"Sandlot" star Tom Guiry (who played Smalls in the movie) has taken the name "Colossus of Clout" to a new level -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ. He was arrested for headbutting a cop ... after trying to kick him in the face.

The story is crazy. We're told Guiry was at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston over the weekend when a United Airlines employee concluded he was too drunk to fly.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the employee contacted an airport cop, who approached Guiry and gave him two options: a public intoxication arrest, or the drunk tank.

Guiry then made a terrible mistake -- allegedly becoming belligerent and verbally abusive ... and even threatening the officer. Guiry then allegedly tried kicking the cop in the face and then scored a headbutt.

Guiry was taken down and cuffed ... and booked for felony assault on a police officer. We're told the officer's injuries were minor.

Guiry posted $5,000 bail and was released.

We reached out to Guiry's people ... no comment.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife filed legal docs with a graphic allegation -- that the actor sucker punched her in the face, grabbed her by the neck and threw her against the wall.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Michelle Ghent alleges the brutality occurred during a trip last week to Costa Rica. She says the fight started after she told Terrence she had no interest in firing up a relationship with him -- they divorced in May.

Michelle says after Terrence hit her, he glared at her and walked over to a bedside table where he kept 2 curved knives -- 4-6 inches in length.

Michelle says she panicked and then pepper sprayed him. At that point she claims Terrence knocked her down and then kicked her repeatedly in the head.

In addition to the black eye, Michelle says she suffered contusions and swelling.

And, she says, he referred to a prior warning he had given her on a trip to Bora Bora -- threatening to kill her.

For his part, Terrence claims in his legal docs that she made up the story to damage him, timing it for his movie premiere of "The Butler." Terrence claims she threatened to kill him and he believes she's serious. He also says she's been admitted to a psych hospital in the past.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife Michelle Ghent has just obtained a temporary restraining order against the actor -- claiming he beat her up during a blowout fight in Costa Rica last week -- and she showed up to court Tuesday with a scary black eye.

According to the order, Terrence is forbidden from coming within 100 yards of Michelle pending another hearing later this month. He is also barred from contacting her in any way.

During the hearing, Michelle's lawyer discussed the text messages Michelle allegedly sent to Terrence in May -- threatening to kill him and his family -- but argued they were misleading and incomplete. The mysterious black eye was NOT discussed in court

As for Terrence, he filed his own request for a restraining order, but that was not granted. The judge said the court would hear his side of things at the next hearing.

As we reported, Michelle says Terrence physically abused her during the argument in Costa Rica while she was on vacation with him and his family.

TMZ broke the story ... Michelle Ghent is going to court this morning ... claiming Terrence physically abused her during the argument. She wants a restraining order against the actor.

Terrence tells a radically different story. According to the police report, the two of them had "a normal married fight" (even though they divorced in May), but he says things escalated when she threatened to kill him and his family, and then pulled out pepper spray and attacked him, his kids and his son-in-law.

Terrence denies laying a finger on her, and says he only told her to stop as he retreated.

We've learned in today's hearing, Terrence will give the judge text messages from last May, in which an angry Michelle writes, "I would start hiding if I were u." In another text she writes, "Be careful when u leave your place. U should move." And in yet another she writes, "I know where u and ur family live. Watch yourself."

Michelle also texted back in May, "You need to be put down once and for all. I will not stop until all knows who u are."

In the police report Terrence says Michelle tried to commit suicide 2 months ago and was hospitalized and diagnosed with paranoia. And she seems to confirm that in one of the texts, in which she says, "I'm just insane. I went to a crazy institute."

Terrence Howard has been accused by his ex-wife of beating her badly during a heated argument in Costa Rica ... TMZ has learned.

Michelle Ghent -- who divorced Terrence in May but hooked up with him again recently ... took a trip with Terrence and several of his family members to Costa Rica last week. Sources say an argument erupted and she claims Terrence beat her up.

We've learned Terrence claims Michelle maced him, his adult daughter and another family member. Police were called and reports were taken.

Sources say Terrence made up the mace story to cover his brutality. Other sources connected to Terrence say Michelle is lying about the actor physically abusing her.

We've learned Michelle is going to court in an attempt to get a restraining order ... forcing Terrence to stay clear of her.

TMZ previously reported ... Michelle has accused Terrence of slugging her in the face and neck. She also claimed the brutality started just 7 days after they were married.

Before Josh Marks was arrested for allegedly attacking a campus police officer, the former "MasterChef" finalist revealed that he suffers from bipolar disorder ... TMZ has learned.

Back in February, Josh recorded a video for the "Make a Sound Project" -- an organization dedicated to helping people struggling with suicidal thoughts -- in which he talks about his mental illness.

"Me personally, I have bipolar disorder," Marks said ... "I get a little anxious sometimes, and you know how I cool out is I listen to music ... and just listen to the words and just relax, you know, find my melody."

Sources connected to Marks tell TMZ ... the chef may have been in a manic state associated with bipolar disorder during his encounter with police last week.

One source tells us, "He may not have even understood that the group of people approaching him were in fact police."

Marks has been charged with aggravated battery on a peace officer and attempting to disarm a peace officer stemming from the incident. If convicted, he faces a max of 14 years in prison.

We're told ... Josh's Chicago lawyer, Bart Beals, is gunning to have the case thrown out for lack of probable cause.

50 Cent has just pled not guilty to domestic violence charges -- after allegedly attacking his baby mama in her home in June -- but a judge still ordered him to stay the hell away from her ... and TURN IN ALL HIS GUNS.

According to the protective order, 50 is also prohibited from contacting model Daphne Joy -- the alleged mother of his second child -- in any way. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

And this is interesting -- on his way out of L.A. court Monday morning, a process server hit 50 with a stack of legal papers. The process server told us the docs were related to this case.

We broke the story ... Fiddy was charged with domestic violence after he allegedly kicked Joy and then destroyed a bunch of property in her L.A. condo.

During the rampage, officials say the 38-year-old rapper broke chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp -- and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet.

Joy told investigators 50 is the father of her child -- though 50 has never publicly acknowledged fathering a child with Joy.

50 is due back in court next month.

Justin Bieber's entourage is under investigation for a brutal fight that left a nightclub patron sprawled out in the parking lot and injured badly enough to be taken to a hospital.

The incident occurred outside South Pointe nightclub in Southampton on Sunday at around 3 AM. Bieber had arrived an hour earlier and inside the club we're told the booze was flowing in the VIP area.

A girl inside the club tried to speak to Justin but was denied. She came back with a guy -- the alleged victim -- who apparently had beef with the situation and at that point Justin went nuts, pulling off his shirt and screaming at the dude.

Justin and crew left the club but in the parking lot things flared up again. Justin -- who was in his SUV -- jumped through the sunroof onto the hood. At that point it's unclear what happened, but the alleged victim was knocked out on the cement.

According to cops, Justin's people apparently went after the guy, although we're told the alleged victim was aggressive as well.

An investigation is underway after the alleged victim filed a police report. Justin is not the target of the investigation -- it's his crew.

Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is sick and tired of Lil Twist bringing Bieber down -- in fact, he wants Bieber to sever ties with the rapper entirely once and for all ... but Bieber is STILL fighting to keep him around.

As we reported, Twist has been accused of battering some girl at Bieber's Calabasas mansion Thursday morning -- but it's only the latest example of Twist's reckless behavior ... a list that includes smoking pot, driving like a lunatic, and getting a DUI.

Bieber has refused to turn his back on Twist once already -- but Scooter has had enough, telling Bieber the battery allegations are the last straw.

We're told Scooter is putting his foot down, insisting Twist is nothing but a parasite sucking Bieber dry -- and the singer needs to drop him like a hot potato stat ... before he does any more damage.

But stupidly, Bieber is still sticking by his buddy -- in fact, we're told he and Scooter had a blowout fight on Thursday when Scooter said Twist had to go.

Which means Twist's days are numbered -- because in a fight between Scooter and Twist, Bieber will almost certainly side with his trusted manager. He'd be dumb not to. Then again, dumb has kinda been Bieber's M.O. recently.

His face was blasted open ... his eyes were swollen shut ... but MMA fighter Mike Barreras still posed for a photo after getting destroyed in a Bellator fight -- and the pic is NASTY!!!!

Barreras' ass-whooping came at the hands of Bubba Jenkins -- who put a hurting on Mike during an undercard fight at "Bellator 97," which aired on Spike TV.

He was a joke in "Street Fighter" ... he sucked in "Double Team" ... but Jean-Claude Van Damme could BEAT YOUR ASS in real life, so says UFC champ Georges St-Pierre.

A well-dressed GSP was out being a badass in NYC yesterday when we asked if he thought martial arts legend Bruce Lee would be able to dominate in today's UFC (c'mon, of course he would).

But Georges said the superfight he'd REALLY like to see is Van Damme vs. Chuck Norris -- "I think that would have been the best showdown."

GSP says he's trained with JC in the past and says the Muscles from Brussels is no joke when it comes to fighting (see: final scene from "Bloodsport").

Of course, Chuck Norris is kind of a badass too -- he once FOUGHT A BEAR!

The guy who attacked WWE Superstar Randy Orton during a live event in South Africa yesterday turned out to be a wrestler after all ... but not one who works for the WWE.

According to Enca.com in South Africa ... 20-year old Tshepo Sekhabi -- an independent wrestler who calls himself "Jozi the Wrestling Machine" -- told the site he hoped to catch the attention of WWE officials by going rogue and jumping Orton after his match.

As we previously reported ... Tshepo snuck his way past security yesterday during an unscripted segment -- entering the ring and blasting the wrestler with a mean low blow.

Sekhabi told the site, "I just don’t like Randy Orton; this was an opportunity for me ... so I got up there and made a name for myself.”

Bad move -- because a case investigator says Sekhabi was instantly booted from the hotel that was hosting the event.

The investigator says Tshepo wasn't "formally arrested" ... but says Orton is free to pursue further legal action against Sekhabi.

A rep for WWE says Orton is "considering pressing charges" but no decision has been made yet.

A top contender on "MasterChef" had a bizarre, violent encounter with cops in Chicago ... telling them Gordon Ramsay is an "asshole" who possessed his body and then transformed him into God ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a University of Chicago cop spotted Josh Marks nearby the campus on Monday He was trying to use a University emergency phone and had obvious cuts on his face. We're told the cop asked Marks if anything was wrong, and Marks then lunged at him, striking him with a closed fist and then tried to grab his gun.

Our sources say the cop and two other officers tried to subdue the 26-year-old, 7'2" tall culinary runner-up ... to no avail. They batoned and pepper sprayed him but it had no effect. Marks broke free and started running. Five cops subdued him in a resident's backyard.

Marks was taken to the hospital to treat his injuries. We're told once in custody an officer asked him why he went off the rails, and he blamed it all on Gordon Ramsay. Shockingly, we're told there was no evidence of drug use.

We're told doctors discovered bullet fragments in Marks' face from an unrelated incident.

Kristen Stewart tore a paparazzo a new a-hole yesterday... dropping f-bombs and screaming, "You don't deserve to breathe the same air I do."

The video's intense ... Kristen is seen hiding behind a gate, waiting for a ride outside some building in Los Angeles, when the photog -- not TMZ -- asks, "Why are you saying f**k off?"

Obviously, Kristen was pissed even before the camera rolled ... but it's unclear what took place BEFORE the paparazzo started recording.

"Gangsta" singer Kat Dahlia was busted for DUI early Tuesday morning in Miami -- and according to the police report, she cussed out the arresting officer ... and even resisted arrest.

According to the report, Dahlia was pulled over for speeding at roughly 3AM -- and when the officer approached her 2013 Nissan, a strong odor of alcohol emanated from the vehicle.

The officer claims Dahlia's speech was heavily slurred as well, so the officer asked her to exit her vehicle -- at which point, Dahlia allegedly began to grow belligerent.

The report says the officer asked Dahlia to complete a field sobriety test, and she refused, cussing at the officer instead. The report doesn't specify what cusses she used, but safe bet ... she shouldn't have used any.

Dahlia was then placed under arrest, but allegedly resisted by refusing to put her hands behind her back. The officer had to force Dahlia's hands in order to cuff her.

Dahlia was subsequently transported to a nearby police station and booked for misdemeanor DUI and resisting arrest -- but hey, at least her song's catchy.

Daniel "Boobie" Gibson tells TMZ ... he was just defending his wife's honor when he got into an altercation with a man at the Essence Music Festival earlier this month ... after the guy disrespected Keyshia Cole in a "profane way."

Gibson -- who played with the Cleveland Cavaliers last season -- just called in to "TMZ Live" to explain why he turned himself in to police in New Orleans today on 2nd degree battery charges.

Boobie says Keyshia was performing at the event ... when some guy approached her and spouted off some very "disrespectful" comments toward the singer.

Boobie says an altercation broke out and "safety was threatened" ... so Boobie says he "needed to take action."
