Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancee Brett Rossi is so scared of the actor she asked the cops to help keep him away.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Rossi showed up at an LAPD station Thursday and reported some sort of incident that went down with her and Sheen. We're told cops filed for an emergency 7-day restraining order against Charlie for Rossi.

Our source says a judge granted the order Friday and Rossi plans to have the order extended next week.

It's unclear at this point what happened between Brett and Charlie.

Nick Cannon got more than he bargained for when some "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars went on his show and one bragged about banging his estranged wife.

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez were guests on "Wild 'N Out" Monday when the 2 ex-lovebirds squared off during the rap battle against Nick and his crew. It started out all fun and games, but got progressively nasty. At one point Stevie J said he banged Mariah Carey not once but twice.

Nick got pissed off, and then told Stevie J he should worry about Joseline because she was sleeping with Rick Ross.

It got down and dirtier, to the point Nick threatened the old Hollywood adage, "You'll never work in this town again," because he has so many TV shows and connections.

Eyewitnesses tell us it looked like they were about to come to blows, so producers stepped in, separated them and calmed them down. The picture we got tells part of the story.

Harry Styles either threw a not so silent shot at ex Taylor Swift or waved the white flag by quoting one of her songs in a birthday tweet.

The 1D-er turned 22 Monday and posted the on-point lyrics to Taylor's "Red" album throwback "22."

Seems innocent enough until you factor in Harry getting chummy with Taylor's gal pal, Kendall Jenner.

We'll give him the pass ... chances are he was song material in the past.

Kanye West was anything but sincere when he tweeted about turning exes into best friends ... we're told he was dripping with sarcasm, and that was the point.

After the back-and-forth, finger-or-no-finger-in-the-butt war between Kanye and Amber Rose, he tweeted, "Me and my wife got the kind of love that can turn exes into best friends."

Lots of people jumped on this, thinking somehow Kanye and Amber have rekindled their friendship, or at least he was extending an olive branch.

Not so ... our sources say Kanye was squarely mocking Wiz Khalifa and Amber -- former enemies who are now bonded by their dislike for him.

So Kanye now says he not only owns Wiz and Amber's son, he owns them too.

Kanye West is an anal virgin.

That's the upshot of his denial about Amber Rose's fingers being up his ass. Ye waited a day to declare, "I'm not into that kind of s**t."

In fact, he says this applies to ALL his exes -- "I never let them play with my ass... I don't do that... I stay away from that area all together."

He also made a strange claim about his and Kim's love turning exes into friends -- which could mean he wants to be buddies with Amber.

Just not THAT kind of buddy.

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose are proof the holidays bring families together.

The exes put their differences aside Wednesday for the sake of hanging out with their son Sebastian in an L.A. park.

It really is a wonderful life ... for the next 9 days or so, anyway.

Nicki Minaj is about to get sued by her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels, and he's gunning for a fortune.

Sources connected with Safaree tell us he wants a cut from 3 of Nicki's hugely successful albums -- The Pink Print, Pink Friday and Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

Safaree also wants a piece of the pie from some of Nicki's biggest singles, including "Only" featuring Chris Brown, Drake and Lil Wayne, "Flawless (Remix)" with Beyonce and "Feeling Myself" with Bey.

We're told Safaree will present a boatload of proof he was super involved in Nicki's work. His evidence includes videos of him working with Nicki, voice memos from recording sessions, hours of footage from studio sessions. He says he also has multiple witnesses to validate his contribution.

And Safaree says Nicki herself acknowledged his contribution by giving him executive producer credit on her first 2 albums.

Our sources say Safaree has already lawyered up and a lawsuit is "imminent."

At least one of Derek Jeter's many MANY famous ex-girlfriends is thrilled for him now that he's engaged to Hannah Davis ... telling TMZ Sports, "He's living his dream."

We spoke with model Vida Guerra -- who dated Jeter way before Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba -- who tells us she's genuinely happy #2 found his #1.

"He said once he retired he wanted to get married .... so he's living his dream. Congratulations to him."

Question is ... is Vida jealous that Hannah got the rock and not her???

Soulja Boy says Vivica A. Fox went too far when she dragged his name into her attack on her ex-BF 50 Cent on "Watch What Happens: Live," but he's going to let bygones be bygones.

Soulja tells us he doesn't understand why she brought his name up at all when she went off on 50 -- lightly insinuating he and Soulja are gay. Soulja says he's not, and furthermore ... he doesn't know Vivica.

Her attack included a reference to Soulja's shirtless magazine cover with Fiddy -- which he defended, telling us he looked "dope" with his blinged out chains.

That being said ... he's giving Vivica a pass. Moving on.

Nicole Murphy likes 'em big ... real big ... and younger from the looks of things down on Miami Beach.

The reality star was hanging with enormously buff Brit model David McIntosh over the weekend. Considering she split with ex-NFL stud Michael Strahan last August ... it definitely looks like the lady has a type.

But sources connected to Nicole tell us despite their perfect physiques (she's freakin' 47) being so close ... they only hooked up for a photo shoot. No banging. Not yet.

The two of them together though -- quite a body of work.

Murphy and some young mystery man hit up Moonshadows in Malibu for lunch Saturday just days after reuniting with Michael Strahan for lunch Thursday in Beverly Hills.

And of course ... there's very handsome former NBA star Jim Jackson whom she was banging in Puerto Rico.

As we previously reported ... sources close to Strahan and Murphy told us there's a possibility for reconciliation -- so it's feasible this date was just a friendly meal.

Michael Strahan and Nicole Murphy had lunch together Thursday in Beverly Hills ... and our sources say there's "a possibility" of getting back together.

Michael and Nicole went to South Beverly Grill. They walked out arm-in-arm. Sources connected with the former couple tell us ... they both still have love for each other and, as one source says they'd "like to work things out."

Another source was more guarded, saying, "It was a friendly lunch. They have 7 years of history together."

Michael seemed stunned on his way out when our photog tried to get a debrief. And much to Michael's dismay, the restaurant has one of the worst, most congested parking lots in Bev Hills, so our guy peppered him with questions as he waited, including, "Who paid for lunch?"

Nicole Murphy was mum Thursday on her breakup with Michael Strahan ... but she had a lot to say about her new passion -- moscato.

Nicole was leaving the W Hotel in Hollywood Thursday when she shut down questions about her breakup -- which some are calling a revenge breakup.

But Nicole was unstoppable when it came to talking about the wine she's promoting.

Nicole Murphy addressed her breakup with Michael Strahan for the first time today, and did her best to make it seem like there are NO hard feelings between them -- but it's kinda hard to buy what she's selling in this clip.

Nicole was grabbing lunch in L.A. after a workout when she claimed, "It's all good" ... between her and Strahan -- glossing over the fact he was blindsided by the breakup announcement, and that she had hunted him down in a hotel room to accuse him of cheating.

Nicole was also asked about her relationship with ex-NBA star Jimmy Jackson ... after their Caribbean fling last month.

Nicole Murphy went on a search and destroy mission to find Michael Strahan in a Beverly Hills hotel room -- where she suspected he was cheating -- and flew into such a rage she got kicked off the premises.

It all went down at the famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in January. Sources tell us Nicole had gotten word that Michael was staying there ... and she suspected he was with another woman.

We're told Nicole showed up at Michael's hotel room, unannounced ... and began banging on the door shortly before midnight, causing a major scene.

Witnesses tell us Nicole was screaming Michael's name, saying, "I know you're in there with some bitch." She also yelled, for all to hear, "It's Michael from 'Kelly and Michael' in there."

The commotion woke up several guests in neighboring rooms -- some of whom stuck their heads out into the hallway. She ranted for 20 minutes before hotel security booted Nicole from the hotel.

We have no idea if Michael was ever in the room ... but the door never opened.

Nicole Murphy had a secret romantic fling in the Caribbean with former NBA star Jim Jackson in early July -- the exact same time she says she suspected Michael Strahan of cheating on her.

TMZ has obtained photos of Nicole and Jim at the Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton in Puerto Rico, where they stayed from July 7 through July 10.

You see them in a cabana on the beach ... and they got very snuggly. People at the hotel tell us they were hugging, kissing ... definitely affectionate.

Sources close to the exes tell us ... Nicole had gone to P.R. with some girlfriends, and just happened to run into Jim -- an old friend -- and even though they "hung out" ... it was nothing serious.

We're told Michael knew Nicole was taking the trip with her GFs, but was not aware anything went on with Jackson.

We're told Nicole now says she and Michael were "on a break" when she hooked up with Jackson -- but she did not feel the relationship was over.
