Bobby Flay got a big honor Tuesday with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but it was not exactly a banner day for the famous chef.

As Bobby raised his fist in victory, someone else gave him the fist ... in the form of a flying indictment, calling him a "Cheater."

The banner -- tethered to an airplane high above Hollywood -- clearly refers to allegations in his super bitter divorce with estranged wife Stephanie March. The actress has alleged in legal docs that Bobby cheated on her.

We don't know who commissioned the banner, but it flew around the area for about an hour.

General Mills -- the makers of Wheaties -- had an interesting reaction to the passing of Bruce Jenner and the birth of Caitlyn.

As you know, Bruce's image was an iconic box cover for the cereal in 1977 ... one year after he won gold at the Olympics.

We contacted General Mills Monday and asked about their reaction to the new photos, and they told us, "Bruce Jenner continues to be a respected member of Team Wheaties."

We followed up by asking if they acknowledge the presence of Caitlyn and the response was short and to the point: "We stand by our statement."

We were told General Mills has had its statement locked and loaded for a while.

It's interesting ... the company rolled out the box cover in 2012 for a retro campaign celebrating the achievements of Olympic gold medalists, which also included the images of Muhammad Ali and Mary Lou Retton. We don't know if they will use Bruce's image in the future.

Auntie Fee -- best known as Internet sensation Chef Sista Girl -- is taking her low budget recipes and take-no-s**t attitude to the big screen, and there's a Tyler Perry twist.

Auntie just booked her first film role in "Barbershop 3" and is already bringing some flavor to the Atlanta set ... according to a family source. This wasn’t just a friendly favor either ... she actually auditioned to land the gig.

We're told the foul-mouthed chef is playing Anthony Anderson's mother, and her character's name? Madea ... which is kinda perfect since Fee told us Tyler Perry is one of her idols.

As Fee might put it ... this ain't no f**king one-off! We're told she's already looking to to score more roles. We're thinking less PG and more R -- for language.

The King of Norway met with a Norwegian guy even more famous than him .... "Deadliest Catch" star Sig Hansen.

King Harald V of Norway came face to face with Captain Hansen in a Seattle fishing village, where Sig graciously presented His Majesty with a tray full of, what else, king crabs.

The King got a VIP tour of The Northwestern, the famous Norwegian vessel.

There's a strong connection between the King and the Captain. Sig grew up in Seattle where there's a big Norwegian presence. Sig's dad, who is Norwegian, taught his son the fishing ropes at 14.

Bobby Flay's estranged wife claims she was the famous chef's secret sauce ... that nothing went on a plate in his restaurant unless it passed her taste test.

We've learned Stephanie March has filed legal docs to set aside their prenup, claiming in part it's unconscionable to enforce an agreement that leaves her with table scraps when she's the reason he became wildly successful.

She claims Bobby told her she has "an amazing palate" and relied on her to taste test his recipes. She says she sampled a number of items at their home and gave thumbs up and down, which led to the finished product. She specifically cites Bobby's NYC restaurant, Bar Americain.

We're told in her argument to the judge she zeroes in on Bobby's famed NYC restaurant, Bolo, (which, ironically, didn't last). Stephanie says during a vacation to Spain she pushed him into including tapas on the menu -- something she says he was against. But Stephanie says she prevailed, and the restaurant became an enormous success, earning 3 stars from the New York Times.

Stephanie says she was also heavily involved in the design and ambience of all of Bobby's restaurants, right down to music and lighting.

Stephanie is trying to undo the prenup, which provides her with $5k a month. She'd also get around $1 million as a buyout for the family home.

We're told Bobby is firm ... his business is successful because of him, not Stephanie.

David Letterman's last show drew big stars ... who resisted grabbing a remnant of the cake which became a launching pad the night before for Bill Murray.

The good doc stared into his plate, thought for a second then discretely placed the errant chomper into his shirt pocket.

Carson then stood up and delivered an impassioned speech ... with a hint of whistle.

Bob Weir might have sipped the electric kool-aid back in the day, but the Grateful Dead guitarist threw some serious frozen shade when asked about Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

The legendary jammer was in NYC when he ran into our photog ... who lobbed up a serious softball question: "What is the best Ben & Jerry's ice cream?"

One hundred kids in Ferguson, Missouri got the thrill of a lifetime when they got free McDonald's Happy Meals ... courtesy of The Game.

The Compton rapper stepped behind the counter, manned the fryer and even worked the drive-thru window, where he doled out free food.

Game wrote about the experience saying, "#100HappyMeals in #Ferguson for the kids in the neighborhood..... I appreciate yall for showing love & the workers at the Mickey D's..... This was a dope experience !!!!"

Game also visited the memorial of Mike Brown, where he posed for photos with kids and even met Brown's grandmother.

Mariah Carey got some real sole food for Mother’s Day this year … a massive cake in the shape of a shoe made with REAL gold.

We’re told Mariah’s manager sent the scrumptious slipper to her house as a Mother’s Day gift … and had it specially made by Kailava -- a company featured on "Cake Boss: Next Great Baker" and known for extreme edible sculptures.

Other than the mirror base that displayed the sugary shoe, everything on the cake was edible … even the gold … which is probably why it was worth a couple thousand dollars.

The guy who organized the San Antonio Spurs post-Game 7 mega-bash was their very own coach -- who paid for a fancy steak dinner, drinks and a party bus to thank his players ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Our Spurs sources tell us ...Coach Gregg Popovich wanted to show his appreciation to his players after they were eliminated from the playoffs Saturday night ... so he organized a night out in Hollywood.

We're told he set up a post-game steak dinner at Mastros in Beverly Hills ... and paid for EVERYTHING (and this place sure as hell ain't cheap).

Afterward, Pop hired a party bus to chauffeur the guys to Project Club L.A. -- and encouraged the team to "take their minds off the game and let loose" ... not wallow in their sorrows.

The guys did just that ... some harder than others ... and as we previously reported, Tim Duncan had to carry at least ONE of his over-intoxicated teammates back to the bus.

Pretty cool boss.
