2:36 P.M. PDT -- We just spoke to Mary ... she tells us she took a powerful sleeping pill and had some drinks before her flight ... and she shouldn't have done it. She's excited to attend tonight's party.

Porn star Mary Carey had to be dragged off a plane this morning for being too drunk ... threatening to sabotage a huge party with naked people tonight in Florida ... TMZ has learned.

Carey -- who appeared on "Celebrity Rehab" in 2008 for a drinking problem -- is scheduled to be the featured attraction tonight in Key West for an ABC (Anything But Clothes) party.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Carey got wasted during a red-eye flight from Cali to Florida ... and refused to get off the plane when it landed in Miami. We're told cops had to remove her from the plane, and she told them she had mixed booze with meds.

Carey was not arrested, but police wouldn't let her board her connecting flight to Key West -- though she eventually got there. We're told the ABC party organizers sent a car to pick her up, and she's sleeping it off now.

Dina Lohan drove totally wasted and it's all because the paparazzi drove her to the bottle and then the steering wheel ... this according to her bizarre lawyer.

Dina and her lawyer, Mark Heller, appeared for a routine hearing in her drunk driving case, and then Heller offered up the indefensible defense.

Here's the argument ... Dina's lifestyle presents lots of challenges and stress, brought on by the barrage of photogs that follow her. Those stresses caused Dina to down enough alcohol to register a .20 blood alcohol level as she tooled down the road. Short story -- it's our fault, not hers.

You may remember Heller. He was literally run out of L.A. after getting fired in the Lindsay Lohan shoplifting case.

Heller hopes that the judge will take his argument under consideration in Dina's DWI case.

Lindsay Lohan may have been reaching in the wrong direction last night because it looks like her hand was going straight for a wine bottle.

The pic was taken at a Hollywood Hills home where Lindsay was hanging out before attempting to catch a red eye back to NY. Lindsay got to the airport too late and missed her flight.

There are no photos of Lindsay actually clutching the bottle or drinking but the evidence is ominous.

No publicity is bad publicity, even if that publicity stems from a string of whacked out interviews ... at least that's what the people behind Jenna Jameson's new book tell TMZ.

A rep for Skyhorse Publishing tells us ... the company doesn't believe Jenna's sloppy live TV performances will harm the sales of "Sugar" -- in fact, they think it put the book on people's literary radar.

As for Jenna's claim that she wasn't intoxicated, but simply TIRED during the interviews, a rep for Skyhorse says JJ's story adds up because she had travel delays the night before her 6AM "Good Day NY" interview and barely slept.

Just to be safe -- Skyhorse says it's taking extra steps to make sure Jenna "gets enough sleep" before future interviews.

Good idea.

Jenna Jameson is adamant she was NOT whacked out on prescription drugs during her bizarre live TV interview yesterday ... telling TMZ she was just really, really tired.

Jenna was like a completely different (and lucid) person today as she continued on her book tour -- unlike her slurring, bumbling, confusing appearance on "Good Day NY" Monday morning.

When asked why she seemed so sloppy on the show, Jenna simply chalked it up to exhaustion.

In fact, during an interview yesterday Jenna said she hasn't done any drugs in 7 years.

Heidi Fleiss had a bad morning, REALLY BAD -- 'cause after she was busted for driving while high on weed ... she took one of the worst mug shots we've ever seen.

Cops say the 47-year-old former Hollywood she-pimp was tooling around Pahrump, Nevada around 3:30 AM in a 2010 Toyota Cruiser while baked on the green stuff.

During the stop, cops say they found 4 ounces of pot and $10k in cash.

Fleiss was eventually hauled to a nearby cop shop, where she was booked for DUI (marijuana), possession of weed with intent to sell, and driving without a license and insurance.

Heidi's penchant for pot is nothing new ... back in August, officials say they found nearly 400 POT PLANTS at her home. Fleiss said she was growing the weed for a cooperative in Vegas.

In fact, Heidi is scheduled to appear in court for the weed jungle case tomorrow.

She's gonna have some serious 'splainin' to do.

Lamar Odom aggressively wanted to talk to a photog yesterday, about life, health, basketball and marriage.

Lamar has NEVER been chatty, so this lunchtime video is pretty shocking. The photog tries to end the interview several times and Lamar actually calls him back. Among the subjects:

CeeLo Green spent just over half an hour with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department Monday afternoon ... getting booked for allegedly giving a woman ecstasy last year.

CeeLo's booking sheet lists his birth name -- Thomas DeCarlo Callaway -- as well as his height and weight ... 5'7", 260 lbs ... if you were curious.

Earlier Monday ... CeeLo pled not guilty to furnishing ecstasy to the woman who had accused him of sexual assault. The D.A. declined to prosecute on the sexual assault charge due to insufficient evidence.

The whole booking process took 33 minutes, and interestingly ... the 38-year-old singer's hair color is listed as black.

Guess "bald" isn't really a color -- or maybe, CeeLo busted out that hideous Prince wig he sported last year on "The Voice."

Do as he says, not as he does -- at least that was Lamar Odom's advice to a 7-year-old boy Saturday night ... when he warned him about the dangers of drug abuse.

Odom was at a birthday party at Tokyo Delves in North Hollywood -- along with about 20 people -- when the young boy named Elijah approached Odom to ask for a photo.

Elijah's mother tells us, Odom initially turned the kid down, offering to shake Elijah's hand instead and have a brief conversation ... which they did.

The mom says Lamar pontificated about the merits of education and staying in school -- and even encouraged Elijah (who is tall for his age) to play basketball -- but the ironic twist, Lamar finished the conversation by telling him, "Don't do drugs."

He then offered to take the above photo, despite previously refusing.

Jenna Jameson was a MESS during a live TV interview this morning ... slurring and stumbling as if she was wasted on-air ... and it was so bad, sources tell TMZ that producers cut her segment short.

The 39-year-old porn legend appeared on "Good Day New York" -- promoting her first novel, "Sugar" -- and we're told she was supposed to stay for two complete segments.

But after the first couple of minutes, it was clear Jenna was out of it (at the very least) ... and producers made the decision to cut off JJ before the second segment.

Jenna has struggled with substance abuse in the past .. she pled guilty to DUI last year after crashing her car into a light pole in Orange County, CA. Officials say she had two types of prescription drugs in her system at the time of the incident.

Jenna's ex Tito Ortiz has also said Jenna is hooked on Oxycontin -- but Jenna has denied those allegations.

CeeLo Green just pled not guilty to a charge of giving a woman ecstasy last year before having sex with her.

The singer had arrived with his lawyer Blair Berk to the criminal court house moments ago to be arraigned. He is currently posting $30,000 bond and is expected to turn himself in to authorities for booking within 24 hours.

Another hearing has been set for next month. CeeLo must be present. If convicted, he faces up to four years in state prison.

Due to insufficient evidence, prosecutors cleared Green of charges he also sexually assaulted the woman during the incident.

On his way into court, CeeLo told us he's relieved and not scared -- relieved that he's not being charged with sexual assault, and not scared of the drug charge.

CeeLo's attorney tells us, “We are pleased that the Los Angeles County District Attorney has completed its investigation and concluded that the evidence did not support the false and unfounded claims made over a year ago." She said any sexual contact between the two was consensual.

She adds, "As it relates to the one charge of furnishing or sharing ecstasy, Mr. Green will responsibly address that matter in a court of law."

The L.A. County D.A. will CLEAR CeeLo Green of charges he sexually assaulted a woman by allegedly slipping a drug in her drink ... TMZ has learned. CeeLo will, however, be charged with the felony of furnishing ecstasy ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say the D.A. will officially REJECT the sexual assault case this morning. A woman had claimed she and CeeLo went to a sushi joint in downtown L.A. more than a year ago. She told cops the star of "The Voice" had slipped ecstasy in her drink and the next thing she knew she was naked in his bed.

Law enforcement sources tell us, authorities had problems with the woman's story ... one of which was that she and CeeLo had been dating for months and had already been intimate.

We're told CeeLo not only denied the allegations ... he encouraged the D.A. and the LAPD to fully investigate. In the end, we've learned the D.A. will reject the sexual assault case because of insufficient evidence.

As for the drug charge ... law enforcement sources tell us CeeLo will be charged with 1 count of furnishing ecstasy ... a felony, and he may be arraigned as early as this afternoon.

As we previously reported, the woman claimed to have a tape recording of CeeLo talking about the incident. Although our sources say CeeLo never said anything about slipping ecstasy in her drink, he did reference the drug. It appears the D.A. views the tape as a confession to drug use ... thus the charge.

We're told the criminal complaint will NOT allege the singer had any criminal intent to harm the woman when he allegedly shared ecstasy with her.

Justin Bieber's Dos Equis fiesta inside a Texas nightclub this weekend has created a brew-haha with State officials ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Biebs was getting loose at NOX Houston Friday night. Someone from bar management told TMZ Bieber was drinking water, and that's it. But a rep for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission says a complaint has now been filed ... and an investigation has been launched.

If ABC officials conclude Bieber was drinking -- the bar's license could be on the line. Bieber, on the other hand, is in the clear because he wasn't caught in the act.

CeeLo Green's gig on "The Voice" is rock solid -- his looming felony charge for furnishing ecstasy will not cost him his judge's chair on the hit show ... TMZ has learned.

'Voice' executive producer Mark Burnett tells us they have no plans to make any changes this season -- adding, "CeeLo will not be fired."

As for next season ... Burnett says they're already shooting, and the judges are Shakira and Usher (along with Blake Shelton & Adam Levine) -- which was scheduled long ago.

We're told NBC was completely unaware the charge against CeeLo was coming down -- in fact, they learned about it on TMZ.

Justin Bieber was searched at the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico as he prepared to leave and security agents rifled through his bags, looking for contraband ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... security at the airport claimed it was a "random search." It doesn't seem random, because we're also told they lasered in on Biebs because of the large amount of luggage.

Lamar Odom's got recovery on his mind -- chowing down on a healthy breakfast in L.A. this morning.

Sources at Crave restaurant in Sherman Oaks tell TMZ, Odom only stopped by for about 20 minutes with another person, but ordered a healthy breakfast of oatmeal, fruit, and coffee.

We're told he ate pretty much everything, which is a good sign ... because if his appetite is returning, it could mean he's finally weaning himself off crack.

As we reported, Lamar's been looking thinner and thinner recently, so a good meal could really benefit him. Especially if he's considering a return to the NBA.
