MTV stars Rob Dyrdek and his cousin Chris "Drama" Pfaff can sleep a little easier at night -- they finally settled their legal battle with the Hells Angels ... after the parties came to a (peaceful) agreement outside of court.

The Angels sued Dyrdek Enterprises and the clothing co. Young and Reckless (run by Rob's cousin) back in Spring 2012 -- claiming "Y&R" stole the Angels' flaming skull logo and then plastered it on a bunch of t-shirts without their permission.

At the time, Rob told TMZ he would NEVER disrespect the Angels like that -- and was adamant he had ZILCH to do with Y&R or any logo jacking, adding if the Angels "need to stomp anyone out" it should be Drama.

But no stomping was necessary ... according to legal docs filed in CA this month, the parties quashed their beef outside of court -- the terms of the agreement remain unclear.

The case was dismissed March 7.

5:20 PM PDT. Since we posted this story ... news surfaced that Ryan and Julianne have split ... at least temporarily.

If Ryan Seacrest replaced the $100,000 worth of jewelry Julianne Hough had stolen ... she's not showing it off in public -- not even on the relatively safe streets of Beverly.

Julianne was strolling through Bev Hills today without a single piece of bling on her body -- no necklace, no bracelets ... and certainly no $50,000 watch.

TMZ broke the story ... JH had 3 pieces of jewelry, including the pricey watch, stolen from her car last weekend in Hollywood. All the items were gifts from her bf Ryan.

Ryan doesn't seem like the stingy type, so we're guessing Julianne's just being cautious.

Ryan Seacrest must be one understanding boyfriend, because he's still with Julianne Hough ... after she left $100,000 worth of jewelry he gave her in her car ... and guess what happened?

Julianne was in Hollywood Friday night, visiting a friend in an apartment complex. Law enforcement sources tell us ... she parked her Mercedes in the lot, leaving 3 pieces of jewelry inside the car -- jewelry Ryan had given her.

A few hours later, Julianne went to her car ... and looked in horror as she saw the door wide open and the inside ransacked.

It's unclear if Julianne left the door unlocked, but there were no visible signs of forced entry.

We don't have specifics on the 3 pieces of jewelry, but we've confirmed the total value is $100k.

It'll take 10 minutes for Ryan to make enough to replace those baubles.

It's been almost 25 years since Orel Hershiser fireballed the L.A. Dodgers past the Oakland A's in the 1988 World Series ... and this week, he reminded everyone of his former greatness by rocking his championship ring to dinner in Bev Hills.

Orel -- who's now part of ESPN's "Sunday Night Baseball" team -- was out at Madeo with friends this weekend ... when we noticed a large, shiny, blue object on his pitching hand.

2010 Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk and her perfect breasts are FURIOUS at an L.A. t-shirt company -- claiming they were hired to promote slim-fitting boob-accentuating tees ... but never got their money.

Hope has filed a lawsuit against a company called Tees by Tina, claiming they entered into a contract in January 2011, in which Hope agreed to promote their shirts in exchange for $120,000.

But according to the lawsuit, Hope says Tees by Tina tried to terminate the contract early ... and failed to pay out the balance of what she was owed. Hope says Tees by Tina has also continued to use her in promotional material, despite not paying her in full.

The lines at airports have already gotten longer in the last few days after the sequester deadline passed ... and given all the cuts Keshia thinks the government should find better ways to spend money.

BTW ... there are 50,000 security officers, inspectors, air marshals and managers. That comes to $1,000 per TSA agent.

The new NCAA tournament uniforms are the highest form of flattery -- because they're nothing more than an imitation of Zubaz shorts ... at least according to the guys who make the zebra print shorts from the 80s.

Adidas revealed new postseason uniforms today for six of its sponsored teams -- Louisville, UCLA, Baylor, Notre Dame, Kansas, and Cincinnati -- and they look like the 80s vomited up a bunch of highlighters.

But a company called Zubaz -- which made the neon animal print style famous -- isn't offended ... telling TMZ, "Companies have been ripping off our designs for years but as one of our former partners used to say, 'Often imitated, but never duplicated.'"

The rep adds ... if Adidas ever needs design help, they can contact Zubaz any time.

"Weeds" star Mary-Louise Parker adamantly denies calling a New York antique shop owner a "f*g" ... and threatening to have him KILLED ... despite the shop owner's accusations to the contrary.

A rep for MLP tells TMZ, the actress visited the Saugerties, NY antique store on January 2nd with her friend, who was owed a check by the shop owner for selling one of her purses.

The rep says the shop owner refused to pay Parker's friend ... and an argument ensued, during which the owner tried to take advantage of Parker's celebrity status by claiming she had threatened his life. The rep insists Parker had nothing to do with the fight.

In fact, the rep says as soon as it became clear to Parker that she was being roped into the situation ... Parker left.

As for the "f*g" accusation -- Parker's rep says anyone who knows the actress knows she would never say that word.

The owner -- a man named Daniel Seldin -- had filed an incident report with police following the alleged altercation, accusing Parker of threatening his life, saying, "DO YOU WANT TO WAKE UP TOMORROW? I'LL MAKE ONE PHONE CALL." Seldin said Parker also called him a "f*g."

We spoke to Seldin who insists his story is legit, adding, "I felt totally berated and violated." Seldin says he has since paid Parker's friend her money ... despite the incident.

Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson is so damn fast ... he went to a nightclub, pulled a bunch of chicks AND scarfed a hot dog ... all in the blink of an eye.

Johnson hit up Supperclub in Hollywood last night ... sporting a pair of pants that sagged down below his ass cheeks. Hey, it's the style ...

But the chicks didn't seem to mind ... 'cause after Johnson was finished inside the club, he ordered some street meat (one of those sidewalk hot dogs) ... and proceeded to chat up a couple of ladies.
