Michael Lohan 'Lindsay Stood Me Up'
Michael Lohan's getting outta Dodge -- leaving L.A. and heading back to New York after, he says, Lindsay skipped the meeting he demanded today.
We just spotted Michael at the LAX Delta terminal, where he angrily told us he's going back to NYC to get Child Protective Services involved in his fight to get help for Lindsay -- presumably he's thinking CPS in New York has jurisdiction over all matters Ali Lohan.
Michael had issued an ultimatum to Lindsay -- meet with him or he'll take steps to form a conservatorship -- à la Britney. Michael says Lindsay skipped the meeting.
As for rumors that his daughters are trying to get a restraining order against him -- Michael blamed it all on their mother, saying "Dina's always talking...nothing ever comes to fruition."

Lindsay's Dad Moves on Conservatorship
Michael Lohan tells TMZ he's on his way to his lawyer's office to start the Lindsay Lohan conservatorship ball rolling.
As we reported this weekend, Michael was giving Lindsay an ultimatum -- either meet with him today or he's going to court. Our Lindsay sources say she wasn't keen on a tête-à-tête -- actually, she said no way would she sit down with daddy.
But here's what's ironic. Michael says Lindsay did text him that she wanted him to help smooth things over with the bouncers from Trousdale, the club she was reportedly banned from after allegedly throwing a glass at Sam Ronson.
What a mess.

Rick Fox and his girlfriend Eliza Dushku didn't just go the extra mile for a family member Thursday -- they went an extra 115 miles -- driving from L.A. to a courtroom in the Mojave Desert to support Eliza's big bro.
Turns out, Eliza's big brother -- actor Nathaniel Dushku -- was busted in the desert city of Barstow, CA back in January, after cops say dude was speeding down the highway at more than 100 MPH.
Nate was due back in court yesterday -- and Rick and Eliza made the drive to lend support.
But this story has a happy ending -- we're told the officer who busted Nate was a no-show in court and the ticket was dismissed.
Beyonce's Dad You ARE the Father
Beyonce Knowles is officially a big sister again. A DNA test has confirmed that Mathew Knowles is the father of Alexsandra Wright's brand new baby boy ... sources tell TMZ.
With the DNA test a match, we're told lawyers for Knowles and Wright are in the final stages of negotiating a settlement for baby Nixon's child support.
Wright filed a paternity suit last October against Knowles -- who was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in monthly child support.
Wright claims she had an 18-month affair with Knowles.
As far as we know, nothing's tricky about Nixon .... so far.

Evander Holyfield's Wife KOs Protective Order
Evander Holyfield's wife is throwing in the towel in the war against the former boxing champ -- asking a judge to drop the protective order she obtained against him earlier this month.
According to court officials in Fayette County, GA, Candi Holyfield pulled the plug on the order yesterday.
Candi had accused Evander of hitting her in the face, the back, and the back of her head after she complained that their children were cold because the heat had been cut off in their Georgia home.
In Candi's petition for the protective order, she also claimed Evander had been physical with her in the past -- saying he "choked me in front of our daughter and housekeeper" in 2008.
The two were scheduled to go head-to-head in court on Thursday -- but now that the order has been dismissed, the case is closed ... for now.
Michael Lohan Yeah, I'm a Deadbeat
Michael Lohan just admitted in court that he's been a deadbeat dad.
Michael went before a judge today in Nassau County, NY -- after Dina Lohan claimed he had fallen 7 months behind in child support.
The hearing was closed and no one said how much Michael was in arrears.
Back in November TMZ broke the story that Michael was $15,100 behind in child support payments.
We're told Michael fessed up to being 7 months behind and promised the judge he'd become current by the time he's back in court on March 24.
Evander Holyfield Lightweight in the Wallet
Former boxing heavyweight Evander Holyfield is attempting to change up his child support payments -- claiming he's just not pulling in the cash he was 10 years ago.
According to documents filed last month in Cobb County Superior Court in Georgia, Holyfield wants his agreement with ex-wife Janice Itson from 2000 modified because his "income has decreased."
The docs also say he now has other children "for whom he is also responsible to support."
According to his Wiki page, Holyfield has "at least" 11 children.

Jets QB's Dad Will Not be Deployed to Haiti
NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez might have to get an extra ticket to the AFC Championship game this weekend -- TMZ has learned his fire captain father will not be deployed to Haiti to aid in relief efforts.
Mark's father, Nick, runs a fire department in Irvine, California that happens to be one of 28 urban search and rescue teams in the U.S -- and last week the guys were told to prepare in case their services were needed in Haiti.
TMZ has learned an 80 member group composed of rescue personnel from Orange County was mobilized and sent to March Air Force Base over the weekend -- but Nick was not selected to travel with that group.
Eventually, the 80-member task force was demobilized before they were shipped out to Haiti.
Now, Nick claims he's going to Indianapolis to watch his son attack the Colts -- but reminded us that his fire team is always preparing for "the opportunity to use our expertise."
Angelina's Mom Leaves Grandkids Six Figures
Brangelina's first three kids just got something they probably find really boring at this point -- more money.
The estate for Angie's mom -- the late actress Marcheline Bertrand -- has finally been divvied up after her death in 2007, and it spells $$$ for three bouncing Jolie-Pitts.
According to documents filed in L.A. Superior Court last week -- Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh were each left $100,000 in a shiny new trust fund, but here's the catch: they can't touch it 'til they turn 25.
Bad news for Pax and the twins though -- Grandma's will was last updated in 2006, before any of them came into the picture ... so they lose out. But we think they'll be ok.
Wayans Spawn: 'Requiem' Helps Me Just Say No
Move over Nancy Reagan ... because Damon Wayans, Jr. says there's a new way to keep kids off drugs -- just force them to watch his uncle Marlon's nightmare addiction flick "Requiem for a Dream."
Looking and quacking like a Wayans outside of club Wonderland in Hollywood last night, Damon Jr. jokingly said the movie helped him put his crack pipe down for good.
But seriously ... that movie could put a sober person in rehab.
