Megan Fox Thumb Double -- The Body to Match

Published | Updated

Megan Fox's Super Bowl thumb double isn't just a hand jobber -- the chick behind the digits also models different body parts ... and they're way better than her fingers.

The mystery chick is Pamela Moses who was called in to play the role of Megan Fox's fingers for a Motorola spot that ran during the big game.

We're told Moses, whose thumbs were first recognized by TheDirty.com, didn't know she was up for the job when she was asked to take a pic of her hands to send to her people.

But apparently Motorola liked Moses' hands better than Fox's -- possibly due to Megan's "uniquely" shaped thumbs -- and signed her on.

Reggie Bush -- Put a Ring On It!

Published | Updated

Reggie Bush says he won't get his Super Bowl ring 'til next year -- but our photog was more interested in why Kim Kardashian isn't wearing some finger bling yet either.

The New Orleans Saint wasn't game for the engagement questions -- but he was incredibly gracious with every single fan who approached him for a photo or autograph ... and trust us, there were a lot of 'em.

Dog Chapman's Sons -- Back in the Saddle

Published | Updated

Duane "Dog" Chapman's two sons just dodged a bullet ... they will not get fired from "Dog the Bounty Hunter."

As we first reported, Duane Lee and Leland were about to get the boot from the show's production company because they were no longer working for the family business, Da Kine Bail Bonds. On Tuesday, they were given a 48-hour ultimatum to either come back to work ... or else it's endsville for them on the TV show.

We're told da boys finally sat down with Dog and Beth Wednesday night -- and after a marathon angst-filled session, they reemerged as Da Kine Bail Bonds employees.

So the boys are back ... criminals beware.

How K-Fed Got His Groove Back

Published | Updated

Talk about ambitious: Kevin Federline dropped a few dozen lbs and now the former professional dancer is trying to find the beat again.

TMZ obtained video of the new (relatively) slimmed down K-Shed working on some moves with Justin Timberlake's choreographer Marty Kudelka.

He's a long way from his days dancing for Britney Spears, but a source close to Kevin says he's been hitting the dance studio pretty damn hard.

K-Fed's trying to sell his dancing comeback as a reality show. Shocker.

Brian Austin Green -- Trouble on the Home Front

Published | Updated

Brian Austin Green is more than $70,000 behind on mortgage payments for his home in the Hollywood Hills -- but according to his rep, it's all part of a calculated real estate move.

SunTrust Mortgage, INC has filed legal papers in Los Angeles which show Green owes $71,251.42 as of January 26, 2010. The docs show Green took out a $2,000,000 mortgage with the company in 2006.

According to the docs, SunTrust has begun the foreclosure process and has the right to put the house up for auction if Brian doesn't fork over the green.

But Green's rep says Brian has worked out a deal to get rid of the house in a "short sale" -- which means SunTrust will allow Green to try and sell the house for less than he owes in order to recover as much money as it can ... subject to the bank's approval.

It's unclear if the mortgage company imposed a deadline on the sale.

Courtney Love: What's in Your Wallet?

Published | Updated

The administrator for the trust of Courtney Love's daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, wants to know how Courtney may have spent Frances Bean's money.

TMZ has obtained legal docs filed in connection with the Frances Bean Cobain Irrevocable Trust. The co-trustee -- Laird Norton Tyee Trust Company -- filed legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court, asking an L.A. judge for a subpoena to produce documents.

Sources tell TMZ among the documents Laird wants to inspect -- receipts, checks and other items to determine if Courtney may have misappropriated money that was earmarked for Frances Bean. Until December, Courtney had control over some of Frances Bean's financial affairs. But on December 11, an L.A. County Superior Court judge stripped Courtney of parental and financial control.

The trust was established on Frances Bean's behalf in Seattle, Washington where her dad, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, died.

No immediate comment from Courtney's camp.

Dennis Hopper Prenup -- He Gets Everything

Published | Updated

The judge in the Dennis Hopper divorce case just unsealed a copy of the prenuptial agreement Dennis had with estranged wife Victoria, and unless she gets the prenup invalidated ... she's screwed.

Prenup Highlights:

-- Dennis keeps all his property -- which includes a house and a condo in Venice, a building in New Mexico on 320 acres, land in Arizona and a number of other properties.

-- Dennis keeps his "separate property pension and retirement benefits."

-- Dennis keeps his huge collection of fine arts worth over $2.5 million, including a $350,000 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat.

-- Victoria has to move out of his house within 30 days of either party filing for divorce ... but it's bumped up to 60 days if they have a child together, which they do.

And here's the kicker: Victoria was guaranteed a $250,000 life insurance policy and 25% of everything in his will ... but only if they're married and living together at the time of his death.

So, here's the deal -- they no longer live together, so it would appear even if Dennis were to die before the divorce is final, she gets zilch.

But there's something in the prenup for Victoria, too. She gets to keep her separate property -- including two computers, two bookcases full of books, a 1973 VW Karmann Ghia, and her grandma's furniture.

UPDATE: We now know Victoria would have pocketed a total of $6.25 million -- which includes Dennis' L.A. home -- if things would have worked out between them ... this according to The Dennis Hopper Trust.

'Jersey's' Angelina -- Look, I'm a Hacker Victim!

The statement reads, and we quote, "Pivarnick has a shroud of chaos since the recent break up of her boyfriend, disagreements with cast mate and now, the reality star has suddenly become the target of a hacker!"

According to the reps, the cyber-jerk -- who also hacked Angie's Yahoo account -- apparently has access to "confidential information" from MTV. Both Yahoo and Facebook are "handling the matter."

Angelina's peeps say the authorities have been notified.

Courtney Love Restraining Order Extended

Published | Updated

The judge's order prohibiting Courtney Love from having contact with her daughter -- Frances Bean Cobain -- has just been extended ... and the clock is now ticking on their relationship.

The judge had stripped Courtney of legal control of her daughter back in December. The judge also issued a restraining order. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the restraining order has now been extended to April 9.

Fact is -- Frances Bean turns 18 in August. At that point, it's up to her ... not a judge ... to decide what relationship she wants to have with her mother.

For now, Frances Bean's guardians are Wendy O'Connor (Kurt Cobain's mom), and Kimberly Dawn Cobain (Kurt's sister).

Body Found Where Christian Bale Lived

Published | Updated

Christian Bale lived in a home where a human body was buried ... and he had no idea, cops tell TMZ.

We've learned in 2008 while Bale was filming "Terminator: Salvation" in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the body of Michael Snyder lay in the front yard of the home he was renting.

Snyder had been missing for 8 years ... buried at the home the entire time. The body was discovered last week after cops received a tip. Snyder's ex-wife has been arrested and charged with murder.

Bale obviously had no idea the body was in the yard.

Restraining Order in Dennis Hopper Case

Published | Updated

TMZ was in court this morning in the Dennis Hopper/Victoria Hopper divorce case, where the judge just ruled Victoria must stay 10 feet away from Dennis, his adult son, Henry, his daughter, Marin and his assistant, Emily Davis.

The judge also ruled Victoria may not enter the main Dennis Hopper residence in Venice, CA or any other portion of the property other than the unit where Victoria is currently living. The judge ruled Victoria can stay in the unit until the agreed date in the prenup. As we first reported, under the prenup, Victoria must leave the unit on March 11 -- 60 days after the divorce petition was filed.

The judge also gave Dennis visitation rights to their daughter, Galen, every day between 5 and 7 PM.

She will also get the exclusive use of their 2002 Jaguar.

Dennis Hopper: My Wife is Killing Me

Published | Updated

Dennis Hopper has filed legal papers in his bitter divorce case ... Dennis says he's perfectly capable of making decisions, and his doctor claims the less Dennis has to do with his estranged wife, Victoria, the longer he will live.

In the documents, Dennis' lawyer, Joe Mannis, says while his client battles advanced prostate cancer, Victoria has "repeatedly subjected [him] to severe emotional distress."

According to Dr. David Agus' declaration, "The presence of his estranged wife is hampering Mr. Hopper's present cancer care..." Dr. Agus added, "It is my belief and recommendation that the less Mr. Hopper has to do with his estranged wife at this time, the more likely he is to have his life extended."

Dennis is asking the judge for an order keeping Victoria 15 yards away from him and barring her from his residence.

Dennis filed for divorce against Victoria last month. She claims Dennis' adult children are pulling his strings and want to cut her out of his will. In their declarations, Dennis and his doctor say the actor is of sound mind to make his own decisions.

Under the prenup between Dennis and Victoria, if they divorce she loses her 25% cut of Dennis' estate.

In Dennis' declaration, he says Victoria's mother "...told me in November of 2009 that I should simply leave the bulk of my property to [Victoria] as I was going to die soon. I found this statement distressing, inappropriate, bizarre, and disturbing."

Dennis also says last December, Victoria and her mother woke him up in the middle of the night and grilled him about how much money and property Victoria would get when Dennis died.

As for Victoria's claims that Dennis smoked medical marijuana in front of their young girl, he says he has never smoked in front of the child. Dennis says Victoria's demand that he not smoke within six hours of seeing their daughter is "an absurd request." He says he would agree to not smoke pot within one hour of visitation.

Dennis is asking for daily visitation rights to 6-year-old Galen between 5 and 7 PM.

We're told the prenup says Victoria must leave Dennis' compound where she currently resides, 60 days after divorce papers were filed -- so the move-out date would be March 11.

And Dennis wants Victoria to give him his stuff back, mainly artwork.

Murray's Patients: Manslaughter Shmanslaughter

Published | Updated

One involuntary manslaughter charge later ... and Dr. Conrad Murray's patients in Las Vegas still can't wait to put their lives in his hands.

One of his patients -- Marietta Lewis -- claims Dr. Murray is responsible for saving her life, and she told us, "I made sure to call and have my name added to his patient wait list, so that when he comes back, I will still be under his care."

Well he's back ... Dr. Murray was photographed going into his Las Vegas office yesterday, just two days after he was freed on $75,000 bail.

We also spoke with Robert Day, who said he called Dr. Murray's office on Monday -- the day he pled not guilty in the Michael Jackson death case -- to schedule an appointment for today.

Luckily for them, Propofol injections are not an option -- because as part of the terms of Dr. Murray's freedom, he isn't allowed to administer anyone with powerful anesthetics.

Levi Johnston: My Future is Bleak

Published | Updated

Levi Johnston has just fired back at his baby mama, Bristol Palin, and unlike grandma Sarah Palin, Levi didn't need to write crib notes on his hand.

Levi is responding to Bristol's demand for $1,750 a month in child support. In his opposing legal papers, Levi's lawyer, Rex Butler, says Levi's income is "erratic." Bristol claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. But attorney Butler says, prior to 2009, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.

In the legal docs, Johnston agrees to pay 20% of his adjusted 2009 income -- though he doesn't say exactly how much he made. He also agrees to file quarterly income reports. In his declaration, Levi says in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income is $25,000 plus "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot." He says he doesn't see how it's possible to pay $1,750 a month in child support.

And there's this. According to the docs, "Levi Johnston stands before this court as a 19-year-old with good hopeful for an entertainment career but the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good."
