Justin Bieber has declared Instagram war on Orlando Bloom ... with a pic of the Brit dissolving into tears.

It's Bieber's second Instagram salvo ... hours after Orlando took a swing at him at Cipriani restaurant in Ibiza he posted a sexy pic of Miranda Kerr and then quickly took it down.

Miranda -- the Helen of Troy in this war -- was the trigger for the bar scuffle. It's clear Orlando felt Justin was banging her while they were still man and wife.

We'd say there's no use crying over Miranda, but then again ...

8:30 AM PT -- We're getting different versions of what incited Orlando, and people are taking sides. One account is Justin extended his hand to Orlando, who refused it, and when Justin asked what's your problem ... Orlando mentioned Miranda. Justin then tried to walk away and that's when Orlando swung.

A second version -- Justin said something to the effect of, I had sex with your wife ... and THEN Orlando swung.

Orlando Bloom threw a punch at Justin Bieber early Wednesday morning in Ibiza ... and Justin fled the restaurant -- this according to 2 eyewitnesses.

The eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... Orlando was in Cipriani restaurant which was packed with celebs, including Paris Hilton, and Diddy.

You don't see Orlando swing, but the eyewitnesses tell us that's exactly what happened. We're told Justin ducked the punch. That's where the video starts and you hear Justin scream, "What's up bitch?"

We're told when Bieber left the crowd applauded.

The backstory is almost legendary ... Justin partied with Orlando's then-wife Miranda Kerr after a 2012 Victoria's Secret fashion show in NYC and they got very VERY close. And in April of this year, Orlando was hanging out with Justin's on-and-off GF Selena Gomez. So the bad blood is flowing.

Hours after the fight ... Justin threw gasoline on the fire by posting -- then quickly deleting -- this pic of Miranda.

Freddie Prinze, Jr. believes alcohol made Kiefer Sutherland impossible to deal with on the set of "24" ... but a key Fox source tells TMZ Freddie's claims are BS.

Sources connected with Freddie tell TMZ ... the actor claims Kiefer would regularly show up on set drunk ... sitting in his trailer often for hours, as everyone waited. The sources say it messed with the lives of the family of cast and crew.

Freddie, we're told, claims Kiefer was temperamental and got people fired he didn't like, yet "24" producers consistently cow-towed to him ... as one source put it, "All they did was keep rewarding him."

Our sources claim Freddie was groomed to take over the series but it became such a nightmare for him he bailed.

Keifer's rep tells TMZ, "Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze, Jr. more than 5 years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances." The rep adds, "Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best."

A Fox official tells TMZ ... Kiefer was "nothing but professional during the run of the show and is beloved by cast and crew." The honcho adds, "It's so out of left field, 5 years later."

The official goes on, "We wouldn't have done another '24' if Kiefer were anything like Freddie described."

Freddie Prinze Jr. just UNLOADED on Kiefer Sutherland -- saying he HATED working with Kiefer on "24" and calling him the "most unprofessional dude in the world."

Freddie made the comments at Comic-Con -- telling ABC News Radio his experience on "24" in 2010 was so bad, he wanted to quit acting altogether.

"I did '24' ... it was terrible. I hated every moment of it. I just wanted to quit the business after that. So, I just sort of stopped."

He then turned his sights to Sutherland -- saying, "Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That's not me talking trash, I'd say it to his face. I think everyone that's worked with him has said that."

In fact, Prinze Jr. still hates Kiefer so badly, he took a shot at the actor for being short -- saying, "I went and worked for Vince McMahon at the WWE, for Christ's sake … but, at least he was cool and tall. I didn't have to take my shoes off to do scenes with him, which they made me do [at 24]. Just put the guy on an apple box or don't hire me next time. You know I'm 6 feet and he's 5'4."

He clearly changed his tune ... back in 2010 Prinze had nothing but good things to say about working with Kiefer.

Ouch.

Aretha Franklin had a malt-down at a Johnny Rockets in Niagara Falls ... after one of it servers screamed at her for trying to eat her takeout order inside the restaurant.

Franklin ordered a burger to go from the popular chain after her sold out show Tuesday ... then sat down to eat ... and that's when she claims the server went off, saying her conduct violated the take-out policy.

Franklin said the worker was "very rude, unprofessional and nasty."

Johnny Rockets is contrite ... apologizing for the actions of the new employee ... adding the server has been spoken to and educated on its takeout policies.

Two hairdressers threw down in an explosive chick fight on the reality show "L.A. Hair" -- all because one has repeatedly confused the other for a man.

Naja Rickette and Lisa Buford came to blows on the episode that aired Thursday night ... after Buford got fed up with Rickette telling others she looks like a dude.

Buford got in Rickette's face and yelled, "Can you see my Adam's Apple now?" -- aaaaaaaaaand, fight!

Plenty of punching, shoving and, of course, hair-pulling (long-haired chicks never win these things).

"Real Housewives of New York" star Aviva Drescher doesn't have a leg to stand on ... by claiming she never used her prosthetic appendage as a weapon -- and there's video proving she's lying.

We got Drescher outside Sanctuary Hotel in NYC Tuesday night and asked about her EPIC argument on the RHONY season finale ... when she angrily detached her artificial leg and HURLED it toward Heather Thomson.

Drescher claims she wasn't trying to hurt anyone with her prosthetic projectile.

But you gotta see her reaction ... when she discovers some guys get their rocks off ... by watching women who take it off ... their leg, that is.

Rich Homie Quan wasn't lashing out at a fan when he smacked a guy at a concert earlier this month ... he was dishing out justice to a dude he says was TRYING TO ROB HIM.

As we reported ... Quan was performing on stage in Racine, Wisconsin July 4 when someone in the crowd grabbed his arm. It appeared the man was trying to pull himself on stage.

But a rep for Quan tells TMZ ... the guy wasn't trying to steal the limelight ... he was trying to steal Quan's watch ... right off his wrist. And that's why the rapper knocked him upside the head.

Alex Pettyfer pissed off a group of jacked up dudes working out at Muscle Beach in Venice ... and we got video of their heated exchange.

Pettyfer was passing the famous weight lifting hangout when he asked the guys working out how much they lift. For some reason, a few of the lifters took offense ... and both sides started arguing.

In the video, one of the lifters accuses Alex of talking "s**t" ... which the "Magic Mike" star adamantly denies.

The musclehead who mainly argued with Alex tell us ... it started when the actor asked him how much he lifted. The dude lashed back, "How much do you make?" For some reason that triggered the argument.

Eventually Alex left after the two sides worked things out.

Shortly after the incident, the lifters told our photog it was just a misunderstanding ... and they've got nothing but love for Pettyfer.

Tim McGraw is NOT in trouble with the law for slapping a woman at a concert ... in fact, law enforcement sources in ATL tell TMZ ... Tim may actually be the VICTIM.

Our sources at Atlanta PD tell us ... they've seen the video of Tim bitch slapping a woman who grabbed onto him at Sunday's concert. TMZ has 2 views of the incident. In one it looks like she might be grabbing for his crotch, but in another it looks like she's trying to rip his jeans.

The sources say ... the woman has NOT complained to police, and until she does no action will be taken. But they add, it seems to them the woman is the aggressor and Tim's slap is "a common reaction." Nonetheless, cops tell us if she complains they'll investigate.

Take a close look at the video. It appears Tim reacts by making a movement that causes her to release his leg ... but then he takes a quick beat before hauling off and slapping her. So the slap looks gratuitous.

McGraw is no stranger to grabby fans. Back in 2007, a woman tried to grab his junk ... and his wife, Faith Hill, was quick to give her a stern talking to.

Tim McGraw ferociously slapped a woman in the face during a concert Sunday ... after she appeared to aggressively rip his jeans.

TMZ got video of Tim's concert at Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta. You see him walk into the crowd and a sea of hands engulfs him as he sings, "Truck Yeah."

Look closely ... you see a woman slap Tim twice ... first on his knee and then she goes in a second time.

Tim then smacks her.

Tim's rep tells TMZ, "Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn't let go as he was moving through the crowd.

The rep says, "He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show."

Smack talk about crack triggered the all-out brawl on the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" set ... ending with a security guard getting a piece of flesh ripped off his body... and they say Joseline Hernandez is the culprit and they want her FIRED.

Cast and crew who were present during the melee tell TMZ ... Tuesday night's fight started when Benzino called Stevie J a crackhead. Stevie J then charged Benzino, yelling "f*** you."

Stevie J's GF Joseline then amped things up by attacking Benzino's wife Althea, punching her in the face so hard everyone around heard a crack. Joseline then pulled out part of Althea's weave.

But Joseline's handiwork wasn't done ... Joseline then made a beeline for Waka Flocka Flame's wife, Tami -- yanking out Tami's pony tail weave. Waka's mom Debra jumped in, punching Joseline in the head and ripping out her extensions.

Security then booted Joseline from the set. On her way out she passed shower-rod queen Mimi Faust in the stairway ... elbowing her in the back and shoving her down the stairs.

The security guard tried to subdue Joseline, who then bit the guard, ripping off a piece of flesh.

The "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reunion fight was captured on video and it was just as crazy as we told you -- multiple fights breaking out ... one right after another.

As TMZ reported, Tuesday night's taping devolved into a royal rumble ... with cast mates Benzino, his fiancée Althea, Stevie J, Joseline, Debra, Tammy, and Mimi all duking it out.

In the video, obtained by HelloBeautiful.com, you see security breaking up one fight ... and then running to stop another. That happens over and over and over.

9:32 A.M. PDT -- Sources close to the show tell us ... producers had an emergency meeting Tuesday night to address how to proceed with reunion episode -- which continues filming today. We're told cast members will be kept in separate areas during filming ... and they've done away with the live audience for safety reasons.

A huge brawl erupted during the taping of the "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reunion show in NYC Tuesday night … leaving several cast members -- and their weaves -- injured.

Multiple sources on the set tell us the fight involved Benzino, his fiancee Althea, Stevie J, Joseline, Debra, Tammy, and Mimi -- and the whole mess started when Benzino cracked a joke about Stevie J and Joseline doing drugs.

We're told Stevie jumped up to get in Benzino's grill, but security guards stopped him. That's when --according to witnesses -- Stevie's girl Joseline sneak attacked Althea.

After that, all hell broke loose -- weaves were torn out in the chaos -- and every time security broke up one fight … a different one would spark up between other cast members.

We're told most of the fighting was between the women -- although at least one male security guard took a shot to the face … from one of the chicks.

From what we can tell the only smart decision all night was someone calling 911. Cops and paramedics responded -- at least three people got treatment.

We know what you're wondering, and the answer is -- YES … we're told VH1 cameras were rolling during most of the violence.

The seeds of ratchetness appear to have been sown Monday night ... when a nude pic of Benzino and Althea was posted on Stevie J's Twitter page.

Katt Williams is under criminal investigation for committing a deadly form of whip lash ... so claims a man who says the comedian used his Rolls-Royce in an attempt to mow him down.

Katt was tooling around near LAX Tuesday ... when a guy named Glen Jackson pulled alongside and tried to snap a cell phone pic. Jackson says it triggered a volcanic reaction from Katt.

Katt and a bodyguard allegedly got out of the car, tried grabbing Jackson's phone, then pepper sprayed him.

Jackson says he stumbled out of the car, choking from the fumes, when Katt rolled his Rolls smack into his leg ... then doused him in pepper spray again before driving off.

Inglewood police are investigating a possible assault with a deadly weapon -- the Rolls. They'd like a chit chat with Katt and the bodyguard.

It's the 4th violent confrontation with Katt in 2 weeks ... two altercations on PCH ... and an alleged gun attack at an L.A. comedy club.
