The judge in the Audrina Patridge case just said the evidence was "quite disturbing" and granted a 3-year restraining order against her alleged stalker.

The judge said, "It's unfortunate that people who pursue careers in the public have to deal with these people," referring to Zachary Loring.

Audrina read one of the creepy poems Loring sent to her on the stand. The poem was titled "Damzel."

The restraining order was granted on behalf of Audrina and her brother, Mark, who lives with her.

FOX censors apparently didn't have their eye on the ball, so to speak. The ground roll aired, in all its glory.

Judge and Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe tells TMZ: "None of us knew she did this. The show was always designed to expose talent, but not in this way."

Audrina Patridge just showed up in L.A. court today to ask a judge for a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker -- Zachary Loring.

Patridge won a temporary restraining order earlier this month, but it's about to expire. We're in court ... so stay tuned.

TMZ has learned The Ludacris Foundation has partnered up with Home Depot and Sam's Club to help victims of the Atlanta floods -- which City Hall officials say caused $61 million in damages and wrecked nearly 500 homes.

We spoke to a rep for the foundation, who told us Luda and T.I. are donating $10,000 each to the cause.

So Khloe Kardashian's people got back to us about her $4,500 haircut ... and they say the name-dropping stylist who fed us the story is as full of crap as he was desperate for attention.

People close to Khloe tell us the Kardashians have never even heard of stylist Roy Arbib or Shampoo salon -- and said, "It is sad that people will go to any length for press ... who lies about doing a bride's hair? Khloe's hairstylist Frankie Payne did her hair for the event."

The salon has yet to get back to us.

TMZ just obtained the temporary restraining order filed against former "Terminator" star Eddie Furlong by his estranged wife -- claiming the actor threatened to hire people to beat her with "chains and bats."

In the documents, Rachael Kneeland -- who filed for divorce from Eddie in July -- claims Eddie "grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me, made threats of more violence, left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats."

Kneeland also claims Furlong "is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable."

The restraining order was granted -- Furlong has to stay 100 yards away from Kneeland.

We're waiting on a call back from Furlong's rep.

It happened at a parking lot in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. The crew found an unidentified metal object and called authorities.

We're told the LAPD bomb squad responded and blew up the object with a robot. It was not a bomb. Hopefully, the movie isn't either.

Michael Jackson's estate has filed a lawsuit against the Heal the World Foundation.

The Special Administrators, John Branca and John McClain, have alleged in the suit the Foundation is using Jackson's name and likeness without permission.

According to the lawsuit the Foundation and other related entities have registered 6 trademarks and have applied with 41 additional ones, all suggesting a connection to Jackson.

The legal papers acknowledge Jackson founded his own Heal the World Foundation in 1992 but it has no connection to the defendants.

The suit alleges the defendants cybersquatted various domain names, including "mjaid.net," "healthworldfoundation.net," and "mjquotes.net."

Nick Palatas -- the straight-to-DVD "Scooby-Doo" actor -- just lopped off his thumb.

Nick's manager tells us the actor -- who plays Shaggy in the film -- was working with a table saw this afternoon in Northridge, CA when the saw struck a knot in the wood and suddenly jumped.

We're told the saw sliced off one-third to one-half of Nick's right thumb. Nick dialed 911. Yes.

While in the ambulance, Nick called his mother and asked her to go to his home and retrieve his thumb ... which she obligingly did.

Nick's mother just took the thumb to Northridge Hospital -- but the medical staff concluded it could not be reattached.

We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.

Our sources say the couple will tie the knot -- legally -- once the prenup is inked.

Another day, another creditor's claim filed against Michael Jackson's estate.

The law firm Mesereau & Yu -- who defended Michael during his molestation trial in 2005 -- filed a claim on Friday against the estate.

In the claim, it says Michael owes the firm $341,452.05 for work done between July of 2005 and February of 2006.

And well worth it ... Michael was acquitted on all 14 charges.

Paris Hilton's boyfriend is waging a war with his former landlord -- claiming he was never paid back his five-figure security deposit after he moved out earlier this year.

Doug Reinhardt just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court against Mark Rooke -- claiming Mark refuses to cut Doug a check for most of the $24k Doug put down to move in to an L.A. pad back in April of '08.

Doug says he moved out in April of the next year ... and even though he agreed to pay over $2,332 for repairs, he still hasn't seen a dime of the $21,668 balance.

He's suing to get the $21k back -- plus whatever else the court will give him.

We just spoke to the landlord, who said Doug, "trashed the house and left it in horrible condition. Way beyond just messing up the carpets."

TMZ has learned the New York City Medical Examiner has determined the cause of death for Adam Goldstein -- DJ AM.

The M.E. says the cause of death is "acute intoxication" due to the combined effects of cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole (a drug used to cut cocaine with).

The manner of death is listed as "accident (substance abuse)."

Mel Gibson will ask a judge to expunge the DUI heard round the world.

We've obtained legal papers (on Yom Kippur, funny enough) revealing that Gibson's lawyer, Blair Berk, will go to court in exactly one week and ask the judge to remove the DUI from Gibson's record -- because he has successfully completed all the terms of his 3-year probation.

You may recall Gibson was arrested in Malibu back in July, 2006 and went on an anti-Semitic rant that authorities tried to bury. TMZ broke the story of the tirade after obtaining four inflammatory pages that had been removed from the deputy's report.
