Khloe Kardashian's blouse buttons are working a little harder these days -- the mom-to-be is passing on traditional maternity duds, and sticking with her high fashion to cover her belly.

Khloe was out in NYC Thursday morning looking fancy while "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" cameras rolled ... giving us our first look at her baby bump. See? She really is pregnant.

Looks like she opted for a venti at Starbucks -- she's sippin' for 2 after all.

Khloe's reportedly expecting a boy with Cavs star Tristan Thompson, and must be feeling more lavish than usual ... $150 million TV deals will do that to ya.

11:10 AM PT -- We just obtained the complaint, which lists 20 criminal counts, including one for possession of more than 600 images of children in porn, which includes 10 or more of a prepubescent minor. Most of the counts involve sexual exploitation of a child.

The brother of Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock has been arrested for child porn ... TMZ has learned.

Bruce Paddock was taken into custody moments ago in North Hollywood, CA at an assisted living home.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops were tipped that there was child porn on his computer and they got a search warrant. Our sources say the investigation began before his brother, Stephen, shot up the Vegas music festival earlier this month.

Our sources say before the shooting cops were trying to locate Bruce without success, but after his brother committed his heinous act a tip came in Bruce was living at an assisted living facility.

Cops say they found child porn images on his computer.

The arrest was made by a joint task force that included the FBI and LAPD.

Hard to tell who enjoyed Kim Kardashian's birthday party more -- Kim or her kids, since they all let loose in a big way all over Disneyland.

Kim's entourage -- North, Saint, Aunt Kourtney, Larsa Pippen and their kids -- roamed the Anaheim park on Tuesday ... complete with VIP tour guides and bodyguards, of course. The triple digit temps didn't seem to bother the krew.

She's 37 now, but Kim looked more like a carefree 7-year-old while riding Dumbo, the Gadget's GO Coaster and the Monsters Inc. ride.

Chester Bennington kept his money close to home ... because his will leaves most of his assets to a trust for the benefit of his wife and kids.

According to the will, which was filed in L.A. County and obtained by TMZ, there are certain assets -- like his retirement account -- that goes directly to his widow, Talinda. All remaining assets go into the Chester and Talinda Bennington Family Trust which was created in 2007 and amended in 2009.

The couple has 3 kids. He also has 3 other children from previous relationships. The will says all 6 kids are beneficiaries.

As we previously reported, Chester set aside certain funds to pay for visits among the various kids to keep their relationships strong.

Talinda is named executor and has the power over all of Chester's musical rights and interests.

Chester committed suicide in July.

Nicki Minaj will absolutely NOT testify in her brother's child rape trial ... despite what her bro's team suggested during opening arguments last week.

Sources close to Nicki tell TMZ ... she won't be involved in any way in Jelani Maraj's Long Island court case, where he stands accused of raping an 11-year-old girl -- his stepdaughter at the time.

We're told Minaj never planned to take the stand, and her bro's legal team telling news outlets she was on their witness list was simply false. There were reports Nicki would testify the alleged victim's mom tried to extort her for millions.

Jelani's trial started last week, but the bottom line here is Nicki won't be anywhere near the proceedings.

We reached out to Jelani's attorney who told us, "I have no idea, we'll see."

Charles Barkley ain't shy about what he'd do to Lonzo Ball if they played in the same era ... saying he'd try to take the kid's head clean off as punishment for his father's antics.

"I would've been goin' at his head, no question. Would've been talkin' to him the whole time about his daddy," Barkley told TMZ Sports.

Chuck actually REALLY likes Lonzo ... but 100% agrees with Kenny Smith, who told us LaVar Ball has put a target on his son's back.

"His dad has put so much pressure on him, he makes people not like him. Now he's got everybody not liking his son and he's gonna have to deal with that."

Sir Charles also had a pretty funny take on Lonzo's 1 big game for the Lakers -- saying it didn't count because it came against the crappy Phoenix Suns.

Speaking of the Suns ... Barkley also trashed Eric Bledsoe for tweeting that he wanted off the squad.

"Someone's paying you $15 million a year -- you shouldn't say, EVER, 'I don't wanna be here.'"

"You don't go on the Internet. You don't do that ... that was just bad."

3:56 PM PT -- O'Reilly is apologizing to Eric, and says "The message I tried to send was that allegations harm kids. Nothing more."

Ex-Fox News Channel anchor Eric Bolling is firing a warning shot to his old co-worker Bill O'Reilly for bringing up his son's death to the New York Times -- the message ... back off.

Bolling released a statement Monday in response to an interview O'Reilly did with the Times over the weekend -- in which the fired FNC host suggested Bolling's son, Eric Jr., was dead because of stories the paper ran about his dad. Eric Sr. doesn't mince words, even for Bill.

Bolling says, "I believe it is beyond inappropriate for anyone to bring in the tragic death of my son Eric Chase Bolling Jr. Just as Bill O'Reilly had wanted to shield his children from the allegations against him, I hope he will honor my request and avoid any future mentions of my son. My parting from Fox News was in no way connected to ... my son's passing."

He goes on to say that the coroner has indicated to him that Eric Jr.'s death was an accident ... and to also take a shot at Bill directly by saying ... "Unlike others who left Fox News amid public allegations and extensive investigations, I parted ways with Fox News in an amicable way and any reference to a firing is flatly wrong."

As we reported ... Eric Jr. died in bed after suffering emotional torture. The coroner has not announced cause of death.

Khaled's wife, Nicole Tuck, commissioned Haute Living -- which also threw the birthday bash -- to make a VERY nice watch for Asahd. The piece is laced with more than 600 diamonds which weigh in at 11.65 carats ... all for just over $100k.

We're told the watch is a Franck Muller model in rose gold, with Asahd's name and birth date engraved on the back. It's also adult sized, and seeing as how Asahd just turned 1 ... he probably won't be ballin' out anytime soon. Good to know it's waiting on deck though.

Gucci Mane gave his mother and brother a fierce cold shoulder because they were not invited to his lavish wedding ... so says Gucci's youngest brother.

Nate tells us he has no idea why the rapper left him and their mom, Vicky, off the guest list for $1 million affair at Miami's Four Seasons Hotel.

Nate, who's gotten shout-outs from Guwop on tracks like "Rude," says he's happy for his big brother but sad no fancy invitation was sent his way. Adding insult to injury -- another brother, Duke, was Gucci's best man.

Chester Bennington was all about his modern family -- 6 children from 3 relationships -- and made provisions in his will to make sure they remained tight after he was gone.

According to Chester's will -- filed in probate court in L.A. County, and obtained by TMZ -- he said, "I request that my children's mothers or Guardians encourage and allow my children to visit with one another and with my extended family and the extended family of my Spouse on a regular and ongoing basis, so that my children know that they have a large and loving family."

He instructed the trustee of his family trust to make sure they all get money to cover travel expenses.

Chester and his widow, Talinda, had 3 children together, he had one from his first marriage to Samantha Olit -- and before that, he had one child with a girlfriend in Arizona. He later adopted that girlfriend's other son.

As for how much money the Linkin Park frontman left behind -- that's all under wraps in his trust.

One other interesting note -- Talinda is the executor of Chester's will, but the alternate executor is his former business manager, Jonathan Schwartz. We say former because Schwartz is now doing time in federal prison for wire fraud. He also managed Alanis Morissette, Mariah and Beyonce and was arrested for embezzling millions from his famous clients.

Nicki Minaj will take the stand during her brother's child rape trial ... and is expected to tell jurors the mother of the alleged victim attempted to extort her for millions.

Nicki will be the star witness during Jelani Maraj's court case in NYC, where he stands accused of raping his then 11-year-old stepdaughter in 2015.

During opening arguments Thursday, Maraj's defense attorney, David Schwartz, told jurors his client's then-wife, Jacqueline Robinson, forced her children to lie to authorities in an attempt to squeeze $25 million out of Nicki.

He said Robinson told Nicki, "I can make the charges go away for $25 million." Schwartz went on to say Robinson hatched a plan to get Maraj to marry her only for the opportunity to extort Nicki.

Jenelle Evans is putting MTV on notice about the way she says it's portraying her and her fam on this season of "Teen Mom 2" ... saying she'll leave if they don't make it right.

We got Jenelle at LAX about a week after a huge blowup she and husband, David Eason, had on a season 8 episode. Fans blasted David for verbally abusing Jenelle, and also called her a neglectful mom.

Jenelle told us she's the victim of creative editing, done purely to create more drama, and she's pissed about it. She's also angry that producers are putting subtitles on her kid because it makes it seem like he has speech issues.

Long story short ... Jenelle says MTV is screwing itself, if it has dreams of bringing back arguably the most popular chick on the series.

Kim Kardashian sure knows how to pick 'em ... pumpkins, that is.

Kim hit up a pumpkin patch Tuesday outside L.A. with North and Saint, and a little friend of theirs tagging along. Not like picking out pumpkins isn't fun enough -- the kids, including Kim, also got to enjoy an inflatable slide.

No sign of Kanye there -- he was probably laying low at home like he has been lately. All good though ... Kim held down the hay fort.

If Travis Barker's looking for another side project it should be party planning ... because the 14th birthday bash he threw his son, Landon, shamed just about every over-the-top Sweet 16.

Travis turned his backyard into a mini-concert and the headliner was Lil Pump. Pump's got the No. 3 album on the charts, so it's a big deal.

We're told there were around 100 guests, including Stevie Wonder's kids and other celeb spawns.

Coolest part ... Landon got to share the stage with Pump and had a Louis Vuitton x Supreme-themed duffel bag cake.

The teen summed it up perfectly ... "Last night was a movie."
