Bill Clinton I'm at a Crossroads with Sean Penn
Bill Clinton and Sean Penn came face-to-face in Hollywood last night ... but there was no real beef ... because they were eating at a vegan restaurant.
Clinton -- with a full secret service escort -- hit up Crossroads restaurant ... to meet Penn for a meat-free dinner date (Bill is a vegan these days).
Unclear why they got together -- Haiti? Global human rights? Charlize Theron?
All we know is the two have known each other for years ... and even appeared in a "Funny or Die" video together back in 2011.
Still, one question remains -- when Bill and Sean get together for a meal ... who pays?
McDonalds Man Sues for $1.5 Million They Only Gave Me ONE NAPKIN!!!

McDonalds has made a new golden arch enemy -- a California man is suing the company for $1.5 MILLION ... because he says he only got ONE NAPKIN with his meal.
Webster Lucas claims he was stiffed on napkins at the Mickey D's in Pacoima, CA on January 29th -- after ordering a Quarter Pounder Deluxe -- and when he went up to the counter to ask for more, he was rudely rebuffed by the manager ... who insisted he already got some.
According to his lawsuit, Lucas -- who is black -- then retorted, "I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat."
That's when Lucas says things got racist -- claiming the manager (a Mexican-American) mumbled something about "you people."
Lucas subsequently emailed the general manager to complain -- insisting he couldn't work because of the "undue mental anguish" he was suffering as a result of the napkin debacle -- and says he was insultingly offered free burgers in return.
Lucas wants to super size instead -- $1.5 million.

Sam Champion just put weathermen on par with doctors, because hey ... sometimes ya guess right, sometimes ya guess wrong.
The Weather Channel anchor was flashing leg this morning in NYC -- shorts WITH a puffy jacket -- when we asked him to defend his profession against critics who say they only get it right about 50% of the time.
Watch this clip for 2 great things:
- Sam's bold comparison of meteorology to life-saving physicians
- Sam's offer to buy our camera guy a cup of coffee
It's pretty hysterical ... because that 2nd one just sparked rumors in NYC that our camera guy is dating Sam -- another pap actually shot them inside Starbucks.
Sorry guys ... Sam's married -- and our camera guy was just cold and desperate to warm up.

Kevin Durant Sues Accountant You Can't Write Off My Personal Chef!
Kevin Durant says his personal chef is for pleasure ... not for business ... and now KD is suing his accountant claiming the guy tried to screw over the IRS by making it seem the cook was an essential part of his NBA career.
TMZ Sports has learned ... Durant is going after Joel Elliott -- claiming Elliott got him in some deep trouble with Uncle Sam over the years by trying to write off several business expenses that clearly weren't business related.
Case in point -- Durant's personal chef.
In his lawsuit, Durant says, "Fees paid to a personal chef would not be regarded by a reasonably prudent accountant as qualifying for a business expense deduction."
Durant says the personal chef deduction was just one of MANY irresponsible accounting moves by Elliott that landed KD in hot water with the IRS.
In fact, Durant says his tax returns from 2007 to 2011 are so messed up, he had to hire another firm to fix what Elliott screwed up.
KD says the whole ordeal has cost him more than $200k -- and he wants Elliott to pay.
We reached out to Elliott's lawyers -- so far, no word back.
Soup Nazi Lawsuit NO STOCK FOR YOU!!
The NYC soup kitchen made famous by "Seinfeld's" Soup Nazi has an enormous problem with its stock ... a problem that has triggered a million dollar lawsuit.
It seems Soupman needed some quick cash, and a woman named Penny Hart came to the rescue. She claims in a new lawsuit she loaned Soupman a ton of cash ... in all she says she's owed more than $1.5 mil.
Hart says Soupman had 2 options -- either pay her back the money or give her 500,000 shares of stock in the company.
Short story -- Hart says Soupman screwed her and she's been stewing ever since. Now Hart wants payback.
A rep for Soupman says Penny will get the stock as soon as she holds up her end of the bargain. The rep didn't explain what she's supposed to do.
Loaning money to a soup kitchen is bisquey business.

Jamaican Bobsled Team Watermelon Helmets? Watermelon Helmets.
File This Under: "Questionable Decision Making" ... but the Jamaican Bobsled Team competed over the weekend wearing helmets that looked like watermelons.
Of course, in the U.S. ... there's a well-known stereotype about black people and watermelon -- but in fact, it's not really a "thing" in Jamaica.
Still, a little weird to see a team consisting entirely of black people wearing helmets that look like watermelon.
As one Jamaican source put it ... "I don't know about any stereotype ... all I know is we eat them, not put them on our heads."

Paula Deen $75 MIllion For Huge Comeback
Paula Deen -- like the Phoenix -- is rising again ... thanks to a $75 MILLION infusion of cash from a Phoenix-based investment company that could put Paula's wares in the back pocket of airplane seats.
Jahm Najafi clearly thinks the Paula Deen brand is still a marketable commodity, because his company is fronting the cash.
As for Najafi's plan ... we found it extremely interesting that in 2012 he bought SkyMall magazine ... which you've probably leafed through and then failed to buy anything from inside. So the question -- will Paula's pots and pans end up in the mag?
As you know ... Paula was unceremoniously dumped by virtually all of her sponsors after confessing she used the N word to describe a person who robbed the bank she was a teller at in the 80s.
By the way ... in addition to SkyMall, Najafi owns the Book of the Month Club and Columbia House.

Radio host Sean Hannity posted the pics ... showing Willie and his wife at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in D.C. -- hanging with Sean, GOP Senator Ted Cruz, former Congressman Newt Gingrich and conservative radio host Mark Levin.

Willie grabbed the tab and left a gratuity -- FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS! In case you have trouble computing .... a 100% tip.
Obama recently went to a local burger joint last month and left a 30% tip. Respectable but no contest.
See? Republicans don't have any problems redistributing wealth.

Ex-Packers QB Seneca Wallace Check Out My Japanese Penis ... Cookie!
Seneca Wallace went to Japan ... and all he got was this weird black penis cookie.
The former Green Bay Packers QB -- along with other NFL stars -- went to Asia recently to visit U.S. troops stationed abroad. But when the guys stopped in the Land of the Rising Sun, they stumbled upon an interesting cultural artifact ... baby penis cookie (chocolate flavored).
We ran the cookie box by our in-house Japanese expert (Yori our camera guy) ... who tells us the Japanese word at the top of the packaging translates loosely to "weiner."
Seneca tells TMZ Sports he wasn't offended by the black penis cookie ... partially because "there was a vanilla flavor with a white baby on the cover."
Japanese desserts -- extremely weird ... but not overly racist!
