Justin Bieber isn't dating a kid anymore -- his new girl, Sofia Richie, is now the BIG 1-8.

Justin and Sofia got their juice on Tuesday in North Hollywood, the day before she officially became a woman ... in age, anyway. They hadn't been seen together for about a week while Justin was overseas performing at a British music festival.

Now they're not only reunited -- they're legal! You can stop cringing.

Ariana Grande and Mac Miller are going very public with their relationship -- sucking down sushi and each other's faces, and we got the pics.

The couple hit up Katsu-Ya in the Valley Sunday night and couldn't keep their hands off of each other -- kissing and giggling through the meal. Witnesses tell us at one point Ariana was even lying on his lap.

Sources close to them tell us they are dating, even though Mac's downplayed their relationship in interviews ... referring to Ariana as just a "homey."

They've got some history. Before Ariana hooked up with Big Sean ... Mac was on the scene as her boyfriend in her "The Way" music video.

Tinder's idea of letting users "Super Like" each other beyond a basic right swipe is genius -- but it's also not theirs ... so claims a guy who's now suing the company.

John Mellesmoen claims in a new lawsuit he pitched the idea of the "Super Like" to Tinder's CEO, Sean Rad, back in 2014, and says Rad loved it ... promising to compensate him if the company ever used it. John says he hasn't seen a dime.

Mellesmoen claims he laid out the entire concept of the "Super Like" feature, which essentially allows users to buy someone a virtual drink instead of the just giving a "glance across the room" with a regular right swipe.

Juan Pablo -- arguably a more controversial/hated 'Bachelor' than Chad Johnson -- found love for real ... on Instagram.

JP tells TMZ he's in a relationship with Osmariel Villalobos, a Venezuelan TV show host and former beauty contestant. He says they've been dating for 3 months after sliding in each other's DMs.

We got the couple -- family in tow -- arriving at LAX and queried them on whether or not they had any special wisdom for Brielle now that she's seeing Michael Kopech, a minor league baseball pitcher.

Our camera guy seems to think the guys in the minor leagues get around ... but Kim & Kroy clearly DON'T ... saying their advice is the same as it'd be if Brielle was dating a plumber.

BTW -- Kim totally takes it to our camera guy ... calling him out for suggesting that pro athletes get around.
