Chief Keef turned himself in to Cook County authorities today after testing positive for marijuana ... and was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail.

Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- was ordered to undergo random drug testing as part of his probation, stemming from a speeding ticket he got back in May in Chicago, when cops clocked him going 110mph in a 55mph zone.

Keef pled guilty to the ticket, but apparently didn't hold up his end of the no-drugs bargain ... so now he's stuck behind bars.

The rapper posted the above pic to his Instagram a couple hours ago, along with the caption ... "Outside The Court House Turnin My Self In 😤😣 But F*** It I Got N****s Facin More Then That ! For Sh*t Like killin Police officers."

Keepin' it classy.

Lamar Odom is way beyond first impressions with the Lakers ... but, all the same, he got a fresh shave of his head for a meeting with the team on Monday ... TMZ has learned.

Lamar's barber in the Valley, a dude named Enzo, hooked up the troubled NBA star Monday morning -- and even gave LO his trademark star on the back of his head ... which he sported during past seasons with the Lakers.

Our sources tell us Lamar met with Laker execs Monday afternoon to discuss terms of a possible return. We're told things went well -- though nothing's been signed -- and that Lamar's first choice has always been to return to the Lakers.

It's pretty amazing ... a little more than a month ago Lamar was smoking crack and deep in the throes of drug addiction. But as we first reported, Odom has been adamant he can cut off his drug abuse without going to rehab.

It remains to be seen if an NBA team buys that (and we know Khloe Kardashian isn't) -- but as one source put it ... lately Lamar has sounded more like his old self.

On his Instagram, Lamar's barber wrote, "Wish em the best of luck in his meeting wit the Lakers today."

It's the Lamar Odom reconciliation no one expected -- less than a month after publicly ripping his father ... TMZ has learned the two are patching things up in a big way.

Joe Odom and Lamar were spotted walking together in Venice last weekend ... and sources close to the Odoms tell us they've been hanging out for the last week or so around Marina del Rey, where Joe lives. The pic first posted on terezowens.com

We're told they've been hanging at the beach, eating out together, etc. -- and things are going well. Lamar has even been spending nights at his dad's place.

As we reported, Lamar and his dad had a massive falling out over comments Joe made to the media, blaming the Kardashians for Lamar's crack addiction ... and calling Kris Jenner "an evil bitch." Joe said Lamar cut off his rent soon after that.

It's unclear if Lamar will resume paying his dad's rent -- which he's been doing for years.

FYI, if Lamar doesn't pay by October 23, we're told Joe could be out on his ass.

Lindsay Lohan appears to have made-up with an old friend ... only problem, it's another crony with whom she has a history of getting into trouble.

LiLo was spotted leaving Lure restaurant in NYC last night with Gavin Doyle -- the same guy who ratted her out to cops last year ... when he told them Lohan was the driver in their crash on PCH -- a fact Lindsay tried to conceal.

Lindsay also famously booted Gavin from her car last year ... after leaving an NYC jail for allegedly punching a "gypsy." He was also her employee during most of Lohan's darkest drug fueled days.

It's unclear when the two made up -- but we thought for sure he would have been one of the 80 "toxic friends" LiLo cut from her life after rehab.

Joe Jonas has a new guy in his entourage -- a well-known addiction specialist who once worked with Demi Lovato, TMZ has learned.

We noticed the guy hanging with Joe as they walked out of a recording studio together in West Hollywood Thursday afternoon.

His name is Mike Bayer -- the CEO and founder of Cast Recovery Services.

According to his profile on the company website, Bayer is described as being "well known for quickly responding to crisis situations" ... typically of the substance abuse/mental health variety.

It's unclear why he's with Joe -- but when photogs tried to talk to the rock star on his way into the building, he made it clear he was not down for a conversation.

As TMZ previously reported, sources connected with the band are saying a possible breakup was tied to a conflict over musical direction, but who knows ...

"Office" star Craig Robinson was arrested for drug possession in the Bahamas yesterday ... after trying to board a plane with half a gram of marijuana and 18 ecstasy pills.

Robinson -- who was in the Bahamas for a comedy show at the Atlantis hotel -- appeared before a magistrate (wearing a T-shirt and shorts) ... and pled guilty to two counts of drug possession.

Robinson was facing up to 4 YEARS in prison ... but got a huge break with the magistrate, who let Craig off the hook with a simple $1,000 fine. He was also ordered to leave the country ASAP.

During the hearing, Robinson told the court he brought the drugs from the U.S. and simply didn't know they were outlawed in the Bahamas.

After the hearing, one Bahamian law enforcement official told reporters the incident was "nothing major."

Now everybody hop aboard the Hot Tub Crime Machine and let's go back to 2008 ... when C.R. was busted for possession of MDMA and meth. But those charges were later tossed after the actor completed a drug diversion program.

11:20 PM PT -- Lamar bailed on the flight to NYC. We're told he became uneasy about making the trip after we posted this story about his plans -- and he has not rescheduled.

Lamar Odom is flying to New York later today ... to meet with honchos from several basketball teams, and he's carrying what he claims is proof that he's clean and sober ... sources connected with Lamar tell TMZ.

Our sources say on Tuesday ... Lamar underwent blood and urine tests for drugs, and he tested NEGATIVE for drugs.

This is consistent with what other sources have told us about his time with the Kardashians on Tuesday. We're told he was lucid and showed no signs of being under the influence of drugs.

We're told Lamar has had private conversations with execs from several teams who have expressed interest in him, provided he could show he was clean ... and the purpose of the trip is to meet with them and possibly strike a deal.

Our sources also say Lamar wanted to go to New York to visit his family, and get away from "the negative energy."

And finally, our sources tell us Lamar says he's had his fun with drugs and is ready to re-start his basketball career. Fact is ... he's done that before.

Lamar Odom has just pled not guilty to DUI stemming from his arrest in August.

The former NBA star was not in court, but his lawyer, Rich Hutton, entered the plea on his behalf.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar has what has become a life-threatening drug problem, which includes big issues with crack. He was busted for "driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs" on August 30th.

According to police, Lamar failed numerous field sobriety tests following the traffic stop in L.A. and refused all chemical tests when he was booked.

A pretrial date has been set for next month. In the meantime, Lamar has been ordered to obey all laws.

Khloe Kardashian wants to divorce Lamar Odom -- even though she hasn't pulled the trigger -- and there will be NO disputes because everything is predetermined by their prenup ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Khloe is "anxious" to end the marriage but, as we first reported, she hasn't had papers drawn up because she fears it could push Lamar over the edge -- she's worried he'll OD or commit suicide.

But we're told Khloe is waiting for the right time to make her move, and when she does the divorce will go without a hitch. That's because the prenup keeps the assets of Khloe and Lamar separate ... sources familiar with the document tell TMZ.

In fact, we're told Lamar is so deep into the world of drugs, he's in no position to start haggling, even if there were something over which to haggle. As we reported, Lamar has been using crack off and on for months, among other drugs, and is probably legally incompetent to negotiate anything.

One more thing. There are stories floating around that there's an "infidelity clause" in the prenup, giving Khloe more money if Lamar had cheated. All of our sources make it clear -- NO SUCH CLAUSE is in the prenup.

Snoop Lion's calling out a "homie" for shorting his giant sack of marijuana winnings -- because a pound of weed is supposed to be a full POUND ... and you know this man!

You'll recall (or not if you smoke like Snoop does) ... we told you about Snoop winning a massive bag of Mexican buds off a bet on the Mayweather-Canelo fight.

But now Snoop is complaining to Jim Rome that the guy he made the bet with, Lui, apparently doesn't own a scale.

TMZ has obtained the mug shot for Jerry Sandusky's son Jon Sandusky -- taken moments after the Cleveland Browns director of player personnel was arrested for DUI yesterday.

36-year-old Jon was initially pulled over in Fargo, ND early Tuesday morning after cops say he made an illegal turn. During the stop, cops suspected he was hammered and tried to administer a breathalyzer test ... but Jon refused.

Instead, cops ordered Jon to do field sobriety tests -- and he clearly didn't perform well enough, 'cause he was immediately arrested for driving under the influence.

Sandusky was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked -- posed for his mug shot -- and was eventually released.

It's been a rough couple of years for the Sandusky family -- Jon's sick pedophile father Jerry was arrested in 2011 for raping a bunch of boys in the Penn State locker room.

He's currently rotting in prison ... where he will most likely die.

Zac Efron has found a place where he can get away from it all ... right smack in the middle of L.A.

The troubled star -- who recently completed his second stint in rehab for cocaine -- just snagged a $3.9 million hillside home in the Los Feliz area of L.A.

The seller pitched the house as super zen. It's also extremely private and, well ... it's nice.

Zac's got 5 bedrooms and endless city/ocean views.

His neighbors seem to like their privacy, too ... Kristen Stewart, "Glee" star Naya Rivera, Rose McGowan and a bunch of other celebs have bought homes in the neighborhood.

Michael Douglas and his ex-wife, Diandra have just been derailed in their effort to see their imprisoned son -- ironically derailed by a group that fights for prison reform ... TMZ has learned.

Cameron Douglas is currently serving time on drug charges and prison officials are not letting visitors see him -- including his parents.

Diandra has been enlisting Hollywood celebs to sign a petition posted on Change.org -- a petition urging prison officials to let them see their son.

Her campaign was picking up steam but suddenly it disappeared from the website with no explanation.

We did some digging, and contacted the Drug Policy Alliance, which actually spearheaded the petition drive. DPA officials told us they had a change of heart ... the sentiment was that it was unfair to help individuals and not focus on the big picture of prison abuses. It seems there was also a feeling that it didn't look good to help famous people and not everyone else.

The Game lashed out -- threatening to go all Kanye on paps last night -- and it was all in defense of Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe and Game were getting swarmed as they walked out of Tru Nightclub -- where she was hosting -- and Game put all the paparazzi on notice, shouting ... "Put your cameras down, or there's gonna be 7 broke cameras!"

And just to make sure the paps were paying attention, Game played the Yeezy card, adding ... "You thought Kanye was a problem? I'm a REAL problem!"

As for what set Game off -- the crowd around Khloe was seriously obnoxious (see vid below) ... shouting comments about Lamar Odom's crack addiction, and coming on to her. Problem is ... the photogs weren't the ones yelling that stuff.

Britney Spears dined out last night with her boyfriend and a bunch of his friends ... and alcohol became an issue.

The group of 8 went to dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, near L.A. We're told before Britney arrived, a few people in the group ordered drinks at the bar. They all then went to their table in the restaurant, leaving the drinks behind.

Here's the deal ... Britney -- who once had a serious drinking issue that caused the custody judge to order her to undergo random testing -- has laid down the law with friends -- no one drinks when she's at the table. Someone who was there tells TMZ ... a waitress came by and brought a glass of wine that one of the women had been drinking, and apparently the woman knew the drill and said the waitress was mistaken -- she wasn't drinking wine.

Apparently ... it was too much for at least one of the people to take. We're told once Britney left ... one of the guys at the table made a beeline for the bar, ordered 3 vodkas in rapid succession and got kinda wasted.

Khloe Kardashian has taken NO steps to divorce Lamar Odom ... because she's afraid he'll die or kill himself if she does ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... barring a miracle, Khloe thinks divorce is "inevitable." But she's afraid if she files, Lamar will overdose and die or be pushed over the edge and commit suicide.

Our sources say Khloe has put her life on hold, and at some point she has to take care of herself.

Khloe, we're told, is just too afraid to pull the trigger. So for now, no divorce papers have been drawn up and there's no plan for that to happen in the immediate future.
