Drake drives a hard bargain ... if he tries hiring you but you turn him down, he'll have someone beat you up -- this according to famed rapper/producer Detail.

Detail has just filed a lawsuit against Drake, claiming the famous Canadian offered Detail a plum job back in 2014 as his exclusive producer. Problem was ... Detail didn't want to be tied to one guy, so he declined.

According to the lawsuit, the rejection didn't sit well with Drake, who became irate. Time passed but the bad feelings lingered. Detail claims in June 2014, Drake invited him to his Calabasas estate, on the pretext of working together again.

Detail says he arrived at 2 AM and was met by Drake's bodyguard, Chubbs, who coldcocked him and broke his jaw.

Detail says during the beating, Chubbs yelled, "I will beat all your asses, including your bitches. I don't give a f***. I will hit you again. Do you think Drake is soft? You think Drake's a punk?"

Puma from VH1's "Black Ink Crew" is calling out 2 of his co-stars for allegedly masterminding an attack on his wife that left her battered and bruised.

It all went down at the "Central Intelligence" premiere 2 weeks ago in NYC. Puma and his wife, Quani, were taking pics in the theater lobby when they say a woman pounced ... slugging Quani in the face.

Puma says he didn't recognize the woman, but believes she was sent by Ceaser and Dutchess -- 2 other 'BIC' cast members ... and he's at least half right.

C & D were at the premiere, and admit the woman was their "intern," but they tell us Quani is the one who attacked ... hitting the woman with a folding chair, "like some WWE s***."

We've confirmed the intern filed a police report, but she didn't name any names in it. Puma denies going on the attack, and believes C & D are "bullies" who set up the whole mess.

Conor McGregor is gonna need a miracle to beat Nate Diaz at UFC 202 ... so says UFC lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos.

McGregor and Diaz are set to rematch at UFC 202 in August -- and with dos Anjos having defeated Diaz in the past, we asked if he had any fight advice for Conor.

Rafael didn't give out any free pointers -- but did drop some real talk ... telling TMZ Sports straight up, "I don't see Conor winning this fight for sure."

He goes on to explain why Conor is doomed.

Chicago cops say "The Carmichael Show" star was sitting shotgun Sunday night when another car slammed into his ride from behind.

According to the CPD, Lil Rel began arguing with the other driver and things got so heated he socked the guy in the face, knocking him to the ground.

Cops arrested Lil Rel and booked him for misdemeanor battery. He was released on a $1,500 bond Monday morning.

The Oakland PD says it's on the hunt for the person who allegedly pushed a fan off the 2nd deck at Oracle Arena during Game 7 Sunday night ... in an incident that left the victim in critical condition.

Cops say they believe the victim and the suspect were fighting in the stands -- unclear why -- with a man in his early 20s getting shoved over the rail ... and suffering serious injuries in the process.

One witness tweeted that she saw blood coming out of the victim's ears.

The man was transported to the hospital -- and officials say he's now in critical but stable condition.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Angel says she grabbed Constantine's phone, and he threw her down on the ground. She ran out of the house and called police, but when officers arrived they say Constantine had scratches on his chest ... so Angel got arrested.

She claims she only scratched Constantine in self-defense --still, she was booked for petty disorderly person.

Johnny Manziel's got more drama heading his way ... the guy he fought in a Vegas nightclub last month has lawyered up and is gearing up for a lawsuit, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... the ex-NFL star was booted from Jewel Nightclub at the Aria hotel on May 20th after getting violent with another clubgoer.

Witnesses have said Manziel was pushed while the crowd was going crazy during a surprise performance by Drake -- and, during the madness, Manziel turned and slugged a guy.

There's video showing Manziel locked up with the guy inside the club -- but hard to see if Johnny threw a punch.

We're told the victim claims he was injured during the fracas -- and is planning to sue Manziel to cover his medical costs at the very least.

Manziel's lawyers are definitely staying busy -- he's also being sued for allegedly trashing a home in the Hollywood Hills ... and is in a beef with a luxury car rental company over a wrecked Mercedes.

Omar Mateen showed extreme signs of aggression years before his deadly attack.

TMZ has learned when Mateen was just 14 years old, he had a violent outburst in the middle of a math class. According to docs, without any provocation, Mateen lunged at a classmate ... repeatedly striking him in the head. Mateen continued the beating until a teacher physically intervened.

Mateen was charged with criminal battery. He was also charged with the crime of disruption of educational institutions. He was placed on probation, sentenced to 30 hours of community service and ordered to write a letter apologizing to the victim.

The guy who fought Justin Bieber last week wants a rematch, but no fists this time ... just a 1-on-1 chat about how they can avoid this turning into a lawsuit.

TMZ obtained a letter Lamont Richmond's rep fired off to Bieber's camp, saying Lamont wants a sit-down, and will take responsibility for the fight ... IF Justin does the same. Richmond adds, he thinks meeting face-to-face will "help seek a resolution."

It's unclear what needs to be resolved. The letter isn't any more specific, but the rep tells us if Justin's camp doesn't respond ... a lawsuit could be coming over the melee.

Rapper David Banner got into a standoff with a bouncer and ended up in handcuffs.

Witnesses tell TMZ it all started after someone in Banner's crew got denied at Ozio Restaurant & Lounge early Sunday in D.C. We're told pissed off Banner went after the bouncer.

According to the police report, he clenched a fist and told the bouncer, "I got you n*****, I got you. You a sellout n*****. I got money." He also allegedly threw money and credit cards at the bouncer during the exchange.

When the responding officer tried to break things up Banner told him, "I don't give a f*** about no police!" And then he got arrested for inciting a fight.

Trey Songz got tired of watching Drake have all the fun, and put together a rival poolside turn up.

The singer spent $25k to rent a MASSIVE 23,000 square foot home Sunday in McLean, Virginia -- just outside DC -- and the guest list was 700 deep, including Kevin Durant and a bunch of Washington Redskins players.

Yeah, she's got a Hollywood agent now ... but Holly Holm is refusing to "go Hollywood" -- in fact, she just turned down a role in a huge movie to focus on her upcoming fight.

Our sources tell us ... Holm was contacted to appear in a major studio movie -- but respectfully declined because the film dates interfered with her final fight prep for UFC on FOX in July, where she'll take on Valentina Shevchenko.

We reached out to Holm's rep, Lenny Fresquez, who wouldn't comment on the movie situation -- but did tell us that Holm has been receiving "an unbelievable amount of calls" from movie and TV producers.

Fresquez says Holm recently hired the APA agency to handle the non-fight related side of her career -- but insists that her main focus is still taking care of business inside the Octagon.

Cops were called to the home of Christina Grimmie's killer, Kevin Loibl, on at least two separate occasions for battery ... TMZ has learned.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ ... Kevin and his father's fiancee, Dawn, got into an argument in 2013 at their St. Petersburg home. Dawn told cops Kevin slammed the door on her arm and broke her wrist.

Kevin gave cops a different story claiming Dawn was intoxicated, and he slammed the door while fleeing to his room. He said he didn't know her arm was in the doorway.

Cops noted Dawn appeared to be "very intoxicated" and she couldn't tell officers if Kevin acted intentionally. No arrest was made.

Cops were also called in 2014 for a fight between Dawn and Kevin's father. Again, no charges ... but fair to say, it was a turbulent home situation.
