that and forget it and move on, 'cause [Elle] felt worse than anyone ever could."
That might be, but the Grand Ole Opry audience that night certainly didn't care how Elle was feeling at that moment ... as the singer resorted to hurling foul language, and mocking fans for purchasing tickets.
Many vented their anger on X ... complaining their evening was ruined by her horrible, drunk, and profane performance.
Her antics were deemed so outrageous that even the Grand Ole Opry said they "deeply regret and apologize for the language that was used."
But if Dolly is pardoning her actions, then who are we to challenge the Queen of Country?

¡¿Yo?! Responde a esos rumores...
