Kendall and A$AP hit up 1 OAK after the Met Gala Monday night, where she was looking pretty damn hot in almost half of a leather mini skirt barely held together by strings.

Just when you thought you were starting to understand fashion ... in cometh the 2017 Costume Institute Gala at Metropolitan Museum of Art.

But just because you have no idea what's going on in the fashion world doesn't mean you can't gawk and, way more fun ... judge.

It's probably the most fun event of the year in New York City ... hands down.

The Met Gala just kept on going Monday night ... with big stars making a big exit at The Mark Hotel.

Whoever said good artists borrow and great artists steal may have been looking at Monday night's Met Gala with a smile ... 'cause Hollywood was all about it.

Yes, you read that right ... Jay Z is getting sued for slapping the logo for "ROC NATION" -- his company -- on a bunch of Major League Baseball apparel.

Sounds bizarre, but Iconix Brand Group says Jay does NOT own the logo anymore. In docs obtained by TMZ, Iconix says it paid a whopping $204 million for it, and therefore has control over where the logo pops up ... especially when it comes to merchandise.

Iconix has beef with the ROC logo appearing on MLB hats, shirts, hoodies, etc -- a deal it says it never approved. It's not only suing Jay, but also MLB, Roc Nation, New Era, Lids and the San Francisco Giants.

The company is suing all of the above for at least $10 million and other damages. We've reached out to Jay Z, so far no word back.

Iconix also owns and manages the Ed Hardy, Joe Boxer and Marc Ecko logos.

Migos pulled the ol' "everyone in L.A. does it" excuse in its legal war with a stylist claiming the group ran off with $20k worth of wardrobe items.

The group says they shouldn't be punished with extra damages in the lawsuit brought by stylist Marcus Clark because stuff disappearing from music video shoots happens all the time in Hollywood.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Migos straight-up says, "This is Los Angeles. If an artist allegedly removing items from a music video, fashion shoot etc. constituted malicious or oppressive conduct, courts would be inundated with lawsuits."

Translation: Get over it. It ain't that bad.

For the record, Migos is not copping to jacking the wardrobe. They're just saying L.A.'s got a rep.

The stylist not only sued for the $20k worth of stuff taken from the set, he wants more than a million bucks in damages. Migos says the mil is absurd.

TMZ broke the story ... the stylist accused Migos of walking out with shirts and vintage shades after shooting Niykee Heaton's "Bad Intentions" video.

Here's Seattle Mariners manager Scott Servais making good on a challenge to his players ... and making a case for coolest MLB manager around.

Servais told his guys that if they scored 10 or more runs against the Oakland A's he would reward them by sportin' a swagged out travel outfit -- complete with some of the players' chains.
