"Tattoos After Dark" star Asaru Mushavu put his mark on a woman's face -- in the form of a nasty bruise -- after he cold-cocked her for no reason outside of his tattoo parlor ... according to a new lawsuit.

Corey Fortenberry claims Mushavu attacked her last year while she was helping a drunk friend who was puking in front of "House of Ink" -- the Venice tattoo shop featured on the TV show.

According to the police report, Mushavu saw the woman throwing up, came out of the shop and yelled, "What the f*** are you doing? Who the f*** is going to clean that up?" ... and then pushed Fortenberry and punched her in the face.

Fortenberry claims Mushavu left a bruise that's still visible a year later.

A rep for Mushavu tells TMZ ... it's a frivolous lawsuit and he expects it to be dismissed.

Ray Rice won't ever have to revisit the scene of his infamous domestic violence incident ... that's because the Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ is closing down.

The casino will close by September 10, making it the fourth casino in AC to shut down this year. Revel only opened in April 2012, at a cost of $2.4 billion.

Ultimately, the casino's legacy might end up being the place where Rice was caught on surveillance cameras dragging his seemingly unconscious fiancée out of an elevator ... before they were both arrested for domestic violence.

Rice struck a deal and served no jail time for the incident. He was suspended by the NFL for two games.

War Machine has until 7 PM Tuesday to turn himself in to cops ... or else the most famous bloodhound in the US -- Dog the Bounty Hunter -- will be gunnin' for him.

TMZ has learned ... a member of Christy Mack's family reached out to Dog through a mutual friend with MMA ties, hoping the mulletted one will succeed where the cops haven't.

Dog's told us he's already made contact with War Machine and given him the ultimatum -- 24 hours, and then you're mine. We're told War Machine was not receptive.

We're told Dog's entire crew will rock immediately after the deadline passes.

War is facing 7 criminal charges after using Christy as a punching bag during the 3-person altercation in her home Friday. She was left with 18 broken facial bones and a ruptured kidney.

Cops say he choked Christy's new BF, then licked his finger ... then rubbed Christy's genitals.

Webbie's concert in Odessa, TX had to be shut down after the rapper's fans went nuts and started attacking each other with bar stools ... and TMZ has the INSANE video.

Odessa police tell us Webbie was well into his set at Club 20/20 when a fight between fans turned into a violent free-for-all ... with some people using metal stools as weapons.

Police eventually broke up the brawl and cleared the room. We're told at least 5 people were arrested -- some for drugs and alcohol. Unclear exactly how many were injured, but you can see people laid out cold in the video.

The 20/20 manager tells TMZ ... he doesn't like that kind of "ghetto stuff" at his club ... so he's banning any future rap and hip hop shows at the venue.

The woman MMA fighter War Machine allegedly beat to a pulp says she was actually pummeled within an inch of her life.

Porn star Christy Mack says War Machine broke up with her in May but for some reason showed up at her house at 2 AM Friday. She says he walked in, didn't say a word but unleashed a beating on her friend.

War Machine threw the friend out of the house and then she says he allegedly made her strip and shower in front of him. Then she says the beating began ... resulting in 18 broken bones around her eyes, a broken nose, missing teeth, a fractured rib and ruptured liver.

Mack says War Machine also "sawed much of my hair off with [a] dull knife."

She says he threatened to rape her but was unable to perform.

Mack says she ran out of the house naked, begging neighbors to help her. One did and took her to the hospital, where she remains.

War Machine is on the run. There's a $10,000 reward for his capture.

War Machine is in the crosshairs of the Las Vegas PD ... TMZ has learned there are multiple warrants for his arrest in connection with the alleged beating of porn star Christy Mack.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... there are 7 arrest warrants issued for the MMA fighter --

-- 2 felony batteries, 1 for strangulation
-- 2 felony domestic violence with great bodily injury
-- felony coercion with the threat of force
-- felony assault with a deadly weapon
-- misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon

As TMZ first reported ... Mack claims War Machine went to her house Friday and beat her to a pulp, breaking 18 bones in her face and rupturing her liver.

Fugitive from justice Columbus Short lied when he claimed the guy he knocked out in an L.A. bar had it coming because he slapped his wife ... fact is, Columbus confessed to the guy IN WRITING.

You'll recall ... Columbus was arrested in March after sucker punching a guy during an engagement party at a West L.A. sports bar. The guy ended up in the hospital with a concussion and broken nose.

Columbus spoke out last month ... claiming he punched the guy in defense of his wife, because the man was taunting the "Scandal" star's wife, slapping her in the face with $20 bills.

But we've obtained a text message Columbus sent to the guy he hit ... sent the very same night of the incident. Columbus wrote, "I know im texting and incriminating myself but I have to own what I did wrong in that situation."

Columbus goes on, "Im so sorry and completely disappointed in myself," adding, "Whether I go to jail or not that will be the worst punishment of all. Losing you guys."

Danity Kane's last straw was an ambush ... 2 girls against the third.

Sources connected with the group tell TMZ ... Dawn Richard went nuclear when she found out Aubrey O'Day and Shannon Bex were meeting behind her back ... recording tracks without her and discussing business matters involving the group.

We're told the cover was blown Monday ... when Dawn showed up to the studio and interrupted a private session with Shannon and Aubrey. That's what set things off and caused the fight, that ended with Dawn punching Aubrey.

"Bad Girls Club" star Natalie Nunn's foot was savagely bitten during a fight with co-star Alyssa "Redd" Carswell ... and the injury was so severe, medics thought she'd been attacked by an animal.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... Natalie and "Redd" were shooting a scene for "BGC 13" May 15th when they got into a violent confrontation ... and during the fight, "Redd" chomped down on Nunn's foot ... tearing the flesh away.

Nunn was taken to a hospital ... where she filed a battery report. Law enforcement sources tell us ... police investigated and turned it over to the L.A. City Attorney -- who rejected it based on insufficient evidence.

We don't know if prosecutors looked at any of the show footage. We know cameras WERE rolling during the fight ... and the footage will air on an upcoming episode.

Danity Kane is no more ... TMZ has learned the group has broken up after a recording session turned violent.

TMZ broke the story ... Aubrey O'Day got sucker punched by Dawn Richard Monday. She says, "Sadness does not even remotely begin to describe what I feel right now."

Shannon Bex says, "I now must walk away feeling used and manipulated."

The group reunited in May of last year, but had nothing but trouble. Aundrea Fimbres bailed almost immediately and the girls just couldn't pull it together.

They had almost completed their new album, and it's unclear if it will ever be released.

Rosie O'Donnell got into a heated showdown over abortion with CNN's S.E. Cupp during a 'View' test show taping with Whoopi Goldberg ... who ended up taking a thinly-veiled shot at Barbara Walters.

Production sources at "The View" tell us Cupp -- who's vying for the conservative role on the show -- had a "nasty" debate yesterday over the Australian couple making headlines for asking their surrogate to abort a Down syndrome baby.

We're told things escalated when Whoopi jumped in and asked Cupp if she ever had to make a decision about abortion. That shut everyone up momentarily ... until Rosie chastised Cupp, saying she didn't want another Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Here's where Babs comes in. After the taping ... Whoopi -- in front of producers and several potential replacement hosts -- said she'd been "working with a cranky 85-year-old woman who's mad about everything for 2 years, and I need a break."

Hard to tell who Whoopi was really upset with -- Rosie or Cupp -- but the shot at Barbara was undeniable.

As for Cupp ... doesn't sound like she left on Rosie's good side -- but then again ... that may be exactly what "The View" needs.

Tim McGraw made nice with the woman he hauled off and slapped during an Atlanta concert last month ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... McGraw became infuriated when the woman -- Jesslyn Taylor -- grabbed onto his jeans and ripped them during a song. He whisked her hand away ... hesitated ... and then delivered the wallop.

Taylor's lawyer, Eric Hertz, tells TMZ the case is now settled. He says, "it's been mutually resolved the old-fashioned way ... with a simple conversation."

Hertz wouldn't say if McGraw ponied up any dough, but that's how personal injury lawyers make money. We do know Taylor wanted an apology.

Sasha Grey says she was lured into porn by a violent and abusive ex-BF-- who convinced her he was a military spy who needed her for "cover" ... and now she fears he's come back to hurt her.

Grey claims in new court docs Ian Cinnamon subjected Grey to years of abuse and sexual assaults -- starting in 2005 when she was 16 and he was 29.

Grey claims it was Cinnamon who convinced her to become a porn star, telling her he was a covert agent and she would be the perfect "cover" for him. And get this -- he convinced her he worked for the DIA.

Grey claims Cinnamon got physically abusive. On one occasion she told him she forgot to check one of her porn sex partner's STD test and he flew into a rage, hurling household objects at her.

Grey says she broke off the relationship in 2012 ... and recently he started sending her numerous threatening messages ... some showing pictures of handguns.

A judge agreed Cinnamon was a threat ... and has ordered him to stay at least 200 yards from her.

Nicole Murphy went on a search and destroy mission to find Michael Strahan in a Beverly Hills hotel room -- where she suspected he was cheating -- and flew into such a rage she got kicked off the premises.

It all went down at the famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in January. Sources tell us Nicole had gotten word that Michael was staying there ... and she suspected he was with another woman.

We're told Nicole showed up at Michael's hotel room, unannounced ... and began banging on the door shortly before midnight, causing a major scene.

Witnesses tell us Nicole was screaming Michael's name, saying, "I know you're in there with some bitch." She also yelled, for all to hear, "It's Michael from 'Kelly and Michael' in there."

The commotion woke up several guests in neighboring rooms -- some of whom stuck their heads out into the hallway. She ranted for 20 minutes before hotel security booted Nicole from the hotel.

We have no idea if Michael was ever in the room ... but the door never opened.

Epic NBA draft bust Greg Oden was arrested early Thursday morning after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, officers arrived at the Lawrence, Indiana home of Oden's mother at 3:30 AM ... to find a woman lying on a bed and holding her face.

Da Band singer Sara Stokes -- who's been in and out of trouble since the group's heyday -- is in jail after a knock-down-drag-out brawl with her husband.

Cops tell us ... they were called to Stokes' home July 21st at 3:45 A.M. ... and found her and hubby Tony outside -- fighting on the ground. They say Stokes was drunk.

Stokes was arrested and charged with domestic violence. And as if things weren't bad enough ... she's now in hot water because the arrest has triggered a probation violation for a prior DV incident -- also involving her husband. So she'll be spending the next 93 days in the pokey for that.

Stokes has had other run-ins with the law since Da Band hit it big in 2002 on "Making the Band 2." She was arrested in 2009 for stabbing her husband ... and got 3 years probation in a plea deal.
