Believe it or not, the 17-year-old lead singer of The Pretty Reckless was not in costume for Halloween.

Ravens QB Joe Flacco (The Situation), tight end Todd Heap (Edward from 'Twilight'), and rookie linebacker Sergio Kindle (piiiiiiiiiimp) all dressed up for the Raven's Halloween Charity Bash at a Dave & Busters near Baltimore.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay told her probation officer she thought the company, 6126, would fall apart if she went back to inpatient rehab. But a source close to 6126 tells TMZ the company hasn't missed a beat ... because Lindsay has been sketching like crazy since checking into B.F.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay doodled her designs for both the Fall 2011 collection and the Spring 2012 line.

We're told Lindsay is actually a micro-manager, approving almost every detail.

But we're thinkin' ... keep your eye on rehab, Lindsay.

Sources close to Chad tell us the Cincinnati Bengals star shipped boxes of shirts featuring the "Mad Chad" character from his iPhone app to Falcons cornerbacks Brent Grimes, Dunta Robinson and Chris Owens and safeties William Moore and Thomas DeCoud.

If you recall, Chad sent gift baskets of deodorant to the Baltimore Ravens last year ... so they didn't sweat the matchup. And in 2004, he sent Pepto-Bismol to the Cleveland Browns -- insisting they would be sick to their stomachs trying to cover him.

A rep for the Gotta Have It! Rock and Pop Culture Auction wouldn't identify the buyer ... but confirms the "Fuschia Pink Evening Dress by Victor Edelstein" fetched $205,429.20 (to be exact) during its huge online auction that ended Saturday morning.

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by VaNeisha Robinson -- in which she claims Maverick Carter and his mom staged a 9-man ambush to jack a $10,000 pendant she claims she bought at a garage sale for $5 back in 2005 thinking it was costume jewelry. Turns out, it was real.

Carter maintains the pendant was stolen from him roughly 3 years ago ... and he had no idea where it went until he saw that Robinson was trying to sell it on eBay.

But in the suit, filed in Ohio, Robinson claims Carter concocted a diabolical plan to lure her into his home, insisting that LeBron would be present to make a deal -- instead, she claims, a horde of 8 or 9 people held her in the house against her will and forced her to give up the bling.

For the record -- Robinson claims LeBron was never at the house.

Now, Robinson wants the pendant back and more than $50k in damages from Carter -- claiming she was robbed, falsely imprisoned and suffered some serious mental anguish.
